Absolutely no complaints here. Great company with great employees. I have been a customer at ECig Charleston for many years, mainly at the Walterboro location. This location is always clean and well organized. My favorite flavor of fluid is always in stock (Nimbus). Whenever I need help I just ask William because he’s very knowledgeable about the products. William is by far the best manger/employee the Walterboro location has ever had. Keep up the great job William!

We went in there to get replacement pods and our server was William and he was awesome! Very knowledgeable. The store was immaculately, clean, well organized, and with a very relaxed vibe. We were uncertain about which product to get and he helped us and showed us the very good supply of Vape liquid. Prices were average, and our transaction was very pleasant. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience with Shelley! She helped me to find some new VOOPOO vaporizers along with the delta8 products I was looking for. Ill definitely be stopping here for my needs in the future!

The only vape shop that I use in walterboro is ECIG VAPE . Shelley is very knowledgeable about the products that they offer and she always greets you with a smile. I would highly recommend this shop to others.

I purchased an ecig, 2 tanks and vape juice for $63. The cig didnt work, and the 2 tanks were faulty, they wouldnt seal resulting in vape oil constantly leaking. I took them back to the store and the clerk said it was standard I leave them there as they need to be tested.He tried to call the manager who didnt answer her phone. He eventually got through to the district manager, who stated she knew there was an issue with the tanks I bought.Her solution was to change the defective tank for another defective tank and make a note on my account in case Ill need to return it in future.Never in my life I have I dealt with such poor customer service. I am now the owner of $63 worth of defective junk.Never ever use this company for your vapung needs.I will contact my bank and will ensure I get refunded that way. Absolutely shocking outcome 😳

Place was nice buy wayyy too overpriced for delta 8 carts and disposables. The lady working tried to tell me that the Koi disposables were $54.99 when Ive never seen them for anything over $39.99.

I was having problems with the generic brand of juice, told William about it, and he fixed me up with an excellent substitute from the mixing bar. I dont know of another vape shop that goes that far out of its way to help a customer. Thank you, William.
