Spa Essence

For my 40th birthday I wanted to have a small party for myself and 4 other ladies. I contacted a lot of places in the Bucks County area, and most werent able to accommodate 5 people at the same time, or were just unresponsive. Spa Essence was wonderful! Very responsive! Julie got back to me within less than day and offered to let us use their side room for food and drinks and rotate all of us through massages and facials. The room was great, the services were great and we all had a fantastic time. This was the best experience.

Had a groupon for color, style and cut!!The Manager is VERY RUDE!!She literally told me that I can’t use all the services in my Groupon half way through the process. Even though I called them a week before my appointment and gave them my name and number and told them that I had a groupon. She literally said “walk out with wet hair or pay $40 extra” for service I already paid for on my Groupon.The receptionist kept on giving me dirty looks and telling me I was paying lower than what I was supposed to pay like hello that’s what group on is for!! I had to wait out with my wet hair without even knowing if that’s the right color I wanted. Never got my style and cut done

Amazing store with great stylists. Have been going here for years and Michelle has always made my hair look exactly how I wanted it to. The location is nice and small in the shopping center and there is not too much traffic going in and out of it. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking for a nice local place to get a great haircut.

I had a groupon, and met Emily. I have problems trusting in the past. Gave me expert advice and she was very knowledgeable and listened well to my needs. She was absolutely amazing, going back today and in a month for color touch up!!!

Love my hair stylist, Michelle. Ive been going to her for years and have recommended her to several people who have become regulars. Besides going for a regular cut, which always looks amazing, she has styled my hair for weddings and dance performances. Not only were they incredible styles, but they held up through the intense day of spins, turns and flips of a routine. My mom goes to Michelle for color, and it always looks so beautiful. Barb, the salon owner, is a make-up and waxing specialist. She is super attentive and always making sure you are comfortable. Spa Essence is a great place for all your beauty needs.

Just came back from Spa Esssence and I cannot say enough good things about this place. My hairstylist Bianca was so fabulous and friendly and knowledgeable. I’m definitely coming here for my next haircut! 😃

This was my first time at a salon in I dont know how long. Maybe ever? Haha i have 3 small children under 5 and very little time to myself. I must have driven past this place a million times. Im so glad I decided to try it! Carol greeted me at the front door and was so sweet and offered me coffee and water. Carly cut and styled my hair and was an absolute doll. I couldnt believe how young and knowledgeable and amazing at her job :) She was so sweet and helpful and down to earth. Maria washed my hair and also, the sweetest! Every one working there seems to be friends which is such a nice thing. They all helped each other and laughed. Cant wait to come back! Thanks so much again!

Very new to this area & found this place on Groupon. I had an appointment with Bianca and let me tell you! She’s amazing!!! Love her passion for the hair dressing, very patient, and she LISTENS when you tell her what you want. Additionally, the receptionist was extremely nice! Bianca delayed for my appointment by 15-20 mins due to her previous client that came late and the receptionist apologized multiple times. I would definitely go back here with or without Groupon. Love my haircut.

I just finished my appointment with Stephanie and she is everything you could want in a stylist! She remembered details about me from 2 and a half years ago and really cared about my needs. She respected the desired length I wanted to trim. She was also quick with her work and very easy to talk to! I am very happy with my haircut, blowout, and the comfortable ambiance at Spa Essence.

I found Maddie at Spa Essence and she’s now my stylist. She is very warm and welcoming, and always listens to me. I trust her completely to give me a great cut-color.

Michelle has been my husband an I s hairdresser for over 25. She passionate about her work an does amazing work with all her clients. Michelle is a friend an apart of our family we love her dearly.

Just finished with my appointment. Carly was awesome. She listened and suggested the best results for my hair. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The place is nice and clean and nice ambiance.Highly recommend this place and Carly as your stylist.

I knew it was going to be a great visit even when I called to schedule. They were so friendly and enthusiastic over the phone, and when I arrived, they remembered me from our call. I got my brows waxed by Barbara first. She was quick and efficient, and shaped them up perfectly (I hope you make it to Asheville, youll love it!) Next, I got my hair done by Stephanie. Yall - I showed her a picture of the color I wanted and got exactly that! (How often does that happen‽) She brought out swatches, we talked about it, and she got to work. So professional the entire time and great conversation. I cant recommend this place enough. I will definitely be back next time Im in the area. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon, ladies!

Love this salon! Everyone is so friendly here but most importantly the service is superb!Lori does a fabulous job on my gel manicure and pedicure EACH AND EVERY TIME. She is a perfectionist and I leave happy because when it comes to my nails, Im super picky.Barb is a master at waxing. She made me feel comfortable and the waxing really wasnt painful, my legs were silky smooth and my very sensitive skin didnt even get red!Highly recommend this place! So glad I found these lovely ladies almost a year ago!

Excellent experience. This was my first time at Spa Essence and with Dana. I loved seeing the salon busy. Packed with people enjoying their time with their stylists. The salon set up works well with the flow of business. Dana was great. Im extremely pleased with my cut and color. Barb, the owner was on site greeting everyone and came by and introduced herself. A very stylish and seems to a fun. sassy lady. Impressive! A wonderful, relaxing experience! After a very long search, Ive found my salon home!

