This vape shop is one of the best I have ever been to. Everyone who works here is super nice and helpful. I’ve been going here for years and feel bad that it’s taking me this long to write a review for them.Mike is a total gentleman, he’s always super helpful and the level of service is always very high. If you’re in the area and you’re looking for anything vape related, definitely stop by Level first!

This place is great, its my regular vape shop and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Also they have a rewards card there which allows you to get TWO free disposables or juices for every 10 disposable/juice purchase!

This place is the best vape shop around. My husband and son went in and bought me a vape. When they got home and I opened it it was leaking out of the top. They took it back and the guy behind the counter let them pick out another one which was worth more money. They didnt make us pay the overcharge and told us that the one we bought was defective and was on them. And just gave us another one . Never had a place do that before. Thank you. We will only come there from now on!!!!

I LOVE these guys! Theyre totally chill and their prices are awesome! Every time I think Im just going to run in and get my two 60ml bottles of triple XXX Strawberry Vape Oil for only $32 and then just leave, I instead find myself having some enjoyable random conversation about whatever is suddenly inspiring us to talk.The selection covers everything anyone would ever need, with a great selection of actual quality mods and their accessories. The prices are much lower than pretty much every single other place I go, and the people are definitely friendly and they are always willing to help you with above and beyond service if any unforeseen issue were to ever happen, so you never need to stress about anything. Also, if you ever need something they dont have then chances are theyll order it for you and have it there asap and at a price that will probably make you feel like you own the place lolBasically, once you start going there you wont go anywhere else because honestly you wont ever have a reason to. I obviously cant say enough good things about place lolImportant Note: if youve ever visited there before and had a different experience than what I just described it was most likely because of ONE individual who is no longer there (thank God) and it definitely shows in how much better everything got once they were finally out of there. First time visiting this shop today. Had to pick up a replacement mod after mine unexpectedly died. The employees were very nice and seemed to know a ton about their products. Prices are high compared to online retailers, but that is expected at these brick and mortar stores since its such a convenience to walk out with a device instead of waiting a week for something in the mail.

Excellent service! I’ve been going to a different local vape shop for past few years and never had I received as much help and knowledge as I did today at Level up in Warminster. Definitely worth checking out! The attendant was able to provide 1st hand experience of different vape models and flavors which was so helpful. The honesty was a refreshing change. Had a very good experience until the past few months, juice is highly priced for 60ml bottles and offer no deals to constantly returning customers. Also asked a few questions to a woman in there and basically made me feel stupid for not knowing everything about vaping, its your job to help inform the customer, not make them feel dumb for not knowing everything, its your job. I have since switched to another competing shop down the road.

First time customer for this facility. Shop was clean and well organized. The employee I spoke with was very knowledgeable and fair. This store has good customer service and a great selection of juices. First experience/impression was pleasant. Will shop again.

Good service and sales info. Prices on juice are a bit competitive and usually stocked on most common devices and coils. Great last second stop when you cant wait a day or so for shipping.

Really nice experience at the store, my fiance and I want to quit smoking, so we stopped in, the owner fixed my finances vape that she bought somewhere else. It had a stuck tank and she couldnt change the coil. They sold me a brand new vape, battery and juice that is really delicious, the vape was $30 bucks cheaper than I found it online. Super good experience and hopefully this helps us kick the cigarettes.

I went to their new store in Quakertown. The place is great. People are friendly, selection was pretty big, and prices were spot on. No complaints here. You should definitely stop in here if you are looking for juice.

Walked in to buy some juice and see if anything could be done about my atomizer short. Didnt expect anyone to be an expert on it, but at least have a potential solution considering they run an establishment 100% concerned with vaporizers... The girl behind the counter was on speaker phone with her boyfriend as I entered, and the boyfriend seemed surprised they had a customer at all. I asked about repairing the atomizer or if any solutions exist, and she told me it was basically garbage now after doing a deep forensic analysis that consisted of turning it on and listening to it hiss. Whatever... cant fix my vaporizer, thats fine, I didnt buy it there. Bought some juice instead. 120ml for $34. Turns out I can go right to the manufacturer and buy it for $25 online with free shipping. Shame on me for thinking the dime a dozen vape shop is anything but a business waiting to fail. Seriously. Cant even take my number or email and maybe ask your partner/manager/boss? You see a potential sale and basically tell me Im screwed. Id pay money to fix it. Was that not clear? Pathetic. Dont go here. Look online and order juice/hardware using customer reviews. There is zero reason to need a retail shop if they cant even repair your equipment.

What a great experience today, Hayden has some excellent customer service skills, he went beyond the Call of Duty to help me continue to vape, I smoked for 43 years, and when he heard that I was going to the store to buy cigarettes, he stopped me and said he would help me, and I drove down and I was helped with in 10 minutes. Very knowledgeable man, level Vape is my Touchstone.

Im a new person to the vape community. I experimented with vape items in convenience stores and such, but I heard that doesnt help kick a bad habit as well as what you could find at a specialty store. The employees knew how to help me find something that had a better possibility of working. It was obvious that they werent just a sales person, they were also someone that was certainly invested in helping people find a way to successfully find something healthier.

I’d give it 0 stars if I could i stoped in to grab a smok device & when I went to scan the device to register it I got a warning that said this is not a genuine smok device the lady then proceeded to tell me she orders from a reliable carrier. I told her if she could scan the code and show me that it was real I’d apologize and go about my day after not being able to prove the device was real I then asked for a refund and got attitude as if I was in the wrong ? I mean come on who buys a device then returns it mind you I am at work and this has taken time out of my day

My favorite vape shop to go to. Easy to get in and out of. Friendly associates and people. Great and growing selection of kits, parts and juices. They can atleast help you identify what may be wrong with your vape and possibly fix it to, while your there. I have never had a bad experience with the two main people. The kid that works some nights can suck sometimes. But this aint no jeweler. Its a vape shop.Still worth 5* to me

I just wanted to buy another nova 3 but the guy swore that this new model was way more reliable because it doesn’t drip. I used it for two days and ended up buying another mod somewhere else. Won’t shop here again.

Person working was not very friendly. Went to find a substitute for a vape juice I use that is now discontinued. The employee was not very helpful in guiding me towards something comparable. Will not go back. Warminster location
