Christy the manager is by far the greatest person! I went to three stores to find my coil for the forz tank and there she was none in stock but dug around to find me a un-used tester coil to hold me over till the morning since they had to bring some from another store.. such a great lady. Very nice I definitely love only going to avail!

The employees are very professional and knowledgeable. I had a defective mod that I bought from them and brought in a few days later and they gave me a whole new mod and a new bottle of juice! They truly honor their guarantee and i Highly recommend!

Austin was very helpful. Good attitude. As a novice to this I felt a little uneasy about going into the store. Austin quickly put me at ease and led me through a few well-thought-out options. He supported me even after I got my purchase home and needed assistance. I called the store and he walked me through the steps I needed to take to make this a truly great customer service experience. Ponytail.

Everyone here is very knowledgable, and always willing to help. They treat you with respect and dont act like you are just a walking dollar sign to them. I am horrible with names but the young lady with dark hair and tats on her arms is amazing! She will spend as much time as you need explaining everything, setting everything up and will not divert her attention from you unless absolutely needed. Love this place and the people who work here. Keep up the great work everyone!!

If you want 1001 and 1 of their home brew flavors then great, but for the price of their gear then go somewhere else. Also while there sales people are friendly they were also misleading, beware and ask a lot of questions. So disappointed, but they do give a military discount.

IDd as soon as I entered, during conversation about devices Matt was incredibly knowledgeable and had answers to any questions I had. Look forward to becoming a regular here. Definitely appreciate the professional and clean atmosphere of this location over competing shops that feel like low-quality holes in the wall.

They check your ID too many times..I was checked when I walked in, twice when I was checking out, and again when using debit!!I thought vaping would help me to stop smoking but it easier and more convenient to buy cigarettes, than going to this Avail location. The one on little Creek is awesome!

Good customer service, usually a full shop with a lot of customers. Parking is limited out front but there are spaces usually around the back. They are helpful in setting you up with something you will enjoy. I went in for a full new setup, and they started by trying to set me up with the cheaper stuff, not by going straight into the nicer more expensive stuff (even though thats what they personally use). I left with a setup that is leagues above my current one, and am happy with the purchase. Many types of flavors available and most are setup in store to sample.

Took a vape in today after it was dropped and had the tank shattered. Even though it was purchased from Avail less than a year ago, without even hardly looking at it and making zero effort to look for what I needed, the girl simply said I dont carry this anymore and dont have the tanks for it. Took it to another nearby vape shop and within 15 minutes they had it working like new. Guess she just couldnt be bothered with it.

Friendly and helpful staff. Everything is well presented and visible. Good selection of flavors but wish there were more. The name changes of the flavors kind of sucks... I miss Smurf Vendetta.Parking lot is small and dreadful to get in and out of.

Had an issue with a vape pen that I bought at the Lynchburg location. Called this store and they gladly took a look at it, refilled my pen for me, and replaced the coils with the right one. Definitely recommend this place for your vape needs. Great customer service.

Corporate all the way, don’t bother going in this place, new faces EVERY time I have tried to go in.... high turnover much? Awful customer service, not a single smile, employees talk down to you from moment you walk in the door. My word of advice, if you want a friendly face, and someone to actually help you, go somewhere else.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The employees are so pretentious and rude every time I’ve been in there. Don’t go to avail and spend 4 times what you would need at another vape shop. Also, the weird circus vests they wear for their uniform give me nightmares. I think it might actually be a requirement to have a curly mustache and a bad attitude to work here.

Great staff, we go here weekly. The only problems is lack of the popular PockeX we use. I break it weekly. It’s been our favorite for the past 3 years, they said corporate stopped selling them. Also they should sell replacement glass pieces instead of having to buy them on eBay. I hate buying a new vape every time it hits the floor. The rubber bands don’t stay on. Other wise friendly people, highly recommend.

Everything is nice and neat and clean, the people are very helpful and theyll spend whatever time you need to get what you want. I would recommend this to my friends family and all other people.

Wish they had more locations around Hampton roads like before the pandemic. Great juice and supplies for vaping needs.

Walked in with my gray bearded husband and they wouldnt even answer our questions without showing ID. I had mine, but Hubbys wasnt on him. Lost any chance of a sale because their policy is stronger than common sense. Gray, bearded, married men are not teens.

