I had a deep tissue massage today with Sade and she was awesome. I had so much pain in my neck and back, and I came out so much better. She even gave me recommendations on how to treat this constant knots I had. She was very kind, made sure that the pressure was good and that I kept taking deep breathes to relax and enjoy my massage. Definitely coming back soon! Wonderful staff too finding me an opening as soon as possible.

Lovely, clean, professional facility. I saw Shade (pronounced Shah-day), for a 60 minute massage and 30 minute facial, and she was wonderful. My skin was glowing after the facial, and my muscles were so much more relaxed after the massage. She really worked out a lot of knots. And she was fun to chat with! Highly recommend.

Wow. I had the most amazing deep tissue massage from Sarah. Ive had a lot of massages in my life and this one was absolutely incredible. She took the time to not only open up my knots but then stretched and manipulated my body to maximize release. She was able to get incredibly deep pressure and regularly checked in with me to make sure everything was great (which it absolutely was). She was incredibly friendly and made the experience enjoyable while also doing significant work to loosen up my body and leave me feeling incredibly relaxed.I will definitely be returning for another session!

The massage I received was easily one of the best, if not the best, Ive received (and Ive had several massages throughout my adult life). The masseuse was very attentive and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I also appreciated how easy it was to book my service.

Came here for couples massage and it was such a relaxing experience!! Our massage therapists were great as well. The only down side was that there was construction going on outside and you could hear in the spa room. Maybe increasing the volume of the music might have helped

Will certainly be back! Great location, easy parking you do have to pay for parking if it’s during the weekday/Saturday. I requested a birthday setup and champagne for my husband for his birthday and they did such a great job! Everything was a great price and such amazing service!!

Everything was perfect from booking to completion. Ruby and Pat did an excellent job. They were pleasant, communicative throughout. They checked our level of comfort throughout the massage and knew the exact amount of pressure to apply. The room was set up perfectly. It was warm and intimate. The young lady at the front desk greeted us with a smile and was very kind and informative for any questions we had. She immediately wished us a happy anniversary (which was the point of the massage) I cant wait to return!

What a great experience. We came to celebrate a birthday and got a 90 minute special, including massage, facial, foot scrub. It was extremely relaxing. The massage was firm without hurting. Just the way I like it. The place was very clean and professional. The neighborhood is really cool. If you’re gluten-free, there’s a gluten-free bakery just down the street.

We had a Groupon for a birthday package and everything went so smooth. They honored all our preferences from the intake process and saw us as soon as we arrived. I’ve been here for several times with Carla for facial and massage. She has amazing hands and has done great job every time. I started my regular facial last November after hiking in northwest for half month. Carla has helped me with improving my skin quality a lot since then. I went for a birthday massage and facial and it was truly one of the best experiences Ive had at a day spa!!! Sade was phenomenal. She regularly checked in on how the pressure and struck a perfect balance between those check-ins and my relaxation. I felt so at ease and comfortable and, as someone who can be very anxious in massage situations because I dont like sitting still for that long, that was quite a wonderful surprise for me. The facial was also excellent. Sade did not push any products on me like Im used to with facials and gave me a lovely overview of my skin and other things I can and should do to keep it glowing. Highly recommend her and this place and I will be back!

The absolute best massage I have ever had! Paige has magic fingers. This was also my first facial! The ambiance was amazing, the place was easy to find and wait time was minimal. It is very neat and clean inside as well. All of the staff were friendly and they even offered treatments for purchase without being pushy. I can’t wait to go back.

My mother and I came here for a mother-daughter day and it was so lovely! The staff was so kind, professional and attentative. We were both so comfortable and relaxed. My mom had Karen and she was so lovely. We had some concerns with my mothers health and Karen was very patient and adjusted as needed. I had Sade and oh my goodness!!! She was incredible. I like a very deep massage and when I asked for adjusted pressure, she made any neccesary adjustments. Both Sade and Karen have magical hands and my mom and I are already planning on making our way back. You will NOT be disappointed. Go ahead and make your booking.

