Well & Being Spa Vail at The Hythe

The spa is beautiful. Their relaxation room is just lovely with cucumber infused cool towels and eucalyptus-infused warm towels, delicious treats and teas, plus cucumber-infused water, serene music and luxurious chaises on which to relax. Their steam room feels fantastic. Their salt room is a great place to read for a while and absorb the benefits of the salt. Their recovery room has an assortment of relaxing tools to round out your day. My massage with Leo was amazing. Hailing from Japan, Leo offers wonderful massage treatments Ive never before experienced. Im eager to return soon! Just the most lovely place! Highly recommended!

This spa is lovely and relaxing. I had Leo for a double booking which included a body scrub/wrap and deep tissue hot stone massage. Beyond impressed. Loved the amenities as well. Highly recommend! **Photo of salt room amenity!

My 80 minute massage (male therapist) was AWESOME, I also had a great facial. We stayed for hours just relaxing in the spa. You can also use the pools and gym although we didn’t take advantage of those.

The salt oxygen room was great when we were new to the altitude. Massages were the best we have ever had; and we have been to a lot of luxury resorts all over the US. Relaxation room had great loungers with cold & hot towels. The outdoor hot tub was so beautiful, romantic, and charming. The post treatment room heat pad and stones were awesome after my massage. The woman’s facilities were clean and had everything I needed to shower. The robes were also made for woman with curves!!!!

Had a wonderful experience. Michelle was my masseuse and she gave me one of the best massages Ive ever had. Loved it ❤️ salt room was unique. Steam room was great.

I booked a massage last minute while visiting Vail and I have to say, this experience was one of my favorites at a spa yet. The setting is BEAUTIFUL and I could have stayed in the salt room all day. My massage with Terry was wonderful- book with her if you can. I highly recommend this spa.

Had the most relaxing and wonderful experience at the Well & Being Spa! The front desk staff were wonderful and accommodating. The relaxation room before my massage was perfect— it was great to have tea and water while waiting. My massage was performed by Leo who was fantastic. Leo was exceptionally kind as well.

I have been to the Well & Being Spa a couple of times. Each time I have had a great spa experience. The staff is friendly and the estheticians or masseuses have been very skilled. The estheticians have all been very honest on what treatments are right for my skin type. The amenities are clean and well maintained. The most minor complaint I have is that the snack choices do not include any nut free options.

I loved my experience at the Well & Being Spa at the Hythe! I went early, used the gym and some of the other amenities, and got an amazing massage from Leo. He tested out the pressure before we got started and focused on my shoulders because that’s where I told him I have a lot of tension. Leo did a great job, and I would definitely go back and see him.

The spa was beautiful, clean and relaxing. I enjoyed the Himalayan salt therapy room. My massage by Leo was amazing. Best massage I ever had! I would recommend a visit to this spa if you stay at The Hythe.

I always hesitate to get a massage on vacation. You never know if paying almost three times what a massage costs in a non-resort setting is going to feel worth it.Well, I am here to tell you that the 80 minute hot stone massage I received from Leo was well worth it. Forget the cool salt room, spa facilities, and other amenities available before and after the treatment, it’s really about the massage. I have been dealing with a lot of small but annoying pains and Leo basically took a look at me and knew my issues. The massage and stretching left me feeling better than I have in a while. I am a little weird in that I have a hard time actually relaxing during a massage sometimes but I was completely relaxed during this massage and for hours afterward. Highly recommend.

Leo was great. He was modest with me, had the perfect pressure and got rid of all tension. The only thing I could have had a little more of was scalp massage, but them I probably wouldve needed 2 hours!! Lol.. I will definitely come back!

One of the most disappointing spa experiences for high-end spa prices. The staff continued their conversation while I stood waiting rather than offering even a greeting. There were no clean robes in lockers, hair balls on the floor, empty product bottles, and very little space in the women’s changing room. The spa was small, crowded and the whirlpool was down. The actual treatment was ok, but could not overcome the regrettable spa accommodations.

Great deep tissue massage at the Spa at the Hythe. Leo was an incredibly strong and skilled masseuse! Highly recommend.

I never leave reviews but feel I have to. Leo- my massage therapist- was the best I’ve ever had. It was more than a massage- I felt like I was in a ceremony. I felt every touch was intentional and my only complaint is against myself for booking a 50 minute rather than 80! Do yourself a favor and schedule here with Leo. The amenities are so nice so plan to spend a half or more day.

We’ve been to a lot of spas and massages, this one BY FAR was the Best!!! We got a couples 80 min massage, I had Lance, my wife had Taylor.And at the end we both said, wow that was the best one ever.The pressure was perfect and they even upped it! Their understanding of anatomy was also impressive, as they moved muscles and joints to get to deeper muscles that most people miss!Would highly recommend, worth every penny.Also their steam rooms were phenomenal, smelled amazing, had a little spray of eucalyptus oil too.Not to mention the stay at The HYTHE, was better than we could have asked for. Service was top notch, everyone was super nice!We have to ever said this (just cause there are so many places to try) but we would definitely come back to The HYTHE!

This is the second time I have gotten a massage in one week from Clint. Both times, I walked away refreshed and relaxed. I had a zip line mishap yesterday that threw my lower back out of whack. Clint worked his magic and straightened me right up…literally. Definitely recommend Clint!! My wife had two massages as well and was very satisfied too!

Overall a great experience. The Spa was lovely & the massage was excellent. We arrived early to use the whirlpool, salt room, etc. and the spa was closed for an employee meeting. No one called to confirm our massage nor were we told the spa would be closed until noon the day of our treatments. I would go back because the massage was one of the best I ever had.

Massage was great but the lady who was cleaning the change room kept on glaring at my friend and I, which made us uncomfortable and not want to use the steam room or spend any more time than necessary changing and getting ready after our treatments.Also, the lady at the front desk who showed us around when we arrived, spoke in a weird monotone voice and spoke very quietly while showing us the amenities, and paused awkwardly after each “stop”. It was just odd.For those reasons I’m unlikely to return because it took away from the experience. We also couldn’t get a seat at the pool which we were bummed about as we were looking forward to that part of our spa day.

Beautiful spa! My massage therapist, Sunny, made me melt on the table after a day of skiing. I loved the Salt Relaxation room too. Accommodations overall were just lovely and the milk chocolate at the end of my massage was a nice finishing touch.

Amazing therapeutic massage by Megan. So amazing in fact, I went twice. Megan is very knowledgeable and her technique is amazing. This is not a typical fluff massage you find at some spas. My services are by far some of the greatest massages I have had.

No Kleenex in locker room, nohair conditioner in shower, pressure in showers not.great. Hard to access pool from Spa. No sunscreen in spa.Clint was great- but I spent 300 dollars. Just not a luxury experience.

Blown away by this spa! My bf and I stopped into vail for the night after a few days of skiing in Breckinridge. From the oxygen bar, to hot tub, to the salt room everything was impeccable and so clean. Staff were so kind and friendly. The massages with Mike and Bridget were probably the best massages we’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Michelle my massage was amazing with Michele. She is a professional and knows the body and muscles well. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. I highly recommend her. I chose deep tissue and she worked out all of my knots and stress. The spa has a salt room, steam room and relaxation room. There is also a whirlpool
