This place is where you need to be! I was so very pleased not only with my interactions with the staff but the variety was out of this world. Peaches was the best, I am not the most experienced or knowledgeable when it comes to mods and juice let me start there! I needed a tank and new juice. I was able to explain what I needed and she brought me the best options for my lifestyle and needs, then on to juice.. This was perfection all it took was a few descriptive words on flavor profile and she had me pinned with the perfect juice for me! Yes I am in love with Pinup Betty 60ml juice! I would never have tried this juice if Peaches did not rock at her job! I have the perfect tank and juice and could not be happier! I’ve purchased Space Bar vapes from several other vape shops in Tyler and Chandler and the best ones come from TS Vape! The other Space Bars I’ve purchased taste burnt, they leak and they simply just do not last as long. TS Vape, wherever you’re getting your products, please don’t switch because they’re the best! The owners and the entire staff are knowledgeable, professional and genuine. Tori has been a huge help to me. We discussed my RDA and, with curbside during this time, she brought out several hand picked coils and wire for us to discuss. Not only did she educate me, she just proved why this is the best place in town. I drive 45 mins to come here specifically and not once has it not been worth it. Also, house juice deals on Tuesdays and Wednesdays are killer! Love this place.

Super place and excellent service. Austin and Matt really helped me a lot. Im brand new to vaping and they were all very patient with my questions and lack of knowledge. Felt very comfortable asking for advice. Had a leak with my first mod and whatever minor, small thing was causing it, they fixed it by taking tank apart and rebuilding it. They said they didnt see any problem but that fixed it. Very knowledgeable, half price juice on Tuesdays and I believe Wednesdays. Thanks again guys and see ya soon.

I’ve been vaping since 2014 and this is the shop I started at. I’ve tried other vape stores in town and out of town but this one is by FAR the best. The house made juice is always spot on and their prices are very competitive. If you need a new mod or tank they take the time to explain everything in an educational way and aren’t condescending or rude in anyway. The owners always ask how your doing and care about their customers. If anything is wrong they make it right. Love this store and I’m a customer for life.

Was in this area on vacation and decided to check this shop out. The owner was friendly and patient. Also went out of his way to make sure I received the product I was looking for. Gave great recommendations and tips. Even got me hooked to a new brand of CBD. Whenever I’m in the area, I will return to this shop. They’ve made a loyal customer out of me. Thank you!

Great customer service and personalities. Good prices for a brick and mortar location, always a plus! One of the few places I still shop that’s not online, mostly because of the employees and management. Only place in town I recommend to co-workers and friends, for the reasons listed above. Staff is very friendly here. Most of the people I have spoken with are energeting and knowledgeable which creates a welcoming experience. The sales on Tuesday are great and they have a pretty large selection of flavors. There is a living room style set up where you can sit on comfortable leather couches and watch TV while waiting on your order. They allowed me to test some before purchasing but charged me $1 to do so. I was a little thrown off by that but I havent vaped in a few years. Not sure if most places do that now days or not. Overall, I really like this shop. I would rate a total of 9/10.

They aways take excellent care of me. I know next to nothing about coils, mods or batteries. They treat me with friendliness and respect, not like other stores where they look at you like your dirt if you arent part of their clique. Terrific service and great flavors.

First time to visit the Vape Lab when I visited Tyler recently.....I enjoyed the conversation and the atmosphere was welcoming along with the staff, very kind and helpful. They turned me onto a new flavor and helped me know how to re order from them while Im back home in Mississippi. Great experience!

Decent selection for a small store, but the guy that helped me was just plain rude. Im new to vaping and came in to buy a nice setup and naturally had questions, but the really big guy with the mustache offered ZERO help. 3 people working and only 2 customers were in there, so it wasnt that busy. Wont be coming back here again.

Extremely knowledgeable guys. Very cool and friendly environment, and they have an excellent selection. These guys have a passion for vapeing! The flavors they create are top notch too. Highly recommend coming here. I happily drive almost an hour to do so.