Visiting from out of town and took a chance on this highly rated neighborhood spa. It was fantastic—the price point and services were stellar! My services-the Stress Melted Body Scrub/Wrap & Massage, and the Super Anti-aging Facial-were both provided by Karla. She was absolutely amazing! So kind and friendly, and one of the best massages I’ve had. My facial was completely lovely as well—my skin was glowy! This is not a huge space w/all of the bells and whistles, but if your focus is really on quality services administered by talented providers in a very professional and personable atmosphere, do yourself a favor and book here!

I had a wonderful experience with Sarah. I came in with a really bad migraine, neck pain, tight shoulders. I had initially booked a scalp and hot stone massage but Sarah recommended the pain relief massage. I am so glad I followed her advice. Sarah knows her stuff. She applied quite a lot of pressure (which by other massage therapists in the past has caused me pain in the next days), but I could immediately feel relief. No pain at all the next day! She explained she had to work on my shoulders first before being able to release tension in my neck and head. She did exactly that. I could feel tension releasing as she worked. Today (day after) is the first headache-free day I have in a week. I feel like a new person. I will come again. Also she is extremely nice, asked how I was doing throughout the session, and I really like her positive and calming attitude. Merci Sarah !

Make sure you arrive early so you have time to look for parking! The spa is in a high volume area, so finding street parking too a bit of time. There is a nearby parking garage too!My experience here was great! I got a gift certificate to the salon and scheduled a 60 minute combo massage and scalp massage add-on. However, because I arrived late, they couldnt fit in the scalp massage. So instead I opted for the CBD oil and hot stones add on and Im so glad I did!Pat did an incredible job. My massage was very relaxing and well done. The CBD oil and hot stones were exactly what my body needed! Pat even threw in a little bit of free aromatherapy.Just make sure you give yourself plenty of time to find parking, unlike I did! Overall, great experience and customer service.

I have been going to Capital Blossom Day Spa for over a year and have tried at least 5 different therapists. Each therapist has their own style, so there is something for everyone and every occasion. I especially love Sara’s pain relieving service, which left my lower back completely relieved of its tension - a feeling I haven’t had in months.

I had a wonderful facial with Carla! She is very kind, welcoming, and helpful. I did the LED red light and oxygen facial today, and it was my first time doing this treatment. Carla made me feel so comfortable and relaxed for my first facial :) I will definitely be coming back to see her!

I’ve had a great experience at this spa both times I’ve scheduled treatments. My last treatment was with Carla who did a phenomenal job. She was kind and accommodated my massage to my desired pressure and preferred areas to treat. I felt so relaxed after my massage and facial. I loved my experience here - def book with Sade!I had a wonderful scalp and back detox as well as a foot treatment! She made me feel at ease handled my requests and my claustrophobic tendencies amazingly and overall made me feel comfortable.Note: I’d say this spa is def better for individual treatments rather than a group thing/birthday there’s not a large lounge or anything to kick it in but it’s still relaxing and calm to just go yourself!

Carla is amazing! My deep tissue massage with hot stones was so relaxing and soothing. As others have said, she really focuses on your tight areas and always checks in regarding pressure and temperature. She made me feel very comfortable and I will definitely be back.

Came here for the Make it easy in June package and left greatly satisfied! The check-in was easy as the receptionist was friendly and welcoming, check-out is fast. However, the best part was definitely Carla who did such a good job that I had to get a membership after!

Both workers were so kind and respectful! The massage was fantastic (perfect pressure) and the facial was so soothing. They were very transparent when discussing add ons and pricing. I added on the essential oils and hot stones to the deep tissue massage which I highly recommend.

Sade is incredible. I loved my massage. I do not ever take for granted an intuitive healer! She really helped work out some tension and pain I had, and it was also relaxing. Perfect!

I was visiting Washington and decided to find a spa close by the Washington Hilton and I am so glad Capital Blossom had an opening for me. Carla really massaged the stress Ive stored since my last massage, which was before the pandemic! Everyone there is friendly, professional and helpful. They do offer speciality oils for an added fee, but I declined and stayed with the regular massage oil, which was fine.The only thing Id add to the experience is perhaps if they offered a warmed wet towel to wipe off the massage oil--otherwise it was bliss and if youre visiting DC and need a massage, check Capital Blossom out.

I decided to treat myself to a massage on my birthday earlier this week. Carla gave a fabulous deep tissue/ hot stone massage. She focused on tight areas, while always checking in with me on the pressure, and the combination with hot stone massage was fabulous. I will certainly come back!

