Went because of a Groupon. The pedicure was amazing I was surprised at the level of a detail for a regular pedicure. But the manicure was exponentially horrible.The owner guy did my nails and he doesn’t know how to file for his life! He couldn’t get the shape right so kept filing on one nail and then had to redo the rest to fit the length (which he didn’t think of until I told him). I went in with really long well-shaped nails and left with nails less than half the length in different lengths and shapes. I was scared to point it out, that he was gonna file my nails off! The color is lumpy and looks so thin that my nails feel weaker with the gel on it.To add on that the guy was constantly distracted with operations and billing and answering calls every 2 mins, he was so distracted to be doing my nails. I have never had a manicure this bad.
I went to this salon for the first time, and the service was great. I had a gel mani-pedi, and it was awesome. However, my second experience wasnt as good. I had a gel manicure with a guy whose name I dont know. The nail polish started chipping on the fourth day. I went back to have it fixed, and he happily fixed three nails. I was surprised because gel nail polish shouldnt chip off in just 4 days, which is unusual. He couldnt find the exact color but found a similar tone, which wasnt a big deal, so he repainted them. In two days, the other nails started to chip. Its so bothersome, and when I called the salon, the same guy answered and said to come in for a fix. However, its time-consuming for me to go back again, especially with a kid. So, I couldnt go when he wanted me to come. I still look at my nails, and after two weeks, they dont look good. The chipped paint really bothers me.
Got eyelashes done. Tech was decent but owner at front desk was not very friendly. Saw her demand on customers to pay certain amount of tips. That’s just wild!
I bought a Groupon for two and made reservations and at the time of making the reservation I gave them my voucher# for March 10 but that day I cancelled it in my Groupon and did not get to make it. Groupon refunded me with the amount I payed wit Groupon bucks but come to find out now that I go back to use my “Groupon bucks” this place used my voucher code and put it as redeemed for a service I never got! My biggest mistake was giving them my voucher number ! … anyone who is purchasing through Groupon don’t ever give them your voucher number until you get there for the service you payed for or else if you don’t show up they’ll use it as if you did.
They did not scrub my Scalp and only massaged the front part of my head. How can you say you’re doing a Scalp Detox and don’t Scrub it????. Then I had to keep holding my breath because I was smelling a dirty water smell the whole time, it was very unpleasant they need to clean the tub/Sink that they are using properly. Then they wanted a $15.00 tip omg, when I gave the girl at the front desk $4.00 for Tax??? Then $5.00 for tip which they didn’t deserve, she gave me a dirty look. My Scalp was itching me while I was driving home from there and when I scratched it white stuff was coming off it in my finger nails, it wasn’t clean 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 see picture with some of it‼️
I recently visited for a lash refill and was appalled by the unprofessional behavior of the woman at the front desk. Not only did she make unnecessary comments about a scar on my face, but she also demonstrated a disrespectful attitude throughout our entire interaction.I have been here twice before with a friend and despite the quality of their work, the customer service is unacceptable. Its disheartening to feel disrespected as a paying customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere and do not recommend this establishment to others. I never leave reviews albeit a negative one but the customer service is appalling.
I understand why signing up for a package would be beneficial, I left with my girlfriend, for this late Groupon valentines couples massage, feeling so relaxed and calm. First spa experience expectations were met and exceeded. I felt a few knots in my back and shoulder release and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend the women that are killing it in Warren. Used a Groupon git a really good deal on Kash extensions. It wasnt really what I thought it would be since the Groupon didnt explain fully what youd be receiving. But if youre looking for a natural look. This was a great deal at $49.I didnt like when other people came into the room while I was being serviced. It ruined a very relaxing moment. But I would recommend it. The technician was very nice and skilled.
Went for a scalp massage and it was terrible. The sink didn’t work and the hallow thing that the water comes out of didn’t work as well. She kept leaving the room to fill up a bucket with cold water. The room they do the scalp massage in was also used as a dumping area for other things. So unprofessional and not worth the money. My friend and I both went and she called to complain. They acted like they didn’t care.
I always look forward to getting my nails done at Glamour Day Spa and Nails. Nikki and Tina are very hospitable and sweet. I always leave with a smile. Not only do I enjoy getting my nails done but I also enjoying the facial done by Joanne. She is very informative about skincare concerns while making you feel relaxed and well pampered. Either service that you chose, you will never be disappointed. The best hidden gem!!! You must make your appointment there!!!

