Staff always go above and beyond to help me figure out what I did to my vape pen now. Homemade juices, much tastier than other stores. Always quick service. Great products. Competitive prices. Wish they had an online store, I live in the next state and I prefer their products but cant always get there. Store is extremely clean as is the outside area.

Friendly staff who answered all of my questions, patiently let me sample several flavors to find the one I liked the best, purchased a bottle which was on sale for 50% off, great location especially since there really aren’t any other vape shops in that area. So overall, I found that they do good business so I would recommend them to others, especially to those who just want to quickly purchase their vape products so they can get on with their day.As a side note, I purchased their custom flavor called ‘Dragon’s Tear’, a fruity melon flavor that is actually one of the best flavors I’ve tried to date, better than the most expensive brands and at half the price.

Overpriced. Owner told me to quit complaining and leave after they sold me an item way over priced then wouldnt let me return it. Hands down this is an avoid at all cost location. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY at VAPOR EXPRESS its more like theyre prices are highway robbery and theyll hit ya like your a lick. Also products defective doesnt hold a charge. NEVER RETURNING TO THIS STORE.

Whoever was working talked down to me like I didnt know what a vape was. Not extremely helpful and they told me I was wrong about the way I wanted to set something up until I confronted and said no itll work and they backed off and agreed.Good selection of juices and poor selection of vapes.Ill be going anywhere else first from now on