Love this place. Carla gives the absolute best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had, and I will never go anywhere else no matter where I may live. She is wonderful at a custom massage that hits the areas you need it the most, and she gives feedback on your specific needs like areas that may be tight. I always leave here on cloud 9.

I tried the Luxury Spa Day Package and it was a great experience. The ambience is calm and relaxing. My masseuse was Karla and she was amazing. It was a plus that she also speaks Spanish! I would recommend to anyone wanting to pamper themselves to try Capital Spa.

Bit overpriced. But isnt everything nowadays? Dont think Ill spend another $179 for a just ok 55 min massage and 30 min facial. There are better places for that price. But the location is great. Right here in Adams Morgan. So if you can afford it ... then why not? Personally Ill go to a massage/spa in Annapolis or Columbia, MD for that kind of money.Overpriced for a massage that was just ok, quite painful and unpleasant actually, kept pressing on bone. Facial was ok but she left cleanser and cream in my ears. Overall, for the high price, wasnt that great.

I booked a couples package for Valentines day and had a fantastic experience! My masseuse Na treated me with great care, letting me know what she was doing at every step, asking for my preferences, and checking in to make sure I was comfortable.All the services are very reasonably priced. I especially love the many package offers for those who want a little bit of everything. Of note, theres only 1 couples room I believe which you have to reserve separately from your actual service. It was already booked when I scheduled my service, so me and my partner were taken in separate rooms.The space is rather small and cramped, but cozy inside the treatment rooms. There was limited seating out front when waiting for your service, and the after care station with drinks and snacks is in the middle of a hallway where people walk back and forth. My only complaint is that you can hear whats going on outside of your room, but it didnt bother me too much.Overall I think Capital Blossom offers a tremendous value and I will definitely be back again!

Nothing to brag about unfortunately. It was a surprise gift from my husband so I was excited to go. The massage was not very good, she didnt massage my full body (ie hands, feet, neck)In response to the owner: No I do not have any new tattoos on my arm and I would never come in for a massage if I did. I never asked for any body parts to be skipped over. I got the 20 min body scrub and 70 min massage. My 5 year old could have done better and saved me $159

Capital Blossom Day Spa was amazing. They were very patient and understanding, because I was running late, and they worked with me to make sure I was accommodated. My masseuse was Sade and she only had a limited amount of time, due to me being late, but she was amazing! She hit all the right spots and the pressure was perfect!The champagne and chocolate were also of good quality. My recommendation is to not drive there its right off of 18th street and there is a hard time finding parking. I had to park far and Lyft to the massage place lol. But other than that, the atmosphere, warm greeting and attention to your personal needs is A+! Definitely recommend an will be going back soon!

I seen this place on TikTok and thought it was nice. First let me say I give Karen 5 stars with my facial. Karen was super nice and gentle. As far as my massage, thats another story. My husband gives way better massages. I feel like it was rushed or he was just new. I didnt really like it. The ambiance was good. I feel like there customer service couldve been better.

I’m not usually the type to write a review, but I feel inclined to do so as a result of my experience. I booked a scalp detox and massage as a little gift to myself after a stressful week, and I left the appointment very disappointed. During the treatment I was instructed to go shower and had to wash my own hair. Maybe others don’t mind this, but when I go for a treatment I don’t want to spend a third of the time washing myself. The massage itself was not very enjoyable either besides the massage on my shoulders and neck. The lady massaging me was very sweet though and so was the woman at the front desk, but overall I would not recommend the scalp massage treatment. I left with super tangled, strawy hair. I’m sure their other treatments are much better as I’ve seen many positive reviews, but this just wasn’t for me.

Such an amazing experience! Came here with my two sisters for the birthday package. We received a 75 minute massage and facial. From the moment we walked in we were treated so well. The reception was extremely welcoming. I wont say exactly what transpired but I will say that they definitely went above and beyond and met expectations that we never even expected.My massage therapist was very professional and courteous. We enjoyed the champagne and chocolates. We never felt rushed to leave and we enjoyed our time there. The birthday girl loved every bit of her experience, and we would definitely recommend visiting this spa for a very relaxing group experience!