Employees make this store the best of the bunch- hands down. Zero typical vape grossery with the stereotypical bored millennial behind a counter holding five vapes in hand and two around the neck showing off his incredible ability to produce a cloud the size of a tiny home. None of that. And I am super annoyed that I can’t find the names of the two coolest people in Hampton Roads that work at this Avail. One is a younger dude with the Justin Bieber swoop - dont even be mad bc you know you totally have one - and this rad chic with short hair and tattoos. You know people are about their business when they manage to follow all of the rules to a T, checking id’s, etc, while still making it feel like a laid back & chill atmosphere. Their customer service is way beyond excellent, their product knowledge is impressive, the go far to ensure you’re getting what you want and happy with what you buy before you buy it and attend to everyone with their full attention even when it’s busy. Most impressive, they can remember who you are and what products you use. Or, I’m a memorable megalomaniac and it’s just me. :)So, every time my house hides my vape from me until I no longer need it because I have had to go buy another one, I truly dont even mind because the peeps make every redundant purchase I make feel like I’m visiting old friends that I wish I could hang out with more. To clarify, I dont know any of them, I just moved to the area and they’re not my friends -- but I def forget that last fact as soon as I hit the door.Great staff, well stocked, and the service puts other Avail shops Ive shopped with to shame. Specifically, the one in Richmond on Cary St that employs, or used to, one of the worst humans I have had the displeasure of dealing with and quit going in because I refuse to overspend on a habit in a place that keeps such creatures around. The manager is great but get rid of the one who always has customer complaints. You know who he is. They could take some lessons from this location on the “how to’s” of retail 101: creating an ideal environment and staff for your product and clientele. This is true for all of the shops, not just the Richmond loc but others I’ve been to. They each have a lot to do if they want to be on the level of this store. So, VA Beach Avail- YOURE AMAZING! Keep up the terrific work and I’ll see you soon since my house is about a week overdue for some trickery and I will probably not be able to find my vape in two seconds when I hit “post”.

I was in Virginia, leaving for my deployment. I wanted a new vape so I stopped by. I happily bought about $300 worth of stuff too hopefully last throughout my deployment. I went to go change my coil about 2 months later just to find out that the coils arent the right size. They have good customer service but they need to make sure they are selling the right sized parts. Now I have to find a way to get coils that fit my specific vape. Its just a hassle and a major inconvenience

The staff is always an absolute wonder when I visit. Theyre typically beyond helpful and arent sales oriented, theyll make sure you walk out with what you want and as a happy customer.

The prices are a bit higher than most other shops in the area and the sales people will try aggressively to upsell you. It was very clean and well organized. The juices are good too. I personally think there are better shops, but if you need juice, this is not a bad option.

This place is awesome. Ask for Toni she was very helpful walked me through the different flavors and even cleaned and filled my old tank. The staff literally spent 45 minutes listening to my current issues with the seglei 100w and coughing...no more coughing for me!!!

I love this shop. They have helped me in so many ways, with my coils and all of my tanks. All if the employees are super friendly and knowledgeable about all of there products and more. I recommend Avail to all of my friends.

Love love love Avail!! Their mission to help everyone quit smoking is amazing!! I have also really enjoyed being educated by the staff about CBD and starting my journey with CBD. I love their CBD brand, Leafana, it’s the best! Kristi is absolutely amazing and is extremely knowledgeable and always helps me with whatever I need. Kristi is very accommodating and always makes sure I’m happy with my purchases. You can tell that the staff really cares about you, not just as a customer, but as a human being. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to quit smoking or anyone that already vapes or uses CBD.

Was really disappointed 😔 with the service that I received from Laura today. I went with a device that I just purchased stood there as she work on another customer device for her to trouble shoot my device and decide that it was a defect. She told me that she would be doing an even trade for a new device and then told she told me that I would have to pay the difference because when I bought the it was on sale 👀. Excuse me ☝️ I’m not doing that. I didn’t brake it and now I have to pay the difference for a new one uuugh NO!! Bye bish and I won’t be going back to this store located on Virginia Beach Blvd. I won’t spend 🚫 💴 in that store

I really like Avail Vapor because its clean, and the staff are both professional and knowledgeable. I am relatively knew to vaping and I asked many questions. Matt helped me and was kind and patient. I have been to a couple of different vape operations around town and Avail was, by far, the best!

Busted my manhattan while visiting VA. Walked out with 100ml of juice, RDA, Box Mod, and a tip for $160. Not too shabby. Thanks Avail Vapor! Very helpful staff and a nice setup for trying juices. Worth a look.

Great selection and prices. Knowledgeable staff where friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that parking is extremely limited. Other than that its the best vapor shop Ive ever been too.

