EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER! I have used this company for over a year now and I am extremely disappointed with my last 2 orders. I paid extra for priority shipping and it is taking over a week for delivery! I would hate to see how long it takes without paying for priority shipping. This happened the last time I ordered, but it was around the holidays so I chalked it up to that and let it go. My last order was also incorrect. They sent me 160z of the wrong strawberry concentrate but, I kept it because it took so long to get and I was out. I ordered from another vape supply company online the same day and time and paid the exact extra shipping and I received my package in 3 days. I won’t be using this company again in the future.

I order online and get my DIY flavor concentrates from this establishment! Its the ONLY place I get my flavors from!! Great customer service!! Great prices and great products!! Quick shipping!! Thanks for everything you guys do!!

There should be some type of warning in their website about this ‘temporarily closed retail’ situation! Unfortunately, I tried to use Zip three times to pay for my purchase, just to have the virtual card declined. Zip won’t help me because the payments were “captured” by DIY, and I’m having payments to the tune of over $200 being taken out of my checking account. When I call DIY (doesn’t matter which extension), all you get is a message machine and NOBODY calls back. Use the message system on their website? Same thing! I have been calling and messaging for almost a month with ZERO response. This company took my money and didn’t send product and have just stolen my money as far as I am concerned. What a horrible way to treat your loyal customers!! “Buyer” beware!!

Somehow this place got ahold of my card info and charged me. Ive never even been to Michigan. Tried calling the number and its just a robot phone tree, no humans. Beware if you get a random charge from them! Nasty thieves.

This place is probably fine if you go there in person. However, they have an online presence that I have been purchasing from for a little while now. Everything was great, until the most recent purchase didnt arrive. I have tried contacting them three different times, via three different methods (phone, email, and website contact form), over the course of three weeks, and have not even heard back from them, much less received my order.Im sad, because they had a great selection of flavors. But if this is how they attend to customer service for their online, repeat customers, I wont be patronizing them again, and wont be recommending them to any more of my friends, either.

Ordered two weeks ago, order still has not shipped. Nobody is answering their phone and emails to customer service get no reply. This place used to be great. It’s a shame to see a business fall off like this.

They were a really solid shop.... issue is: theyve been temporarily closed for over a week and a half.... no info on their social media pages, no response to email inquiry.... nothing. Hell, we werent even notified of when the last chance to be able to locall biy diy supplies in michigan would be.....Please make a post somewhere explaining whats going on.... You guys sick? Vacation? Out of business?

This place is awful. DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from them online. If your order gets screwed up they will not do anything to help. Have not responded to emails or calls over the last week. Nothing came as ordered, flavors are old. They should close up shop!

Very large array of flavor concentrates and everything I need to use. They have concentrates that other places don’t have. Excellent customer service. Not sure if I reviewed before, but someone actually called me regarding being out of part of my order. I was so happy to have customer care such as that. Professional, fast delivery, definitely don’t hesitate to order from here.

Love this place been purchasing my vape juice from only this place for 5+ years.... they have been closed for a few weeks now and it has been troublesome for me to find a replacement juice somewhere else and I cant get the juice from there website so hopefully they open back up soon!

DONT LISTEN TO THE RECENT BAD GOOGLE REVIEWSAbsolutely do NOT listen to any of the recent reviews, none of my orders with them were poor in any way shape or form. Now because of the bad Google reviews I was skeptical to purchase from these guys online and even had a deal with my bank for a forced refund, however when my order came in, it was perfect. No issues and I even got in contact with their 2003 extension on the phone, over the month they had laws in place that were restricting them from a lot of things.

FIND ANOTHER SUPPLIER! These guys were, and I emphasize were, the best. They will take your order, and your money, but thats where it ends. They will not ship your product. They will not respond to emails. They will not answer the phone. I have been a customer for years but as a webstore all they do is ship product. If they are not doing that, what are they doing? They are certainly not communicating with customers.

