Nice, clean and bright store with a big selection. Not exclusively this store but I wish there was a wider selection of non-nicotine vape juice.

The gentleman behind the counter was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and made my overall experience a joy and a success. This was a completely different experience compared to previous visits to this location. Great stuff. Thank you to the gentleman for being so good and into the business and hobby. And thank you Vape City higher-ups for bringing into your store an appropriate representative of these type of products.

DONT LISTEN TO BAD REVIEWS!! The Staff is so very friendly and helpful. Within seconds of entering the store (and looking vastly confused lol) an employee approached me and asked if i was looking for anything specific, like a brand or a flavor I like, they immediately located what I was looking for and told me about their amazing sales right now which was a HUGE money saver! Their prices aren’t bad regardless which is a good thing in vape shops, but their deals definitely help with money. The employee at the register was so kind and open, immediately we started chatting like old friends and all in all, they made me feel very welcome and safe in that environment as I’d never been inside thais location before.I highly recommend this Vape Shop!

Neveah provided terrible customer service when it came to their 24 hour exchange policy for a burnt tasting vape (pod king brand) that I purchased. She refused to let me exchange the product for a different one and stated that the brand itself has been receiving a lot of bad complaints, yet I was never advised that when asking about the quality of the product upon purchasing.

Ive had not so great service before but today was awesome.

Ive ONLY been here 1 time and so far that 1st visit was okay but not so much will come back to post updates once Ive been more than once to get a more accurate response and review so thats y I am giving 2 stars service wasnt all that friendly and very helpful.

I went in about a week ago and bought a vape pen...the guy scans it and I swipe my card and type my pin in...he tells me it didnt go through, so he asks me to swipe it again!!! I did it, nowhere in my mind did I think they were gone steal my money!!! So he give me my purchase and when I get home I check my bank app and was charged twice for it...I went right back and the really pretty white lady with glasses looks at the phone and both charges were pending...she tells me only one charge will go through. A couple days later I looked on my transaction history and both charges went through...so I go back again and the girl was helpful and called the manager on phone and the manager tells me to go back on the next Monday, for it was a Friday night...I go back once more on the Monday lk I was told and there is no manager n the store the girl calls and they tell her that they will call their upper people and ask what to do and she tells me I cld go n shell call me...a day later and no return call so I go back to store again and she tells me that they told her to tell me to call bank and dispute it for they werent gonna do anything about it!!! So Ill get money back from bank and wont go there again...I was going lk twice a week too, thats how they treat their loyal customers!!!!!? Fyi...maybe if u go there and take cash so u dnt have to swipe ur card and get got for ur money...their mistake and they didnt wanna fix it, good customer service...Not!!!!!!!!

Simply put: Disappointing.Ive visited this store three times in the past month or two, checking out their inventory during both business hours and late at night. On each occasion, I was in need of various items – coils, a value tank, or perhaps a new device. Unfortunately, none of the three employees I encountered seemed remotely interested in vape products. While not everyone needs to be an enthusiast, their confusion when I asked about well-known vape products was disheartening and indicative of a broader issue.In the end, I left empty-handed and somewhat put off by the entire experience on all three occasions. Its a definite no-go for me. For those looking for a more engaging and worthwhile shopping experience, Id recommend Holy Smokes and P.C. Vapes. They offer superior service and value. Invest your money with them.

The worse and rudest customer service Ive ever experienced. I really dont understand how someone like that be allowed to manage anything let alone a store! What happened to the other store manger from a month ago that knows how to treat customers. This lady is going to ruin this location fairly quickly. Been 2 days in a row for same issue so she call the cops because I refuse to let her service a person that came in well after I did!

The lady that works in the day is super helpful and thank you for introducing me to lost mary vapes thier freaking delicious and so smooth best vapes if quitting cigarettes watermelon cherry oh the best flavor Ive tried.

Terrible service and zero customer service. I purchased some vape juice there . It was the wrong kind (it was menthol) I went back in 5 min later and they told me there was nothing they could do . I literally just got home and went right back . I will not do any more business there .

Ive never been into this particular store until the other day and it was amazing the customer service was awesome the things that they had in their were awesome like they had t-shirts and they had like all kinds of stuff and it was just nice it was nice friendly environment and I thought it was awesome and yes I am going back

Went into the store for a coil and e juice. They sold me a could that doesn’t fit my mod… even though they sell the house fact mod there. They wouldn’t refund my or even exchange the coils they sold me … even though it hadn’t been 20 minutes since I had bought them and made it a little ways down the road… called the store to let them know that they had sold me the wrong ones… offered to buy another tank that would use the coils to hey do have but apparently they didn’t have coils for ANY of the tanks they carried…offered the solution of trading me a coil from one of the 18 geek vape mods they had on the shelf and they would t even call to ask if it was something they could do to help me the customer… waste of time and money… I’ve met 3 different employees there… none of them had any idea what they were selling… …

!Warning! 6 hour return window from purchase even on defective items.We purchased a vape and took it home. it wasnt charged so it was put on a charger overnight. The next day it still didnt work. The vape was defectiveTook it back to the store and was told that there was only a 6-hour return window even on defective products.100% giving any future business to online retailers.

Went in to get detox staff was super knowledgeable and helped me pass a pre employment first test.

Bought a hookah here for 15, it ended up having a hole in it, got it exchanged amd that one didnt work, spent 45 more dollars on a nicer one and that one didnt work. Dont buy any pieces from here their definitely not in the right hands

Safe to say I will not be coming back to this place again I bought two devices previously from this place and they worked great I usually only like menthol flavors and there was one brand that I never tried before and I decided to try it anyways the mask King do not buy it was 1599 and I opened the box in the store hadn’t left the store and the guy said that he couldn’t take it back because I didn’t have a receipt even though the guy that I told that wasn’t working was the same person who checked me out ridiculous.

Dont waste your time with this establishment. Vape juice selection is embarrassing as the price. $37 per bottle on every single vape juice In store no matter the size...disposables are severely overpriced and selection is a joke. Same situation with coils. Double the price and worst selection. Ive been to and still frequent convenience stores that have better selection and prices. Avoid this place unless you enjoy getting ripped off by unknowledgble Staff . Place is absolute joke.

Terrible customer service, they dont know the products..very unorganized, the prices are unknown unless you ask. Had a leaky tank, and they DID NOT,REFUND my money, even with having the receipt. They are the WORST...they are complete SNOWFKAKES!!!
