I had a great experience with Felix. During the massage he would give me advice on how and when to stretch depending on the tightness of my muscle. Highly recommend, specially for high pressure massages.The spa locker room has a hot tub, sauna and steam room. Everything was very clean and I was able to enjoy my complimentary mango sorbet / champagne by the tub.

Incredible day at the spa. Facilities are beautiful, clean, and full of everything you need (steam room, sauna, hot tub) as well as nice amenities in the locker room. The relaxation room was great and had nice treats and tea offerings. Massage therapist, Felix was outstanding and I highly recommend him. Have been to some of the best spas in the country and Caribbean, and this spa now is one of them! Looking forward to coming back the next time I am in Vail.

I had the best experience at the Spa at The Arrabelle! I booked a facial, manicure, and pedicure and was treated to an amazing morning with Leah! She used the most hydrating and delicious smelling oils on my face and I felt totally rejuvenated afterwards. In the past some facials have lead to breakouts for me but this treatment was perfect! My skin was soft and smooth - even in the cold, Colorado air! She was so friendly and kind and I cant wait to come back and see her again! I highly recommend booking a relaxing spa experience with Leah! Will be back soon!

I was scheduled for a massage, the first of the day. My reservation said to get there early which I did. No one was there until they opened and I was not taken back until about 5 minutes later. I sat in the back for over 30 minutes waiting on someone. Finally, someone came back and told me that there was an accident on the road and the staff was delayed. It would have been nice to know that so I could have waited in the other spa areas. When I finally got a massage they cut it 10 minutes short. I was give 10% off my massage. I went back later that day to enjoy the rest of the spa, the steam room and hot tub. There were girls in there that had to be 14-16 years old and the place was a mess when I got there and when I left. I was very disappointed.

I enjoyed the experience but the male masseuse talks too much during the massage. I didn’t pay over $400 to have a conversation while I’m trying to relax. Honestly not very satisfied and he was way too rough when I asked for a stress relief and relaxing massage, not a deep tissue massage. I would have enjoyed it with any other masseuse. My husband had the female during our couples massage and she didn’t talk at all which is what people want, no one wants a conversation during their massage.

Pretty good facilities and sauna. Felix was outstanding and I highly recommend him.

I had such a relaxing experience at this spa. They showed me around and then j spent an hour relaxing waiting for my appt. Felix came and brought me to my room. He had me focus on my breathing while I enjoyed an 80 min massage. My fav part was when he did acupuncture on my feet!

Booked my couples massage a month in advance as recommended by the staff member Jamal had an Issue with the credit card number called back and spoke to Diego whom confirmed my reservation. The day of my reservation I was notified they could not find my reservation. Very disappointed. Do not recommend. Avoid this place at all cost. Wish I would have read the reviews prior to booking.

This spa is AWESOME. We were greeted by friendly staff who made the check in process easy and effortless. The staff was outstanding during out entire spa day. The spa grounds were beautiful and it had a super luxury feel to it. Very relaxing. The manager of the spa, Ali, was a super hostess! Make sure you check out the rooftop pool/hot tub - awesome views! Highly highly recommended!

I surprised my boyfriend with a trip to the Arrabelle Spa while we were visiting Vail and it exceeded all expectations! The locker room has a large relaxation area that really set the tone for the rest of the amenities they offer with a spa appointment. From the relaxation room to the treatments to finishing our mini spa day up at the rooftop pool and hot tub, it was easily one of the highlights of our trip! All of the staff was exceptionally friendly and the spa manager Ali made sure we had the best experience. I cant recommend this spa enough, we cant wait to go back!

Fabulous spa experience! From the moment you walk in the door the staff is warm and friendly. I came for a massage and Corrie did an amazing job! The locker room facilities are top notch and the relaxation room before and after the treatment was quite the treat! Highly recommend coming here for your next massage or treatment

It was my first time in Arrabelle, I have always stay at the Ritz however for reason however for the amount of $$ we pay expectations where high well what a disappointment upon our arrival we were told we can only have service in our room once out the 7 nights, the staff couldnt get in the room not even to delivered room service. in the meantime the gym was open and never clean people will coming in out no one employee will come in and check my hands where dirty from the weights and equipment. we shipped a box and i needed to call 4 times to get it in my room, the fire alarm was going off couples times, restaurant menu reduce to 3 items. Staff at the check in no to welcoming, front desk at the spa terrible service. overall was awful we leave 2 days early because not even our towels got change after 5 days. OVERPRICE. Poor service

Fantastic, first time we went and it didnt disappoint at all. The stress just melted away. The lounge was fantastic.

Felix exceeded my expectations and even took the time to show stretching exercises for my issue. Highly recommend him.
