Really great service here! I booked an appointment online without much notice so my masseuse was still on her way when I arrived. They got me set up with a room and even had one of the other available people start by walking in my back until Tina arrived. Once Tina got there I was in the very best of hands! She found my knots and beat them up for me :) Great experience overall!

Went today for the first time. My bestie and I were having a girls day and decided we needed massages. We called and made a same day appointment. Easy. Got there, and there was definite confusion about our booking when we arrived. We got in about 15-20 minutes late. But it was a very relaxing massage and my gal was very sweet (I belive her name was Macy)

My favorite massage parlor in Vancouver, always happy to come back time and time again because of how much attention to detail they have when it comes to finding and massaging out all the knots in my back. I have very bad shoulder and lower back pain and coming once every 2 weeks has been doing wonders for the pain. Highly recommend, especially because of how flexible scheduling is.

I have a lot of massages wherever I am traveling. Nothing super fancy here, the masseuse was very knowledgeable in the areas i needed attention she massage with stones had heated bed, and checked on my comfort level. The Masseuse unfortunately was also running the front desk as they were short handed so she had to break away for a couple minutes to do that.

I have been to Blue Bay Massage several times. They do a great job! Lily, in particular, was amazing. She was attentive to my needs and worked out all the sore areas and then some. She added a facial massage that was so good! I left feeling relaxed and well-cared for, just what I needed.

This is the best massage ive ever had. He was digging into all the right spots. I felt extremely comfortable here as a woman and getting a massage from a man. He kept asking if i was okay but not to a point where i was annoyed. I appreciated every time he asked. He made sure i wasnt disliking the massage. They got me in same day. I suffer from extreme pain in my hip and lower back and the amount of care put into the massage was fabulous. i will definitely be back. Thank you Blue Bay, you all were great. I cant wait till my next massage.

My husband and I were in the area and we were pleasantly surprised that a walk-in visit was made available for us as the website does say that appointments are preferred to allow staff time for breaks. We had an hour long massage and the mousses were very attentive to our needs and they were so polite. We are likely to make an appointment in the future.

I work around 70 hours a week, and the one thing I look forward to is getting a deep tissue massage. I go once a week and bounce around between my two favorite places. Neither had appointments available today so I tried Blue Bay Massage Spa in Vancouver, and it was the best experience. The atmosphere and service was excellent, but what I loved the most was the massage done by Lina. She definitely knows her craft, and it was hands down the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this place!

I somehow had a flyer for this place and I literally live down the street and shop Safeway which this place is right next to her so read some reviews and sounded like a great place. And so the first time I went Tina was the person working on me and she did an awesome job. I I used to go to the chiropractor a lot due to my back surgery To help with getting relief, now I just have Tina work on me and I come out feeling wonderful two thumbs up for this place.

I went to get a massage because of stiff neck, Sanna kept getting at the knot until it was pretty much gone. Thank you Sanna.

Alice is an angel sent from heaven. She did an amazing deep tissue massage. I feel so relaxed, it feels like the tension has melted from my body. I would definitely recommend her! Im so so happy with the service here.

Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! Tina was amazing!! She worked out all my knots and gave me such a relaxing treatment. Phoebe was amazing! My body was insanely tense and I felt ZERO pain after my 60 min massage. I asked for a soft massage and she was very gentle and it felt amazing. I mentioned to her that I’ve been experiencing very bad allergies and she gave me an awesome face massage and it cleared up my nose so now I can finally breathe. I’ve been to this spa several times and I leave feeling very productive and relaxed. I highly recommend this spa and once again thank you phoebe!

I LOVED my massage, I had May - they have ladders on the ceilings to walk on your back if you prefer as well! Definitely my go-to for a good deep tissue massage!

This experience happened sometime in October but can just now write a review. When I walked in I was told the massage therapist was new but experienced. I asked for deep tissue, when the massage first started it seemed like it was going to be deep tissue but it actually got lighter and lighter. I did let the massage therapist know on more than one occasion it wS a deep tissue massage and she would just agree and smile. The massage therapist was very sweet and kind. This is the worst spent 90 dollars Ive ever paid for a massage. I wS very sad when I paid and then to top it off I gave a tip as to not be rude. I also want to mention Im also writing this review for constructive criticism not to put anybody down.