I went here with my mom for Mother’s Day and the staff was very friendly.We both received facials and the technicians went above and beyond (arm and hand massages).They recommended products for us to purchase that suited our needs well, but they weren’t pushy about it!

Booked a couples massages for my fiancé’s birthday.We traveled 2.5 hours , just to be told our 90 mins couples massage will be in separate rooms. The staff said it was our responsibility to call AFTER booking to confirm they have an available couple’s room. Not sure how that makes sense, so unfortunately the start to his birthday has been ruined thanks to this unique fine printed rule. Beware!

Had a couples spa and it was lovely. Delia worked with me and was so patient, helping me when I had stomach issues and couldnt lay down flat for the massage. I was so embarrassed but she was so understanding. Absolutely recommend this place and Delia!

⚠️ May 14th,2024 I Went in on my Birthday for a Massage & Oxygen Facial left with chemical Burn from Chemicals that I was unaware was being used along with its side effects & ingredients or any recommendations for Treatment. My face is inflamed, red in some areas burned in others. Im a hard working Woman not a Guinea Pig or Experiment to be used or abused. I will post Pictures Below, how my skin was Before and After. No going out for me until my skin heals. I called them after and told Technician durring and after procedure that my face was burning & later burned. They denied my Pain and Proof saying that there were no chemicals used, this was normal, I had fake photos, I look strong so I should be able to take, during procedure after complaining of burning on my face I was told You takeYou take, It just Tingle and the Techinician continued to add more Product slathering entire face until it was obvious that I was gonna get up myself and take it off or get loud due to pain .....Cant make this Up. My Dermatologist and Her Leading Aestician did say that some form of Acid/Chemical was used inorder to cause this kind of burn & or negligence upon service due to ignoring my Sensitive skin notes and complaining of Pain. As well as without consenting and informing Me the Client of possible effects and process for my First Facial. ACIDS ARE CHEMICALS, This Oxygen Rejuvenation Mask that I requested and prebooked should not have had any acids or chemicals but rather a Enzymes which is neither. Why ignore my Pain and complaint until You feel like proceeding forward with service? I noted on Intake Form & Online Note booking Inquiry that I have sensitive Skin and please be prepared and that I was willing to change Facial type if needed be.

I booked a massage and facial with Sade for my girlfriend birthday. She had an extremely pleasant experience it was her first time getting a massage and wasn’t completely relaxed. But said Sade was very patient and helped her loosen up. When it was over and she walked outside I immediately noticed her face it was completely clear she looked like a new person lol. Had the BEST massage with Anara.Came in desperate to fix my aches and pains from a desk job, and came out feeling like I was in my teens! Anara was so attentive to all my needs and went above and beyond. I’ve had a lot of massages in the DC/DMV area but Anara was the first to truly care about my body and wellbeing. She was very knowledgeable about the human body and how to release tension correctly.Happy to say I have found my go-to massage place with Anara. Can’t wait for my next session!

Massage was absolutely amazing. Website said ballons, cards and banners for birthday add on I did not receive a banner they kept the rose pedals and the ballons were not blown up to a good size they were small it just wasnt worth $25 for 5 ballons they could do better.

Amazing Atmosphere and Service!Came here with my friend for our birthdays. We got the anniversary massage with hot stones and facials. The missus gave great feedbacks about what they could tell about my body, and you can tell they know thier stuff. The service is excellent, and they make you very comfortable. We were very satisfied with our results as well. We left feeling relaxed and brand new. The anniversary package also comes with chocolates and champagne, arranged beautifully for your enjoyment.

Hi this place was really nice and clean smelled good me and my bf did the couples massage with sade and Karen 9/10 experience!! They were nice and did a great job they made us feel comfortable and welcome as well but Karen I enjoyed everything just next time go a bit deeper like add more pressure overall great we definitely will do this every once in a while at this location with you guys !

Found this spa on Groupon, and purchased my mom a birthday package. SHE LOVED IT!She raved about how knowledgeable the staff was, how clean the spa was, and how peaceful the space felt. The spa offers tea, water, (and if you purchased it…) champagne and chocolates once your treatment is finished. The staff was very friendly, and excited to have you— explained the options to upgrade and payment was super easy.Highly recommend this spa!

