I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and EVERY visit is TOP NOTCH but today REALLY topped it!Chandler who is the manager helped me out SOOOOOO much and REALLY took care of me! Bought several pod systems here. The first one would leak regularly so you got a mouth full of juice. Got a caliburn instead and it melted the pod. I returned it for another caliburn, staff seemed reluctant to give a replacement. I came back within 4 days because my new caliburn pod was melting pods again and the staff said I was back “too soon” which is really bizarre, it’s a 30 day return policy but apparently there is a “too early” fake policy they use. It’s pretty concerning that they let me keep a unit which was physically melting the pods. I went out of my way to go to cloud 9 and I won’t go back. It’s a long trip and I thought I was buying the best. The manager stated that some juices which were acidic flavored would cause a pod to melt. I don’t buy it. I won’t be back, I don’t want a pod system blowing up in my face.

This place is Great. Great Service and Awesome Selections. Above and Beyond. And patient especially with someone like me who had a lot of Questions. Thanks GuysP.S. You guys should make a website so we can see inventory etc.

This is the best place to go for a new vape, juices from a variety of brands and flavors and all accessories you need. The employees are friendly and really pay attention to what you want. Theyll even explain how vapes work, help you find a certain flavor, basically they are very knowledgeable about what they sell.

Terrific place. Huge selection of vapes and juices. The state of Utah limits sizes on Nic salts, I was pleased to find that they did have 20 & 24 mg strengths. Prices were on point- $12 for 15 mil. They did have a deal for 2 x $18 but I wasn’t feeling particularly adventurous. Super attentive staff. I will be back.. Kennedy was awesome and politely listened to my rant about the archaic laws that exist only in the beehive state. 😂

I’m in town for business and my atomizer went bad and I didn’t have any more in my backpack.I found Cloud 9 on Google and decided to check it out. I walked in and it was busy but I hardly had to wait to be helped, had great customer service and they have a variety of products. The customer service is top notch, and if I’m in town again I’ll definitely pop in again.Seriously one of my best experiences in a vape shop in 10 years.

These folks are definitely the go-to place for vape gear when you are in St. George. We are down from Salt Lake fairly frequently and I make it a point to stop in, if only to see whats new. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they frequently have deals going on that will more than justify the stop.

Ive been a valued customer for years. Ive spent thousands of dollars here over the years and I had an issue with the last one. It kept going after I stopped puffing and was about to start fire. Even the manager helping me told his other manager about the fire hazard, and she said tuff. Its the warranty. They gave me a discount. Yay. They will be loosing tens of thousands of dollars when eight of us quit buying there on a weekly basis.

I usually have a four or five star review when I go in but today not only could I not get any house juices because they were forced to stop selling them but my rewards stamp card basically became Nolan Boyd and I had to throw them away instead of getting my free bottle and The person who was helping me only sold me my juices. He forgot to give me the pod that I paid for so it was a pretty bad trip to cloud 9 this time. Well see if the next time I go in is better or the last time I go in.

I’m a long time customer and I have always loved and appreciated pretty much all of the staff and owners, But whoever the young lady was that was managing the store today at noon seriously needs to go….Hence the one star…… it sucks too, because I would rather give my money to people that I considered friends, than a bunch of strangers up the road, but if she’s more interested in running off customers with her snotty judge, mental stares and way about her then it’s more than worth it…..You’ve got a real winner in that one

I just want to state that I am so grateful for this company! I had the best customer experience and service Ive ever had at Cloud 9 today. Ive been a loyal customer since they opened their first shop on Telegraph behind Dominos. Ive never had an issue with any of the products, until recently and they resolved the complication with professionalism and the customers best interest in mind! I wont divulge in to the exact issue but the girls and Braxton were great and I appreciate everything they did for me!

Absolute best house juice mixes I have tried in a long time. Most places almost get the flavor right, Cloud9 nailed strawberry milk with Unicorn, and their melon flavor Baller is true melon through and through. They had everything I needed, a new glass for Zeus tank, coils for 2 different mods, and the great juice. Great store, great experience!

Being the only vapor store in town, I didnt expect as good of service as I received. Let me tell you, the employees there really know their product! Ive had the time and pleasure of trying out the taste bar and getting to taste the flavors before buying. They are also very knowledgeable about the mods in terms of which atomizers would work best. It was like walking into an Apple Store and going up to the Genius Bar. It was so great! The customer service is superb!

The staff is very knowledgeable and polite. Always greet you as soon as you walk in. A large variety of mods, tanks, alot of flavors and brands of juices. Fair priced, they have a punch card for juices to earn a free juice which makes purchasing nice too.

