Don’t stay there they would steal from you!!!!I would put cero stars if there was an option but definitely my staying here was awful since we got there. The lady upfront was rude asking for a $50 deposit in cash and the room was all dirty the toilet was not clean and there was hair all around, the carpet had stains all over and the lights didn’t work. At the time to check out, there was no one and there’s a phone you call and tell you have come at 9 if you want your deposit back.When I got back for my deposit they told me there was a missing towel and they would take $10 out of my deposit. And I wouldn’t even consider taking one of their discounting towels. A friend of mine was staying there too and did the same thing to her, when she realized we knew each other she gave the deposit. And when I was leaving the lady upfront insulted me calling me a “B*tch”.Don’t stay there they would steal from you!!

The gentleman at the front desk was nice but I got a stinky smoking room after requesting non smoking. The bed was made and nothing was broken and looked like the toilet and shower were cleaned, but the head board was so nasty fingerprints and other stuff all over it. Also, when walking on the floor my feet were nasty brown. All in all we were safe and for the price it wasnt the worst place Ive stayed. They just need to spend more time cleaning.

When I got to the room the TV didnt work and Ill called the front desk and they didnt get in any hurry about coming down here to get it working. Come to find out it unplugged and the microwave was unplugged. The air conditioner cover rattled and is full of dirt and dust. There was not one chair in the room. This place is nothing as it appears on the website. I was very disappointed. Called them and asked them what a weekly amount would be and was told a $190 but when I got here they said no, its $240. Its trashy. Trash out in the parking lot, prostitutes in the parking lot. Some guy rode upon a bicycle trying to sell me a gold ring.

Came in from Dallas and stayed overnight. Everything was clean and comfortable. The ONLY negative thing was that I saw one roach in the room so maybe do some extra pest control. Other than that, staff was really nice and we enjoyed our stay. Would defintely visit again.

Upon entering, it wreaked of cigarettes. I was staying here with my husband and baby and felt awful making my baby sleep in this room. There was garbage on the floor and flies swarming around it. We arrived late after a 14 hour drive and the first thing I wanted to do was shower. The shower head was low and someones hair was on the wall. All of the towels had black smudges on them. We called the front desk to exchange them out for fresh towels but the new ones were dirty too. It was so late, we decided just to try to get 3 or 4 hours of sleep and try to find a different hotel for the remainder of our trip. I tried to find coffee the next morning and all I found was an empty pot in the lobby and no Continental breakfast. I didnt expect fancy. I was hoping for clean. But this place was disgusting.

If you pay more than 30 dollars for your room you are paying too much. Rooms are run down and have a dirty odor. Toad noise outside is EXTREMELY LOUD. TV remote didnt work. Staff was very nice

I tried here because OYO is advertised as pet friendly. When I asked about getting a room the woman at the front desk said no pets.If youre not pet friendly, dont advertise as such.

The lady at the front desk , April I believe is her name and her boss were great. April went above and beyond her duty to make sure we were accommodated after just getting in from working and driving several hours. The house keeper was a sweet heart as well. Made sure we all had clean towels and linens if needed. The OYO on Lindale was right the opposite. The front desk lady was rude and couldnt care less whether or not we had a room or not. So if your ever in Tyler I definitely recommend THIS OYO , not the other one. They are having some renovations but the rooms are still clean and comfortable for the price.

If I could give 0 stars I would, there was mold there and they refused to give me another room. Then when I showed them the pictures I took of the mold they finally offered me a refund and that was back in august in when hurricane laura hit and its December and I still never received my refund... they keep telling me to wait. My bank has now had to get involved.

We stayed for 4 nights in a place side cabana and it was gorgeous. The room is superbly designed and flows out to a little private courtyard, then straight out to the Hockey place! It is sleek, cool and still has that old world glamour to it. The hotel itself was a sanctuary in the middle of buzzing TX. The bars and restaurants were perfectly on point.

Made reservations on Monday night as wed be evacuating Tuesday from Hurricane Laura. I called ahead because we were going to be late to check in due to traffic. They assured me that I could check in late and our rooms would still be available. When we got there after six hours on the road, they told us that they had overbooked and that our rooms werent available, which left my family and pets with no place to go. They also charged my credit card even though they had to cancel our resevations and Im having a very difficult time getting a refund.

Bed had hairs and dirt between the sheets, no cups or coffee maker in room, dirty microwave, only cold coffee in lobby at 08:45 am, no cups for cold coffee in lobby, desk chair looked like it was salvaged from a landfill (+1 star for recycling). Charges a security deposit roughly equivalent to a 4 night stay which is not returned for 7 to 10 days afterwards.