Decided to treat ourselves for Mother days and Absolutely loved our massages! I got “Kelly” he was aaaaaamazing- toped it off with sauna afterwards which was icing on top. Have decided we are going to be going back at least once a month! Trip definitely did not disappoint! Thank you staff you all were so wonderful and accommodating to each of our needs

I searched the web today 4/5/23 and came across this establishment,just for kicks i forwarded on their site to the book appointment section to see what was available,ironically on Lillys name she had a opening about 2 1/2 hrs later which was perfect for me,I made it and was welcomed and was walked to the room, quickly Lilly came in and she began,I laughed as I told her to work me over as I have chronic pain,she used the perfect deep pressure that I desired,she was so caring,and concerned by asking if I was ok,I truely melted and went to heaven for the 90 minute session, ive been to many through the years but Lilly has been hands down the best ive ever had in the full body massage and then she also offered the hot rocks. She didnt miss a beat,it was a relaxing environment and she knows what shes doing in hitting every sore spot.Prices are very reasonable and I will definitely be back! Thank you so much Lilly for a fantastic experience! Keep up the great work!

This place is magical. I treated myself to a foot and body massage. They have walk in service and appointment online options. My massage therapist I believe is Eng Eng. I will attach card where she wrote her name. This woman is the most amazing woman ever!! She always asks if ok on pressure, she massaged places I forgot had muscles. She can go deep!! Better than anywhere I have been and that says a lot. I will recommend this place to many and always come back. Also I dont know what fabric detergent they use, but it smells so fresh and clean. That was the first thing I noticed. Relaxing music and atmosphere and attentive to all your needs. Thank you ladies so much i really appreciate you!!

I walked in feeling very much 7 months pregnant and walked out feeling lighter than air! Phoebe was so attentive, and really addressed the areas that were giving me the most pain (hips, glutes etc) and I really appreciated that she checked multiple times how pressure was, and checked in to make sure I was comfortable! It was crazy how good the massage felt even when laying on my sides!I will 100% be back to see Phoebe!

I’ve been to other massage therapist places around Vancouver and nothing compares to this place. I went there for the first time today, I had Bella and I gotta admit it was the best massage/90 minutes I’ve ever had. The way she addressed every knot shows she has a gift but also cares for her clients and want them to not be in pain. I will come back for the 2nd time soon and I’m asking for Bella. Thanks again

I recently went here for a massage and it was quite the experience. Ill never go back again, but it was almost comical and I dont necessarily regret going here, only because it was a weird experience.First of all, they dont advertise theyre an Asian massage place on their website. Absolutely nothing against Asian massage, but I didnt know what I had booked until I got there. It does say Asian massage on their front door, but the word Asian was in smaller print than the rest of the writing on the door. They should make it more clear that that is what kind of massage they are offering so customers arent surprised upon their arrival.The woman who gave me a massage did not speak very much English, so she didnt know what the word slow meant, only harder and softer and she gave a very rough and fast massage. I kept asking her to do it softer and she would but would gradually go harder over time.She kept abruptly leaving the room to get things without saying a word which was odd. She also didnt know how to ask me if I wanted hot rocks, so she abruptly left to go get some to show me. I said yes to the rocks and again she went very fast with them like she did with the regular massage. The rocks seemed too hot for her to be massaging me with, they werent too hot for me but Ive got to say its pretty weird having a woman act like shes burning herself while giving you a hot rock massage.I was relaxed afterwards, however I did not find the massage to be relaxing at all. The people here were very nice though. Over all it felt more like getting a massage from someone who has gotten massages before but was never properly trained on how to give them.

First massage here and it was amazing 🤩 Phoebe completely relaxed me. Ive been traveling that last couple weeks and after long plane rides and sleeping in hotel beds my muscles were a mess. She checked in with me several times to make sure the pressure was comfortable and even used a bit of warm stones and towels to help lossen my aches. I am still amazed at how much better I feel. Ill be back, so happy Ive found this place.

I recommend not going here. If a rhomboid muscle fell off a shelf and hit the person doing the massage they would not know what hit them. It was so bad I find it hard to believe that the person who worked on me had even watched a single YouTube video. Sketch-o-rama.I recommend NOT letting them adjust your neck at all.

I have been here 3 times and will continue going. I have had several massages over the years Kelly did me the first time for a quick massage it was the only place I could find open and what a God send I am so happy I found this place it was amazing. 2nd one was Lily honestly was the best one I ever had. She was wonderful had a full hour and she did so amazing. Third one was Tina she was good as well so nice and funny I felt bad because lotsa people comin in. I will be back again next week. It’s the best! I’ve already sent 5 friends they have all been very satisfied. You won’t regret going here.