I live in Salt Lake City but when Im in town I always make sure I stop in Awsome store.

Went in with zero understanding of the products and only knew I wanted to quit smoking. They set me up with a great starter kit, walked me through it and explained everything as many times as I needed them to and did it all with a smile and patience. I truly appreciated it because quitting has been so hard and now I feel like I know so much more and know who I can go to for help. Excellent customer service and relations.

Ive been a regular customer since 1 year after the Stgeorge store opened. Although I miss the original crew, everyone there has always been great. There is one person left from early on that continues to work hard. I choose cloud 9 over any other vape shop. Other places ejuice just doesnt taste right to me.

This place is the best !! I stopped in for coils for my tank, they didnt carry them, being I have been having trouble finding coils I decided to buy a new tank. Usually good, but the reason for the review is that, for the 3rd time now in a row, Ive been charged for something more expensive than what I got. I figured, mistakes happen, but 3 times seems pretty sus. I also had a free juice card this time around, she gave me half off a 15 mil juice.

Went in and was told oh yeah keep the receipt and you have 30 days to return anything in the store. Buy about 100 $ worth of vape stuff. Take the vape home and it burns your lip and has a fowl taste. Take it back 3 says later and Oh we have a strict policy no returns unless there is manufacturer defect Umm yeah I think burning your lip there is something wrong with the unit and that would be considered manufacturer defect. But we were denied a return with the receipt in hand. These people will have there employees lie to your face and tell you to get lost when you act upon their own instructions. I would steer clear of this place unless you consider having your ice cream taken and eaten in front of you a good time. As for me I will steer clear and tell my friend about how we were treated.

Would give zero stars if able. The location is fine, the store is clean, but the employees are completely trashy. Way overpriced, and low quality juice. They really need to step up their game for customer service, but honestly would never go here again.

Went in here looking to chuck some clouds. The customer service was phenomenal and the dude there, chandler I think, hooked it up. showed me some great flavors and helped me build my first mod. They have a huge selection of flavors and they make the stuff right there! Definitely coming back for more!

Even though Southern Utah has practically zero competition in this area these guys act as though theyre fighting for every customer. Love their juices, flavors are good and they dont burn or clog. They also ship out of state! So were still able to order from them.

Just wanted to give big props to the staff at Cloud 9. Ive been around the block with other vape shops, and these guys beat them all! They always cut me a deal, stock their shelves with the best tech, and their juice is top notch. My favorite juice of theirs is Mint Candy and Vixen, I usually mix the two, amazing stuff!

Once a long time customer ; turned away from unfriendly hawking employee after I stated I wanted to buy hundreds of dollars of merchandise ; to only be treated with disrespect. I will actively recommend to any true local of Durango daily where to buy quality glass with respect at a more afforadable rate unless I’m offered a explanation . The owners are quality people and this employee should be terminated

5 star because they carry my coastal clouds juice. 1 star for very poor customer service skills. I Couldnt figure out witch coil i had and the young girl helping also had no clue so i didnt get any. I also wanted new coils for a gemm tank and she sold me 2 gemm tank instead, went back in to exchange them and got eyes rolled at me. I just stick to going to the one in cedar. They are way more organized and professional.

Do these guys have any competition? You can get free stuff and juice when spending a certain amount of money by rolling the dice. The staff is very friendly and helpful here. They make some great juices too!

Alittle frustrated!! I called on Christmas eve and asked what time they close the girl on the phone said 6pm, I dont live in St.George so when I drove there and pulled in the parking lot at 5:30 and no one was there I was alittle upset. When you tell your customers a time your closing thats what time you should close.

Decent product, but no masks on staff or customers anymore. Wont be returning. Mesquite location takes safety much more seriously and has far fewer people hanging around inside spreading Covid.

Prices on vapes are higher then some other shops but the staff is knowledgeable. Unfortunately my last visit I forgot my ID and when I asked a friend to make my purchase they were refused service because they knew it was for me. Im an obvious 40 something YO person who will try to shop elsewhere for my juice when possible.

My favorite place to visit when Im in St. George for vape supplies. Very friendly staff and decent prices. This trip I tried a house blend juice that was recommended by one of the staff and it was excellent. Will be back for more the next time Im down.

Went in today to get my first vape and chose my juice. When I got home it tasted like mildew and was really gross so we went back in and the staff was so great about it. Morgan switched it out and cleaned the tank for me. Thank you for a great experience for a first time buyer!

