Omgosh, I cant believe how amazing I feel. I had an hour massage booked with Jesse. She asked what area she should concentrate on, if any, and she nailed it. Not stopping there, she continued to relax the rest of me. A few times she asked me if the pressure was good and it was perfect. I highly recommend Jesse and Ill try to request her next time.Thank you Jesse!

My husband treated me to a spa day at Healing Elements a couple days ago. I went in not knowing what to expect and found myself having a great experience. Amber did my hair and was absolutely wonderful!! She listened to my ideas and made them come to life. Amber did a fantastic job and I loved chatting with her throughout the whole process. Shes easy to talk to and a great listener, plus just fun to banter with. After that was done, Sydney came to get me so my hands and feet could get some much needed pampering. Sydney did a phenomenal job. My hands and feet feel so much healthier, even two days later! She also painted my nails, which still look pretty good yet! We had a blast chatting about Wicked, which we coincidentally saw on the same day, as well as life, our work, and more. Sydney was great to chat with. The ladies at the front were wonderful as well, so helpful and sweet. I am loving the lotion they blended just for me, smells great and works really well on my dry skin. Thank you to the Healing Elements staff for making me feel beautiful, seen, and cared for. Ill be coming back!

Today I went for my 1st professional massage. I am 13 weeks pregnant and I have been experiencing pain, discomfort and pregnancy blues. I had a wonderful, relaxing and peaceful experience. Samantha listened to my needs and did amazing! I booked my husband’s birthday spa day and I will be back for nails/feet. Ladies at the front desk were professional and kind. Ty!

Not one to normally write reviews, but I think I need to share my experience with my hair.Originally went for a haircut to fix a bad one I received. I left feeling amazing, loving how she fixed my haircut. Went a second time, requested the same girl. She failed to do as I asked, but it was fine. I went a third time for a haircut, and this is where it got bad.I got a different girl this time around. I showed her my reference photo, best summed up as a bob cut with some layering, something that was perfectly possible since I had thick hair and it was down to my shoulder blades at the time. I showed it to her twice, she went over all the details in the photo and everything she recited to me described the haircut I showed her.I left with a pixie cut I did not ask for.Edit: Forgot to add previously, but here are the photos.

Today was my first time visiting healing elements, and I had a pedicure by Amanda. She was very friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable. I definitely plan to return.

I believe one star is too high for this place.We booked our daughter for curls and braids for prom. We have had the same service here in the past. When I booked they informed us that the last stylist isn’t in on the day we needed this service. Ok fine they recommend a Heidi so we booked with Heidi. Come to the day of the appointment we get an Erica young inexperienced stylist who informed my daughter that her hair isn’t able to be braided (keep in mind my daughter gets her hair braided for every sporting event she is in) Erica tries to do the style but fails miserably. Erica then proceeds to say you are out of time and this is the best she can do. We contact management and they run around in circles repeating the same lame line. When a customer calls in and states what they want done book the appointment correctly don’t come back later and say that’s an updo and not a style!This was the last time my family will be at this place.Do yourself a favor and go any where else but here!!!! Unless you want to pay for bad service and cry after.Wow amazing response from the owner. I guess this shows everyone the owner doesn’t care about customer service. They must hire their staff from the cost cutters left overs because this is what you will get. Save your money don’t give this place business as the owner is rude and doesn’t understand what customer satisfaction is at all!. I should have takes a picture of my daughter hair 2 hours later to show the “Amazing style” as the owner stated. Wow. The curls fell out and the braid looked like a toddler did it. We had to fix what Healing elements stylist couldn’t do! Simply amazing

Without question, the best massage experience I have ever had!The facilities are immaculately clean and maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxed.The massage was great, she listened and offered suggestions on my problem areas while giving additional attention to them.The locker room includes nice showers, a selection of toiletries, and a sauna which they encouraged me to take advantage of.And the waiting/post-massage relaxation room is sublime! Soft lights and decor, plenty of comfy seating, and a selection of drinks & light snacks.After the massage she offered to bring me water or juice and snacks after wrapping me in a warmed blanket, and told me to take as much time as I desired relaxing there.I never felt hurried, and the whole staff was friendly and patient with me when I had questions.I have found my spot, and will be returning!