I booked an appointment online last night and had the pleasure of speaking with owner by text In preparation for my 90 minute massage. I shared the areas that were hurting me and needing special attention. She shared with me that they have free hot stones and cbd oil. I was pleasantly surprised. Tina worked on my sore neck and shoulders and did a wonderful job working out the knots. She did a wonderful job on my entire body. The face rest is the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced. Most places has one that extends in and out but was never comfortable and always made my nose stuffy. Having one built in to table was very nice. Prices very reasonable! Highly recommend.

I received a deep tissue massage today 90 minutes from Petch she is fabulous I highly recommend this young lady she will find every sore muscle you and yes it hurts but when she is done I don’t hurt well worth the short pain. Kelly runs a 100% legit establishment it’s a pleasure going here

I had worked hours in the hot sun, slightly dehydrated and ended up having a headache with neck pain. My left hip was also very sore as well from lifting some heavy objects. I called ahead, made an appointment, arrived at 9:30pm and CiCi welcomed me, got me to the table and asked me what level of deep tissue I wanted. I said Medium, and once the massage started, she nailed every sore trigger spot in my shoulders and knocked my headache out after about 15 min. She hit spots in my hip I had no idea that were sore and that were actually causing my other noticable overall hip pain.I always question anything that is massage and open late, but from my experienceBlue Bay is VERY professional, CiCi is really nice (and tough, next time ill say light instead of Medium), and I will totally go back again.

I went into Blue Bay Massage with the muscles in my shoulder blades to the head....literally locked up with muscle spasms. I had been to the chiropractor 2 times that week to try and get relief already, no luck, I was miserable. I had even gone to the Dr. to get muscle relaxers, those didnt not work either. After I spent 2 hours with Tina getting a deep tissue massage, I finally could move my head and neck and had relief, by the next day I was able to return to work. Thanks Tina!

Tina was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend her for a great massage. First time getting a massage at blue bay and first time with Tina, very happy. So happy with the massage I have another appt in 5 days lol Only bad thing is she had to leave the room about 7 times to answer phone calls. But the massage was well worth that so ill be back! I had a massage yesterday and I didnt enjoy it in the least. Let me just say that Ive been here a handful of times, but I havent been since right before COVID. I kept going back because I truly did love this place.I came in with horrible calf cramps yesterday. I had an older woman greet me and there was a very bad language barrier. I hate to rate poorly because of this, but unfortunately because of this, she caused me physical pain and didnt understand it.Let me go into a bit of detail. About halfway through the massage, she left and came back without saying anything. She placed very hot rocks on my back. She said okay? and I said no, theyre too hot! and she laughed and said okay. She then left them on me and it really hurt.At another point, she was doing my calf, and I turned to her and said, this hurts, can you do more? and she laughed and said okay and then never touched my calf again.The last thing I would complain about is that she ran her elbow over my upper spine repeatedly. Very hard. Not on my muscles, my spine. I have bruises on my spine today. Im all for a deep tissue massage, but theres no reason to rub bone on bone. I asked her to stop, and she laughed and said okay and kept going.I will likely come back, but if I happen to get her again, unfortunately Im going to have to pass. Again I hate to say something like this because of a language barrier, because I dont want to sound like this would matter to me normally, but when I legitimately cant communicate whats physically hurting me, thats a hard pass for future business for me.I rated three stars because in the past I have been satisfied, and I could have made a better effort to try and communicate the painful moments. Instead, I just laid there hoping she would be done with those techniques.

Went in for a couples massage with my husband. The shop was busy but they were able to get the two of us in with only a 5 minute wait. The couples room was nicely decorated and clean. The ladies were friendly and gave very through massages. We were elated and they offered a discount on our next visit.

We walked into Blue Bay to ask a simple question: do you have availability for Friday, back and shoulder massage? We were shoved out the door and given a card. Never got a massage and wont call after the treatment we got.

CiCi was amazing. Great massage, first time in months when it did not hurt to walk. Defiantly go back in the future. Massage was only $60 but I tipped another $40 because the services were so amazing!

