Sometimes resorts have treatments that have higher price tags than quality of treatment. That was not the case here.I had a great experience despite the spa being closed for rennovations. Maybe next time.I Did an eye mask, body scrub and stone massage with Carol. She was attentive and listened. The massage was perfect with cranial/occipital work and it wasnt simply hot stone placement. The scrub was worth the add on, id take a vat of that home if I could; I didnt want it to end.
I had the sports massage, which was 80 minutes and worth every penny. My entire body was just so relax for the next 48 hours, absolutely no pain. Also got the hydra facial, which is one of the best facials that they offer. I love the different types of serum that they use, and I feel like I’m getting the best bang for my buck with how many steps there were. They have a really relaxing waiting room, with hot tea little trail mix, they finish every service with a honey caramel, and they have a really nice gift shop.
I visited Vail for the first time this week and wanted a relaxing activity while my husband hit the slopes. I am so happy I chose the Four Seasons after some research for my spa day. I got a custom deep tissue massage with Alma who was wonderful and addressed all of my sore spots. She hit some pressure points and muscles I hadn’t felt before and her treatment relieved so much tension. The aromatherapy of it was great too and they let you pick your scent before the massage. After that I got a custom facial with Kristi who I LOVED. She targeted the facial for what I wanted (hydration and brightening/discoloration/clogged pores) and gave me the BEST face and jaw massage. I loved the products she used and how knowledgeable she was whenever I asked anything about the treatment and skincare. The products were organic and all smelled different and wonderful. The spa facilities, which you can enjoy before/after treatments, are pristine and very zen. I will DEFINITELY be coming back to this spa when I’m in Vail next. My only regret is only doing 50 minute treatments and not staying longer because it was so lovely!
The spa is beautiful! Regularly go to Guy for a haircut and shave. Massages are great!
Be sure to book your pedicure or facial with Franki if you want excellent care! I only wish I had time to see her for a facial as my pedicure was top notch!
I scheduled for a 50 min massage and did an upgrade for the scalp massage. Staff was short and not welcoming. Terrible massage and the scalp massage was basically dumping a gallon of oil on my head so when I got up oil was everywhere and my hair a disaster. I wasnt even offered a towel so I came out to the waiting area with oil dripping down my face My friend who also went for a massage said the bed heater didnt work and was freezing the entire time. When asked how he was doing he said cold and she brought a space heater by his head....not what I expected out of the four seasons. If youre in town and looking for some pampering I would probably look somewhere else.
Awesome spa, beautiful facility and amazing amenities in the locker rooms. If you have an appointment booked, you can use the amenities all day. Hitting the steam room before AND after the mountain was a game changer.
Sublime. The most comfortable robes of any spa I’ve ever been to, the facility itself was immaculate, and the entire staff was extremely friendly and competent. Amazing massage treatment, definitely going back.
We have been coming to Four Seasons Vail for 3 years now. We came 2 or 3 times a year. Our group always got a message or facial then headed out to the outdoor hot tub through the doors in the spa lounge for 20 or 30 min. This last time we were told an unapologetic no. Its only for hotel guests. This was extremely disappointed considering we always have and no one was even outside using them. The indoor hottub they have is dated and uninviting. It looks like a spa room for a fancy nursing home. I highly recommend not to come here. Go to the Arrabelle. It is gorgeous and they have a beautiful rooftop hottub.
The SPA is exceptional! Loved my treatments and the staff!
This was my first ever spa… life changing. The lady who worked on me made me feel comfortable and took time to explain all she was going to do. The steam room and sauna definitely felt amazing.
A-mazing! From the moment you walk in til the moment you leave. The biggest spa game changer for me though was my massage therapist - her name starts with a G - and she is a healer! I went in for a quick 20 minute massage and walked out feeling better than I have in years. She is the Oprah of massage therapists.
Four Seasons Spa was great, I got a blow out prior to going to a wedding and Guy was amazing. Super nice and dis a great job. Thanks.
Extremely overpriced for average service. The spa is definitely not a top spa as illustrated in some publications. I would not return due to the insane prices.
The Four Seasons is always amazing! The Spa is my favorite part! Always top notch ❤️
Constant construction noise, other than that it was a great stay.
Perhaps the finest manicure Ive ever had. Thank you, Franki!
Over charged for poor conditions screaming children and old gym equipment 10/10 would not recommend
Beautiful Spa with talented therapists!
Amazing experience!
Guy gives a great haircut
Great treatments
While you may have an excellent experience, don’t ever tip with actual cash. They charge a default 20% gratuity to your room or card, regardless of whether or not you’ve generously tipped MORE than that with cash. Disappointing and shameful.
