This was the most incredible 90 minutes I have had for massage by someone who clearly knows her stuff. So many techniques for Lymphatic Massage therapy. I felt like a bar of butter melting in her hands. She is absolutely amazing. I feel so refreshed and pain free tonight. Thank you Corrin!!!!!

I dont even know where to begin. This place is a total gem. I recently had a mommy makeover surgery with Dr Allen Gabriel and he recommended I come here for Lymphatic Drainage massage post care. Corrine was amazing! I was def a first-timer but in need of good post-op surgical love and didnt know a lot myself but needed something quickly. They do a very good job at making you feel Welcome. The owner is very personable and knowledgeable. Prices are comparable to other massage companies but you get much more from Cohesive Therapy Healing than just a normal Swedish massage, they have a great mix of Eastern and Western methods and modalities combined into a unique experience.I already booked my next visit and recommend it to anyone.

I came here today post op from lipo for their lymphatic drainage massage and MY OH MY! I legit cried! The release I felt in my entire body was unreal and cannot wait to do the rest of my sessions! It was painful to have done, expected, being a week post op but todays the first day since the procedure I felt comfortable and not wanting to cry in pain haha

This is a wonderful treatment center that is very professional and they have wonderful techniques. The people were very nice and I felt very comfortable. They specialize in lymphatic drainage massage that is amazing for helping you heal from surgery. This has been the best massage I have gotten in many years. I would highly recommend them.

I have been coming to cohesive therapy for several years. I cannot say enough good things about Gepina and her staff. They have helped me through pregnancy, injury and overall wellness. This is such an amazing experience and everyone should be having these treatments monthly.

I really enjoyed my massage at Cohesive. I recently had lipo and have been coming here for my lymphatic drainage massage. I did feel some discomfort 1st time but it was worth it afterwards. I went into Cohesive Therapy and Massage on the advice of my surgeon after undergoing surgery for breast reconstruction due to a double mastectomy.I can honestly say I have never experienced anything as healing, centering and powerful as I felt through my lymphatic massage at Cohesive. I could literally feel the healing happening on the table. It was beautiful, somewhat painful and truly amazing!Waking up today I feel, so much better, grateful and more empowered than before my treatment yesterday.I truly cannot recommend this treatment enough! I only learned of lymphatic massages recently. I’d describe it as results driven massages. I’m never going back to traditional deep tissue massages. Gepina is a healer. I come away feeling lighter both physically and mentally. I’ll lose almost a pound of water weight after seeing her. She’s also on top of results producing ways to naturally improve the health and look of the body.I feel lucky to have found Gepina and grateful for the introduction to lymphatic massages.

This team is so dedicated to making sure that my recovery from surgery is as comfortable and beneficial as possible! They really take the time to learn what you want and what you need, and focus on those areas with every massage. When they tell you that your massage is an hour long they literally mean from the time they start massaging you.. not from the time you walk in the door. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone who has gone through cosmetic surgery.

Excellent work, highly recommend. Very knowledgeable, helped with post liposuction swelling and pain. Feels about a thousand percent better and with more visits will get even better in the healing process.

I have had massages all around the world and have never had an experience to compete with my times at Cohesive Therapy over the last several years. Gepina and her staff are extremely competent at healing massage and specifically lymphatic drainage. I didn’t realize I had issues with edema until today when I went in. After two hours of work including a brief sauna time, not only did I feel so relaxed, I also weighed myself upon returning home at 5 lbs lighter (from the fluid that was bound up & released). My only regret is that I don’t live here and have to visit Cohesive Therapy when I fly in to the Pacific NW. Please do yourself a favor and visit, it’s worth every penny.

I always have a wonderful experience. The staff members are super nice and my therapist knows what she is doing. Since get my lymphatic massages, my body is able to sweat and I am able to feel air brush against my skin.