Got the scalp treatment. Most of what she did hurt. She didnt even scratch my scalp which, hello, is the main part of a scalp treatment. At the end she said theres the blowdryer and walked out, odd. She didnt brush through my hair so I ended up leaving with a birds nest that took me 20 minutes with a deep conditioner to comb through.The place looked clean and maybe other services go well but this wasnt good.
I highly recommend scheduling a massage here. Lily does a fantastic signature massage. The atmosphere is very comfortable and clean as well!
Went here today for gel manicure and pedi.. the pedi was good with a little massage on my legs however, they charge me $10 for removing the gel on my feet. My gel mani was ok, not really satisfied with the way my nails were polished and cleaned. I can still see the previous gel on the corner of some of my nails. But still gave a good tip to the lady who did my nails.Update:My nail polish are just 3 days old since i went here and now it starting to peel off. I had gels with other nail salon and i always have my nails for 2 weeks and still good.

Made two appointments at 3 pm for my friend and i to get mani pedis. we left the salon at 5:45 with two manis and one pedi. they were taking too long and “one second” turned into 15 minutes. the lady was taking too long yet managed to make me feel rushed. i asked her multiple times to fix the line in the middle finger but she couldn’t fix it. don’t get me wrong they were super nice and they did give me a certificate to get the pedicure but i’m not comfortable going back there. never again. don’t say you can book the appointments for us if you’re not going to time manage or accommodate accordingly. very upset. both of our sets are uneven and we’re still charged the usual price. it doesn’t take 2 and a half hours to do a dip powder set of 1 SOLID COLOR & 1 FRICKEN WHITE LINE.

Ok Soooo!! 1st time here. The appointment making process was a bit iffy, but I was able to make the appointments we wanted for Saturday at 2 and 3 PM. I friends appointment was for 2pm and mines 3PM, both here on time. There was a small communication issue but it happens and the lady apologizes and we cool. My massage was super nice by Linda. She was amazing and I would recommend her! I was supposed to get a hand treatment but my time ran short and I opted not to do it.I did not get pressured during my massage with a bunch of Upselling like was mentioned in previous reviews. I was asked once about other services very professionally and it was discussed. Overall we enjoyed our experience. We also purchased future massage services!!Mistakes happen...its all about how you come back and correct the mistake!! Thank u Fiona & Linda!!!

I had a Groupon and my “natural classic” lashes looked ridiculous in my opinion, but I thought I would try to stick with it and see what people felt. My Groupon was to return in two weeks. However, I got the flu. So because I canceled my Friday appointment I went back on Monday morning. The girl next to me wanted to argue that I would have to pay extra $20 because it was over two weeks regardless of the reason.. apparently she works there, but never introduced herself so I thought she was a customer. She argued with me along with two other girls speaking their native language. Rude! Guess who doesn’t have ridiculous looking false eyelashes and guess who won’t be going back to the salon? Never even went over how to care for them. All I cared about was getting them off.
I have been going here for a couple of years now. I absolutely love the massage and the body scrubs! I first started going with a Groupon coupon and they never pressured me into buying anything. I have had several fantastic masseuse. I must say Amy Li is my personal favorite ! I have always felt comfortable and respected.I highly recommend this place!! They also have a nail/pedicure salon attached to the building if you’d like to make a full beauty day. I could not comment on that section. Regardless, the place is immaculately clean . I have never been disappointed with a visit. I was extremely shy and nervous about the scrub because I’m not comfortable with my body and weight but they were extremely respectful. Now the deep tissue massage and body scrub combined being two hours. Long is my absolute favorite. I have neck and back issues but they have a variety of different types of massages. I write this as I wait for them to open because I usually make a last minute appointment and they are fantastic! I have never felt pampered before, but more than that the Massage- is a necessity . Just try it for yourself 🤗

