I went in to see Nika for a manicure and pedicure. This, by far was the best mani/ pedicure I have ever had. The spa was very clean. Nika, throughout my service disinfected her tools every time she used them on me. Her station was very clean too. I will definitely be going back to her for all of my manicure/ Pedicures. I highly recommended her.

My husband got me a gift card to this spa for Mother’s Day. I’ve always wanted to get laser hair removal and I’m finally doing it. I’m on my 2nd treatment with Cristina for underarms, chin and lip. After the 1st treatment, I only had to shave my armpits twice in one month. Shes amazing!!I had to bring my baby with me to the second treatment today, and realized she couldn’t go in the room bc of the laser (mom brain moment). The staff all have kids of their own and they were so excited to watch her for me. They are all amazing there. Basically feel like family and I’ve only been there twice.Highly recommend!

Great salon, friendly staff. I had Botox done by master Elena, everything was done at a professional level, with care. I was clearly informed and instructed on the topic of all further actions. My favorite salon, hands down. I’ve heard a lot about the European technique and how much of a worthy investment it is for years. So happy to make it apart of my routine. This was my first time getting a European Gel Manicure, and I can already tell its going to be the only manicure I get from now on. Marina (Fisher Ave location) was wonderful, and my nails look beautiful. Ive always preferred a neutral color, and this gel has flecks of gold, and its stunning!! I cant stop looking at them! I have already recommended this style of manicure to all my friends.

I just got my lash extensions done by Cristina at the Sandbridge location. She did an amazing job! I wanted lashes that looked natural and not overwhelming. She took her time and my lashes look absolutely amazing! I love them and will be coming back.

I just had one of the best Swedish massage in my life, with Raffaella!!! I liked absolutely everything: starting with the warm-up, then the deeper pressings(and let me tell you, she is strong💪) it also seemed to me that the massage was longer than usual, cause she didn’t give that feeling of “rush”. I had goosebumps almost all the time💆‍♀️🤗 ❤️

I just had powder brows done last week and to say I was nervous is an understatement. I booked with Julie because she has waxed and tinted my eyebrows before and I felt comfortable with her. She talked to me through everything, mapped everything out perfectly, and told me what to expect. I was nervous about them being too dark, but she assured me they would look great after a week. Well, it’s been more than a week, and I am completely in love and sorry I didn’t do it sooner. Thank you Julie!!! I will be back to get them a little darker ☺️

OMG!!! Just finished my deep pressure massage w/added neck & décolleté w/Rafaela! She is amazing!!! I am picky about finding massage therapists who can actually do deep pressure, and she CERTAINLY DID NOT disappoint!! I’m just in shock that I’ve discovered her. I am going to come back to her again very soon. This will be a regular self-care thing for me now, as I am very active and my muscles get sooo tight. The ladies were nice, cute place, and it looked very clean. They offer a variety of services, but I went for eyelash extensions. It was my first time, so I was very nervous! My lash tech wrapped me in a blanket, turned on a heating pad, and played super relaxing music. It was heaven. I got a full set of hybrid lashes. It was not expensive compared to other places, and the process took less than 2 hours... Needless to say, I walked away satisfied 😌.

I go to nail shops across the country since I travel for work and this is one of the cleanest, most modern one Ive seen in a long time. All equipment was opened from sealed porches right from disinfection, surfaces were disinfected along with clean. That matters.On top of first living the facilities, the staff was wonderful with my 5 year old and me. My daughters tech took time to listen to the mail dreams, which were detailed. Most hush her and turn to me. But this young lady listened and then created on those tiny hands the stripes requested. Art work on such tiny tiny nails. She kept her entertained during the visit, too.I had my acrylics removed. It didnt even hurt or ruin my nails. She took a long time but in a really good way. Then, after the very professional removal, I tried Dip Powder for the first time. Im loving it! Its easy and beautiful. Love my finished nails. Well go here every time were in VA Beach.

European gel manicure with Volha was fantastic! I finally found my nail salon after moving to VB almost four years ago.

I got a lash lift and tint done recently and am so thrilled by the results. I have stubby little blonde lashes that don’t show up at all normally. As a nurse working long hours, I don’t have much time to get ready and any makeup I wear melts down my face under all the PPE so being able to wake up and feel pretty means so much! Ive been incredibly happy with my experience at Vogue Lashes & Spa! Ive been unhappy with my permanent makeup (eyeliner), and came to Vogue for permanent makeup tattoo removal. Being that its my eyelid, I was incredibly nervous about the risk of laser tattoo removal on such a sensitive area. Oxana has been incredibly patient, and understanding with my anxieties, walking me though the entire process and what to expect each time. Ive just completed my 4th treatment, and couldnt be happier with the results. Acknowledging that there is some pain and swelling involved, it doesnt last long (about 24-48 hours), and is def. worth going through the process if you arent satisfied with your permanent makeup. We are moving several hours away in the Summer, and Ill continue my work with Oxana, making the drive every few months because I trust her that much. I highly recommend her, and the team at Vogue!