I’ve had a lot of massages before, but Sade at capital blossom gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. She was able to tailor the massage to fit my body. I feel absolutely amazing and Sade is going to put capital blossom on the map!

I recently got a massage here as a surprise gift. My masseuse, Sade, made me feel comfortable and treated me like a black queen. She was very attentive and really went to work on my knots. I wish I had done an 1 hour massage instead of 30 minutes, but I’ll try to get a longer massage next time. Overall, it was a lovely experience.

One of the most amazing massage parlors I’ve ever been to. I have trauma around massages because I went to a place in VA where the masseuse wasn’t very accommodating. I also felt very violated after the massage in VA. However this place has completely changed my mind. The masseuses are friendly , attentive , cautious towards your needs,& aim to always make you feel comfortable. They constantly ask permission and are always trying to make you feel at ease. I will definitely be frequenting this place in the future. I’ve already been twice and I love it.

I’ve seen Carla twice and she is great. So good at finding the tight muscles and sticks with it until they loosen. There are different specials each month and it’s well worth it not on special also.

My experience with Sade on 12/16:23 was incredible, she has gifted hands. I came with so much tightness and stored up stress and trauma, and walked away feeling so much calmer and lighter. I wish I lived in DC so she can be my regular masseuse but I am definitely excited to book with her on my next trip soon! Thank you Sade.

My husband and I came here as an anniversary gift to each other and received a couples hot stone massage and facials. The services were absolutely amazing. My therapist was Carla, she was awesome - she listened to my body and my muscles and went where the tension was. That is the sign of a good massage therapist. My husbands therapist Anara was amazing as well- you can tell the therapists know what they are doing and they really listen to your body. This was an absolutely beautiful and relaxing experience and I would highly recommend visiting this spa! The neighborhood is also super nice and has a huge variety of shops and restaurants.

Capital Blossom deserves a 10, due to the services provided and customer care. Me and my partner received the 30min facial with Sade and 30min deep tissue massage with Bird. Both were amazing and we will be back next month for a facial with Sade.

This was a fantastic experience for myself and my daughter. We got facials, deep tissue massages, scalp massages and foot massages. They booked us in the same room and were professional and courteous. The massages were great, and this was one of the best facials I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back! They have some really great massage therapists and the front desk lady is so nice and welcoming! Treatment room both times was a bit claustrophobic but they are working with limited space and making up for it with superb service

Isabella gave me possibly the best facial Ive ever had, and Jacksons massage was excellent. Also really lovely front desk person and parking wasnt terrible. I got microdermabrasion and had absolutely zero cuts, even as Isabella clearly made a visible difference in my acne scarring that caused dark spots. I’ll definitely be back. Well worth the price.

Editing my original review:Really great customer service and a solid massage.For transparency- a few weeks ago I had a very bizarre, unrelaxing experience at this place (I was asked to move to a different room *after* my massage had started, it was also then abruptly cut short, and another employee opened the door of my room multiple times during my massage to speak/argue with my tech). I was given a small discount and some free samples by reception, but very shortly after I posted about my experience (2 stars originally) the spa manager, Monica, reached out to me to apologize. She refunded the entire cost of my services and assured me that my experience was unacceptable and not the norm. There’s a lot to be said for good customer service and I did think the massage technique was solid, so I’m editing my review from 2 to 4 stars to reflect that.

Today we went to capital blossom day spa for my friend’s birthday for the first time! It was the birthday package and 4 of us went, and two of us shared the room and didn’t receive the same treatment as the others! We got the birthday package which comes with full body massage, facial and a drink and chocolate. However we never received the full body massage, we only got our back massage nothing in the front, no leg massages , they never asked what type of oil we wanted to use except for CBD oil since it’s extra charge. After it was over and we went to pay I let the receptionist know that’s we didn’t get the full service we paid for. And she didn’t really care to give good customer service or any voucher or refund. She just said she will let them know it’s full body massage. Which doesn’t make any difference for us. Overall it was okay service. Didn’t get what I paid for.

Your front desk staff is amazing and she is so gracious. Im a massage therapist and esthetician and I have to say that is one of the best mini facials I have ever had. And although I could not communicate well with my MT he did exactly as I asked. The only negative was the shower I used after the body polish. The water was freezing.