I was looking for a place to receive a post surgical massage/ Lymphatic drainage on Google and came across Cohesive. After reading a review from another post surgical client, I decided to book. I’m so glad I did! Although, it wasn’t your typical massage (which I was expecting to feel any relief) I was pleasantly surprised at the effectiveness of medical cupping! The swelling and fluid retention went down tremendously after only one treatment. I was really excited to come back for a second treatment! The infrared wrap was an awesome experience as well. Over all my experience at Cohesive, from talking/ consulting with Geppina over the phone to receiving treatment from Corrin, it was a very unique and spectacular. In January of 2021 I was diagnosed with Lyme disease and treating that infection took rounds of antibiotics that caused a flood of bacteria die off in my system. I was left with no active infection but I still didn’t feel like my old self. I was lethargic, unfocused and inflammation had pushed me up nearly two pants sizes.I found Cohesive Massage In November and my first session left me feeling like it was double the hardest workout I had ever had in a gym. My limbs were rubbery and I felt like I had a runners high.I’ve had three more sessions since then and the difference it’s made is incredible. I’ve dropped a pants size, I’m more active and my stamina has returned and mental acuity is back. I feel like I did before I got bit by the tick in the summer of 2020.The staff here are the most compassionate, caring people and are truly focused on reach client’s individual needs and their journey to health and healing. I have been a Cohesive client for 2 years and the massage experience is consistently superior. The atmosphere is tranquil. The staff are exceptional, giving personal attention, by listening to the client specific problem. When I first found Coshesive Therapy I couldnt even walk. I was in such tremendous pain with Acute Sciatica. The staff worked with me doing acupuncture, cupping and deep tissue massage. The client experience here cant be beat! We have seen multiple therapists, and each have been trained to seek input on the right amount of pressure, areas of concern for the visit, and they truly listen to requests. This is not a standard routine massage like we have experienced at other places. The cupping is helpful for releasing problem areas, as well as lymphatic drainage. The owner is hands on with all therapists and quality is maintained throughout the practice.

Ive been with Cohesive for many years, that weve become like family. The massage therapists are awesome. They want to know your problem areas, and then the magic begins!! Its my own personal island for an hour. The atmosphere is very soothing and cozy.

I have chronic conditions/pain. My sister introduced me to Cohesive when I moved back to the area the end of 2016. I have been hooked ever since. Wow! I have had massages and accupuncture from 4 therapists here so far and everyone is amazing. I love how in one treatment I can get a bunch of modalities used on me. As an LMT Ive been taking some one-on-one classes with Gepina Caterina. She knows her stuff! Her anatomy is spot on, and my skills have improved so much since I started learning from her. She puts a lot of emphasis on saving the therapists body, and she walks the walk by taking care of herself as well. The hot stone work and bodywork Ive gotten from her has been amazing. She also talks through what shes doing, so I always learn something new when she works on my body. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, loves what she does and It really shows in each session Ive had with her!

I’ve seen Gepina twice for lymphatic drainage massage. She is exceptionally welcoming, skilled, and experienced. Let me tell you, this isn’t your run of the mill superficial massage. These massages, combined with her various other techniques of warm body wrapping, cupping, scraping, dry brushing (just to name a few) ensure you are leaving feeling better than when you came in. If you want a fluffy massage because you’re scared of a little bruising go elsewhere. If you want to heal your whole body and actually feel a noticeable improvement in your movements, range of motion, and how your body processes the nutrients you give it, I highly recommend you see Gepina. This is as close to heaven on earth as it gets. Bonus points for her tea- it’s out of this world!

I saw Gepina and Korinn, after my liposuction/BBL surgery and they both did an amazing job! They were very gentle but still got the job done. Gepina is very informative of what she will be using during the massage and why and how it helps. I appreciate both of them always notifying me if there’s a cancellation!!! It was a lovely massage, and the experience included time in the infrared sauna, hot stones, dry brushing, and cupping— several of which were new for me.Renee, our massage therapist, made strong and very intentional movements. Cohesive Therapy warrants 10 stars not five. I have had four sessions three with Gipina and one with Corin. Being a very active person typing on a computer all day golfing weekly yoga weekly and just life in general it’s a lot of repetitive use on my arms and hands. After just one session with Gipina the aches and pains in my hands and arms dissipated. Yes I was amazed to had a second session yesterday we’ll see but feels like I’m all brand new. Besides their experience and massage cupping brushing and scraping the wealth of knowledge they both possess is remarkable. Gipina has been taught since a child about health and wellness. I intend to continue my monthly visits with Gipina. Her love for the planet and all is a gift and can’t wait to see her next month. Also my hip was frozen from sitting during Covid I used to stand every day during worktime and during Covid I began sitting my left hip became painful and frozen and Gipina has taught me many exercises and ways to loosen up that hip in addition to her manipulations.

I have several injuries earned through years of abusing my body. My job and lifestyle choices take a heavy toll on my muscles, joints and bones. Before my family met Gepina (Owner of Cohesive Therapy), I thought migraines were just a weekly part of life and that pain was always my companion.Prior to meeting the Cohesive Team (for several years) I was taking 1k Tylenol, 800 IBuprofen and tramadol 3 times a day. Since 2016 the work I’ve done with Gepina has diminished my level of pain to nothing but a memory. I take over the counter pain meds maybe once a month now.I’ve encouraged friends and family to seek treatment. I had a complete abdominal plasty with liposuction on my ribs and abdominal area with Dr Gabriel. Cohesive Therapy was dramatic in my healing process using lymphatic massage to control my swelling. This allowed me to get up and move around sooner with less pain and I just over all felt better. I was able to get in to see Yulisa within one week of my surgery, which I believe is a must. I’m a true believer in the work Yulisa is using at Cohesive Therapy with plastic surgery patients. Great deep tissue massage. I’m bruised up today which is why I rated 4 stars. However, I feel better that I have in years. My neck was messed up from car accident a few years ago. My neck is unlocked and feels great. My shoulder blades are sore to touch from bruise but I sit at a computer for 10-12 hours a day so I needed a lot of pressure to release. Evan did a fantastic job!! Highly recommend!!