This is hands down the best vape shop in Tyler. Huge selection of house and premium E-liquid as well as flavor profiles. They have a great selection of mods, tanks, coils. The staff here are the most amazing people you could possibly deal with and are very knowledgeable and honest about their products. Hands down the best prices. These guys are absolutely top notch. They are all about the customer. I bought a tank up there and liked it, but it leaked. I went in to look at others and one of the guys--I really wish I had caught his name--told me when I was ready to buy, hed give me a break on another one. I left the country for two weeks and returned to the shop just tonight. The guy I spoke to wasnt there. The others didnt remember me, but they still honored the other guys word. Odd thing was they didnt know who I was talking about, but the dude is almost always there. Twilight Zone stuff. Anywho, shop with these guys. Great prices and customer service. I wont go anywhere else.

Stopped by on Saturday morning to build new coils on my Hades / Cerberus combo. J.J. was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend paying them a visit, you wont be disappointed! Had never been there before, tried several different flavors and picked a few I liked. The guys in the shop were knowledgeable and friendly! After I decided on what I wanted they went to the back and mixed up my juice right then and there! Love this place! Ill be back!

Nice looking store. Lots of flavors including premades and homemade juices. Big tasting table. Prices are a bit higher than the market for specific sizes, like 29.99 for a 60ml bottle of homemade juice, but they will occasionally run deals on them. They have a decent supply of tanks, rdas, and other hardware

I needed a new mod for main use so I stopped by to see their selection. They had the exact one I was looking for. The price was high compared to online but I’m a believer in keeping business local which keeps them in business. The employee that helped me was friendly and helpful. Neat looking shop. I love this place. Over two years ago I went in looking to get off of cigs, John was super helpful, taking time to answer questions and give pro tips. I was really bummed when we moved to Colorado since all the shops up there only sold premixed liquid. Needless to say, the day we got back to Tyler I was in the shop. Never feel rushed, people are always helpful and patient. Total kudos to these guys.

This place is okay.... I mean I travel to shops all over Texas so Im not talking noise. The flavors always seem to have an after taste. The prices are high like 30$ for a 60mil bottle. So far I havent seen any deals, or stickers for a half off type of option. The atmosphere is alright I guess. But if you dont go there every week they will not remember you and always ID you, which is annoying to me. So have your IDs ready

Dude, if you ever want to replace a broken atomizer tank glass, go here! I just bought one for under 7 bucks! Of course itll depend on what youre replacing, but thats like way reasonable. Also, theyve got some really nice kits for under $30 before taxes. And, their in-house juice is amazingly awesome! Theyve got the full spectrum to meet the needs and wants! I dont go anywhere else!

Walked in and even had my vape in hand. Wasn’t in there to buy anything. Brought my friend in to test different juices but couldn’t stay because they couldn’t confirm I was over 18 by my ID. That’s ridiculous. Won’t be here anymore. Way better vape shops in Tyler anyways. Just brought my friend because he looked the place up online. Wow what disrespect. I have had back pain since my surgery in April. I was advised to try CBD/CBG oil. The sales girls said it could take about two weeks to work. After one week I was fully able to walk around stores without the aid of a shopping cart. My life has totally changed in just a week. Thank you Times Square for directing me to a product that is so effective.

I had a great experience. Normally dont give 5 stars bc no business is perfect...but with that being said theres nothing I would change or say needs to be improved. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of every product they sold. Were able to explain in great detail on every question I had. I called before I came and the person that answered the phone never rushed me and answered every question I had. Encourged me to come to the store so she could help me. I even spent less on my purchases than at another location, so I decided to buy another juice. One girl offered me a half priced item (that was only on sale bc they had extras, but wouldnt be on sale much longer) I was able to get 2 great quality juices for a better price- which she could had tried to get more money out of me by encouraging me to buy a full priced bottle but instead helped me save money. I was even given a half off on a favor bc I purchased a kit. They also have a nice lounge area with a flat screen where u could come and chill if u wanted. They have plenty of amazing flavors to choose from, and a book u could flip through to see their many flavors. Also have in house flavors. Since Im a person that doesnt make my mind up easily, I was impressed most by there person that helped me. She showed me every one I pointed out and was able to help me make a great choice. I will continue to go back again and again* Oh and thanks again for saving me money in the end. Greatly appreciated!

