She helped accommodate to get me scheduled for a massage/facial and get them back to back. With efforts placed, she was able to do so and I cannot wait. It is comfortable/clean with essence of calm and serenity there. After service via the massage/facial, I intend to write another 5 star review
Ive gotten 3 massages now from Jesse and hes amazing. I do a lot of running and lifting and need deep tissue for those knots. Rarely do I find someone who can really get at them and hes does! Highly recommend.Also, love the front desk ladies. They are so inviting and sweet.

I was traveling to Vancouver to visit my family and needed to get a massage for my chronic pain. The front desk staff was amazing to see. I originally showed up for my appointment a day early and Elise was helpful in getting me in that morning.Elise has been so kind. They have such a delightful demeanor and so helpful.I saw Russel for my massage. Hands down THE best deep tissue massage I have ever received. They focused on a lot of areas that I do not receive massage for and it helped with my range of motion. I always recommend adding any essential oil or the biofreeze for muscle relief.Russel is top tier.Thank you for your kindness. I def will be booking here when I’m in town.

Months until theres an appointmet!!. I have numerous massages banked up because I can never get in to use them unless I book months out in advance or I actually go out of town Yet im sitting on hundreds of dollars worth of massages and they are still signing people up there although you dont have the capability to provide the services, Im, paying for. Im rarely able to book out appointments for more than a week or two because of work and childcare. I feel like Im being ripped off.The therapists are usually friendly and professional but a little hit or miss.
Shame on Massage Envy. With a pandemic situation this past year plus, and the confusion of them billing and then not billing monthly, they cancelled my membership due to a credit card that expired.My card has expired before and they have reached out to me and it has been resolved. This time they cancelled my membership and there is no chance to collect my 11 sessions thatIAlreadyPaidForAttempting to book an appointment was at times difficult and frustrating.Posted hours for months prior to Covid were not consistent.Good riddance.Never again.