After I posted my first review, I was contacted by the owner who explained why there was a lapse in customer service. I went yesterday for the fascia blaster wrap treatment. This experience was nothing like my last one. The whole process was explained to me before we started. The treatment itself was very relaxing and rejuvenating. I have already booked my next appointment. So glad I gave this place a second chance.First review posted July 8, 2019:Really shady place. I bought a groupon for 2 fascia blaster wraps. At no point from the time I made the appointment to when I was at the massage table was I informed that I would not be gxetting the service that I paid for. It wasn’t until I asked what a fascia blaster wrap is, just before the treatment was to begin, that I was informed that they did not offer that treatment anymore. Instead the therapist told me that the session would be a “surprise session”. I was quite taken aback by that but at that point I was already in the room and had taken the afternoon off so I went ahead with it. I should have objected right then and there - that was my mistake. I did not come prepared for the type of treatment that followed. It was painful and uncomfortable. It could be that I needed it but the fact is that it is not what I wanted or paid for at all. I wrote to them and gave them time to fix this but management has been unresponsive. I will never go to this place or recommend this place to anyone.

My appointment was in March 2019 for a one hour massage. Being new to Cohesive therapy, I was required to fill out a questionnaire which is typical. However, this particular questionnaire took nearly 20 minutes due to somewhat bizarre lengthy amount of personal history questions. I came for stress relief, but was more stressed by the overly detailed questionnaire. On a positive note, when I finally got to the massage table it was a good experience. Tip: arrive 20- 30 minutes before your appointment time and be prepared for a written exam.

Cohesive therapy is truly a healing place. Gepina is intuitive and extremely skilled at massage, cupping, using essential oils and restoring balance to the body from a holistic perspective. I have taken yoga classes with Gepina and zoom fascia classes since the Covid-19 stay home order and Gepina truly knows how to help us heal ourselves from pain and stress we hold in our bodies. All the staff Gepina hires and trains are aligned with her values and intuitive nature. I 100% recommend taking a zoom class or scheduling with Gepina or anyone at Cohesive Therapy.

I get at least 2 massages a month but my regular maseus is out on leave so I had to find someone new. So I came across this place online and scheduled an appointment. This is a game changer. Recently starting cupping therapy with Dr. Yusha Neuman. After the first session, I noticed impressive results. Ive had endometriosis since I was a teenager and Ive tried many different things to bring relief. My cupping and acupuncture sessions with Dr. Neuman brought a wave of pain and tenseness relief I felt the next morning. I would recommend cupping for anyone. If youre experiencing tightness or pain, cupping feels different from massage in that it feel like its corrective in a more aggressive (tackle-the-problem areas) kind of way. I have experienced longer term relief from muscle tightness and soreness in areas I knew were bothering me as well as in areas I didnt even realize were a problem. Its amazing how well I feel after the sessions. Dr. Neuman has also been so helpful in teaching me stretches, foam roller exercises and lacrosse ball exercises.

Geppina’s myofascial was amazing. It was exactly what I needed. I felt great for 3 days after. A huge difference in my hips, upper and lower back. She’s amazing. She really cares about making her clients feel better.

By definition it is holistic combining effective eastern and western modalities including Ashiatsu, Medi-cupping, Hot stones, Lomilomi , Swedish, etc. Initially I received 6 months of treatments for auto whiplash related neck and shoulder challenges, thankfully, which were relieved. I decided to not go back to this place. There were too many errors. The parking is horrible. There were some good providers there but it wasnt enough to cover the errors and overreach that happened more than once. I had to find another salon to go to.

Comfortable, clean, calming surroundings. Treatment improved my mental and physical well being which continued into the next day. I felt like I was being treated to high end spa. Definite 5 star.

As a first time customer I couldn’t book an appointment online so I sent in a request for an appointment for two people and also contacted them online through there contact us. I never heard a word back, I proceeded to call several days later and left a message and never heard back. Very unprofessional to not contact back when I tried through many different ways

The masseuses go further, you can tell how much experience they have because they point out the areas that occupy the most attention and focus on them. The massage and services/treatments change each time, depending on your progress.I loved that at your initial appointment, they give you instructions on your care to take home while you return to your next appointment. I am very happy with my results!! The 6 session package was a crucial investment for the results I wanted and it was totally worth it.