The hotel was closed for renovations after we booked it. We received an email about 6 hours before arrival. Since we were driving we did not notice the email. Had to look all over town to find another room. They charged us a cancellation fee for something they did. We called customer support and they claimed it would be refunded in 1 to 2 hours. If it was cancelled 6 hours earlier why is still taking 1 to 2 hours and a phone call to get our money back? Look elsewhere

Well, we got booked 2 queen rooms. For 6.nights and its a mistake.... rooms werent ready yet. Bedsheets are dirty , trash from the previous occupant were still there, cockcroach on the floor. Dont have towels ready, bedsheets and covers just filed up on the tables😏..Not going to book it again.! Its a joke.

I hate giving bad reviews, this place really took the cake. There was some kind of splatter on the TV screen. The door did the bathroom had stains on it of some kind of fluid, and Im not meaning cleaning fluid. We ended up not staying the night.

The roof is black and moldy. The room is using the trash cans to hold water. They charged an additional 70 dollars for a deposit that I wont get back for 7 to 10 days. DO NOT go here and do not use hotwire to book any hotels. This place needs to be black listed.

This is an inexpensive hotel period. Its clean and easy to get to and the rooms are comfortable. Okay WiFi and TV if you are so inclined. There is no breakfast served but you are close enough to get some before traveling. Ill stay there next month when I go to Tyler.

The vibe was awful. The room smelled terrible, the linen looked stained... shower wouldnt drain, shower also sprayed everywhere-- and there was a delay checking out at 11, when check out is SCHEDULED because no one was at the desk.

DISGUSTING. I found bed bugs and roaches and some unknown flying insect in the bed, the beds were stained, the bathroom was disgusting and the bathroom door didn’t close. The phone didn’t have a dial tone or buttons. The whole place is a joke and the staff didn’t care at all about the bugs, literally just made it up for the next person. When I showed him the bugs in a bag he inspected them for several minutes as if I was lying . Not even so much as an apology . Do not EVER book a room here

Ms Kathy and Candace are very nice. They both always helpful whenif I need anything to make my stay better. Always polite and helpful. My room was clean and pleasant. Dated but nice.

Was lucky enough to stay in the Junior Suite to celebrate my 50th birthday. Knew we had made the right choice when as we were unpacking an ice bucket with a chilled bottle of cava arrived as a birthday present for me! The hotel is right in the middle of things so perfect for walking everywhere and all the staff were just superb

Tried to check in and there is a service fee that they did not warn us about on the website. The bathroom was falling apart in the shower was extremely small meanwhile there were a large insects on the ceiling.

Super friendly desk clerk. Was willing to change rooms.... no heat/ac in the room we reserved. Old musty and smoke filled in our NON smoking room. Was our last resort for a room,, and will be our last stay

Price is good but room is nasty! Beds dirty, hair, floor not clean. Only 1 towel in room. Also fire alarm not on as an it by the microwave and not attached to the mount on ceiling.. I have a picture.

Was going to stay here until I checked each individuals review history to see if they were fake/spam accounts that leave good reviews to drive business. I believe they have are......they only leave high ratings on these OYO hotels but all over the states and such and so for that reason I am out....

Made our reservation 3 days in advance. Pull up to the hotel and the parking lot is empty. Theres a sign on the door saying they are not accepting any reservations and to drop off mail at the super 8 across the road. So now we have no hotel after driving 6 hours and no rooms available within 45 minutes.

Staying here right now and Im not even sure Im gonna make it through the night. The room reeks of cigarette smoke, the sheets are stained, and on top of that the sheets are still damp from being washed (without soap I would presume because they smell horrid.) Stay here only if youre just on an absolute budget, and hate yourself

Roaches, no hot water, wasnt provided with the room I had booked and paid for online. Mini fridge didnt work either.

Absolutely awful. Roach infested AC broken fridge didnt work dirty completely unacceptable. Unlike anything I have ever seen checked in and checked out

My husband stayed there in April and he had to put in a deposit because he didn’t reserve his stay and they said they would refund the money in two to three business day it’s been a month and they Keep saying in 15 days but they still haven’t returned anything

Not bad till I turned the light on and some Cockroaches were all over the sink Where I was about to get up and brush my teeth... I hope anyone else dont waste there time or money

Very nice and clean. I was a little disappointed that they dont offer breakfast but other than that my stay was peaceful.

First room had not been clean and the next did not have water what a waste of time and money would not let my dog rent from them and the person working there told me i should not stay there and would not give a refund

Was really nasty I Really wouldnt recommend nobody they refused to refund me even with me leaving early I came from Lufkin to be with my sick father and got a room full of roaches full of mold the door was taped up roaches in the refrigerator and I have pictures of everything they dont even deserve 1 star.