First time here, I got a reflexology massage from Leola. It was amazing. One of the best massages I ever had. I also did a half hour float, which was very relaxing. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back.

I had the Essentials 1-hour Facial on 7/16/24.I always book facials that include extractions, as I have oily skin. I have had this type of facial before at Healing Elements and other places. The Esthetician on 7/16 did not do the extractions; time was passing and I was giving the benefit of the doubt that extractions would be done…I have never been told I don’t need extractions done and I never had to question it.When the Esthetician told me the service was done, I asked her about the extractions. She was talking out of both sides of her mouth…she said I had some that could be done, but she’ll just leave it , but yet, I’m all good…what does that mean? This part was glossed over completely and it would have been nice to know during the service/upfront that I would not be getting extractions done. It came across as though she just didn’t want to do it.I did indicate this to the girl that checked me out, as well. She said she would check into it.Your service noted below on the website indicates extractions. I still paid the $85 for the service, but didn’t get the full service.Essentials Customized Facial 1 Hour: $85Cleanse, tone, exfoliate, extractions, mask, massage, moisturizeI feel jipped.

I got the Elements Package with Isabelle, Carrie, and Kylie. It was beyond amazing. Right when I left I messaged all my close friends to book ASAP! I cannot wait to go back.

Love this place!! Ive had several massages here and enjoyed my second facial with Kylie on 4/1/24. Ive never had a bad experience. Friendly, helpful staff, great products, relaxing setting.

Corie, the massage therapist, was amazing! I dont remember who I had for my facial, but she didnt explain what she was putting on my face or why. Probably wont get a facial here again. Massage I would recommend

This spa was recommended to me by a friend who uses their services. I tried to call 4 times yesterday to schedule an appointment and the phone was never answered. I tried to call at 9am, 11am, 2pm and 4pm; all during their open hours. I also attempted to leave a voicemail but there was no beep or indication that the voicemail was actually working. I also sent a message request through their website and also received no reply.Pretty sad that a new client can attempt to reach out to schedule an appointment 5 different times during their open hours and is completely ignored. Definitely won’t be using or recommending their services in the future.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Was gifted $400+ gift card in fall 2021. Seeing other reviews of them not wearing masks during the pandemic and just having a new baby I wasn’t comfortable going in then. When it did come time that I was comfortable going I called to book a spa day and checked my gift card balance that was $0. That’s right ZERO dollars! Not that it was spent but that it completely depreciated more then $400 in that time! Not only was the staff rude. They couldn’t even offer a simple manicure. It was a to bad so sad situation from them. After talking to people and friends that have gone there I’ve heard nothing but horrible things. Fungus infections. Botched hair. Massages that were like a child did it.JUST BEWARE OF SPENDING ANY MONEY HERE, ESPECIALLY A GIFT CARD!!!!Edited:Anyone with this similar experience please feel free to message me. Please know I am in no way in the wrong and everything I have said is factual to what I can remember and prove. I may have called 3 times. Must be very fine details she’s trying to say I’m lying about…it’s that petty. I have no intention on changing this despite them trying to intimidate me.

My husband and I recently enjoyed a 30 minute couples massage and pedicures. The staff was fantastic, the facility was super clean and relaxing, and the prices were beyond reasonable. Looking forward to future spa days!

