Usually a good place but on 10-08-2022 when an employee locks up before 7 leaves a note be back in 20 went to get food very unprofessional. Literally waited 20 mins with no show from employee… Not sure what company would condone this from an employee. Loss of sales due to unprepared employees would be a quick termination in my book. Sad when u came to cash out a $450 gravity pipe along with new banger papers and tips… Just cost the shop over $500

I bought this vape from there. It is pricey but the flavor is great and you can change the setting on it to get a stronger hit but then it takes away from how many hits you get out of it. Good service.

Purchased flum pebble 6000 yesterday and it finished in less than a day. Wanted to return it as I barely used it and been told that once I’ve got it and left the store - it is not their problem anymore. So no one exchanged it or replace it for me.

My new go-to! Open late, prices are reasonable, selection is great, and the customer service was excellent. I would recommend to the experienced or novice vape user.

I’ve been going to this store for a while and it’s always been a great experience. I am writing this review because of the great experience I had with their employee, Matt. He was super friendly and greeted everyone that came in the door. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even threw away my packaging for me before I left. I would recommend anyone looking for smoking products to check out this store and hope youre lucky enough to see Matt working there.

Their selection can be low at times but I had an issue where two vape juices I bought that I don’t normally buy burned out my coils back to back. They were able to give me 50% off a juice the next time I came in. Will definitely keep coming in.

Theres another store closer to my house. But hes cool. So thats where i go.

Went to see if they happened to have some original aegis boost pods, and the person who helped me was so nice and she looked through a bunch of old stuff trying to help me out . I ended up getting an xros 3 nano , a pack of pods and some juice for a decent price . I wish I would have got her name but she was super helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Will definitely be back .

Troy initially helped me purchase my first Vaporesso mini, helped me find the right juice and was even kind enough to show me how to fill it! All the rest of the staff have been super helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable.

Been coming to planet smoke for probably 2 years now. Its a really great shop with cool employees and lots of cool glass and products to look at even though 90% of the time Im just getting juice. They were very nice and exchanged a faulty vape for me today and the process was very seamless. I live right by a vape shop but Ill always drive then extra 10 minutes to give them my business!

MATT is amazing!! Was in last night and needed help getting a new vape so I can start lowering my nic. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and kind! Will be back for sure! Also there were like 6 people that walked in the store while he was helping me and he was so attentive to them while not making me feel rushed.

When I walked in three other people walked in at the same time. Matt managed to help us all very swiftly. Also, when I got home and realized I had the wrong size bong stem, without hesitation he let me switch when I came back to the store. Very friendly!!!

Matt did an awesome job and PSV has some of the best selection and prices around. The stamp card system that results in free juice every few visits makes it even better and hard to justify going anywhere else.

The person at the front register refused to serve me and my girlfriend. I don’t wanna say it’s because of my color but he served 5 people that came after us and still didn’t get to us. Very disappointed with this shop because we drove out 2 hours to check it out. Highly recommend going to another place, would not get your hopes up.

I live down the street from the store and always stop in when I walk my dog Bean. I don’t vape but have bought numerous bangers, torches,& bongs and they always take care me with a friendly attitude to me and bean especially the new kid Matt working there he’s a bit loud but is knowledgeable and makes you feel like your a welcome patron.

The staff is by far the best group of customer service focused men i have ever encountered . I personally have 25+ years of customer service ranging from sales associate to cooperate retail management behind me , and this team blows me away every time I shop there . I drive past 4 other vape shops that are much closer to my home to get to this location . Its well worth the drive and my time !

Went in to get a bowl piece for my boyfriend after breaking his. Got a very beautiful, well made, THICK bowl piece for $10. Glass is relatively inexpensive, great quality, and staff was very helpful and chill. Will definitely be bringing my business back here again!

Had a issue with the coils in a vape I use to stop smoking cigarettes, thought the entire machine was broken but they folks working there helped me get the coil replaced and its back up and running which was very nice of them. All in all it was a nice experience. 10/10 👍

By far the friendliest smoke shop in the area. They have amazing glass pieces, especially their bongs. Ive only ever had one bad puff bar and dude at the counter literally went through 3 more duds with me until he found me one that worked, free of charge. I never go anywhere else!

The shop has a wall of like 20+ different brands of E juice, on the other side of the wall they have all types of water pipes. They’re super friendly and give out discount to help out. It’s definitely worth coming in and checking them out.

I was a little scared going into the shop because I had zero experience with vapes but I do have a bong. I was honest and told the guy working I was clueless on vapes but if he could explain it. He spend about an hour with me explaining the different types of vapes based on price and style. Then explained the juices, how long the coils last and overall I felt like he was excited about helping me rather than other stores who shame you for being inexperienced. I will be coming back as much as possible to support these guys because they actually care about people.

This place has an awesome selection of Juice (standard and salt). I was kind of blown away. The flavor ban had definitely diminished my enthusiasm for vaping, but the ban is lifted and Planet Smoke and Vape has an awesome selection. Im stoked, check em out!

This place is a joke I have spent 1000 at this place and when it comes time to make there product right with did not work right from day one they refuse to make it right. This place is trash and will not take care of there customers just want that quick sale and on to the next. I would not recommend this place to no one and would not buy from them due too there poor Business practices. The customer is not number one in there eyes.

I went and bought a disposable, went outside and tried it, it hit but it kept auto firing, so i went in and tried to return it and they said they wouldnt. Some vape shops ive been to make it store policy to try disposable vapes in the store to make sure theyre working properly.

Went to a vape shops that sold me vape juice that didn’t taste well and were not very helpful in helping me select a juice. Then I went here very friendly attentive to what type of flavor I was seeking after and recommended several different ones to me ended up getting the blue raspberry lemon ice juice and it has amazing flavor will definitely be going back here for my vape juices.
