Lexi helps me every time I’m there without fail. Every time I’m there she recommends a great product that I’m always satisfied with. Shane, the owner of that location. Has been nothing but friendly and helpful and gets me everything i need and has left me with nothing but great recommendations. I will go out of my way to go here continuously solely based off the fact that these guys are super awesome to their customer base. The store is always super neat, and super well maintained. I have been to multiple locations and with this location, they always will get you right with what you want and need. And there is no Wild Bill’s Tobacco quite as awesome as this location. 👍

I recently visited this location and had a genuinely positive experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. Their product selection was impressive, catering to a wide range of preferences and ensuring there’s something for everyone. I look forward to returning and exploring more of their selection in the future.

I cant say enough postive things about Wild Bills! The store offers a fantastic selection of cigars. Lexi is incredibly friendly and always welcomes you with a hello when you walk in the door. She is very knowledgeable, always ready to answer my questions and provide assistance. They make you feel welcomed and valued as a customer. I would highly reccommend Wild Bills for your cigar and tabacco needs.

This Wild Bills location is hands down one of the best establishments I have personally entered. Friendly easygoing atmosphere, mixed with neatly kept displays (I’m serious, you couldn’t find a spec of dust, if you tried.) absolutely stellar employees, and great products. Lexi, the stores manager, is always going above and beyond. Strong, determined, amazing work ethic, and a wonderful, easy to talk to personality, just to name a few of her qualities. I don’t think anyone could convince her to take a day off. She loves her job, and you can tell based off the up and beyond customer service. Shane, the stores owner, is just as wonderful as Lexi. He’s professional, easy going, always giving amazing recommendations, and always going above and beyond for his customers and employees. Whenever I go in there and say something like “I don’t know what I want, maybe something fruity, and icy..?” Shane, and Lexi already have a plethora of suggestions. When people tell you at work that you’re “like a family” it usually isn’t true and there’s a lot of hidden tension. At Washington Wild Bills, not only are they truly like a family, they share the warmness with their customers as well. I always leave with a smile on my face, even if I didnt have one prior to walking in. Another top tier quality the staff here has, is remembering faces, and preferences. At this point, I can just walk in there around the time my vape dies, and they already know which vape I want, and when my vape is close to dying. I’ve truly never seen such a perfect place. This Wild Bills is one of the best smoke shops in my area. The customer service is incredible and the variety of selection they offered and help they gave me was incredible. I highly recommend them!!

I find myself returning to this store because of their amazing selection as well as their friendly and educated staff. They have been nothing but the best to me and I strongly recommend that anyone checks Wild Bill’s out if they haven’t already.

Every time I go there Lexi is the one working. She makes my experience there. Wonderful she sweet, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I wont be back! Just wanted to grab a few packs of smokes. My young kids didnt want to sit alone in the car, so I brought them in. They werent running or misbehaving in any way, but the tyrannical worker shouts from across the store, Have them stand next to you. It was rude and uncalled for. My kids could have looked at the glassware, and we would have been gone in two min. I dont patronize places that have something against children.

Anyone who goes into a wild bills knows every one is a little bit different this one is the best one I’ve been to in all of Michigan super helpful staff and super reasonable prices ask for Lexi she goes above and beyond and really knows what she’s talking about 10 out of 10

This location is AMAZING! Clean. The staff, Nicole is AWESOME! Very friendly, knows her stuff. I had questions about pen batteries and Nicole was very helpful. Also one of the best places to get incense.

Apparently, it’s their corporate policy that they are unable to discuss prices over the phone? So they couldn’t tell me how much their specific vapes were that I was looking for. I will not be shopping here.