First, let me say the new building is absolutely beautiful! I have always loved HE but now I love it even more. My deep tissue massage (my usual) was excellent as normal. Amanda really got into the knots on my back. I also treated myself to a pedicure today which was also very relaxing. Huge selection of polish colors too. HE also piles on tons of complimentary perks with their services. The employees are always offering a beverage, every spa service gets a complimentary paraffin hand dip after and now the new locker rooms also have a sauna. I didnt account for enough time to use it today, but will plan ahead for next time. The new buildings bigger locker rooms also have more showers and changing rooms, so if you need to jet off someplace after your service, you can wash up right there. Last, I will say I think the prices are reasonable and comparable to other quality day spas in the area. I have been a HE fan for years, but if you havent been, do yourself a favor and check out their new place!

I came in for my first experience with them yesterday for a haircut. It was wonderful. They were accommodating this one time with my memory issues & writing the wrong time down for my cut. I apologized profusely & my stylist Heidi was WONDERFUL.I highly recommend her. I am very carefree with my hair, but she asked a lot of questions that most other stylists dont ask me when I say do whatever you think. She wanted to make sure face framing lengths were to my liking etc.The entire place was gorgeous & peaceful! I booked my next appt. right away :)

So far my third time at Healing Elements for a massage!! I had a gift card to use and booked an appointment which they were booked until November which was fine by me since I know they are so popular! 1 week later I got a phone call saying they had a cancellation and I could get in right away which was amazing. I had Jenny who did my massage and she did such an amazing job!! She focused on areas I needed and made me feel very comfortable, I definitely want to request her for the future, but all 3 massage therapists I’ve had did a great job. healing elements is amazing if you are looking to relax :)

This is the Worst Spa Ive Ever been to. Some of Their hairdressers dont know how to properly do a Over all color to cover up Gray hair with Highlights..Ive had this done at several Spas. Never was my hair Damaged. The Owner/ Managers Dont stand by the customer. They Over charged me. They even have video of it. I will Never go back to Healing Elements...

I just went here for my facial products and a candle. I have gotten services here in the past. Rhonda is the best for facials. She is super friendly and knowledgeable about skin care. Friendly staff. Great skin care products. Services can be a bit pricey.

Been going to HE for awhile now for hair & massage as well as pedicures. Staff is wonderful, atmosphere very relaxing. Great asset to our area.

Federal law: Expiration dates – must be at least FIVE YEARS from the date of purchase on most cards. Cards given as a reward or as part of a promotion for making a purchase can expire in one year. The expiration date must be clearly disclosed on the card.I received a gift card Christmas of 2021 for $150. I have been trying to get an appointment over the last year, but they schedule so far out, that I was not able to make an appointment that I could keep. Unfortunately I can’t make getting a massage the number one priority in my life, as much as I wish that was true. So scheduling so far out is inconvenient and other commitments pop up that are priority. So I finally got in and they would not honor my gift certificate. My husband usually buys a few each year for me, and I have bought some for others, but all that will stop and I’ll find somewhere else to spend my money. They are taking in thousands of dollars in gift card purchases , that people aren’t able to use. I find this unethical and poor business practice. It’s easy to see how they survived the pandemic, living off unused gift cards. Most businesses will make exceptions to keep a customer. They all ready have the money, so it’s not coming out of their pocket. Seems like a cheap way to retain customers by letting their customers use their gift cards. Will find somewhere else.

My first time was beautiful, the massage was 100 points. Right after I scheduled a tint and lift eyelash appointment. The lady how did it was very polite and nice, i don’t think she didn’t nothing wrong. But not even a week after my eyelashes were like before, and I really took care of them. But not even a week after my eyelashes are the same. I want to believe that maybe are the way my eyelashes are, anyways is a bit disappointed.

This is my favorite spa! I drive close to 45minutes but it is so worth it. They give the best facials and massages and Ive never been disappointed with any service or staff member.

