I gave this place a lot of business. So yesterday, I asked to buy more tanks for my unit and mentioned the side tap (for refilling) breaks off too fast. The guy there recommended a different tank that has a top fill.I thought great. Big mistake trusting him. I live 22 miles away. I went home and put the tank in and found out it doesnt have any was to adjust air flow, and it didnt work.Went back today and, without even apologizing for his error, only offered to replace wrong tanks with the tanks I dont like. I asked to get a discount on a new unit. He said we dont give away money. Well, I had to drive 44 extra miles due to his incompetence. Nothing free on my end.Went to Big Puffs in the shopping center, and he set me up with a new unit, 2 tanks, and 5 coils and 60 ml of juice for 40 bucks. Ill go to Yetti one more time to get my rewards back. And then Im done with them.I wasnt trying to get something for nothing. I asked the guy, Can you sell the tanks that I already opened? He replied no. So if they make a tank swap their still out 13 bucks. Why not let me keep the tanks I bought and take whatever the other tanks cost off the cost of a new mod? Its such a stupid way to lose a customer.

Always friendly always polite it always willing to fulfill your needs for e juice with top quality juice. Never had an issue with the juice I’ve gotten from yeti.

Awesome shop, best prices in Warren...especially on Hydes! If you get a bad Hyde while in the store they swap it out for you no problem! They do a loyalty program too which is amazing.

Great atmosphere and better priced than other shops in Warren. They always have what I need. I used to frequent the other stores but they never had what I needed. Yettis always in stock and better priced than the rest.

Best vape store in warren, hands down. Tasteful interior, perfect service, really good music taste and super comfortable. If you want to go to a vape store that has a super high quality feel and really fair prices, go to Yeti. Plus, their homeade juice comes in Gorilla bottles sealed.

It was a really nice place and they had a really good juice for the flavor of the day and such a good price. And friendly helpful staff. Definitely would recommend. I also enjoy the hours they’re open.

Dont do business this company sell defective products then wont let you return also the owner is very rude thats why you never have any customers I dont care that you sell them at a discount the item was defective and the owner is rude this shady shop worst vape shop in warren County stop lying it was bought a week ago not a month ago also there in house juice is not good at all

The guys that work there are super awesome and super friendly they are very knowledgeable about vapes and you get store credit when you spend a certain amount no other vape shops do that