Eyelash Extensions. We asked for Natural look and got eyelashes so long they reach brows. Going tomorrow to another place to have them removed and redone. Very disappointed.
First time customer, out of state visiting family in Piscataway. I used Groupon and got an amazing deal for a massage: $40 for 60 minutes.Since it was a promotional price I figured the massage would be not a full effort but Lily did excellent work! I’ve had a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders lately and she did a great job working out the knots. I would definitely choose her again.
I went for facial and message , technician was trying to get me to sign up for package / promotion the whole time . I wanted to relax .Unfortunately my experience was not very relaxing , I felt like I was with a sales person for 2 hours . She asked me 5x if I wanted to buy package during massage .
I had a very relaxing time and excellent facial and massage treatments. The ladies were very nice and skilled. I used a Groupon for the services and that made it an extremely good value for them. I felt like I still got the same quality services for the discounted price. I made sure to tip on the regular prices because the services really were worth it with such a deep discount. I just recently started coming here for eye lash extensions. Elva always does such a beautiful job, takes her time, and is very gentle with my lashes. I feel so relaxed during my appointments… sometimes I even fall asleep. I normally get very anxious waiting for things (getting my hair done, nails done, etc) but I have never felt that way here. From the second I walk in the room i feel very much at peace with the ambiance and attitudes of the crew. I don’t normally write reviews but I want to take the time to show my gratitude for this awesome crew. I called today because I had some extra fall out in my inner corner lashes, which never happens, and I spoke with Fiona who was lovely and didn’t hesitate to help me. There are so many reasons i love coming here but the professional team and their willingness to help a loyal customer may be my favorite 🙂

Massage was good. Staff was very pushy on tip amount after using a Groupon. I will not be recommending or returning. I didnt appreciate being questioned by three different staff members about the tip amount I choose to leave. I will never use your place again you dont ever have to worry about that. If you w a t a specific amount for tip then make it mandatory and add it into the cost of service as other professionals establishment do..The end!