From booking appointments to checkout, you will be given the best service. hey go above and beyond.Julissa gave me, hands down (no pun intended) the best manicure I’ve ever had. She really took her time to make sure the gel was thin and even. I had the European manicure and I will never go anywhere else for nails.I went to Iryna for a nano-brow / powder brow combo and lip blushing. I have had uneven eyebrows my entire life and she was able to even them out while making them look completely natural. She also performed my lip-blush and customized the color and shape to my specifications. I lost the color in my lips due to an illness several years ago and she gave me the perfect pink pout that really enhanced their overall beauty while looking natural. She took her time to perfectly map out the shapes of my brows and lips and got second opinions from the owner Oxana before tattooing.I have since recommended many friends and have scheduled other services that I’m looking forward to. I highly highly recommend Vogue Lashes and Spa. I’ve had nothing but the best service from start to finish from everyone there and will be a lifelong client.

My second manicure with Kate was even better than my first with her. I have never had nicely shaped nails, they are naturally wide and flat. She has made them curved and elegant. Because of travel I kept my first gel manicure from her on for 5 weeks. They were still perfect except for the growth lines. No chipping or peeling. I have been to salons all over the world- Kate is the best!!

I learned about this location through research and reviews. And I am not disappointed with my results. Cristina does my laser treatments and she is amazing. She is very informative about skin care along with laser sessions. I thought the procedure would be painful but it is not. It is very professional at this location and the staff are big on good customer service and making the client comfortable. I drive from Newport News to VA Beach location because I know Cristina will take care of me!!

I got my first ever eyebrow lamination done by Zhanara and I love the results so much. I’m still looking in the mirror enjoying my brows. The brow gel I bought from the shop has also impressed me. My wax appointment with her was thorough and done with great care. I drove a while to get to the salon and I’m glad it was worth the trip.

I had booked lash extensions, a pedicure, & waxing at this place days in advance. I was hoping to get everything I needed all at one place, on one single day. The employees at this location called me several times over the course of several days to confirm my appointments. The morning of my spa day, there was some type of staffing issue & they needed me there earlier than scheduled. I drive over 30 minutes to get there & Im being rushed right away because they were short on time.Face waxing was good, but the rest was downhill from there. Next was the lash extensions. I explained to the esthetician what I had done the last time I got lash extensions at another place & asked what she could do that sounded similar (I couldnt remember the exact name of the style & every place has different names for them anyway). She seemed to struggle with English because she couldnt explain what my lashes would look like. I asked for pictures of her work & she shows me stock images from Google of random eyes, not her actual clients. She says these are just pictures, so basically telling me not to expect much. I again asked how I was supposed to choose a style if she couldnt tell me what I was getting or how they would look. She then left to talk to the receptionist & came back to tell me I needed to come back another day for lashes because they were out of time. I explained that I booked this service, plus a pedicure, on this specific day for a reason-- I would be leaving town the next day. She said, pedicure???? Oh no, were booked today. I was so disappointed that I had booked & confirmed the times for all the services (well over $200 I would be spending), just to be told that it wasnt going to happen. They said they were completely booked, but there were only 1 or 2 other customers in the entire salon & it was like 10:30 am. I paid just for the waxing & left. Employees just shrugged their shoulders, like this happens all the time. I let my disappointment & frustration be known & I was offered a free pedicure via voicemail, but I did not accept it. I have serious doubts that this salon would make me happy after the lack of communication & professionalism demonstrated at my last visit.All in all, beware of booking any services on their website in advance, ESPECIALLY if its more than one service. There is absolutely no guarantee that those services will happen because the employees dont know how to navigate the online booking system.

Stephanie is amazing!!! She is so sweet, willing to go out of her way to make sure that your service is entirely relaxing and provides the “professional” touch when it comes to your face! I’ve had work done by her before & now traveling to go see her and have services performed. No one is like her!!! Very clean establishment. Took my daughter for a facial beginning of the month. She has super oily skin and had been experiencing some pretty bad outbreaks. When I called I was told since she was a minor Id have to stay with her which was fine. Also forewarned that it may be a tad painful since they would be extracting and exfoliating her face. Overall the facial was a success. We have another appointment tomorrow and since her initial facial shes seen less of an outbreak. We did invest in some of their skincare per suggestion of Cristina. We also appreciated Cristina for her services rendered.

