Purchased a disposable that ended up giving me issues once I had left the store, thankfully I called and asked the policy on that and Harry an employee, went out of his way and asked with his boss if I was able to come get a replacement.Very grateful to have a pleasing experience as a customer.Shout out Harry I appreciate your kindness!

This place is killer. Perfect balance of helpfulness without badgering. I drive 15 minutes out of the way to go here because they’re so much better than the others. Travis usually helps me and he’s great, really knows his stuff as well.

Tired of this place. Everyone inside is amazing but their time leaves much to be desired. As an example, showed up tonight at 7:35 pm, 25 minutes before they close and the lights were off and the door locked. This isnt the first time Ive encountered this here. Either stay open or change your hours. After this I dont know if Ill come back, and Ive been hitting up dotcom Exclusively for the last eight years. Gonna drive further now likely.

I went to this store today and there were 5 people in the small store, not one of them was wearing a mask. I asked why they were not wearing masks and they shrugged their shoulders and did not answer. I asked the two clerks what about the customers who have disabilities and people of color who are customers. Neither clerk responded to my questions, and I do not feel that they care about the safety of those clients. I will not return to this store because they have chosen to care about people who are already safe being comfortable instead of keeping vulnerable people in our community safe.

Worst experience ever! We come in looking for an atomizer and you give us the wrong pack I opened one up not realizing it was wrong came back to fix the issue and u dont replace all of them are you serious!? You are terrible close down!

I decided to stop smoking and found Dot Com Vapor close to my home. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great customer service. This is the classiest and cleanest vape store that I have ever been in. They support veterans and the military, mad props.. I will definitely be going back for all future purchases...customer for life.

Lots of variety. I knew only one word of the name of the vape I was buying for a friend and the guy knew exactly what I needed based upon very little info from me. Very knowledgeable and very friendly.

Showed up to buy some vape stuff and conviently the door was locked and no one in business. Just a will return later note posted on the door. Quite frustrating and unprofessional.

Purchased a disposable vape & it didn’t work so they offered a replacement. I couldn’t make it the night of so they said to come in the morning. I’m here, 10:20 (20 minutes past open) & they’re not here & not answering the phone. Normally, either of these problems would be fine on their own but it’s frustrating to receive an expensive, faulty product and then to have that followed by lazy service.

Non-existent customer service. My father bought a vape here a couple months ago which unexpectedly quit working. When he took it back in he was given a run around and told to contact the manager. The manager was snotty and rude the entire conversation and wouldn’t even take a look at the vape.Bottom line: Dot Com Vapor’s customer service is appalling.

Love this place!! I wanted an alternative to cigarettes so I decided to get a vape. I knew nothing about vaping so I had many questions. The owner helped me out and was so patient with showing me how it all works. Excellent customer service, I will definitely be back!

The guys that work there always go above and beyond to make sure Im happy with my purchase. They always have what I need and they have flavored juices back. The ban has been lifted.

The lady that was working today gave the worst customer service I could of ever got. She was rude, made me feel like I needed to rush on what I wanted, didn’t feel welcome at allNever go here worst experience I had

Just moved to the area and this is the best vape shop Ive found! Quality house juices and a great selection on brands you cant really find in other shops around here.

So far the fluid selection and flavors have been amazing, customer service is great every time!