This was my first time at a spa so I do not have anything to compare my experience to but I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The manager Isabella was extremely kind and organized. I emailed her about booking and she was very responsive. My appointment was at 10 am (when they opened). I showed up a little early and surprisingly they had their doors unlocked (unlike many businesses a few minutes before opening) and allowed me to come in a fill out the form. Karen did my massage and facial and left me feeling very relaxed and in a better mood than when I came in. My skin feels so smooth! During my massage, Karen allowed me to change how much pressure she was putting on different areas of my body which I really appreciated. I can’t wait to come back!

I have been a member for the last 6-7 months and absolutely love it! I pay $90/month for a 60 min massage and free add-on. Ive tried almost all of the massage options (swedish, deep tissue, scalpal, etc) and have had amazing experiences with each! I also have invited a couple friends and they have absolutely loved their experiences too and are now semi-regulars. The rooms and massage tables are very comfy and their lotions, oils, and scrubs are top of the line – such a luxurious experience. Ruby, in particular, has been integral in making sure I feel comfortable and taken care of. I used to have recurring migraines, and Ruby literally has been a major help for reducing my migraines and body aches. If you choose Ruby, youre in great hands!

Such a nice experience! I went to this spa after having some problems with stiff neck and back pain, now I feel sooo much better! The masseuse was so nice and accommodating and I love how clean the place was. The music is also a nice touch. The price was very affordable too for the quality they deliver. I’ll definitely be coming back here!

This spa is AMAZING!!! I decided to have my 1st full-body massage for my birthday and I used Google to do my research. This was 1 of many that popped up during my search and I am SO HAPPY that I found them!!! I had the most wonderful experience and the best massage and facial. I recently moved to the DMV area and was looking for a great day spa. Ive been here twice and loved every minute of it. Ruby is the absolute best! I had a pinched nerve in my shoulder and the two sessions that I had with her has made me feel sooooo much better. I book 90 min massages because 60 mins just isnt enough! Customer service is great! There are often same day appointments so you dont have to book weeks in advance which is nice. 10/10 recommend! So happy I found this gem :)

Everything was great from the lady at the front desk to the people who serviced me. The facility is very clean and welcoming.

I read all the reviews and we expect to have good service. Unfortunately, my partner and I had a bad experience. The lady that gave the massage to my boyfriend wasn’t friendly at all. He left with a headache after he asked to be gentle because it was hurting him. Instead, she said you’re done. Additionally, we were charged $60 to save “our spot” on top of the service charges. After reviewing the receipt of a total of $360 we still left 20% which should be been around $79 total tip leaving almost $40 tip each but no they charged a $90 tip each. It’s very disappointing after bringing my boyfriend for his birthday celebration because the reviews were good.

Just went here for a massage and facial, Jackson was my massage therapist and was amazing, Carla did my facial and was wonderful - I’m sure she is also an excellent massage therapist based on the mini massage she did for my neck and shoulders during the facial. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience, will definitely be back!

Coming out of a massage to get a bill that is $100 more than what was expected is just bad form. If you like getting sold (and by sold I mean asked if you want something that is normally part of a service and then charged for it) on add ons during your massage definitely come here.This place is not a spa - not even close. If you are looking for an actual spa with a nice atmosphere where you arent up sold during your service, go somewhere else. This is basically a strip mall massage parlor in an old brownstone.

My husband and I had a lovely experience here. We did the 4 in 1 with the cbd oil add on and left feeling pampered and relaxed. It was an amazing 90 minutes of self-care, and we would go back in a heartbeat!

My girlfriend and I had a couples massage here a little over a week ago. Our services were with Pat and Ruby. My girlfriend was having pain in her mid back, which it was recommended that she do a little deeper of a massage for the painful areas. After a day or so she felt like a new person! Ruby found exactly where it was hurting her and was able to massage out the knots. I myself like more of a medium pressure, and Pat was perfect. I had not felt that relaxed in years! I highly recommend this spa. It is a gem in the Adams Morgan neighborhood and I will certainly be returning.