I’ve gone here 3 times now—all three experiences have been amazing so far. First time was pedi and mani, they treat you so well. Massage chairs were comfy. Second time for a lash extension appointment and the lady that did my lashes is super nice and did an amazing job. She realized the tape she was using was bothering me and made a note to use a diff tape the next time I went in for a refill, which she did! I used Groupons for the services and there was no issue with that at all. I highly recommend this place—great service, beautiful and relaxing environment, and everyone is so nice! ♥️
Message wasn’t good at all. First Lady was really hard. Second one just spread oil on my body, no actual message. Facial was great, by Jessica. However, she took a$20 tip without even saying thank you. Will not be returning. Not worth the trip.
I truly enjoyed my experience at this spa. I had a Birthday Groupon for a hour hot stone massage and a hour facial. This was my first time experience. Amazing. The technician was on point and very professional and had soft hands 🙌🏾 . I can’t wait to return. I also got my nails done. Yes they came out perfect, however they were pricey for my blood. This spa is friendly and very clean. After your Groupon experience you are asked to purchase 💰 a $99.00 gift card. If I was able I would have. 💪💪💪 Love those deals.
Got a Groupon to try this place. Facial was really nice and soothing, I loved the face and neck massage. They did a couple serums, an exfoliating scrub and then steam for extractions then a cold mask. Usually I feel like extractions are the most miserable thing ever but she was really gentle. Massage was pretty good too, very relaxing. Only complaint was the massage table and blankets were really teeny and the room was kinda chilly. Nice place!
They charged me over. I did nails and facial at this place. I did UV gel full set manicure and purchased from Groupon. They did not take my Groupon because it was Friday. Also, they did not did nails the way I wanted and charged me $110. Be careful if you have Groupon or you do nails first time there. Make it sure price and nails you want. They were fighting each other using there languages and took her longer time to finished my nails.They did facial well, but lady did not give enough time for massage.
Attention,please everybody dont come here.Dont use groupon for this nail salon ,they really treat groupon customers horrible here.A soon as we walked in the manager/owner gave us a bad look,was not helpful at all when we mentioned that we have groupon. She told us we can wait until 7pm(an hour) so we did. After hour and half they finally took one of us,and completely forgot about my sister,they did my pedicure in 5 minutes and started on my manicure. They didnt clean my nails at all,I still have my old nail polish on my nails because the lady didnt have enough time to remove it,so I got my French manicure with additional orange color. While I was drying my nails in the machine, the manager/owner came asking me to pay her, plus extra money for French manicure and tip. When I told her I cant take money out from my purse because I have my hands in the machine and I am drying my nails, she turned off the machine and told me to pull out my money. We wanted to pay the tip together with my sister because I didnt have change,so I only gave her $5 for tip and waited for my sister to finish so we can pay tip together. The manager didnt give me a chance, she started being very disrespectful, complaining that I didnt give her enough tip and that The tip should equal the difference between Groupon price and original price and she doesnt want me come to the salon anymore. They really messed up my nails, did horrible job. Before the lady even finished my nails the manager was asking me for extra money plus tip. She was extremely rude. I am shocked, something like this never happened to me. Please guys do yourself a favor and choose another nail salon ,where they will treat you with respect. DONT COME HERE.
I absolutely loved this place, it’s by far one of the best I’ve experienced and will be one that I visit often. The staff are sweet, and as long as you communicate the service you want they will make sure to carry out your request without hesitation. I purchased this experience as a Father’s Day gift for my husband and in addition to an excellent couples massage we were given champagne and chocolates to complete our experience. Highly recommended.
This place is no Good after the initial Groupon. I have been going to this place for 2 years faithfully, just because I dont like change when it comes to my eyes. However there are a couple of estheticians and quite often I have had issues with the Eyelashes staying on. When you bring it to the owners attention, she will try to upsell you instead of fixing the issue. If you get lashes and most of them fall off during the first week you will have to pay the full refill fee, however if you are 1 day late she will charge you as a 3 week refill so the price will go up. As long as the owner is not there it is a descent place. But once she is sitting at the front desk you are not even given a chance to talk to the lash technician. I have recommended a couple of friends and family members when I wasnt having issues with my lashes and all of them where unhappy with the service they received from the lady at the desk (Owner). This place can be a great place if she would stay home or pay someone else to be at the front desk. She takes the relaxation out of the process once you have to deal with her. PSA: This is actually the 2nd review but she asked that i take it down if she fixed the issue. Just an FYI, the issue was not resolved this time. I received a full price refill in less than 2 weeks and offered an upcharge.
Im furious! I went to this place over a month ago and one of the things I told them I wanted to get done when I made an appointment online and telling them in person to clarify was to get just a regular pedicure. When I came to a different salon today, I found out they did acrylic on my toe nails! Like what? Be careful there because regardless of what you say you want, theyll get away with doing something different with your nails just so they can make more money and of course get a higher tip.
When I first got my lashes done, I was super impressed on how they did it. It was very naturally look. After I was finished and I looked in the mirror, I was super surprised on how they did the lashes. I would definitely buy the package to keep coming back to this place.Another time when I did my acne, it was surprisingly Great!, and after I was done with it, I felt fresh, and happy. I would definitely go back to this place for future experiences.
I visited the place for gel manicure and regular Pedicure. I had the last Appointment for the day at 7:00 pm. The salon closes at 8:00 pm. They were just in hurry to finish it off quickly and get done with work to go home. For example if cream or something is applied on leg, they will do just role it over the leg and just get it done with in less than 30 seconds than move to next step. I have had many services done here however the past 2 times I have been pressed about a $20 tip. When I gave $10 the lady made me feel bad so I gave another $5. The lady there told me it would be best if I take more off my card. I dont feel that I should be pressured into tipping, let alone how much to tip. I have given this business alot of money, so if I dont have the huge tip one or two times it should be fine.
Me and my wife came to this place as a gift from our kids to love the place and the hospitality we end up buying it 10 massage package they was that great would recommend the facial and full body massage to everybody The host was very welcoming.
Had mani pedi done here. Very clean and relaxing. I loved the salon feel and calming music. My nail tech did a nice job, however I do feel like she was in a big hurry which was annoying and took away from the experience.
Extremely poor and rude service. Someone interrupted my massage about five minutes in. They switched out masseuses, with no apology or explanation, and they did not make up for the lost time from their interruption. The massage itself was jarring and not relaxing, and they acted annoyed when I asked for a receipt afterwards. Definitely will not be going back.
I went twice and the first time was a better massage. Good value but I also booked with Groupon so the value was even better (under$80 for two hour massages)
We did deep tissue with rock massage. Massage was really good but the rock massage says 15 mins but they did only for 5 mins max and the rock was not even hot. Overall good massage but they force to give tip from 18% - 25% which is too much. We already pay for the service. Little expensive and also forced tip is not recommended. It should be our own choice and if we dont agree what they ask for they start to get rude which is really bad customer service.Giving good massage is not enough if you dont respect or treat your customers nicely. I will not visit ever again.
I went there and got my lashes done. I just tried to make an appointment and women who claimed to be manager was very rude. I was making two lash appointments and two massage appointments. They said because I came before I couldn’t use my Groupon for lashes. My Groupon was given to me as a Christmas gift. Last was rude as hell and argued with me back and forth. I said so I can’t use a gift she said no. The person can’t get their money back. She didn’t want a bad review so she then told me after I asked to have the owner call me that she runs everything and the owner can’t do anything. Then said she wouldn’t book my appointment! Very rude and unprofessional and nothing on the Groupon says what she told me on the phone. I’m filing a complaint with the BBB