They really put the extra effort in your orders every flavoring I have purchased from them are really great. Customer service is excellent cant say enough I think I ordered 3x times from them. I will continue my patronage to diyvaporsupply

I had great customer service here. With every kit you buy, you get a free 30ml bottle of juice as well. They have an extensive list of flavors to choose from. I will absolutely keep going here. Friendly, knowledgeable staff as well.Im more than happy to support a small business like this.

These guys always take care of me when I come in. Answer all questions I may have and solve any issues I have without question. Most places do not investigate into issues, they find the issue look at what is happening and solve it. No doubt a well built good small business.They also provide Military, Fire, EMT, and Police discounts.

Been ordering here for years, how do you order something that you have been ordering for years thats not available online?

Im in a wheelchair, and on my first time going in, I got amazing discounts, I was treated fantastically, and I am making this my new vape store. Handicapped accessible, and friendly staff! LOVE IT!

I put in an order at 4am(I have an infant) and shortly after decided to check out the diy calculator. This was my first time deciding to make my own juice and I like my nicotine level at 3mg, so I ordered nicotine at 3mg vg. Well while playing with the calculator I realized that in order to make a batch of ejuice I would pretty much have to use my whole bottle of nicotine in order to have 3mg nicotine in the batch. I frantically sent an email telling them of my dum dum moment and put in the back of my mind thatd Id call them first thing in the morning. I woke up at about 9:30am with an email saying they received my order and it would ship out soon, probably an automated type message thats sent when they open your order. So, I went ahead and called them and I told the gentleman that answered my predicament. He not only changed my order but changed it for free and advised me that pg nicotine is better than vg nicotine and what mg I should get, I knew I didnt want 100 so he told me I should get 48 he also said thats a common mistake most first time diyers make. A few hours later I received an email that my order was shipped. Its amazing how quick they were in receiving and shipping my order. I was still a little worried that maybe he didnt catch it in time and maybe my original order was shipped but was relieved when I received another email about 30mins later by the employee I spoke with reassuring me that he indeed was able to catch my order and change it before it was shipped. I thought that was very nice that he would consider I might be worried about him possibly not catching my order before shipping. This company is very helpful, fast, and thoughtful and I will never go to another company for my diy needs! Thanks Rob!

Nice selection of vape juices available for pretty good prices. I got a discount when I went for my first time so that was really nice! Plus, the employees are helpful when you go in too. I’ll be stopping here again for sure!

This place is the best. The staff are incredibly helpful and they have a great selection of stuff. As far as I know its the only store near me to get stuff for making your own liquid, but its the only place I need.

The knowledgeable staff has always been super helpful with whatever question Ive had about what to purchase as far as equipment and juice flavors. Also their flavor collection is vast and super interesting. This is pretty much the only place I go to for all of my vaping needs!

Despite the outer building appearances, the inside is professionally decorated and the staff is very pleasant. They have a small area inside for lounging, with comfortable seating, arcade games, and a window to watch passing cars.

This place is phenominal they are to the point & very helpful... They didnt pressure or try to upsale at anytime... I love the device they recommended for my style of vaping and i couldnt be happier... Their custom e-juice blends are delicious and very comparable in price! I visit a lot of vape shops in my local area and this one is much like the others. This vape shop has extremely great juice with extremely great prices though. If youre looking for a good discount on juice go here. They also have flavor concentrates and other supplies for making your own juice. I really enjoy purchasing my juice from this place a lot. Other supplies such as tanks and mods are on par with other vape shops as far as prices and selection. Staff is awesome and friendly. Great people in there.

Awesome guys up their learnd a lot was talk to how to build my coils how to run my setup.And i got to do it and he check out if i was doing it properly. I am a truck driver so i het to see a lot of vape shops around the country and try so many juices never could get the one i wanted. But now i have best juices and price i have seen. And i been to over 70 to 80 shops around the country wish i could give them a 10 out 10.

They are very knowledgeable on the subject matter of do it yourself vaping. Very friendly and professional. Parking may be a challenge. I suggest pulling into the drive to the south of the building and parking there. Not sure if its their parking lot. But close enough.

Great selection of in-house e-liquids. The staff seems to be very knowledgeable in the hobby as well. Try their home grown flavor, Boop! Its my favorite.