I’ve had 4 different therapists , Mim, Terrance , Carla , and Delia. And they were alll great, I personally return to Delia a lot because she’s very good at getting the tightness out of my back. They are super nice and professional , even the receptionist are very nice. Yes this place is deff pricey, but the professionalism and quality of services deff meet the expectations. I felt like the service was efficient and quality. We appreciated the same day booking and attention to detail. Also, if you are a big man, they should be able to accommodate you so dont be afraid to book a massage therapy session.

I came in with my friend for her birthday. We got the 60 min body massage and sea salt foot scrub groupon but they only do the service for those during the weekend so they told me to request a refund through groupon and schedule for the weekend with them and they’d price match me. Which is AMAZING! So we came in and added a 30 body glow scrub to our session. The body scrub was great, they also added free aromatherapy scents to the mix (i chose the eucalyptus scent). Then they sent me to the shower to rinse off the scrub before my 60minute massage. And the session was amazing. My masseuse was attentive and asked if i was okay with everything the whole time. After the massage and foot scrub they sent us to a sitting area with tea and coffee and chocolates and cookies. Overall the experience was OUTSTANDING! 10/10 definitely recommend.

I have to say I had one of the best massages ever at this little day spa located in Adam’s Morgan. The thereapist(didn’t get her name!!) was extra thoughtful and skillful in her massage technique. She was really good for ninety minutes! I have given four stars because I do believe the owner is a bit less than gracious. I felt rushed as in to leave at the end of my massage when the owner met me at the door with a cup of water I requested( I was so frazzled by her since I just finished a relaxing massage that I spilled my water). I also did not like I felt compelled to tip( which I always do!) by the owner. I especially tipped adequately $30 for the service that was provided by the therapist and was happy to do so. Not happy at all the owner mentioned anything to me about tipping before my massage. To be fair the therapist agreed to give a full 90 minute massage with out the facial which prompted the owner to tell me make sure you give “good tip”! I did just that I hope!! The owner never asked how my massage was or at least I don’t remember so?!Anyways, that’s minor and the overall experience is okay; it is a small spa and the owner is a bit distracting. If she could be a bit sincerely kinder, it would go a long way!

Visited at the recommendation of a friend. I even found a Groupon for it, too! The staff were so courteous and polite. When they called to confirm my appointment, they let me know about the parking situation and the nearby garage. ($18 for 2 hrs however it was literally a 3 min walk away). I had a 60-min aromatherapy massage and ended up upgrading to hot stones. It was absolutely delightful. The walls are a little thin so you can hear people come and go. It wasnt a problem for me, but it could be distracting for others. Checkout was a breeze. The lady let me know that they would honor the Groupon rate for my next visit. I cant wait to go back! The next one will be at least 90 minutes.

Prior to arrival we called to book appointments and was told there were no appointments available for the day we were trying to visit. After going online we were able to book staggered appointments. Upon arrival the place was nicely decorated. The rooms were a bit small and there was only 1 bathroom.

I have made this my go-to for a great massage. I got the scalp massage a few weeks ago and , although they were extremely busy and I was a little late, I was well taken care of. However, I went for a full body and scalp massage yesterday with a different lady and it wasnt as wonderful as my first full body massage. Im still having problems with my back muscles that she did not fully massage yesterday and she also told me she was afraid of my hair lol which was not a problem for the last person (note: I have locs but I wash my hair and body thoroughly before getting my massages so my hair was very clean). I guess because of this, she did not give me the full attention I paid for. Other than that, I do love this place and will continue to go.

This is my second time coming to Capital Blossom Day Spa for a birthday massage & facial package. Their masseuses give outstanding massages and facials. They are very professional and kind and I probably will make this an annual birthday tradition! I highly recommend Capital blossom day spa!

A very beautiful spa. Good people and great service. The massage therapist was so professional. She said she worked in many high end hotels and spa before. Actually, this is the best massage I have ever had. I will come every weekend. I highly recommend it and trust me, you will not regret.

Wow, what a wonderful visit we had at Capital Blossom Day Spa in Adams Morgan. Dont judge by the outside entrance: its a lovely space inside, very good cleaning, excellent mask and sanitation discipline by the staff. The staff are wonderful, and the service is great. Thanks for having us!

Booked a hydra facial for myself and my fiancé. I would highly recommend Carla for her services! She was very professional and did a great job. She is a Japanese speaker which was a plus for me!
