I had a great experience here. Very tranquil atmosphere. I did foot reflexology. My massager was named Lin and she was very nice and knowledgeable. She always made sure the pressure she used was perfect. They put this warm compress over your eyes while they massage your feet. Very relaxing!! Will definitely go back since the prices are very good as well.

Took my daughter and her friend for their birthdays. We had an hour long foot massage and it was fantastic! Highly recommend.

Mediocre at best. Left feeling more irritated than relaxed. If you like someone’s elbow jabbing your back for an hour this is the place for you. Front desk lady try to force me to tip. Lady’s hands were sweaty went home and took a shower right away.

Unfortunately, my massage caused me more pain than relief. It was hard to communicate with my massage “therapist” because she barely spoke English. She did not even ask me how the pressure was and she didn’t warn me when VERY hot stones were gonna be placed on me. I also begged her “no more please” because she was giving me such a painful massage. I usually like having very deep/very hard massages, but this one felt like all the pressure was all on the wrong places and giving me pain instead. I couldn’t wait for it to be over, I was tearing up in the very uncomfortable face hole that you cannot adjust compared to other massage locations….

This was by far the best massage Ive ever received! We came here for a couples massage, and both received a deep tissue massage. I feel like every other professional massage Ive received in the past, they never use enough pressure. This place dug into my muscles and worked on all the knots! I had Anna, and she was fantastic! They were really friendly and nice too. We will definitely be coming back here in the future!

The prices are very reasonable - I recommend purchasing directly from the store rather than the Groupon because you will get more for less. I’ve had many massages but this was by far the best! My husband and I went for a couples massage based on all the positive reviews at Four Seasons Spa for Valentine’s Day. The prices were almost half of any other spa which should have been a red flag but I read many of the reviews and thought we would give it a try. The women that works on us were not massage therapists because it was very clear they did not have any professional training. We won’t return and will check for credentials next time. I can’t understand all these positive reviews, it was the worst massages we ever had.

My Wife booked a couples massage for our Anniversary and It was both our first time here and it was AMAZING ! Everyone was really nice and sweet. The massage was so relaxing and needed. The pressure of the massage was perfect and they gave us good after tips on what to do after our massage. I will definitely be coming here from now on. My overall experience was a 10/10.

Very nice. Price was great! My daughter and I were greeted at the door by Candy. She was great! Our masseuse wonderful! Only thing I would say is they should worn you before doing the hot stones because they were very very hot and they hurt a little but it was a great time and we have already told friends and we will be back!!

I got a massage here for the first time today and it was amazing! The staff is very professional and it is truly the best massage I have ever received. I got a 90 minute deep tissue massage and it was painful with good pressure the entire massage, just what I needed to get all of my stress out of my neck, back and shoulders. The woman at the receptionist desk is so kind and sweet. She fully explains everything to you before the massage and asks your preferences regarding the massage. On top of all of this, it is very affordable. I love Four Seasons Spa & Massage! It is better than any massage I have ever received at a Hand and Stone location or Massage Envy location. I cannot wait to return! So looking forward to my next visit!

The massage was thorough and enjoyable; very relaxing. My masseuse was responsive to my requests when there was a little too much pressure for my comfort. At the conclusion the manager pointed out some potential discounts and I would definitely consider going back if Im ever in the area again.

My partner and I have gone here twice now. Once for a couples full body and another for reflexology foot massage. Both experiences were great. The masseuses put a good amount of pressure on your body and get deep into the tissue. I felt great days later

We have 3 kids and decided to treat ourselves to a date night. We had scheduled a couples massage using a Groupon (which I confirmed that we were using upon entry). After the massage it was brought to our attention that the services we had just received were different from what the groupon covered. How is that possible? Seems like a cash grab to me. Long story short I had to pay over $100 for a massage that I thought I already paid for on Groupon. The woman at the desk told me I could use the Groupon another time but when we left I immediately traded in the voucher for use elsewhere. It felt like a scam or set up. And now I don’t get that money back. I won’t return here or make a recommendation to anyone, which is disappointing because the massage wasn’t bad.

I have been to many massage places around this neighborhood but once I found this place I kept coming back. This is the first place that knows exactly what they are doing. They know exactly which spots to hit and also hit spots I never knew I had pain in. Ive had quite a few different people in here massage me and every single person did such an amazing job. I never once left this place disappointed. Highly exceeded my expectations. This is my go to massage place. All of the other places I went to one time and never returned. They are so friendly, good priced, and excellent service. I never have to wait days and always can be seen when I want to be seen. I love it here.

I went to four seasons with a couple of my friends to get some self care done. I was assigned Lilly as my masseuse for a 90 min session. She was amazing and understood my pain points and applied the right amount of pressure for my back pain relief. Very gentle yet strong, she helped me relax my knots. My friends also mentioned that it was a good experience. Overall the place was cozy, clean, and private. I recommend this place.

