I dont ever write reviews but I love this vape shop so much I decided why not. The people who own it are friendly and down to earth! The prices are affordable on my tight budget and they keep their products stocked up. I have never left without the juice or pods I went for. This is a big one for me since I have encountered vape shops that were often lacking in the products I needed. I also love their two dogs who I always look forward to seeing and can never resist not to give them treats or to pet them while I am waiting for my order to be rang up. If you are looking for a new vape shop this store should be given a chance because you wont be disappointed.

Updated edit to my original rating. I still give 5 stars. The owners and staff arr top notch! Prices are great. Discounts to first responders is extremely appreciated. My only suggestion is a better selection of mods and better hours. If they were open later i would shop here ALL the time and no where else. However, due to their early closing time, Im sometimes forced to shop at other stores. I would much rather give my money and support to these fine folks if i could, but my work hours sometimes prevent me from getting there before closing. Anyways, they are great people, owners and staff alike. Will definitely be returning.friendly and knowledgeable staff. good prices and they give a 10% discount to firefighters, EMTs and Police.

Ive been to a few shops before and after coming here.I wasnt really sure what I wanted or even needed and the places I went really didnt have answers or take the time to help me. From the moment I walked into his store he took the time to figure out where I should start and where my money would get me the best deal. After finding the right vape mod we went to finding what kind of juice I like. Never vaping before I didnt know what to expect. The owner took the time to figure out where my taste is and didnt rush me to figure out what I wanted. He also didnt take my money and push me out the door either.Even after being a returning customer, I get to watch his interaction with other customers and he really goes out of his way to make each one feel wanted, full attention on them, and treats them with the best customer service Ive ever seen.Prices........ they are amazing! Stopped in earlier today to get some coils and to look, ended up buying a mod and a rda because of how good the prices were. Great shop with very friendly owners who werent afraid to stop and talk to you! Ended up spending about a hour in there! Really good selection of juices and mods alike! Overall this was one of the best vape shops that Ive been to in a good while!

I visited Vapors Heaven while in Ohio to see family. Being from Pennsylvania, I am used to higher prices on juice and coils. Vapors Heaven has prices that beat every shop I usually go to at home and it was a fantastic experience. The girls were helpful, kind and patient as I explored brands and flavors Ive never had before and eventually made my purchase. My only complaint is that they do not have a website to order from. :)

Very friendly and very helpful staff. The salt nic juices are kind of expensive here versus the place in austintown and they dont let you smell or try any of the flavors unless they already have one thats open like other stores do.

Great shop. Good service. Seemed like a good guy. Very helpful. Took time to answer questions and drop some knowledge on a beginner. Only thing he pushed on me was trying different flavors for free. Even hooked me up with a discount! Thanks man!

Sandy did the pleasure of selling me my first vape. I came in looking for something to help me stop smoking, and she knew exactly what I needed. As someone that works in sales, I cant stress enough how enjoyable it was to speak to someone that is an expert on her product. I would highly recommend shopping here!

Love this place only place hubby and I get juice from we usually buy enough for a month at a time cause we are truck drivers. They always have the flavors we love and the right coils for our vapes. The most amazing vape store hands down. Also the most amazing people thanks for the Juice 😉

Went in and everyone was very kind. I wanted some juice and they had everything I wanted, I got 4 bottles of juice and some battery covers. They have everything you need. They lady at the counter was very polite she treated me very good I will be coming back soon.

I usually try to stop at any and all vape shops I see popping up every where. Some are good some are bad. I find myself going back here because of the pricing and the atmosphere. They never really try to push things down your throat, its more like they try to help you and sell to your needs. Most of the other shops I have gone to just are trying to make a sale, but withe them its more about the customers.

Stopped in to look around. Small place but an OK supply of juice and latest mods. My issue was the small pen they gave us to sample the juice. It barely produced vapor, nor did we really get a taste of the juice. I think they need to get a better mod for customers to sample their juices.

When coming in this shop you are not treated like a customer you are treated as family. The are friendly and very helpful. I wouldnt suggest any other shop to anyone. If you want great prices, amazing customer service, and an overall great expierence come to Vapors Heaven!!!!!

Very great place. Staff was helpful! They helped me pick out the perfect vape pen and explained everything very well. They even showed me how to put it together and told me everything I needed to know. They also had a very big variety of vape juice flavors.

I love this vape shop. Best one i have ever been to. Ive been to so many with high prices that were blatantly price gouging. First let me say that Ive been vaping for years and Ive shopped at all of the shops around new and old and vapors heaven is by far the absolute best shop in the business hands down. From the owners to the staff its always a great time walking in there. Every single one of them know their stuff and they wont try to blow smoke up your $&*~ if they dont. Theyll order you something they dont have if they can. The juice selection along with quality is top notch. For any of you out there wondering.....100% AUTHENTIC....EVERYTHING THEY SELL. Unlike some other places. Other shops owners will and have down talked VH to me personally and I just laugh at them and try to set them straight. ANYWAY, whether youre just getting into it or have been into vaping from day one, start shopping here for ALL your needs. I guarantee you will be happy you did and will never go anywhere else.

This place is amazing. It becomes like cheers when you start going here. Everyone is great. The prices are the best for premium juce in the area. The equipment is great and always changing and upgrading. The owner really knows his stuff and goes out of his way to help you understand what you are buying and how to use it. They dont sell clones if you understand what i mean. If you dont, Ask he will explain and proove it. They even sell CBD. The full spectrum stuff not that synthetic clear crap. I will never visit this store again. I just bought an IJOY vape mod yesterday and when I got home I noticed that the device was broken. I took it back today and they told me there was nothing they could do. I now have to send it back on my own. I am responsible for all the costs and it was terrible customer service.

The employees are really nice. My only objection was the rated M music playing which could be heard outside of the store. Products are very good.

So Ive been coming to this vape store since June of 2018. The people working there are very knowledgeable when it come to both beginners vaper and experienced vapers. The line of vape juices they have is massive and they carry a variety of replacement parts for most vapes.

Freindly, homey atmosphere. Very customer oriented, too make you happy and first in their eyes. They remember me even if I come in once a month

I have been to Mark and his wifes shop a little more than a dozen times since since first finding out Warren Ohio would be home to a new Vapor lounge. I have only good things to post about these friendly, informative, fun to be around and all round decent working folks. There are 6 other shops/lounges/cigarette stores I frequent in the 25 mile radius I call hometown vape shops. IMO, Vapors Heaven, is in my top 3 (Favorite Vaping Locations) in Trouble County. If you havent stopped by here, its time you did. Give them a couple tries and I am sure youll agree small vaping shops run by good honest local vapers be a gude ting. Frank R