Went there a couple time and it was fine but my bf bought a couples groupon for us to go there for Valentines Day and they didnt let us use it. They werent trying to be understand or sympathetic. Will not go there again. The location is in the middle of nowhere and I thought they were nice at first but the lady who spoke to me wasnt very understanding or patient and was borderline rude. She started to raise her voice over the phone and I go to places like this because I like supporting small businesses, however, they need to do better when explaining things to customers. Will not recommend and will not go back!
I went in today for a body massage and facial. I had a gift certificate for both sessions and upon completion the front desk receptionist stated “did you make sure to tip them” in a horrible attitude like i didn’t tip them already. my sister charged her tip on her card but instead of tipping 20 the cashier tipped 40!!! when we told her that’s wrong she got a nasty attitude and said you HAVE to tip $10 for every service. no one HAS to tip anything. we tipped your people and got charged extra for what? my sister got her money back but we will definitely never go there again. learn to treat your customers with respect.
I’ve been going to this spa for more than 2 years now and I’m always pleased with their service whenever I go for my facial or other services that I would avail. The staff and the owner are very nice and professional. They really care for you. They would recommend treatments and products that are appropriate for your skin problems. Evidently, I’ve seen great improvements.
Owner is absolutely rude and refuse to talk to you with any of your concerns or questions. Changed my appointment time without telling me. Andrea who did my nails is very nice. The girl who did my daughter’s mani pedi was pathetic. Bc she was a young kid she didn’t do anything except painted her nails so sloppy I would never go back there. Save you time and money and headache.
I have been going to this spa for over a year. My wife and I go once evry 3 weeks. The girls are always nice and the place is always clean. We get 2 hour massages and usually purchase them in groups of 10 each. The massage I get is thorough and well done. I walk out of there feeling great. I recommend this place to all my friends.