Four seasons Warminster is 100% worth it. The staff is very welcoming, caring and friendly. The building is clean and professional. They took my requests to not touch my tattoo and to focus more on my shoulders, they did an amazing job. I got the deep tissue massage and they worked wonders, it was awesome. I had the best massage of my life here - wow, I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else. Michael was the absolute best masseur; the full-body massage had me feeling like a brand-new person.They use heated stones and heated oil, which are included in the already great price. I cannot overstate that this was the best massage I’ve ever had in my entire life, it felt like a dream.

We purchased a couples massage and our massage therapists did not introduce themselves upon walking in. Did not ask anything about problem areas or areas to focus on. This led to her spending the entirety of my massage on one shoulder. I have now arrived home and am experiencing pec and shoulder pain the opposite side from the one sided massage I received. I called to try and rectify the situation but the manager beat around the bush offering no solution to my issues. I will not be returning or recommending this establishment in the future.

Bought a Groupon to treat myself and my hubby to foot reflexology. Michael and Anna were both very professional. We were both pleased with the amount of pressure used. The venue was clean and tidy. The front desk lady did try to sell us additional services but was not pushy about it. She just wanted to make aware there were options especially since she knew we were first time customers.

I’m not new to massages but I do have to say, no masssage therapist has massaged my back and shoulders the way Sophia did. My husband and I felt so comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Booked a last minute couple’s massage with my boyfriend and we were so happy about everything. The workers are super friendly and took their time with the massage. Even though they close at 9 we didn’t feel rushed and they finished the whole 90 minutes. I have so much tension through my whole back but my lady definitely got right on it. Yes they get on top of you but what do you expect? That’s the culture and they’re doing it right. Might as well go to hand and stone for a basic massage if that’s what you like.

I went here with my mother and brother and it was a very relaxing experience! They were very attentive with how much pressure they put as well as the heat of the hot stones! My mother recently had surgery and they were very careful to not put too much pressure on the side on which she had her operation. They checked with to make sure the pressure of the massage as well as the heat of the hot stones was alright! I realized I had right muscles and joints that I didn’t even know about! Great massage and I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

I’m a big boy I work hard play hard And one of my indulgences is having a good massage. I’ve had massages all over the world for real multiple countries. This is one of the best. Yes relaxing but more focused to the point of what I’m looking for they really understand the body and know what not to work on. This is an a light touch food to fall asleep oh that was nice type of place this is make you feel better type of place. They get it, extremely professional.

The place is clean however it was a very rough massage and I had severe vertigo for at least 45 min when I left. I kept asking for a softer massage but nothing changed. I do not think these are certified massage therapists.

They’re running some special pricing it seems like so upgrading to 90 min for full body at $35pp was a great deal! Plus 15 min of oil & hot stone on top of that - it all made sense. Very clean & comfortable! We’re going again in a few months

The staff was so nice. i requested a 60 minute deep tissue massage and 30 minute foot massage. they understand enough English to do their job perfectly. the shop is so clean and comfortable. i will be back and so will all my friends. this is my massage place for now on!! thanks Lin and staff

Went for a massage after work this afternoon and I tried the Four Seasons spa. Sophia worked on me and gave me one of the best massages I ever had. Strong hands which is perfect! Place was clean and the staff polite. I will be back in the near future. This is my new spot.

This was the WORST massage Ive ever experienced. I had an appointment for 7:00 and got there 10 minutes early but they made us wait 40 minutes because the last person was a no show and they were short-staffed. She offered us a free hot stone and eye mask upgrade, which was weird because she had just tried to sell us to upgrade to that when we first arrived. The masseuses did not even say hi or ask if there were any areas to avoid or focus on. The massage itself HURT SO BAD. I asked them several times to apply less pressure and they didnt listen. It was so bad at one point that I wanted to cry and walk out but I stuck it out. I couldnt wait for it to end. When we left they cornered us and pressured us to tip for their horrible service. I woke up today with bruises and redness all over my neck and back and can barely move. Do yourself a favor and go to Hand and Stone where they know how to provide comforting, relaxing massages and not this place.

Ive been to many spas from affordable to very pricey.. this is by far the best massagr i ever revieced.. they give you the true 70 mins and dont deduct time for changing.

This was my first visit. Used Groupon. The studio is clean, the staff friendly. I do not understand the comments that said the massage therapist did not use enough pressure. My massage felt like deep tissue, concentrating on my back. Ive been having a lot of pain in my right upper back and neck for months, which now appears to be gone. Very pleased. Recommend.

Very calm atmosphere & very good Masseuse! BUTT.. the manager or desk lady is very Kind but VERY pushy for upgrades. I bought a $90 Groupon for couples massage & she tried getting us to pay an extra $35 each for an extra half hour on a table & after 10 mins of trying to convince us she settled on a $5 upgrade for hot stones. Wish they were more upfront with their prices. But it was a good experience otherwise 🤷🏽‍♂️

I first heard about this spa through Groupon (last year). I ended up booking a couples massage and was happy because certain places didnt provide this selection due to COVID. Theres plenty of parking available. Check-in was no more than a few minutes wait as they finished prepping the room for us. In the meantime, the hostess gave us some pointers for the massage aftercare. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Masks were still required. We were both happy with our massages and our massage therapists made sure we were comfortable. It never felt rushed and no pain or soreness the next day. It is almost a year later and I just booked another massage. I would suggest taking the time to give them a call to see if they are offering better promotions than Groupon.