Yesterday was my first laser hair removal treatment and Oxana was so sweet and helpful during my session. She even spent extra time educating me on laser hair removal for my skin tone.

I got a Tattoo removal by Oxana and it was very well done! She allows you to hold air on your spot as she treats it and was effficent and thorough! I recently had my first visit at Vogue Lashes & Spa. It was amazing. I was greeted upon arrival and my appointment started on time. My service was preformed by Yudis. She was extremely friendly and professional. She helped me to feel extremely relaxed. I had a great experience with her and I will definitely be coming back for more.

Vogue is wonderful. The staff is kind and knowledgeable and make the atmosphere calming. I was intimidated going here at first because I am new to having a skincare regime and getting facials; I thought I would be judged for lack of knowledge but the esthetician was so sweet and took the time to explain what she was doing, why she was doing it, and how it would best benefit my skin concerns. When I was checking out, she recommended a product they sell for me to purchase and take home but I did not feel pressured to buy it. I did end up getting it because I believe in their sincerity and care for the clients and I have to say, it is now one of my favorite products. I have been here twice now and already have another facial booked in the next couple of months. Even if you are new to skincare/facials/spas, dont be intimidated to come here!

It takes almost an hour to get to this spa but its definitely worth the drive. Its very clean and quiet. Uliana has done my lashes twice now and they always look so natural and feel so light. The process is very relaxing..I fall asleep every time. I also had gel manicures done by Julie and Yulia... both ladies are super gentle and nail perfectionists. I love that they use sterilized tools for each client. And Im chip-free for over two weeks (usually 1-2 days when done at other nail shops).

5 out of 5? No, 10 out of 10! I went today for my first ever facial treatment and I was anxious I suppose, I’m not someone who does these kinds of things often. As soon as I was back in the treatment room, everything was perfect. I’m super disappointed in myself that I don’t remember the name of the woman who did my facial but she was AMAZING. It was the most relaxed I think I’ve ever been. She knew I was nervous and she talked me through everything, but in the most calming way possible. And my skin looks and feels better than it ever has, and it was significantly less expensive than it felt like it should have been. Go here.

I went to Natalia at Vogue Lashes & Spa for my first ever lash extensions! She did such a beautiful job! The first visit took about two hours while we briefly discussed what I was looking for and then she wrapped me up like a warm burrito and I promptly fell asleep. Beautiful lashes. And the next time I came in, the experience was even more tailored because Natalia was able to do some prepping now that she knew what I was looking for. My extensions last me between 2 and 3 weeks. My fill sessions last about an hour. Ive been 4 times and I honestly cant imagine giving up my lash extensions or my visits with Natalia.

I payed $400.00 for brow tattoo that was Not satisfactory, a follow up appointment was scheduled for one month later. My brows needed to be filled in and I was told that it would be $100.00 more for a follow up! Are you kidding me!!! What ever happened to customer satisfaction? This was done by Iryna at Vogue Salon, she wasn’t the least bit interested in having me come in to look at the job she did! I cancelled my appointment and will go elsewhere even if it costs me more.

European facial performed by Oksana basically saved my skin. after only two sessions my skin became smooth and bright. I made an appointment live for both a manicure and pedicure, and they called me to see if I could do an earlier time (Like right now). So I get myself together to go early. And it turns out that they were only ready to do my pedicure. And when it came time for my manicure they had accepted a few walk-ins so they made me wait. (Again when I booked the appointment it was for both hands and feet) there were apologies, but it was simply as if they could care less about my time and more about the money from the walkins. And again they called me to move my appointment up. But I was shown that my time (appointment) was not as important as walkins. So I had to wait an hour of my time. 3 hours all in for the mani pedi. Again, no consideration for my time. I was stuck. Hands done. Feet not done. Basically trapped in a situation where I was not in position to leave. But subject to sit without even the basic considerations of anyone who has an interest in the impact to their customers.I would definately disuade anyone from this experience.

I decided this past year to do something special for myself so I decided to try eyelash extensions. I absolutely love them, and they make me look younger and more wide awake. I often dont even wear make up anymore because they are a nice compliment to my appearance. Oxana is the only person I would go to for this, she makes them look natural and she does a fabulous job! She is also a very delightful person, and I look forward to seeing her for my touch ups every few weeks!