I bumped into this spot because someone gave me a gift certificate for a full natural set of lashes, I ended up completely falling inlove. Sammie is my lash tech. She takes her time and is attentive to me. I have noticed that all the techs in here are super sweet and patient...the vibe here is super calming, I ALWAYS fall asleep. I ended up purchasing a 3 month package for $225, package includes every 2 week refill total of 6 refills, basically comes out to $37.50 every 2 weeks, I’m happy with this location. I feel it’s super affordable, I’ve looked around closer to home and this place is still super affordable... check it out.
AI have been going to this place for over a year to get my eyelashes done. They are very nice and Jessica does a great work. The last time I was there I was in a rush. I gave Jessica a $10 tip and told her to book me in three weeks for a fill. she told me that I need to pay for the three months again and I told her I didnt have time. JUst book me and Ill call tomorrow and pay. She told me that she couldnt do that and I needed to pay now... I walked out... They called the next day and I didnt pick up the phone. Bad business practice that is intolerable .. I just made an appointment at Amazing lash studio in Warren.....
New to the area and tried to have a relaxing day. Fionawas very nice and sweet. She answered all my questions patiently. i had a deep tissue massage and it was done perfectly. The tech was very skillful and just know what i needed. 100% satisfied. Will definitely come back, see you soon.
The massage itself was wonderful; however all that relaxation is taken away right after the massage. They pressure and push to no avail to purchase a gift card for future massages. Their sales pitch is to try and get you to purchase a gift card for $225 which is the equivalent of four groupons. However, if I were to return with that gift card there was no way to ensure that $90 would be deducted from the gift card instead of $45. While I enjoyed the massage I will not be returning.
If I could give 10 stars I would. BEST DEEP TISSUE massage Ive ever had!!!(Jessica gave me mine) 10 stars for overall experience!!! Just comfortable and relaxed the whole time. My facial was also an HOUR!!! I felt amazing. It was perfect in every way a massage could be. Also had a groupon and they didnt make me feel awkward for using it. (Total Plus!) I would give negative stars if I could for everyday that the bruises I received from the massage I got there go away. I ordered the massage through groupon 60 minutes, right from the start I can tell the lady had no idea about muscles. Its three days later and Im still lathering on the tiger balm because my neck hurts, never mind the multiple bruises I have. NEVER AGAIN! Update..the spa called me after they saw my review and asked a couple of questions which I feel is great customer service and that they care about their business. They said soreness and red marks on skin after a deep tissue massage is normal which I can understand, I asked about bruises and they said it is possible especially if I dont get massages alot which I dont. Perhaps that is true, but if thats the case a disclaimer would be nice for first time clients. I have upgraded my rating from 1 star to 2 stars because they called me.
I love their services especially manicure, pedicure and underarm waxing. I have been to many services at different places but this is the best found. My nails are nicely done and I really like the pedicure.