It was so nice! My first massage ever. Me and my boyfriend got a couples massage. Will deff go back if I ever get another massage! They honored our Groupon we bought a few months back but had to cancel cause of the virus.

1.) I purchased a Groupon and added my husband on to my appointment to get a massage as well. That’s when the intense sales pitch started. I went in thinking we were getting a 50 minute massage with foot reflexology. We were told it would be 25 minutes on the shoulders and then 25 minutes on the feet in a chair. We ended up being talked in to an hour table massage.2.) We were told we would get a free eye mask (which we did not get) and hot stones (which was a total of 2 minutes, if that) because we “upgraded” $15 each mind you.3.) Several times throughout the massage I had to ask for the pressure to less intense. Twice I had to stop her all together from working on the same spot. My husband was next to me getting his massage and heard the requests.4.) I left feeling beat up rather the relaxed.5.) I woke up this morning with bruises all over my back!! (I have pictures and posted them to Groupons review site)6.) A total of 2 minutes spent on my feet, which is why I booked this massage to begin with.7.) Needless to say, we will not be back. I suppose this is what I get for trying to “get a deal” rather then just paying to go to Hand and Stone. Lesson learned.

Purchased a groupon for Christmas because we NEED it! Friendly reception and staff. Felt like we were one with the heated bed just melted into it. The hot oil and rocks felt stupendous. We both chose firm massages and it was perfect. We also added the foot reflexology that was the cherry on top of a perfect way to spend my Sunday. Will definitely be back real soon to use bonus cards.

First time coming here. The lady who assisted us was so nice and polite. Set up an at appt. at 5 pm. then we waited for 1hr before they start the massage. While waiting the lady asked if we can add $30 each extra for additional 40 mins on top of our 80 mins time. I said no, then she came back and offered us another deal of $10 each for 10 minutes with hot stones and other stuffs on top of our 80 mins time plus $15 dollor free of charge of reflexology, putting something on our eyes for rejuvination (she was a bit confusing about the offer), And I said yes on adding $10 each. Massage started at 6 then was finished at 728. They did a deep tissue massage which hurt a little bit. They did add some hot stone which felt good but only lasted for seconds. Massage was overall good. But we didnt get the 10 mins extra which we paid for and the $15 free stuff that they offered. If you are looking for a deep tissue massage, then this is your place. Reason for 3 stars is they took us 1hr later, didnt get what i paid for for the additional offers.

My husband is a postal worker and is on his feet up to 10 hrs a day. I surprised him with a couples massage and chose Four Seasons Spa in Warminster. What an absolutely wonderful relaxing experience! Got a groupon for Christmas to go here. I get massages all the time, this was the worst massage I ever had. The girl climbed over me and when she got to my head and face it was like she was in a race. She never did my neck at all. Just very unprofessional, I don’t think she was trained at a school. Won’t go back.

I was quoted a price on the phone for 2 people and the business did not honor this price! I know who the woman was that I spoke to when I met her in person because she spoke the best English of the 3 women present, however they still charged the increased, misquoted rate. We eventually paid the extra money as they were not honoring their given price. It was not worth arguing over, however it ruined the experience when you leave more stressed than you arrived. They asked us to tell family and friends after this. Um, nope. This is not a way to attain repeat customers. Ill try elsewhere due to this experience.Edit: the manager called and made right on the situation and offered a BOGO massage. Thank you, well give it another shot!

My back was destroyed. It was suppose to be a swedish but instead it was a painful deep tissue. I was in pain days after. Really disappointing. If you dont like your job, if you dont want to do a service thats been paid for or if you had a bad day and you rub someone down that person receiving it can feel everything. Even the thoughts and emotions not being said. I had to sage after. The place is nice and clean but the hospitality connection is OFF.

Once arrived and went inside to check in, the first thing after hello is, can I copy your Groupon number which he did and Needless to say this place is nice and serene inside, I appreciated the gentleman who helped me but it felt more like a foot massage and less like reflexology with pressure points.At the end of the service.I realized that I had only my cc on me from switching purses so he said yes I can add the top, the gentleman who took my Groupon code when I initially arrived, not only charged me for the service again but added the tip to it, then tried to get me to sign and I said no, I need to see what I am signing, then I realized what he had done. So I asked him why are you charging me again when I already gave you my Groupon code it was a mess.I will not return here.

This place is legit, they are the real deal. I called last minute, hurting pretty bad. They made time for me and helped me to feel much better. This is my second time there and I would absolutely recommend trying them out. Support the local business and see for yourself!

Absolutely awful. Had appointments at 7:15 waited til 7:30 then they sat us asked us our scents for reflexology, Disappeared to take other people back. Came back in at 7:40 saying sorry for mix up they couldn’t take us for another 20 minutes. Very rude and inconsiderate had been there multiple times and they didn’t care, won’t be returning.