Read all: At first I had a bad experience honestly .. not with the salon but with one of the dressers (I won’t mention name ) and honestly she had potential and a nice girl.. but she didnt do what I asked nor did she finish.. but all I will say.. is JULIE brought me back in to correct my hair and finish the appointment since I didnt get to finish what I paid for the last time being there.. she was so sweet and very professional. She overlooked my hair with grace ( who was my new hair dresser) and they took care of me. Honestly I can say I will be back now because of them..Michelle and carol.. are nice people. Carol is the receptionist and she is sweet.Grace was very professional, took care of me and understood what I wanted. She took the time to get to know me and what I wanted my hair to look like. I let her take over at the end and style it however. I love my hair cut, touch up and my hair is so big and voluminous now. Thank grace !!!!

The ambiance in this salon was inviting with good vibes. Very cozy yet modern. Well lit, convenient seating, friendly staff. Grace was my stylist. She did an awesome job. My hair looks so healthy and shiny. Definitely going back to her. Also would like to mention Maria. She shampoos, not sure what her position is called. She was gentle and thorough. I truly appreciate that.

I get my hair done by Stephanie when I come into the salon. She does such an amazing job with my hair, and I absolutely love the highlights and haircut she gave me the other day, they are so wonderful. Stephanie is a very talented hairstylist!!! Beautiful salon, hidden gem. Friendly, professional staff. For color and cut, Dana is excellent. She knows what shes doing and can give you exactly what you want. I highly recommend her. My hair has never looked better! Ask for Marie for shampoo, she does an excellent job.

The girl who did my facial was awesome I will say! But I was kind of disappointed in the actual service. $80 for 45 minutes and no real shoulder massage or any extractions. I was very surprised. I would come back but for a different service.

From someone who is extremely picky and particular with their hair this is the place to go. AnnMarie is my hair stylist and she’s amazing. She can pretty much create any style I’ve asked for. I’ve seen her for over 10 years she’s the only person I trust! Place is clean atmosphere is super friendly and the receptionist are always so kind and pleasant.

I went there today for the first time. I called day of and got an appointment. Got a partial highlight, cut, and blow dry. Customer service was phenomenal. The moment you walk in to the very end they make you feel so comfortable. My hairdresser was Maddie. She brought my hair back to life. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place!

I went in for a Brazilian for the first time. Right off the bat I knew this was going to be an amazing experience. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. I was greeted instantly as I walked in the door. It made me feel right at home. Barb was super nice, thorough and very efficient. She made my first experience a pleasant one and Ive already made my next appointment! Highly recommend!

Maddie Perillo has been doing my hair since she was in beauty school. She has always been very talented and up to date on all of the trends. I have been happy with whatever style she has given me. She has a good eye for what styles and colors suit people.

I’ve gone to the same hairdresser for 18 years. However, I recently moved to the area and needed to try a new place. Maddie was my hairdresser. She did an excellent job cutting my hair and was exactly the look I was going for. I received many compliments the following day at work!

I need to say going to Spa Essence is an absolute amazing experience!!! Warm wonderful girls, atmosphere, and very charming. Stephanie did my hair today, and omg do I feel up lifted! She did blonde streaks...its PERFECT!!! Myself and my son (who will only see Stephanie) have seen her before...her work is magic! My daughter also sees Michelle whom has permed her hair...thank you Michelle still looks fantastic! Thank you again Stephanie...I feel beautiful!!! ❤😘

This is my first time going to this spa. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with smile. I felt very welcomed. Clearly the people are Very nice and the full service spa is beautiful. I’m disappointed because I still had a lot of hairs after getting a Brazilian. The owner did my Brazilian and she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I would have gave 5 stars if I didn’t have to come home and use tweezers to attempt to pulled the scattered hairs that she left behind. I even had hair on my bikini line. The next day I left for vacation and was not confident with whether or not I missed a few hairs that she left.

It was my first time at Spa Essence and I had the pleasure of having Grace give me a haircut and blowout! The experience was relaxing, quick, and extremely professional! Grace did amazing and I cannot wait to go back and get more done!

I missed them all so much since COVID-19. Got a perm today. They all work so well together. The salon was very clean and disinfected. I felt extremely safe during the entire process. Plus, they make me laugh, especially my stylist Michelle! You rock!

I recently bought the Groupon for the Brazilian wax - and Im so glad i bought it to Spa Essence. Barb was fantastic! This was my first time experiencing a Brazilian wax and Barb was great throughout the whole experience. She was reassuring, professional, gentle and fast moving -trying to give the least painful experience as possible. I was a little uncomfortable as this was my first Brazilian, but Barb make the experience comforting and made me at ease with the whole thing as she explained to me what was going on throughout the waxing.I also had my eye brows waxed while i was there - Barb was great with this service as well. At first they were a little thick, but when i asked Barb to make them thinner she had no issues and started going back to work right away. (at some places i have been to the beautician gets annoyed when you ask for something different/more)The atmosphere of the spa in general is really nice. There was coffee and snacks available as you wait, and the staff all seemed professional.I would definitely recommend any waxing service here - ask for Barb because she is great!

Spa essence is wonderful every time I go! The staff is always friendly and kind and my hair looks amazing after ever session. I have also been for wedding updos and makeup and they have been great.

Carly did my color and cut. Took off over 4 inches which is how long my roots were. She did an excellent job and gave me exactly what I asked for. Great experience!!

New to the area and needed a new place for a gel manicure. Wanted something with a spa like relaxing feel to it. I’ve never had gel PEEL off in 6 days along with the light color I chose turned from ivory to dark gray? A complete waste of money and need time for my nails to heal because the gel took off the top layer. Will never go back and do not recommend.

Found this spa via Groupon, and am very impressed. The owner does the waxing and took me for an appointment on a day she normally doesnt work because I was leaving for vacation. The wax was done very quickly and she was very friendly!! Everything went really smoothly & I am happy with the service provided. I will be a returning customer. Thanks Barb!