Ive never gotten a massage before all though it didnt kind of hurt....my body feels good. I understand the type of massage which is why I am satisfied. Also the people in there are really friendly and polite. I give 4 stars and not 5 only because they pressure you on giving a good tip.
The most pushy and aggressive sales person i have ever seen. She asked me 13 times while giving the massage to become a member. When leaving I received a 3 oz cup (yes that small) of water. Never mentioned how I felt - only interested in my money. Too bad - the massage was actually good. Ill never go back or recommend them.
This was the first time i utilized this spas services through a Groupon purchase. I got a massage, mani and pedi. Joanne gave a great massage and Tiffany did a beautiful job on my mani and pedi. I definitely recommend giving this place a try!
Went in for eyelash extensions. they aren’t the best i’ve ever had but also not the worst. however the people working there pressure you to spend more money than you want to. they also forged how much i tipped on my card. i only tipped $10 and i went into my banking account and they charged me $12. don’t waste your money. there are plenty of better places to get the same services.
The staff was very kind and professional. The massage was amazing and left me feeling refreshed. I had the combo massage and facial ans having gotten the facial done left my skin very soft and feeling clean.
Update: KK is no longer there, but I have never had a bad massage from any of the ladies. The price is great. Theyre remodeling so it looks a little nicer, but still, this isnt where you go for pampering but where you go to get a great massage at a reasonable price.KK gives amazing massages, and aromatherapy is always included. They do try to upsell you almost every visit, as far as facials, etc, but if you can just say no the things you dont want, the services are wonderful. Ive had a facial there as well that was delightful.
The girls that massage you are nice but I wasnt able to enjoy my massage because they would constantly talk to you and ask you if you would like to add on more stuff. The full body massage was ok but it was painful at times. I woke up the next day with my upper back very sore. The lady at the front desk wasnt too friendly at the end when I chose not to get the same package again for another time. Overall i was very disappointed, especially because it was a gift for my self and my boyfriend.
I visited New Glamour Day Spa because I saw they had a deal on groupon for a signature facial and massage for $55. Thought to myself thats a great deal and reviews seemed good. I get there and the area(Warren) is nice and the day spa itself was decent. Ive seen better.I get my signature facial first and i have pretty good skin as far as acne and discoloration goes. The older lady doing my facial looks at my skin with disgust and tells me its uneven. Ok fine, its not perfect but since youre an expert at your craft Ill let you make it perfect. I also thought to myself here comes the upselling. She suggested microdermabrasion which I had in the past so I didnt mind having it again. This was going to be an additional $40 added onto the $55. As soon as she started upselling, I should have walked out. I just wanted to relax.The treatment started and she was very aggressive with the microdermabrasion tool and kept going over certain areas multiple times. To the point, part of my skin started to have a burning/stinging sensation. I even pointed her to that area and said no more but SHE CONTINUED TO GO OVER THAT AREA. I wanted to know why my patience was being tested with this lady and what I did to her. Ironically, I was getting upsold with a microdermabrasion treatment for uneven skin but it would have been made worst due to her aggression and non expert handling.Fast forward to payment, Im checking-out and the same lady who hated my face asks if I wanted to tip on my card, I said, sure. I tipped 15%. She proceeded to tell me how people usually tip much higher and that I should tip on the regular price not the groupon price. Lady, thats not how it works! My gosh! Im thinking to myself, I shouldnt tip you at all as Im unsatisfied with my service and you have the nerve to beg for more. I continued with my 15% because the massage done by another woman was really good. This mean, face hating lady made me uncomfortable from the beginning.Customers go get a facial and massage to relax not to be upsold and walk out feeling worst than when we came in. Stop upselling, stop begging for tips, know your craft and learn customer service. I will not be recommending or returning to this place. I wouldnt be surprised if they change their business name in a few years.I wish I looked at the hidden bad yelp reviews. I would have known to stay away.
Finally I found a real massage spa in NJ. Its a small spa but they are good on the technique. Since I moved to NJ from NY I kept look for a descent spa in town. Finally got one. Did a 90 minutes deep pressure massage, everything was just about right. Cant wait for new time with my wife. Great spa.
This place is a RIP OFF. They try to oversell on everything from the moment you enter and leave you feeling very uncomfortable if you say no. I tried to get a facial and the lady tried to oversell me on the products the entire time during facial which was nothing but stressful as I ket saying no to offerings. Not to mention the lady at the front desk who is extremely rude. Never coming back again when they are much BETTER places in Warren! (Both right and left of this place )
I brought a voucher from Groupon, the Groupon never stated taxes wasn’t included and a $20 tip is required. I didn’t know until I was checking out and she stated I had to pay tax and a $20 tip is required. I felt like they weren’t being transparent with their clients and that is not okay. I will not return to this establishment for services. My experience was not pleasant. I will not recommend this establishment to any of my friends/family.
I went for a gel nail pain and it started chipping in 5 days and not just on one nail on multiple nails. I work from my computer and barely do dishes so it’s not that my physical activities that caused it. It was definitely the way the gel nails were done.When I called them to report the issue they said we can’t do anything about it and asked me to come back and pay for repair. HiGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
I bought Groupon massage and visited this spa. After the first visit, I became the member and go there bi-weekly. One week is for facial and another week is for massage. I wish I can give them 6 stars. Shu-Ling is the best masseuse and she knows where your knots are and get the knots out of your aching back or shoulder after the massage. I always sleep like a baby after having the massage there. In terms of facial, they never push me to buy anything. I got buy 10 get 1 free deal and they always go above and beyond when I visit. I love this spa and will stay with them for the long term.
My husband i had the hour long couples facial and massage. The staff was excellent- very nice and professional. The place itself very clean. We had a good time and would book again.

Very polite staff that provides amazing treatments- especially deep tissue massages. I go every two weeks and they have helped my back and muscles so much thus far. I have been a customer since March 2016. It’s the best deal around here.