Just had the Element package. It was amazing. The Seasons of Elements was a new service for me, Rylee was great, so professional. I was nervous about it, and she made it comfortable and relaxing. Everyone their is very professional. Thanks for making my bday a relaxing one!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND OUTRAGED!!!My services with Jenny, Amanda, and Sydney were fine. I received a gift card shortly prior to Covid. I had a massage scheduled for the end of March 2020, which was canceled due to the pandemic. For personal reasons I was not able to make it in for a service until yesterday. I was really looking forward to this experience after the holidays. After enjoying the facilities and finally achieving a moment of respite, it was IMMEDIATELY stripped away when I went to check out and was told my gift card had NO value. The only reason I booked the services I did was based on the fact that I had a $90 gift. The manager was not helpful and just kept saying “There’s nothing we can do.” As a fellow service provider in the industry for 20 years, this is completely asinine. There is always something you can do to ensure a guest leaves happy and satisfied with their experience.I tried to maintain my composure to respect the fact that there were other guests in the space. However, given their response to this matter, I became infuriated. This establishment’s approach to customer service is beyond poor. They are downright stealing money from guests without even considering any special circumstances that may have led to them delaying scheduling a service.Throughout my experience I was planning on making future reservations as a return guest. However after this debacle, I will NOT be returning and will make sure to spread the word to encourage people to look elsewhere for their spa needs.

Do not buy a gift card from this business! I received a gift card shortly prior to Covid and another in fall 2020. I had a massage scheduled for April 2020, which was canceled due to the pandemic. Even though businesses were only shut down for a few months for health reasons and due to having a baby at home I was not comfortable being a small room with a stranger. I made multiple attempts to get in since, but even requesting the next available massage appointment they are booked out 3 months in advance and do not go beyond 4. With a toddler and now a newborn it is hard to find childcare months out and impossible to be on a cancellation list where you get 1 hour notice. They are so booked not because they are a popular place it’s more that nobody wants to work there. I did point out the gift card expiration dates each time I called and they said sorry it is no good after the expiration date, that is our policy. They said nothing about the decrease in value. I went in today (for an appointment I made in March btw) and explained my situation but the manager had no compassion. What a deal for them - $150 for an envelope and piece of plastic! Federal law states after 1 year of inactivity fees can be charged but they must be stated on the card or the packaging. Nowhere on either does it say 10% per month would be charged. The envelope and brochure simply state after 1 year “gift card will start to decrease in value.” The cashier didn’t give me the expired gift cards back either. I will be contacting the FTC. If the business can’t accommodate the customer so they can use their gift card they shouldn’t put expiration dates on them, or charge $1/month like 99% of other places. While I could have used it on overpriced products or stank candles that is not the intention of the gift. HE has lost a multiple customers due to this issue.

Great spa! I come here regularly for massages and have never had a bad experience. I don’t request anyone specific and have enjoyed everyone I had. It is clean and a pretty atmosphere. I love that you get a robe and get to sit in the relaxation room prior to your service for a little bit. Highly recommend!

Amazing all around service! Crystal, was more than helpful from packages, to the coffee machine lol, to her hospitality. Will definitely return!

I think the facial by Sydney was by far my favorite one ever. It was relaxing, replenished my skin and she made me feel good about what I was already doing with my skin. She was so knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely go back.I had to take one star aww bc it is SO HARD to schedule time for the massage I got first. Its near impossible to not have to plan ahead 2-3 months in advance. My work schedule, isnt posted that soon in advance. It wouldnt be horrible except the gift cards expire.

Came with my niece to get facials and we both had a wonderful experience. I had Ronda and she was very knowledgeable! I loved my facial with her. I’ll be back to see her!

Booked a massage for my husband as a treat. I was able to get him in for a 90 min massage in just a week and was pay ahead of time. Have done this before & will do again!

Went here for a pregnancy massage and a pedicure. Great experience. Very clean, modern, friendly, and relaxing!My massage was amazing, as the massage table had a hole for my 22 week pregnant belly. The pedicure was very professional and felt so good. I would recommend them to anyone. Price was fair for the services. Thank you Healing Elements.

Loved my experience and calming atmosphere! I could have done without my chatty massage therapist and heating pad that broke open spilling sand all over, but still had a wonderful time.