I went in to get coils, im from out of town and i thought. I have friends who go their, some family members that like the place. Well idk if i gone on a bad day? Idk if i just have a evil face(puns). But, the lady that served me was rude, i was literally so angry by the way she talked to me let alone approached me i was taken back. I spend alot of money on vaping, its not only a hobby but it saved my life. I know my bits and pieces on vaping. So to treat me like i dont know. And to judge me before even knowing my situation is appalling. It threw me for a leap and personally even when i come back down to visit or even move down. I will mot be taking my services to that establishment. I love to support local and family run businesses, but their has to be a respect to customers. i dont wanna come off as disrespectful or entitled. Their has to be a balance. Their has to be respect and their shouldnt be judgement or even talking down to someone. Was very very disappointment by the experience and just blown away by it as well.

Came in, bought my first vape and some juice to help me quit smoking. Austin was a great help and super friendly and showed me how to set everything up. He helped me pick the right vape and made sure I knew what I was doing.

Awesome place, I work at a vape store in New York and i wanna say I was seriously impressed. They are very professional, friendly, easygoing and each employee is a wiz on vape products. AVAIL is probably the future of vaping... at least from a professional stand point.

You should ID everyone, and not just those that you want too. While my 18 year old niece was able to make a purchase, my 39 year old self was had to stand outside because I did not have an ID. The young girls that came out after me never presented ID, and I have it recorded. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Great flavors, prices are ok, but my god, they are hellbent on trying to upsell you every time, and if you decline they delay you, with questioning why you wont do it. The Chesapeake store will ask once and move on, the vrginia beach store will ask 10x before ringing you up. Ridiculous.

Okay so on there bag they say lowest prices guaranteed, I think their 60mil are like25-30$ I think , either way juice is good yes but I’m not get robbed again, down in ga I can get 3 120mils for 60$

Went in for 1 bottle of juice and they tried to shove 3 bottles down my throat. i understand you gotta do your job but if a customer says no 4 times back off. i wont be back.

Had to pay to try the flavors (laws i get it) but half of them said there were no atomizers and super expensive for the product. not worth it to me. only go for the actual vapes those are good prices.

I love this store! Please please pretty please, open sooner in the mornings. I dont plan ahead. Right at about 10 pm I find myself in a pickle. Anyway you can make it a 24 hour store? There is a market for stressed out moms in the middle of the night.. Just saying.

Drove out here to buy a vape around a month ago since the local avail didn’t have it in stock. Battery door broke. Called to see if it was purchased within 30 days and refused to even look up my account ( I know you can because the Chesapeake store has for me) and said since I broke it, it wouldn’t be covered anyway. Employees name was Matthew. Not even willing to look up to see if the 30 days has passed. Having a newborn it can be difficult to pack up and drive 30 miles for something he could have just looked up on the phone.

Went in knowing nothing about any mods. left with a full mechanical setup and more information than i could have imagined. very knowledgeable staff. would highly recommended anyone, beginners or someone who has been vaping for a while go here. it will be my regular

Went into your store on Virginia Beach boulevard March 18th at approximately 5:10 p.m., The lady behind the counter had zero personality she wasnt friendly she did not greet us she had the personality of a wet mop and they claimed to have the lowest price guaranteed,, well Im here to tell you they do not Pitbull tobacco for the same vape was half the price,,however I didnt care if the vapes in that store were $2 a piece I wouldnt have spent $1 thanks to the lady claiming shes working behind the counter

Kind of disappointed, walked in today looking to get into Vaping and the staff kind of just brushed me off, and didnt really answer my questions. The store was not busy but they were messing around with the other coworkers sitting on the couch.

Although this place is nice to look at inside, it looks like the Apple Store of Vape stores. Very very expensive too. And not really a great selection

This place gets three stars for purely for the miracle on 34th street stunt they pulled like when Santa was telling customers where else to go to get things that either werent there or were to expensive there they pointed me to a store that had what I needed but Im holding out on the other two stars because they have barely anything because they are trying to brand everything which you can only go so far with while owning a vape shop

High prices for mods, batteries and chargers. Normally go for a specific juice that isnt available at any other local stores. Check the return policy before buying.

I walked in with my friends and one of my friends wife is pregnant and asked to see everyones ID to make sure they are 18. There was a little girl with her mom already shopping in there and she looked to be about 7. Its stupid how a pregnant lady gets kicked out and a 7 year old doesnt. My pregnant friend doesnt smoke either.
