I have been coming here as a repeat customer for about a little under one year now.My favorite employees are Kitty & Nick.They are incredibly patient, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.Both are great at problem-solving by listening to what my needs are then finding the product that best fits what I’m looking for. You can buy Vape anywhere….right? But an extraordinary experience makes all the difference, in my opinion.Excellent customer service is what makes this place of business stand apart from the rest. Definitely recommend making a trip.They even have a drive-through but their customer service is so good I enjoy going inside.THEY HAVE A LOYALTY PROGRAM TOO🤙🏻

Nick is awesome he was very knowledgeable gave me advice on what to get just started vaping a few months ago and finding 1 you like is hard and very expensive but I found 1 fairly good price wise and has several pods to use which I like the side fillable 1 its very ideal for people like me easy to open instead of struggling to get the mouth piece off. Thanks Nick for helping me.

NICK IS THE BEST EVER!!!!!! I called a lot of the other smoke shops in town looking for one of the most simple pieces for my tank and unfortunately no one had it. Love this place. They are the only one in town that carried my Fruit Roll Up On Ice. On Sunday and Wednesday its buy one, get one half off. I definitely take advantage of the sale. The people that work there are beyond friendly and are always eager to help their customers. Customer appreciation is big here.

Best vape shop in town, hands down. Probably even Texas. Prices are amazing. All of the workers there are super friendly, helpful, and just hands down the best part about the shop. The juices are amazing, but the people are just insanely nice.I went into here not being able to taste a thing, and the guy working (wish I got his name) was super patient and understanding.Will always come here and keep supporting them. I love everything about this shop.

I was one of the first customers to ever walk in this place and since then, I refuse to go anywhere else. Their prices absolutely blow out all of their competitors. Chris/Keith run a very tight ship and are some of the most knowledgeable people in the business. Not to mention, the absolute best counter sales anybody could ask for with Jacob.

***update 10/08/22I vape relatively infrequently, old habits die hard, and dont need a lot of equipment or anything. When I do need something, this is still the place to go.Great shop! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt without making you feel rushed. They knew their products and what I asked for, and also helped me find a new flavor. No joke about the best prices in town.

This place is GREAT! I wish I knew their names but I usually see the same two guys when I come in. I am in the customer service industry so I notice good customer service. They always remember me and are super helpful and friendly. I went to one other shop one time because they were closed and I noticed a difference immediately. Next time Ill wait. Thank you guys! Wonderful establishment with extremely helpful folk that will aid you in a multitude of ways. Prices are actually pretty darn fair considering what you take home.This business really goes out of their way for their customers. Ive ordered a great many of attachments for my setup and I always get back what I expected.You can even chat with them online and discuss their products and find out prices!They get the 5* because they hit every aspect of customer service.

I have bought a few Esco Bars for PC Vapes in Victoria. Service is always great, people are very helpful. Although there vapes products don’t tend to last as long as other stores vapes, normally take me a week to finish one vape, there’s will usually go out in 3-4 days. (I only buy Esco Bars.) I just bought two Esco Bar Watermelon ice 3% nic a day and a half ago, they don’t hit right (struggle to get anything out), leaking brown stuff from the tips that your lips go on. (Not an expert but probably meaning the coils are burning and don’t have enough juice…) Called to complain about it. Was told they could give me a 10% discount on another one. Which isn’t much saying I buy one and get one off 50% off. $32 in the trash within a day and a half. So Frustrating!! 🤬😡

I love this place! Its honestly one of the best stores in town! I dont go anywhere else. Jacob and Edgar are both super helpful and super nice every time I go in. Theyll help change out coils, glass and have a huge variety of juices and other products to pick from. I wont go anywhere else because the service there is always 100%!

These guys were amazing. Not only did they help me with getting a new tank. Instead of me trashing a 60ml of 0mg. They helped me to make a 12mg. They gave me a free shirt and sticker. I would definitely send anyone needing vape supplies to here. From juice to hardware. These guys have you covered. Im definitely going back while Im in the area.

This might be the most down to earth group of guys I have ever met. They are vapers first owners second. Very easy to deal with. They stand behind the products they sell 100 percent. Prices are BY FAR the greatest of any vape shop in 4 counties. The number one complaint of any vapor is the price of vape shops. This man has done his homework and found good vendors and has been able to offer his products at almost an online price.Go here. Talk and hang out. I guarantee you will be blown away by this business compared to others in the area.

Now look Ive been in some Vape places where people try to get you out of the door as fast as they can. As in they dont want to do their job like they hate their job. Them boys at PC Vape Victoria took the time to make sure I got everything I needed. They definitely know what theyre doing when it comes to vape . though they discontinued my coils they took the time to find a coil that would work for my Vape. I strongly recommend here over scs. The juice is much cheaper. 100ml for 25$. Great service and can taste ANY flavor they have on thier own mod/tank. Great job guys.

Jordan is the man ! First time buying vape juice since I forgot mine in Houston. And this guy made sure to educate me in al flavors and different vape mods. Don’t hesitate to walk in ! He definitely knows what he’s talking about !

Purchased smok novo pods and all 3 pods ended up being defective, 1st pod spit juice back into mouth, 2nd pod was a burnt metal taste after 2nd pod was told they wouldnt do anything to fix other then a discount, call the manufacturer which was no help

Pro clouds is beyond the best shop in town the sell to you based on your needs and habits not based on what will bring you back next week ... all the staff is great I recommend them over any of the shops in town ... they are also cheaper they charge by bottle size not bottle brand ... just bough 2 100ml bottles and a box of coils for less than 50 .. they also give regulars a incentive
