Sam is the best. I have shown up to this location multiple times, and it’s one I always go back to. Unknowingly, I had forgotten my card and asked to pay with Apple Pay. Their card reader was down at the moment. Nevertheless, Sam gave me the product and told me to pay him back next time. The level of trust and professionalism established in this small business is unmatched. Definitely recommend!!!!!

The guys in the store were super chill and knew the answer to everything I asked them. Sam (one of the head staff members) was an amazing character and he has an amazing sense of respect or loyalty. The other workers in the store had a great vibe that truly made me feel welcomed. The inside of the store was really awesome and it made me feel like I was in my own house. If you don’t know whether you should go to the shop let me be the one to say that YES you SHOULD!!!

This place is awesome! The guys that work here are incredible and kind. They gave me a great deal on a piece and really hooked me up big time and did everything they could to help me out. I’ll definitely be back in whenever I’m in the area. You can’t go wrong here, they aren’t there to prey on tourists, they know the value of the medicine and their glass selection is excellent.

While I wish I could say that I’ve been to the location, I can’t. I’ve called numerous times to see if they are actually open with Covid and not once do they answer the phone. Also, a company that doesn’t have a proper voicemail system to call customers back doesn’t sound much at all like a legitimate operation. They might be great if you’re actually able to get inside but if you don’t care enough about prospective clients, there’s not much else to say.

Sam, Eddie, and Fadi are simply amazing. Super friendly, super informative, and very professional. This is the only vape store I come to just because of their customer service alone. Great place and great merchandise.

Poor juice selection like choose between 10 flavors. Redid their store and it looks good. New glass ware affordable pricing.Go during the workday ( 11-4 ) and the regular 2 people are there are really friendly and generate a good bit of foot traffic. Relaxed atmosphere.

I would honestly give them a 4.5 if I could, but if its between 4 or 5 stars, Sams friendly customer service puts it at a 5. The half star is because of the price discrepancy of the Vaporesso Armour Pro and GT coils I bought in the shop versus $20 give or take on online outlets. But Sam was awesome in lending me a battery to hold me over until I got home. Def the place to go if you want an honest opinion and immediate products without the wait.

They are SO nice here. Totally trustworthy and helpful! I came in with a vape Id bought elsewhere and they helped me change the coil without pressuring me to buy anything. I ended up buying juice there though because they had exactly what I needed. Ive come in twice now and both times they have been very friendly and informative!

There was an excellent selection and the service was EXCELLENT, this is a new store, so Im sure it will only get better as more inventory arrives. I spent a couple hours with Freddy, who runs the shop, and he helped explain to me the things I misunderstood about vaping, but he did it in a very friendly way that kept me at ease. I walked out with a new rig which works much better for me than the one I had gotten at a different store. Id like to recommend that everyone come here if they are interested in vaping, whether it be a beginner or someone looking for more advanced equipment. The staff are friendly, the selection is great and will only get better. The prices, also, are very reasonable, especially when compared with the other stores Ive been to around this area; the location is nice, with a natural, wooden theme. You enter the building through a door which leads up a staircase, and at the first landing, the door is on the left. Another note, there is a loyalty program, so it seems that Freddy wants to stick around and have this shop be successful. I had a great experience there today so I wanted to write this review to share with anyone else who may be curious. Verdict: shop here!

Excellent shop. Ran out of juice while on a jobsite downtown and they popped up on Google. Glad they did, full compliment of juices and had my favorite in stock. I recommend them highly. Been there twice now and both times they were very friendly helpful.

Staff is friendly and they know everything about what they sell. Prices on most juices are lower than on the manufacturers website. Its all good.The only bad thing is that they never open at 11am as advertised. You better visit them somewhere at 12pm or call before you go.

Really good guys, they’re honest and will give you their opinions on the products you’re interested in, they hold customer service as one of their core values, over just trying to sell their stuff. They are very knowledgeable and cater to military, I’ve been coming here for a at least 7 months and have never had any issues or walked out thinking I got taken advantage of.

Joel Santos, I have been coming to m st glass for 2 years and have been treated with the upmost respect . Never ever smelled cigarettes and have been a customer that for years. The guys are awesome and never asked me for a review . I bought a lot of glass from them and refered all my friends. I continue to come back. And to stay it is tingly is far from the truth.

Went by at 1PM on a Saturday and they were closed despite sign saying they open at noon. Came back a few days later I told the guy what I was looking for and he began to show me quite a few liquids. None were what I was looking for at the time. They dont offer samples and was quite rude when I said, Thank you but Im not interested in any that you showed me. His response was Dont come back. I never will. There was no one else in the store, now I know why. The walk to Capital Vape Shop is more than worth the better selection, better hours, and better customer service.

