Absolutely love the customer service at this location! They all know me and what Im in there for. Im only giving a 4star rating due to the fact that Ive went into the store twice in the past 2 weeks and they have not had my Aegis Nano Pods. I like to stock up so that in case when I go in they are out I have some to get me through, but it has been over a month since they had any in stock. Please stock my Pods!

I dont normally have any problems, but I showed up on a monday a little after 9 am and no one is here. Ive sat in the parking lot for an hour. Did hours change?

Update. After the manager was apparently having a bad day. As such, he was apparently in a very demeaning, belittling, sarcastic, and insulting mood toward a loyal customer. I told him I would shop elsewhere, to have a nice day, and I walked out. I will never return again. Customers should not be forced to endure such verbal abuse from a manager in order to conduct business with an establishment.All over what? Simply because I did not understand a note posted at the register. For the past several weeks, this store was unable to conduct debit/credit charge transactions. Cash only. Due to computer problems. Today, they apparently could now conduct charge transactions but were unable to conduct cash transactions due to lack of change. There was a note posted on the credit card reader asking for patrons to hand the card to the cashier. I simply was confused and wanted to know if this meant I can charge my weekly purchase this time. Instead of a simple yes, sir, we can accept your credit card transaction. I got insulted for asking a question simply because I was too stupid and ignorant to have a complete understanding from the 2 words posted on the note taped to the credit machine... Charge Only.Love it. Best prices I found in Victoria. The competition gives a 10% repeat customer discount. Another competitor offers a buy one get one half off on Sundays and Wednesdays. Vapor recently instituted buy one, get one half off ejuice available every day. Kudos!

Super friendly staff!!! They helped make hard decisions for me. Very Knowledgeable. Even if the products werent that great, Id still come for the conversation and learning more. Thats not the case. The products are amazing. They are super affordable compared to other Vape Shops in Victoria. This will become my new Vape Store go to for now on.

My husband and I moved from Dallas and have been on the hunt for a new vape shop. We didn’t know how we were going to like this store seeing as most we’ve visited we have not cared for. We walked in and instantly loved the store. The lady helping us today was pretty chill and super knowledgeable and friendly. This will be our new store!

Looks like its my new favorite vape shop. Its farther from me but worth it. They have a huge selection and theyre cheaper than the other shops Ive been to. She was very knowledgeable and had exactly what I wanted in the color I wanted for $10 less than my usual go to shop while theirs was even on sale 20% off.

Vapor 100 is absolutely the best vape shop I have ever been too! Caleb and Alex were very knowledgeable and happy to teach me about vape mods, coils, and juices since I did not know much! I did not know the difference between salt nicotine juices and Free base juices, and those two were very sweet in teaching me! Thank you boys, bless your hearts 🥰.

I just HAD to leave a review after visiting Vapor 100 for the first time today. I had the best experience with one of the staff (I wish I gotten their name), the coolest person with blonde hair and glasses. This person was very knowledgeable, honest and relatable! I think we might’ve even became best friends after 30 mins. 10/10, this will be my new one stop shop.

I’ve been going to Vape 100 since they opened here in Victoria! The manager Derrika (sp?) really helped me out when I had an issue with my product….she didn’t even blink an eye. They did right by me so I have nothing but good to say about them. Also, they have really great prices from what I’ve seen around town. So, I suggest to go see them for sure!

Best prices in Victoria on vape juice and even better prices on new mods keep it on the DL because damn those prices are absolutely amazing pay 50% less then any other vape shop.

When I first started going there I met this one women dareeka and she’s supper wonderful and she’s really great with her costumers and she’s very knowledgeable at everything she’s done I really appreciate her running something that’s more her level and very comfortable with who’s she’s working with but I believe in her she’s really amazing and a lovely person ❤️❤️❤️🤞🏾