I decided to get some vapes for my wife and I. I have no experience or any idea of what we would need to help substitute a few cigarettes a day. I was in the area and happened to stop at a nearby smoke shop that sold vapes. I told them my situation and I got zero advise or guidance towards what I needed. I was a little bummed out about the response to say the least. Then I passed by Cloud 9 and decided to ask them. I spoke with a young woman named Morgan. She was so amazing! She was very nice and extremely knowledgeable about the products! She helped us choose the exact products for our situation. I have no review of the product as I have no idea what I am talking about... but I can say that Morgan was so helpful and nice that I will return for all of our vape needs. Customer service was amazing. Thank you.

Had the Vaporesso mod which is mat finish and good hybrid technology. I was sick of the Species trigger and touch screen mods; this ones a button separate from either. Good in house juice flavor options, customer service and helpfulness. Store has a modern, clean vibe and I got to chuck a huge die in the air for free juice...can’t beat that.

I love Cloud 9! Never a bad experience. In fact, always exceptional service. I have been to many vape shops throughout my years of vaping and this one is the cleanest, best stocked and friendliest, most knowledgeable staff I have ever encountered. Im a rather picky individual when it comes to flavors and the staff knows me by now, which makes my stop quick and effortless. I walk in and say I need juice and a box of the whatevers (they know what I mean) and they are right on top of it. Besides, they are fun to chat with when there is a break in customers. Cant seem to buy a battery that works.But there nice...no good batteries, 4 returns in 3 months time.Cuould i be the only person this is happening to. Quit or didnt work as soon as i got home. Being disabled not driving on my fourth month back not going back again last time I brought 2 hm no good!

I have bought 3 mods from cloud 9, every single one of them has broken within 3 weeks. Every time they say they can discount another one for me, but thats all. They dont guarantee their products, and when they malfunction they simply try to get you to buy something else that will break in another 3 weeks. I definitely wont be going back for any hardware from them.

I have been a patron of Cloud 9 for a year now. The educated staff has helped me to cease smoking cigarettes with great set ups and their custom juices are on par. Recently, I decided to upgrade from a vape pen to a box mod, and a friend recommended I order my items online. I decided it best to compare prices with what Cloud 9 has to offer and made a realization: Cloud 9 Vapor has been robbing people blind.For instance, their new Atlantis tank, which is offered for $55, can be easily purchased for $40 online, including shipping and handling. That is $15 that Cloud 9 is putting into their pockets and that is only one example. Loyal and long term customers deserve to know the truth, and frankly, buying a set up is not cheap. So why is Cloud 9 Vapor taking advantage of people? Because they are the only vapor store in town. If you do not believe me, do a simple Google search on any of their products and compare prices like I did.

Cloud nine vapor is one of the best Vape shops I’ve ever been to their customer service is excellent,they have really good deep discounts, the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, a good environment with comfortable leather couches and Promotions that are an excellent way to show customer appreciation like when you spend $50 or more you get to roll large diced that each has its own promotion I’ve already gotten two free bottles of the juice about a $30 savings all together I would recommend cloud nine vapor to anyone Who Vape’s!

I am very unhappy. There were 2 young chicks who were working and I asked them about different juices. Their answers where the same just worded differently. It seems like they didnt know what they were doing. And the juice i ended up getting tastes like I am just vaping on water. I would give it a negative 5 if I could.Ill take my shopping over to vapor works where they actually know what they are doing.

Bought 4 batteries listening to the little punk that sold them. Instead of checking them myself. He sold me 2600mah junk! I was expecting 3200mah from the BS he was spewing! BTW I spent 200 dollars on product in one visit! I will never buy here again!

A bunch of young, highly inexperienced people. You DO NOT get what you ask for when it comes to the mg of nicotine and the mix. Ive had the same problem almost everytime. I feel sick! They need to be tought on how to properly measure and mix their juice. And for all of you who say they have the best prices obviously have NOT been anywhere else. Poor quality and overpriced.

I was recently in St George for a soccer tournament and ran out of my alldayVape I went in the guys were great they didnt have the brand of juice but he took time and vaped my juice then made me a bottle that is 99.9percent the same flavor of my premium juice and top it off only charged me 5 bucks for it 🙂 so if you like John Wayne they can make pretty damn the same stuff. Thank you guys for helping me out next trip to St George I will swing by 🙂 Happy Customer

Everybody is always nice, courteous, and very knowledgeable about vaping, and the latest equipment. E-Juice is top quality, flavorful, and easy on the throat. Any minor problems Ive had, were handled quickly, and very professionally. Cloud 9 Vapor is not the only shop in town, but they may as well be.. Theyre the best.. Hands down.. Ive shopped at all 3 shops in town, (cloud 9, vaporworks, and Mojos). I like Cloud 9, for the facts that they have an in house juice, they are comparatively priced, and their female staff is easy on the eyes. You should come down, and see for yourself why Cloud 9 is Southern Utahs OG vape shop.