One of my friends told me that this salon is pretty good so i gave it a try and i wasn’t dissapointed. I had an European facial with Oxana and it was great. She is very sweet and knowledgeble. Most of the salons concentrate mostly on the relaxing part of a facial but here i finally had some good extractions for my clogged pores and i had my “relaxing time” as well. After a few days my face heald nicely and it is more clear. I will be a loyal customer for the facials for sure. Oh, another thing that i like about this salon is that they use clean (non-toxic) products, recently i have switched to clean products as home as well so that’s a huge plus. Yesterday i went to have lash extentions as well and the result was very nice. Mila is very gentle and precise, i will attach some pictures with my lashes :) I have tried most of the better salons in the area and this is my new favorite!

Endospheres therapy was the best massage I ever had! I was recommended to go for this procedure and it was the best decision I made. Darsi was super friendly and explained the entire procedure before she started and even explained it as she was doing it. Darsi made me feel comfortable and so relaxed the entire time. The following day my stomach and upper leg muscles felt like i worked out at the gym. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this procedure.

I’ve found my master aesthetician for life with Oxana! I was in town on somewhat short notice and found Vogue Lashes and Spa on Yelp. Everyone that I knew was booked for the weekend, but I decided to send a message through Yelp and see if she had any availability. To my surprise, she responded right away and said she could fit me in the next day - a Sunday. Does anyone remotely decent work on a Sunday? I admit, I was skeptical at first but (omg) I’m so glad that everyone else was booked because I don’t think I would have found Oxana otherwise! I came for lash extensions and left with additional milia extractions (the fastest and least traumatic to my skin I’ve ever had) and a new friend/aesthetician for life. It’s been over 48 hours since my appointment and my lashes are still perfect, and since my appointment, my lash extensions don’t even feel like they’re there - they feel and look that natural. I’ve gotten extensions from many different places before but I never thought that I could get them without feeling slight discomfort from their application. I am floored by the dramatic difference in how Oxana’s lashes feel (feels like nothing is there, I swear), their longevity (still no sign of any falling out at all so far), and their dramatic look while maintaining a “natural” appearance. I live almost 4 hours away but love Oxana so much that I am committed to driving just to spend a day at her top-notch spa. I no longer need or want to go anywhere else for all of my beauty needs. Staff is so lovely! I got an eyebrow wax and individual lashes extensions. The environment is so calming. Uliana is so sweet and did an amazing job on my lashes. I will definitely be returning for other services.

So I purchased a $200 gift card for my wife specifically for a 120 minute Vogue relaxation massage for Christmas. So then my wife calls to schedule her appointment. They tell her they do not and have not had a massage therapist since July at both locations. On top of that, they tell her that she can use it for other services.They dont apologize for the inconvenience. They dont apologize for having a service stated on their website and their pamphlet that they currently dont have.So I call and the guy tells me then they do have a massage therapist and they said they would call her back.What a joke. First, they are probably going to give her a cheap service. Then they are probably going to find some bush league therapist.Dont offer a service and dont sell gift cards if you cant give customers these services.

I waited until my touchup appointment to write my review and I couldn´t be happiner with the look, service and entire experience. I had Irene and she was fabulous. She really worked with me to get the shape right and I love waking up every morning looking like me. If you´re looking to get your brows done in the area, look no further!

My favorite Lash technician Oxana, I love you girl! I’ve been getting my lashes done by her for the past year and a half, I’ve referred 3 of my friends and they love her as well, I’ve been with her since the last salon, She pays attention, is a genuine spirited professional, & I’ll be back soon love!!

Recently I did a facial by Natalia. She is very kind, friendly and attentive to her clients! She did an amazing face massage. She is very helpful in choosing cosmetics brand and taking care of the face. I would highly recommend her as a professional aesthetician!

I could not be happier with the results of my fractional laser treatment with Oxana. I had spent almost a decade using expensive creams and consulting with dermatologists to remove a dark sun spot on my cheek, with no results...Oxana was knowledgeable, reassuring, and very skilled. I went to vogue for two years for eyelash extensions and then began getting facials with Oxana! Super professional and friendly atmosphere with great quality service! I just got my second lash lift from Yulia, and I’m still speechless! The atmosphere is amazing, the staff is amazing, the results are amazing, and the overall experience is amazing! This review is for Raniza.I got a European Manicure with gel polish at Vogue a few days ago. The whole experience was great! Raniza is very particular about her work , which makes for a PERFECT manicure. I am pretty rough with my hands in general. I am a massage therapist, so I am constantly using my hands. I use heavy duty cleaning products at home for some rooms which are bleach based, and normally after a few days of doing my usual routines, my nails either chip or peel. But not with Raniza! She is the BEST and I will only be going to her for my nail services from now on! Thank you so much Raniza!