Lexy, did an amazing job on my 90 min facial. She was friendly and informative, she suggested how to deal with my problem areas. She made sure to make me feel comfortable and relaxed, but we filled the time with good conversation. She recommended great products, I bought some and love them. Only down side is, having to have a membership to get good deals on services there.
If I could submit a review with zero stars, believe me I would.My husband and I have been members at this location for almost 2 years and have never been able to schedule with the same therapist more than twice. There are constant issues with scheduling and it has become such a pain that we have decided to cancel. What a joke.Today when they called us to change our appointment at the last minute, yet again, the extremely patronizing girl on the phone literally started laughing at me when I was explaining how frustrated we are with how they have treated us. She just laughed and then sarcastically told me she would have someone call me and to have a great day. We are so done with Massage Envy...no wonder they have lawsuits out there. I will make it my mission to tell everyone I know to avoid them like the plague. They dont deserve our business or yours. Spread the word.
This Massage Envy needs to be checked into. I waited for my appointment in the lobby for 15 minutes passed my appointment time. While I waited 2 of the workers were gossiping and snickering behind the counter the whole time. When I was finally able to get into my room for my massage the masseuse left the room to find some oil and didn’t return for another 15 minutes. So I was scheduled for a 7 o’clock appointment and didn’t get started until well after 7:30. I was supposed to be a 90 minute massage and I walked out after paying at 8:34. Less than an hour was spent on my massage. The sheets on the bed were extremely thin and cheap. Maybe it’s the side of town but this was a very unexpected experience for Massage Envy. Go to another location this was not a relaxing experience and I hate that I wasted my monthly visit here and also had to buy the lotion the masseuse used on me. Do not go to this Hazel Dell location!
I bought two gift cards near Valentines day and the gal at the desk told me I didnt need them since they had my information. So to my surprise once I FINALLY get an appointment I am not able to do that because the manager, who is impossible to reach and also lied about returning my call, tells me they just changed that right rule. She goes on to tell me she will get a new one sent in a few days and call me back, which she didnt. I called them, with no return call a couple weeks later, then again over a month later. I get a voicemail saying sorry this is out of our hands now. Terrible management! Front desk girl was very nice when I purchased the gift cards though.
I received a gift card for Christmas for a 90 minute massage. I called and after calling 4 times, someone finally answered. After some conversation and advising the staff I have a gift card, I was asked for a credit card. Mind you, I am not young or naive, however, when I explained I would not give that information over the phone, I was advised no appointment could be made. I explained, I am not adverse to providing my card information, I just refuse to do it over the phone. With credit card fraud and Identity theft running rampant, one would agree. Instead, I was told no appointment would be made, and the lady hung up on me. Now all 5 of my sisters and I are stuck with gift cards we do not want to use, which our mother paid for, because they refuse to alleviate my concern and allow me to provide my card in person instead of over the phone.
Ill be up front and say that Ive never had a massage before so I dont have a solid reference point for this review. With that said I L O V E D it! Joy was my masseuse and she was simply amazing! They all (front desk and Joy) made me feel very comfortable and not weird for having a ton of questions. Joy was so nice and talked me through everything and was funny to boot. I felt amazing when I left and cant wait to go back. They offered the monthly service and made sure I understood but werent pushy and I appreciated that.
To save the tirade I would go on if I went into all the ways this company and location have made my membership experience crappy and a waste of money I will just summarize. Their policies are very rigid, they are happy to take your money but dont make it easy to use what youve paid for, their front desk girls are difficult to get a hold of and dont return calls for long periods and are then unapologetic about it. I just lost another 1.5 hour massage due to their lack of answering the phone or returning my call. Then they wont work with me. From what Ive been told they dont treat or pay their massage therapists very well and who Ive gotten has been very hit or miss. Ive cancelled my membership plus have lost hours Ive paid for. By perhaps paying a bit more for a more professional organization or therapist you will actually save money and hassle. Stay away!
If I could give a negative rating, I would. Unethical business practices, lack of communication and maliciousness all for a few dollars. Here is the last email I sent after it taking over a month for someone to get back to me.Hello,I apologize for not being able to call today regarding my issues with my account. I have been lucky enough to work from home but that brings some challenges as I’m on the phone all day.I see I’ve been charged again. First it took over a month of constant contacting, calling/emailing both the location and corporate with no help, driving to the location after I was charged and told you were open and the doors were locked, phone were not operational for days even after charging peoples accounts. We are in another lockdown and you feel the need to charge me AGAIN? Bringing that account to a negative balance with a fee from my bank. Multiple people telling me someone would contact me with seven days then being told with 48 hours which neither were true.Please tell me how any of this is ethical even without a pandemic. Your solution is to freeze my account? I was told I would be refunded the hours or able to use them (which I wouldn’t given a freaking pandemic) and the charges for last month refunded, now I’d also like the charges done today refunded as well. I’m not going to ask you to pay the overdraft fee as it’s not your responsibility but any given good company would be empathic. There are people, like me, who are funding loved ones who are out of a job due to a pandemic.Under what circumstances is any of this appropriate let alone you knew we would be coming into another lockdown today and you STILL charged people? I cannot imagine the backlash you are experiencing.Why is it I can go into my gym and cancel my contract and be refunded due to this crazy pandemic without nearly the quarter of effort I’ve had to put into this and again your solution is to freeze my account? At this rate I wouldn’t be surprised if this location had multiple lawsuits in the works.Have some decency, seriously. After being told that there would be a location coming soon, closer to my home instead of the current one which is over 25 miles away from our current nearest massage envy, we left our membership open.Fast forward a couple of years and we have over 25 massages stored up each and still no local massage envy. (Some “expired” and we lost them.. unbeknownst to us)With all these reasonable facts, they have refused to give a refund and their only offer was giving us more time to use the ones we’ve paid for… So, over $3000 has been spent and UNUSED and they still expect us to drive over 50 miles round-trip... as a business owner, I think this is shameful.
I have been a member here for years and I just love it! It took me a while to find her (went through several different therapists) but my massage therapist is AMAZING and having a monthly massage really helps cut down on stress tension, headaches, etc. Its been so great that my husband also became a member and we get couples massages monthly. Once you find the right therapist for you...it really is so beneficial for your body and well being. Dont be afraid to keep trying different people...you may just stumble on someone that does a really great job!
I thoroughly enjoy a good massage. I have treated myself to a message once or twice a year for almost 10 years. I so enjoyed my massage with Patti that I signed up for monthly massages. My sister signed up with a gym at the same time. Im still going for a massage monthly she isnt going to the gym anymore. I wonder who is finding their choice as the most benefially. Message Envy provides a good affordable massage!!!
So I have had Massage Envy for a year and due to pandemic I put a freeze on my account. I get a call in dec saying I owe $120. Didn’t even know my account was taken off of freeze. I pay the amount in 2 payments. I don’t get charged in Jan thought it was odd. I called and I cannot get ahold of anyone. Left voicemails no response back. I just looked at my account and boom got hit with another charge of $120....I called my old massage envy and now I need to figure out how to change home sites cause this one is ran poorly!
I would like to set something straight about THIS Massage Envy. THEY ARE WONDERFUL!!! I have been going to this facility for over 5 years and I wouldnt be moving as well as I am at almost 72 with a body full of Arthritis. Margie, Nicole and Crystal have been my massage therapists for these past years and all of them are great. The staff are wonderful and if a problem arises, they are quick to resolve it.AS TO THE NATIONAL BAD PUBLICITY OVER INAPPROPRIATE CONDUCT: I am sure it happened to those women in those few facilities where the problem occurred. However, I have traveled across the country 4 times and have used offices, in California, Texas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Washington, Oregon, etc. and I have NEVER HAD ANY inappropriate contact and I have been a member for over 12 years and will continue to be for years to come.
Teresa is an absolutely wonderful massage therapist. The absolute best I’ve ever had. I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated when I leave. I always make sure I have another appt scheduled before I leave. Best thing I’ve done for myself.
Today is the second time I put a request in online for a massage. Ive never received a call or an email back to confirm my request. What is the point if you dont get back to your customers? This validates every. As review I see below mine. Impossible to get ahold of, never returning phone calls. I called the location twice today to follow up with my own request and the phone continuously rings with no answer. Wouldnt recommend trying to schedule anything here, its a waste of time!
Received a gift card for my birthday, I finally decided to use it. Had a one hour massage. And because I had been there, to that location before, 6 years ago I got charge an extra 40 dollars. Because I didnt have a membership. So I actually paid 90$ for a one hour massage, that was half ass. They spent more time on my wrist then my back. Never above the knee.NEVER NEVER NEVER WILL I EVER VISIT A MASSAGE ENVY! SAVE YOUR MONEY GO ON GROUPON AND GET SOMETHING WORTH YOUR MONEY!
This place has gone down hill fast. My masseuse left and now I am figuring out why. I went to cancel my memebership because soon I will have surgery and will not be ableto lay on my stomach. I was talked into a facial because they were all booked up for massages. I drove 30 minutes to get there to find out they canceled my appointment accedentially, when trying to cancel an appointment for another Kathy I don not even go by that name. What?! Do they not ask for last names? I understand that these things happen but this is the second time this has happened. The first time I called to cancel an appointment and it had already been canceled, luckly that time I had not shown up. Grr.
My husband and I got a couple’s massage a couple weeks ago and could both agree that it was the worst massage we had ever had. We were both telling them that it was too much pressure and that we just came in for a nice relaxing massage. The guy I had talked the WHOLE hour and the woman my husband had kept yelling at him....relax and let me in or you’re going to hurt me. I’ve been doing this for a long time. She stormed out of the room at the end and we never saw her again. I was in so much pain for days after I left the massage, which is crazy since I had no pain before I went in there. We were just gifted the couples massage and thought it would be a relaxing experience.