M Street Glass is absolutely fantastic! Ive been three times in less than two weeks, absolutely had to put up a review after this last trip. Im relatively new to vaping and my intent on the first visit was to window shop and get a feel for their prices and product offerings. Ive been getting a lot of advice from friends who vape, and was pretty sure that a vape shop in downtown D.C. would be expensive. Not the case at all! The prices lined up with what my friends told me to expect to pay.The shop is run by three brothers, who have been super friendly, cool, and helpful. The best thing the brother Sam did on my visit was NOT let me buy a large, full powered vape mod. I had told him I was new to the Vape World, wanted to try it out, he showed me ALL the options like I requested, but recommended and set me up with a Minifit and salt juice. After purchase we sat down at this huge wooden table thing that they have in the back of the shop and he showed me everything I needed to know about using it. I loved the experience and my little vape piece! So I went back a few days later for a battery and cbd oil, bc I wanted to try that out as well. His brother Freddie was there to help me that time. Third visit was bc I lost my Minifit :-( its conveniently small, and pleasantly powerful, but easy to lose unless youre careful. Being in Laurel, I looked up shops in that area but ultimately made the trip to D.C. bc Id just been so pleased with my previous experiences, and the overall vibe at the store. Sam had a new mini vape thing for me to try, and bc of the circumstance knocked a few bucks off the price of the new vape kit. I didnt ask, he just did it. Stand up move, man.

Your shop has to be open when it is advertised... showed up at 530pm, door had a sign on it that said be back at 500... despite my better judgement, I walked a mile home and a mile back to get there at 730pm... door was still locked with a sign saying back at 500... work ethic must be lacking here. Had a hard time not giving 1 star

Dont worry, Im all about helping people and I know a good therapist you can go to :) youre welcome; 3) I was NEVER asked to write a review and Ive witnessed people writing reviews simply because service is beyond exceptional; 4) Are you sure you werent under the influence of alcohol or other substances when you walked in because the store is far from dark. Its a vape shop, people dont smoke cigarettes there (1st red flag on your intelligence); 5) I highly doubt anyone gave you dirty looks because again customer service is beyond exceptional. oh and general info, women dont think dirty looks are creepy hence USUALLY dirty looks are more so confrontational. (2nd red flag on your intelligence); 6) They have a huge selection so Im not sure what you were looking at but I also know of an excellent optometrist I can refer you to; 7) How can you have fake glass? Whatever your on, please share! They carry glass from low, medium, to high quality. Not everyone can afford a Bentley; 8) Writing bad reviews for busineses that actually have an excellent reputation sounds like a great profession for an individual whose IQ level is below 20 so I completely understand....May God be with you.

Everyone at this shop is awesome. They are all really chill and nice. A problem with most every other vape shop/ glass shop is the snooty attitude the employees take with the customers especially if you dont know alot about vaping. Here at M street glass they take the opposite approach and its very refreshing to see. These guys deserve all the local business.

Had a lot of difficulty finding the shop, called 3 times while I walked around but it got sent to VM and then other calls wouldn’t go thru. Wanted specific papers, very small selection and over priced but had what I needed. Price of the papers I wanted changed 3 times while I tried to pay which was odd. Mostly vape products, not a smoke shop, sign says M Street Vape not glass.

I regularly stop by M Street Vape. This is my go-to vape shop, I dont go anywhere else. Some of my favorite juices are Cassadaga Cannoli Be Mine and Teleos Crunch. Ive bought about 4 or 5 different vapes from this shop and have zero regrets. Smok mods and coils and Vaporesso mods are 2 of the best. Great juice selections here and awesome glass too. Ill never go anywhere else. Fadi and his whole fam are super personable and will always take great care of you. You will leave feeling like part of the family. Great experience for my first time smoking a vape I was setup w a great kit for a good price. Great battery that holds one charge for an avid smoker for three days til I had to charge lol. I have been smoking black and milds, cigarettes(scarcely), and Al Capones for a total of 12yrs but needed a way to quit and man I am happy to say this has been an enjoyable substitute. Very good selection, honest, and friendly.

I highly recommend M St Glass for vape battery troubleshooting and maintenance, and juice purchases. I went there today out of ignorance as to the symptoms of needing a new coil. Sam and Eddie immediately diagnosed the issue, took care of supplying new ones, and even gave me a full tank of juice. While other vape shops havent lasted long in DC, its clear why M St does!

I’ve looked around the DMV and the only store I returned to regularly is M Street Glass. The time they take to explain, discuss innovations, and methodology of the glass they sell is unparalleled. They introduce product that they believe in... Their reasoning is solid for the product they sell (vape juice, glass, and mods).

Probably the nicest staff I have ever had in a vape-shop. The shop has everything you will ever need for a great vapingsession and also if they are sild out on some items they will tell you the exact time wheb they will restock it.Amazing liquid selection.If you are new or already familiar with vaping this is the place to go!!