Not sure how some people are praising about this place for a massage. I had a massage here and the pressure was too weak. It just felt like masseuse was just rubbing the massage lotion on me and hardly no pressure. Masseuse wiped my body at the end with a warm towel and I smelled like a wet dog. Everyone at the front desk was trying to pressure me to sign up for the next appointment and to pay them tip of XYZ %. I was so stressed out during the session and at the end of session. I left the place more tensed.
It was my 3rd time visiting this place for massage and all the time Im being pushed to buy more specials for my next massage during my massage session. Very disturbing. I did buy a groupon for the first time for this place and I was told 3 times during my session that i cant use it again after today, I know that it was clear at the Groupon Voucher.I told the Lady the room is very cold and she did nothing about it.I wouldnt recomend, I would not go back.
I visited New Glamour Day Spa in Warren yesterday. This was my 6th visit to date. The staff was as always, friendly but professional. They are serious about their work, the prices are great and the staff always makes you feel like you want to come back.
Cosey and cute space. Had a gun couples Mani-Pedi. They were polite and gentle with my manly feet. Def a fun first time for me, although my girl laughed at me the entire time. Massage seats and relaxing music. Will def do it again.
I didn’t have a good experience at this location I HAD GREAT EXPERIENCE. Everyone there was very nice and the 60 minute massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. Looking forward to going back
First-timer at Spa and wasn’t disappointed. Excellent service overall. They took Covid safety guidelines in mind and sanitised the place well. Found a good deal through Groupon and so went for couple spa and facial. They treat you well and advise you on skincare too. Would highly recommend trying out this place once.
If I could give it 0stars, I would. The nail techs are lazy! And rude. They will talk about you right in front of you and they do a lousy job. I’ve been here 3 times. All times horrible. I really wanted to like this place. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
All the ladies were very patient and helpful. I wanted a particular design and color and they made efforts to make sure I like what I am getting done for my nails.
This place is literally the worst place possible. They do not clean the purple sheets that people lay on. I came for a facial and eye lash extensions. They talk too much during the service with them opening and shutting the doors. You might not even know who is in the room with you while your eyes are closed.They are very pushy about someone buying a product or package.Also, they are very demanding about a tip if they arent satisfied with how much you give and expect to be given a $20 tip. Its not a good place to come especially when you get more stressed out leaving and actually feeling bad that you should have tipped a $20 instead of a $10.
Worst experience ever. Massage lady was not satisfied with my tip and pointed to the sign on their front desk saying you need to tip 15-20% of 80$ which was original cost of massage, whereas I got a Groupon. Would not recommend going back there so rude and poor customer service.
The people who work there are so unhappy w life an not the type of environment to be in if you are looking to relax. I have been to many spas an unfortunately, since the customer service made me walk out feeling worse then when I came in, I am going to have to give two stars. One for going in happy an one for finally leaving!

I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing a groupon for this spa. #1 - if youre looking for a spa experience, this is NOT the place. I was COLD the entire time during the massage, the massage beds are hard to lay on with no heater, and the sheets smelled weird (like factory sheets that arent washed). #2 - NON-STOP TALKING! When I go to a spa, I go to relax and doze off - with these girls, it is IMPOSSIBLE. They literally try to upsell and have you buy more and more stuff. Then they start asking you where are you from, what do you do - like if we were at a nail salon instead of a spa. #3 - Ive watched enough Law & Order SVU to make an educated guess that this spa literally looks like a front for human trafficking. - thats how dirty and ghetto this place looked when you walk inside. RUN.. just run.
What could have been a wonderful experience was ruined by the constant sales pitch. Up selling is not part of a great massage experience. When I declined on suggested packages, I was TOLD what to tip. I wont be back!

Worst place ever! So dirty as soon as you walk in. My Brazilian was so painful and I dont think the lady knew what she was doing.. she missed so many spots. Wax was everywhere!!!! So unprofessional and they kept trying to beg me to buy special packages. As I was leaving they were begging me for tip! Dont go here!!!
I liked the massage but it was not really professional. Also, the bed sheets and blanket were wet and smelling oil. Felt like they never washed. That was very bad experience.

Horrible spa. Didnt give good massages or facials and when I told then I was unhappy with the service I spent 100 for and they charged me 115 and wanted me to tip then had the nerve to gave my arm upon leaving. It should be negative one

I went for eyelash extensions today. It was okay, but not as good as I expected. The lashes dont look natural and the glue was a little clumpy, but once you brush them it get a little better