Best vape shop in town, great selection of flavors and awesome customer service! Every time I but a coil there they prime it and install it for me. They even have 1/2 off sales every week one on Tuesday from 4-8pm that’s 1/2 off any size of the house made e-liquid. Won’t buy vape supplies anywhere else.

I bought a Vape here not even a month ago and everything was going fine, until I went to charge my batteries. One seemed to not be charging, So I went to the shop, with my reciept and I asked them if they would replace it, and they told me that they don’t replace batteries. One of the employees takes my battery back to the boss, and the boss “supposedly,” said that they’d give me a discount on my next battery purchase. The Orginal price for one battery is 10.95, I paid 7.58 which is not much of a discount. I’d understand if the battery was old and I’d used it more than one time, but this I don’t understand. Let me remind you that I’ve only used the Vape for one full battery cycle, I am very dissatisfied. I was told that everything was under warranty for thirty days, not everything excluding batteries.

What can i say best vape shop around tuesday and wed they have half price house juices. Today i went and was getting a house juice and noticed they had my favorite premium juice of all time and it was cheaper then ever 16 bucks for a premium 100ml juice bottle cant be beat. I normally order this juice online and have to wait a week for shipping, but never will i have to again. Thank you time square vapor and keep those, the one strawberry juices in stock. Best juice ive ever put in my vape.

This place sucks for me. Most people that are new to vaping or have not been anywhere else have no idea how good another place can be. I use an Aspire mod, Aspire coils, and aspire batteries. They only carried the coils but I need batteries too. I only use aspire because I have had such excellent reliability with that brand through the years. Aspire also seems to be more safety conscience. I tried to get 10mg nicotine but had to choose between 10 and 12. They won’t do 10. I wanted hy-Vg organic or some other type of max veg that wicks better in standard tanks. But they could only offer 70/30 blend. The reason for all of this is the FDA. The store simply doesn’t have enough income, or the owner was pinching pennies too tight when submitting products to the FDA. Each costs more money. I think I will just order from a better store I always used before ahead of time (I move to Tyler and they are in Fort Worth). That store mixes anything, uses whiskey barrel aging and pre-steeping, different types of VG, better selection, better prices, and they are a hell of a lot nicer/personable than these guys. Try somewhere else if you need anything more than basic.

I love this place. Everyone there is extremely helpful. I really appreciated that they offered curb service when everything else was shut down. Some days it took calling a few times before getting thru but we all had adjustments to make and they still offered a great service.

I started going to Times Square Vape Lab when it first opened up and have never stopped. This is a shop that has helped keep me away from going back to cigarettes and their harmful consequences. I feel so much better after quitting 6 years ago and can tell a huge difference in my health. No more coughing, chest pains, headaches, and other symptoms that come with smoking tobacco and other harsh chemicals as well as the threat of cancer/other diseases. This place is clean, well priced, filled with various options, and the friendliest staff. Its a wonderful place to relax and meet with friends. Ive bought 2 vapes from here. The first one(Smok Novo) fried and they were able to replace it under my 30 day warranty. Well, then that one fried so I asked to have something a little more durable since Im a heavy hitter. They got me the Renova Zero, which is currently excellent! They listen to your needs and are very helpful in showing you how to work your device properly. Also, the selection of flavors that the have is impressive!

I recently quit smoking cigarettes and switched to vape. Im currently using a smok v9 stick max. I went into tsvl last night to purchase coils for this device and i was given options on which coils were compatible. I purchased the baby v2 A3 coils. These coils require a wattage of 80 or higher. Best used between 100 - 120 watt. The v9 stick only puts out a max of 60 watt. When i returned the coils they wouldnt replace the one that i had installed because it was opened. They didnt own up to their mistakes,and i wont be returning to this store. Voltage vapor in Jacksonville has coils half the price compared to tsvl. I dont reccomend to use tsvl, especially if youre new to vaping. They sold me a product that wasnt compatible, and then denied me to replace it.

This is the only vape shop thats going to ID you every single time you come in the door. it doesnt matter if they know youre 18 or not, theyre going to ID you every time, so just pull your ID out or probably go somewhere else thats not going to harass you .