I am about to cancel my membership... Over the last 8+ years they have had a half dozen good therapists, the last one Ive seem for 2 years... 2x a week, And now she left too... They evidently arent treating their people well enough to keep them, Im terribly disappointed.
What SHOULD happen when you schedule an appointment is be engaged w the receptionist and have asked- would you like the same person you were with last time or a different one. Then have that option for a massage therapist that is CLOSE TO what you regularly use. Not someone thats so far in the other direction that your stuck w a therapist thats doing nothing for you. Also- if you schedule a massage and state- my husband and I have to be TOGETHER, that to the average human means in the same room. Not together but separate is what it means to Massage Envy. Its sad that I used this establishment in another state for years- then come to this location and feel like Im walking into a discount massage place. Therapists are great. Every single front desk staff except Ashley should be retrained on basic human standards, then start taking care of your clientele.
I had an amazing massage, and they were able to book me 3 more with the same gal. I also found it really nice that there was essential oils on the head pad… it smelt amazing.
This place USED to be great, but all the experienced long time therapists are gone, appointment wait times are months out, someone changed the way this place is being ran and it has gone downhill !!!I do not want someone fresh out of school, I want someone with experience, there are hardly any of the older beloved therapists here anymore, so if I couldnt get into my regular therapist before, at least I knew there were others similar to go to, but not anymore, I am not paying good money to be someones learning tool and when i am hurting and call its because I need to be seen NOW not in a month !! I am sorry to say but I see a bankruptcy in this businesss future if some drastic changes are not made to management, dont waste your time !!
Very frustrated today. I called 13 times over 2 hours with no answer. I left a couple of messages and never got a call back. Finally tried calling again a couple hours later. 6 calls later they answered. Sadly they had no openings which i expected for same day. But then a couple minutes later they called back and left a message that there was a spot open at 5p.m. i was so excited! But then i tried calling back only to have them not answer AGAIN. Half an hour later they finally pick up and the spot is gone.
Helpful Flexible staff, Good Communication when scheduling appointments and convenient location. Never having had a massage before, they definitely cemented me as a return customer.
Good therapists but if you sign up for a subscription they will go out of their way to not cancel it, dont have enough staff to properly schedule, and they even went as far as to block my number when I tried calling to figure out why they charged me a month after I finally was able to cancel my subscription.
Constant Turn over of staff, poorly trained. HUGE nightmare to get them to cancel automatic withdrawals. Never a Manager to speak to and Never getting a manager to call you back after leaving numerous messages. Biggest Nightmare was getting them to stop charging my bank account $60 months after I put in writing to stop my membership

I have no idea about the entire staff, but Pamela managed to work a knot down on my shoulder that Ive had for nearly ten years. She is great and I would ask for her every time.
Same as other reviews and I never take the time to do so...!! My husbands schedule is very full so we were always last minute and never able to get in. Go to Vancouver mall always last minute and you can keep your clothes on and just as great..!!

I absolutly love this place i have a contract with them and my therapest its great she has over 5 yrs of experience and she always remeber what i want or what hurts everytime i come back she knows it all. Also i have been to many other places before and this place its way cheap compare to other places.. Great customer service i really love them, maybe the people above have had bad exp, but they are great ask for July she has hand of a Godes.
