MILES CITY VAPE & SMOKE SHOP

Relative of the owner asked me to stop taking photos, even I explained to him that they were for google maps, to which he responded that they dont belong on google maps, but since they are being used as a way of promoting the business, I decided to still post them. They can ban me if they want to, I only smoke real tobacco (primarily Marlboro 100s), so I have no reason to go back anyway. Despite all this, I will admit that the workers are very nice, they just dont allow photography, which I can see why for a number of reasons, and they werent rude to me or anything. They were just following policy I suppose

Ridiculously overpriced. They want 140 dollars for a vape device that’s 39.99 online. Do some research before you pay what they’re asking. I understand a certain amount of markup for a brick and mortar store but that’s just atrocious

Miles City is My Favorite shop for vapes as well as the wide variety of other products they carry. This store on York Road is my favorite of all the Miles City stores because of Josh. He is always so friendly and knowledgeable about the products. He always helps me find what Im looking for and even gives me all the information I need to make a decision when im looking to try something new. Im sure you will meet him if you visit the store. He is always there every time I stop by. I will always be loyal to Josh and this store.

The best store in the area by far. No matter what i bought from them, from one pack of coils to a brand new device , I always get the same costumer service. Very knowledgeable employees. If you in the area, at least give them a try. The display alone would keep you at the store for 10-15 minutes alone.

This place is a one stop shop. They have everything you need. The employees are so helpful and patient. They work with you and help you out the best they can. The owner (sanad) is such an understanding person and does whatever he can to make us customers happy.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at Miles City Vapes. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and have always been more than willing to help me find the products that will best accommodate my needs. So far, they’ve never steered me wrong. They also have always made themselves available to answer questions I have about any device or to show me how to use it. I now go there any time I need anything vape related and the staff have been so kind, I truly enjoy going into the store. If you’re looking for quality products, great service, and a cool environment, I’d highly recommend them.

Specifically asked about a product compatibility was assured I could use it - get home only to find out it is the incorrect device and CANNOT use. I call to see if maybe exchange or refund is possible - short answer NOPE because I opened the box and the guy tried to justify it by reading google info about how the device should be compatible 👎🏻

Overall highly disappointed with this store. While I have never bought a glass product, most because they are overpriced and not worth the money when I can get a handmade water pipe on Esty for half the price. I frequented the shop for lighters, wraps and incense. My main issue is the store manager is all over the place with pricing. After the last visit when he didn’t put a price on my product until after he was told the quantity he then instructed the sales person to up charge me to make money off my purchase. I’ll never go back to this store. Hardly anyone there either. I’d rather buy my products right from the wholesaler. At mile city vape, 20 incense sticks for $10, which is normally only $2.50 for 10 but he upped it $4.99 for 10, mean $. 50 per stick; on the wholesaler website, 120 sticks for $29.50, so $.25 per stick. I’d rather wait then be constantly told other prices.

Great store. I had the pleasure to meet Justin today. A very nice, extremely knowledgeable gentleman. Whatever you need, they have it. I just hope they have a shop in North Carolina.

Employee Josh has made me a customer for life when it comes to vape and vape juices. Hes honest and has truly tasted just about all of the flavors in the store, which is the largest variety I have ever seen. He has never steered me wrong with recommendations and keeps finding new flavors I love.

Josh at this store is AWESOME!! he really pays attention to detail and he makes sure you get exactly what your looking for. he is very familiar with every product at this location as well as the other store in doylestown. sometimes my favorite part of the day is stopping in to get an Elf bar and chatting with Josh for a few mins. i def recommend this store and make sure you ask for Josh!!

The two employees Kaylee and Alex are the very best at customer service. The place is huge and very nice, very clean. They always get me the best products and introduce me to new things. Love it all! Everyone should definitely shop here for the bestProducts!

So you price most of your items, but then place an outrageous price on ones that have no price. The guy was rude and angry that I pointed out the price on every other item except one..then didnt like my attitude and wouldnt sell me a lighter..boohoo..Amazon takes another sale!!! I will make sure I tell everyone..not that it matters..they are always empty..I hope the owner is proud of his employees..if they actually walked the store instead of playing on their phones..they might have prices on everything..besides..the place down the street is at least half the price..Im highly disappointed

This place is good for the most part, they probably have everything that you need. If you buy wraps though check them for freshness, I bought 20 wraps on one visit and was very disappointed to find that 6 or 7 of them were stale and basically a pile of dust

The workers were extremely rude the second time I visited the store in Warminster. It was 2 young people the guy was fine still not very friendly, but the girl was extremely rude. We were super excited to go there because it’s close to our house and we will most likely never go back in there now because of that.

This place is very nice and clean. The workers are especially nice. The place is easily accessible and is big compared to othet shops. The workers (Alex) and (Kaylee) are very polite and understanding and have great customer service. I would recommend this shop compared to others.

Didnt even know this shop existed until late Friday night passing through I spotted this gem. This vape and smoke shop has the largest variety of items depending on your wants and needs. It is very clean, stocked, and organized I find the prices are on point, not excessive based on a purchase made about three years ago at another smoke shop in another town several hours from this one. They have excellent CBD products depending on your needs. This store also has a requirement age of 21 plus. So be prepared to be carded as should be expected by law. You can also purchase the lottery here. I highly recommend this shop located in Warminster. The manager Josh is very knowledgeable and professional as is Reilly. Thank you for all the information it was a great shopping experience. Will be back.

I was met by the the employees Alex and Kaylee and they were extremely helpful throughout my whole entire experience. They gave me there undivided attention. I would rate my experience a 10/10.

Super overpriced compared to literally every other smoke shop in the area and not a very big selection on pipe and water pipe styles, more like just a large selection of color and level of expensiveness. Had to settle for a small overpriced plain jane piece since nothing caught my eye. I DID enjoy the large selection of delta 8 and delta 10 gummies. Never buying CBD gummies again though... they taste like normal candy and did nothing for any of us who tried it. 9/10 would visit again. Definitely worth a stop in.