I recently started vaping, and currently use a Novo. Cloud 9 has a great selection of mods and juices, and the staff are very knowledgeable. The only drawback is that Id like to be able to taste-test a juice before spending money on it to make sure I actually like the taste, instead of getting it home and finding out that it tastes horrid. (which has happened)If Cloud 9 ever figures out a safe way to let their customers try a juice before they buy it, I am sure I would make more purchases than I have so far.

They had my pacha mama and a much better color selection of my current mod than where I had originally gotten mine (the aegis, totally indestructible I think and literally had it underwater for about 2 hours while I floated a river and it was A-O-K 👌, cant say the same for any tank or dripper youd use but hey, mod is still perfect.)

Went in there to fix a mod and the service was fast friendly and they were eager to fix the problem. With in a 1/2hour they got my mod to work like new! Im super satisfied.

The people at cloud 9 are awesome. The juic,e they sell is not so awesome its over priced for a house line. Every juice Ive gotten has been harsh. They make all the juic,e on site and usually make it to order but refuse to make the vg/ pg mixture I would like. Their prices are extremely inflated for batteries, atomizer, wick, wire, and mods. I dont expect them to match internet prices but almost every manufacturer has wholesale pricing and if you are running a business you should have a wholesale account with your suppliers..... I can buy almost any of their products at retail price online and sell them at cloud 9s prices and make a killing. I think they knew they had the market cornered and took advantage of that.

Cloud nine vapors is by far the best vapor store I have experienced hands down! The house juice is the best I have had. I moved to the salt lake valley for 5 months, during that time I went to roughly 12 shops there, customer service was never as good as cloud nine, and their juices, well lets just say I was never so happy to visit home and go get my juice from cloud nine..they definately have the best juice, the best selection of vapes, and by far the very best customer service and over all best atmosphere of any vape store in Utah! I mention to the other Vape shops in northern Utah, how accomidating and knowledgeable the staff is at cloud nine and to my surprise the employees of these other shops also say they have heard a lot about this place..So great job guys, and Im so glad to be back here in southern Utah where I can go buy my juice and vapes, and leave with a smile!

Yelled at to take that kid out of here! as I step in the door. Response: You want me to leave my 2 year old in the car alone? Now they later explained that they belong to some vapor association and cant have anyone under 19, even babies. Their interpersonal skills are lacking, but their knowledge of vapeing is not. I will go back, as they are the only knowledgeable vape store in town.

They pretty much only have Smok stuff, they carry very few other coils. Smok is absolute garbage, the coils are over rated and burn out quick in comparison to other vape manufacturers. Its absolutely terrible that I need to drive to Vegas to have any actual choices for coils. Ive never tried the ejuice here, I just order online even though its illegal, but a lot of places will still ship to Utah. The mod prices here are also kind of a joke... A very sad joke. If you are vaping to help quit smoking, its almost cheaper to keep smoking than to purchase items from here. Its sad that they price gouge like they do but hey, thats why Utah passed the laws that they did, so brick and morter stores can charge asinine prices for something people need to help quit smoking...its almost as if the state of Utah (and Cloud 9) would rather you keep smoking.

Went to cloud 9 today, Shaniece was very helpful and had great customer service and was able to answer all of my questions. Loved having her help.

One of the best places to buy Vapes and Vape Juices. A lot of great flavors to choose from and chances to get free juices or coils from the dice throw and Punch cards. I frequent there now to get more of my favorite juice flavors and coils. Certainly a Vape place that you can trust.

I quit smoking nearly three years ago. I started of with the little ecig you can get at walmart and I tried the BLUE ecig (WHICH I HATE) it was very hard for me not to go back to a pack of smokes because I would get so tired of them breaking. I spent way more than I would have on smokes... Then I found cloud 9! I spend way less than I would have before and they actually work. Part of the biggest frustration when switching from smokes to an ecig is the fact it doesnt feel like your inhaling anything. With the ecigs at cloud 9 you can. Also their flavors are amazing. The employees are great. Although I did have one actually break my ecig. If you get home and say your tank isnt working they will switch it out for a new one with no extra cost.