I made a quick last minute appointment online taking a chance because I needed a massage and after a quick greeting was taken straight to a quiet candle lit room. Eileen came in and promptly began allowing me to fully relax!! An hour later I was completely rejuvenated!! Seriously going to incorporate this into my mandatory self-care list!!

Most affordable place near Vancouver. Staff are kind, and well skilled. Altho, due to of short staff she left the room more than couple times to help new guest, but she also add extra couple minute to the session so it worked out. The room is bit chill but the therapists may need that temp since they keep moving. Will come back next time

I only give it 3 stars because I booked a 1 hour foot massage and DIDNT GET what I booked. The lady didnt speak English and insisted a body massage. I requested the foot massage bc I get pains 😩 and I still have them because my pain focus wasnt addressed. The massage was spectacular but wasnt what I needed.

Went to this massage parlor a month ago for the first time, and was disappointed with the service. I would rate 2 star on that visit, because at least there was minimal effort to provide a decent massage. I returned yesterday to give them a second chance. This time was even worse. The room was dirty and run down looking. The same provider as before but she was not into providing good service. My 60 minute session was interrupted each time someone entered the establishment (4 times). No compensation of time for the interruptions, poor massage, dirty room. That was a total waste of 60 dollars. I will not ever repeat here.January 2019- I trusted the response posted by this crooked business. They said there were new therapist and improvements, etc. So I gave it another chance. Total BS! Same masseuse nothing different! Total liars!!!! Thats a rap, never get another penny from me!

Eileen and her husband are very friendly and very good at what they do, all your aches and pains literally melt away. I would absolutely recommend you pop on in. The hours are extremely flexible and affordable for the average person. Make sure you tip them well these people will take care of you and they deserve it.

0 stars is not an option. Weirdest and worst massage I have ever gotten. Chased us through parking lot for a tip. Won’t be back. Do not recommend.

This place is a hidden gem! Definitely a “don’t judge a book by its cover” type of place. Inside is very relaxing. Mary worked magic on my feet, legs and shins after an accident 4 weeks ago I’ve been in pain and she really did wonders. I can’t wait to go back. Cindy massaged my pregnant friend, and she raves about her too. Absolutely a place to check out.

Ive been here over the past five years with muscle spasms, back and arm pain. Each time Im greeted with a smile and hello, they make you feel so welcome. The services are very professional and eased my pain immediately. Kelly maintains a professional shop and demands excellent services for each client. This is my go to place.

Just walk in and I have an hour massage at 3pm today, the lady directed me in 1st room, Cici was my massage therapist. She was so nice and provided me with the best massage that I ever had. Thanks Cici, I will definitely recommend blue bay massage to everyone

Went here while I was grocery shopping on a whim. Tried the combination massage. Excellent foot massage then they brought me into a private room for the oil massage. I came in asking if there were any available times for a walk in. She said yes, and took me back to the room right away. I got completely undressed, and then she comes back and says she forgot she had an appointment (understandable). She tells me shes going to call a friend that can come and give me a massage and to come back in 30 minutes. I came back in 30 mins, and a different lady tells me to come back later. I stated that I was just here and the other lady told me to come back in 30 mins and her response was something along the lines of I have people now, so come back later. This is the 2nd time Ive tried to come here and its been a problem both times. I figured the first one was a fluke, but twice now. I wont be back. Tom Relax is 5 minutes away and accept walk ins if anyone wants an alternative option. Have yet to have a problem there.

Cici was absolutely incredible! Wasn’t afraid to dig in and hit all the pressure points. My plantar fasciitis had flared up and my feet felt incredible afterwards. Will certainly be going back!

Not much of a good massage but do offer full service. Was greeted by an older women who then led me to a room got undressed rubbed my back and then surely enough a nice lil ending and they cleaned me up with a warm towel after!

My wife and I came in on Labor Day for a couples massage. It was an amazing experience and will definitely be back.

Seemed rushed during massage and left the door open a few times with me exposed. Kept leaving the room to get things and and was not relaxing. And the other lady me to yelling and talking to her through the door. Not to mention the bird that kept squawking in the back ground.

The lady put a cloth over my back then try to relax my body the cloth felt like a cement bag I told her stop then she rub my back with her elbows I told her no more she ask me to wait she got a hot towel place it on my shoulders I had to ask her to remove it too hot now my right shoulder is swollen and in pain waste of time and money then write on a piece of paper consume hard work $20tip.i was soo upset but gave her 5 dollars tip
