Avoid this place. The owner Naz is extremely rude and unprofessional. As a Christmas gift, I wanted to get my mom a nice manicure/pedicure experience so I booked an appointment through the Vagaro app a full day in advance.The appointment instructions said to arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in; we got there 20 minutes early. After waiting in their lobby area for 5 minutes without being acknowledged, I went to the back where the hair salon is.I see Naz, I say excuse me, my mother has a nail appoint-...before I could finish my sentence, she cut me off and said no you dont, you made a mistake, you must have made the appointment with the nail place across the street. Please leave and please move your car when you leave.She rushed us out of the salon so quickly it was as if we were panhandlers begging for change.My mother felt so ashamed but we went to the place where Naz told us to go to with our car, which is the salon across the street (approx. 100 yards away).I showed my reservation to the other salon and they said we dont have an appointment for you, its for Libase which is where you came from. I knew this already, but lets just close the loop and confirm.So we drive ~100 feet to return to the Libase parking lot from the other salons parking lot. I went back to Naz and show her the reservation.She acknowledged her error (oh it looks like you actually do have an appointment), but never once apologized. She even said oh you never mentioned anything about a nail appointment, you said a she wanted a massage!To lie like that to our face? Extremely unprofessional. Just own your mistake like an adult.My mother has terrible arthritis and she was really looking forward to this appointment, so we ended staying (the nail tech Andrea was so nice, extremely pleasant...the poor service from this establishment had nothing to do with her).The problem is...there was no mention anywhere in the reservationor even on site at their premises that this place is not handicap accessible.Because of my moms crippling arthritis, she wasnt able to climb the 20 steps to the nail techs workstation. So we ended up just cancelling everything.My mother and I are Black. Originally I really thought Nazs behavior was came from a place of hate, ignorance, and prejudice. After reading the (real/non-bot) reviews, shes just unprofessional and extremely rude.0/10 would not recommend.

The new building that Libase Salon and Spa has moved into is absolutely gorgeous! The owner, Naz, is very experienced and has given very thorough detailed highlighting jobs to me for years now. Her consultations if you want a new style or color are very thorough. I never feel rushed. The upstairs nail salon area is beautiful and soothing. Definitely give this place a try!

Naz has been doing my hair for almost a year and its the best hair cut that I ever had! She is extremely knowlegable in hair color. I always want something different and Naz listens to me and creates great color! The salon is warm and friendly. A very nice place to relax and get your hair done. I also get my nails done by Chris and they look great too. I practically fall asleep while I get pampered. I highly recommend the salon for any service.

Beautiful absolutely gorgeous salon. Naz gave me a great new haircut so I went back for highlights. The highlights were perfect; not too much and not too little. The caramel color works great with my medium brown hair; just yummy!! The atmosphere is sophisticated, elegant and warm yet not snobby or intimidating. And the prices are very reasonable, not overpriced like so many salons and spas in affluent areas. Naz is a gem.I highly, highly recommend!

I just had ombré highlights done in my hair and it turned out just beautiful. Im not very adventurous but I wanted to brighten up my look and the outcome is just beautiful. Even my 10-year-old son said I look like a new woman! Ive been a customer of Nazs for several years and I wouldnt trust anyone else with my hair. The ambience is very relaxing and spa-like and the staff is friendly.

I had my hair does by Naz a few times now and shes always done a great job. The salon is pretty, clean and friendly! And btw, I received the BEST scalp massage during my wash!! : )I recently moved to central Jersey and it is no longer convenient for me, but if it were I would be a repeat customer!

Naz is the absolute best! She transformed my hair into something so beautiful I never thought could be! I tell her what I want and she makes it happen! I been to so many salons and they could never get my hair the way I wanted it to be..... but Naz, she is an expert! She knows exactly what my hair can handle without damaging it and it always comes out so beautiful! And the color lasts! For the record I have strawberry blonde hair and I always get an ombré. The price is right and the service is amazing! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We are new to the area and have looked for the right salon. Both my husband and I had a great experience here. Naz greeted us and we immediately felt very comfortable (we are both retired and sometimes find we are out of place). While it is clear they offer a wide range of services, there was no pressure to get additional services.Juana did my haircut and it is perfect (and I am picky about my long hair)! She talked over what would be done, and showed me exactly how much would be cut, etc.Naz cut my husbands hair and he is so pleased.(One negative -- Meghan washed our hair and I found the massage to be way too rough. But my husband was OK with it.)This is a classy, not pretentious spa. Thank you Naz! We definitely will be going back.

A wonderful manicure experience. The atmosphere was relaxed, not loud and fast paced. My nails were done at a level of expertise that I have been searching for. My expectations were totally met!

Great salon! Follows all Covid-19 protocols and has relaxing atmosphere. Naz did brilliant job with my color and was super helpful with suggestions. Im happy I took the time to try this salon and will be a regular client.

Libase , the best salon I have ever been to. Atmosphere is relaxing and ambiance is beautiful. Naz did a great haircut and recommended perfect shampoo and conditioner for me. I am going back for a massage soon as they have some good massage therapists. I no longer need to go multiple places for my haircut and massage.

I have been a client since Naz has opened. I love going to the shop because you are made to feel special. I am always pleased with every time I have my hair done. Manicures are wonderful also.

If you can’t do makeup, you should be honest. I don’t even want to explain everything wrong here. I added the picture of what I wanted, the owner who did my makeup kept asking me to look in the mirror, I kept saying shadow too intense, brows not defined, then they didn’t match. I was told I was done after the translucent powder was applied. No contoured which at the point I said forget about applying lipstick. I said I could apply at home. I expressed how I was not satisfied with the service, she said everything will blend later, how?? Then proceeded to charge me $90. I was so embarrassed leaving, I walked into the hotel with glasses and a mask. I wiped everything completed and did my own. I was late to a wedding

Naz service were awful,She charged me 100$for an hour to teach memake up and she barely spent 20 minutes, she still charge me $100,When I told her how unsatisfied I was , she said I was expecting too much,She doesnt know how to teach.Well then her services are not even average.I expect at least arerage services.😡😡

Libase spa has a great atmosphere. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming.I am a cancer survivor and my hair grew back very grey. Nas recommended an organic hair dye. Kathy was amazing at dying my hair and giving me a cute cut instead of wearing my wig. There are very few people who love their job and do it well. Naz is one of those rare people. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Not only do I feel beautiful leaving, but she helps me feel that way every day in between. Love you NAZ!!!

Ohmygod that was a mistake! Thank you for responding - this location was in my history but I didn’t look it up or anything today, I must have fat-fingered the screen somehow??I rarely leave reviews for places on google maps.. I have to check if I’ve accidentally done this in other places

I received coupons addressed to my girls, but was told when I arrived that they couldnt honor them. Because our kids haircuts are already deeply discounted. At $40 each! We went around the corner to Supercuts and paid $20 for shampoo & cut. The whole experience turned me off.

Naz is terrific! She is great with color and with cutting/styling hair, even wavy hair like mine. I highly recommend Naz.