I get all of my massages here. Absolutely love this place. They locker room is always clean and perfect. The area you wait in for your massage therapist to come get you is something that really draws me to come back. It’s so relaxing and peaceful. The massage therapists are always thorough and professional. I truly love my experiences at healing elements!

I finally found my favorite place for a pedicure!! I knew when it took two weeks to get an appointment for my mom and myself, I figured it was either short staffed or busy!! It was a perfectly relaxing experience and on time. I absolutely appreciated how nice and attentive they were to my 89 year old mother. The pedicure products were high quality and the staff was excellent. I will be back!! Making my next appointment on my way out the door!

I enjoyed my experience at Healing Elements. I had a wonderful, relaxing hydro facial with Stephanie. She was very professional and passionate about her work. She used organic products and ensured I was comfortable throughout the treatment. This was truly one of the best facials I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Stephanie!

I have had three massages here in the past 2 years. Each massage was a different type but all of them where absolutely amazing!! I would highly recommend. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I alway recently started getting f my brows waves as well and again great job!!I will definitely be going back soon. 👍👍

If i could give zero stars i would. WORST management i’ve ever seen, and that goes for any type of business. incredible rude and inconsiderate. they will try to scam you and upcharge anyway they can! DO NOT GO HERE.

I had a massage and invigorating scalp massage. Leola did a wonderful job with both services. I liked that she did the scalp massage half way through the massage. The pressure was perfect and I also liked that she took time to work out the tight spots in my back and neck.

I have had Amanda a few times for massages and she is highly recommended by me! I had Sydney for my pedicure and I will definitely ask for her again.

Always very clean. Massage and facial were great. It was so nice to hear that the employees love working there! Although, the rooms were all quite cold so it was hard to relax when all you have on is a robe. Next time I might keep my socks on!

I got a lash lift and tint done. My eyelids burn so they suggested that I buy caster oil on top of paying for my appointment. The specialist was not in so they had a different employee complete the service. Even though it does not look like I got a lash lift or tint, they would not refund for the service or issue a gift card. It looks as if someone smeared eyeliner on my eyelid. The manager was rude and unwilling to compensate me for the unsatisfactory service. I should have looked at the other poor reviews and owners response and known better.Reply: Yes it was my daughter who got the service not sure how that makes a difference. Somehow a conventional curler can get them to look better than the service you provided, in addition if her lashes were to short she should have been told ahead of time instead of swindled. Also, you were condescending and suggested fake eyelashes. She was NEVER told to not get them wet even after telling the stylist she had never received this treatment. If the paperwork before the appointment noted something like that it would have been a good idea to remind the client of such an important piece of information.

I love this place! Anne Marie is an amazing massage therapist. The place is always spotless. I love relaxing before the massage under their amazing fiber optic star ceiling. The only bummer is that they took away the Paraffin wax from being included in the massage. It was always a nice touch.

Great experience with all the ladies working at HE. Super friendly and helpful front desk staff. My husband did the Float and we both got pedicures. I made additional appointments with Stephanie, she is a complete gem! Looking forward to making HE my go-to spa.

This salon is beautiful but I will not go back after they cut the value of my gift certificate by 50%. I received a giftcard Christmas 2020, and when I went there in 2021 to use it, they took 50% off the value. I wanted to support local businesses, especially during covid, but I wasnt comfortable being in a small closed room with a masseuse right when they opened. Not right to not honor your gift certificates.

I had my hair done by Brenda, she was very friendly and personable and really took the time to make sure you got what you were looking for. I havent had my hair done in years, so I was a bit nervous about it, but my hair turned out almost exactly as I had pictured it! The atmosphere is also very calm and relaxing, just what I needed before my wedding!

My daughter and I visit the spa regularly for mani/pedi’s and facial services. We also love relaxing in the sauna. The staff members are welcoming and the service provided is excellent. Would highly recommend. However, be prepared for a wait for some services. The massage services book out weeks ahead, but are so worth the wait.

I had the WORST experience at healing elements day spa that I have ever had !!! I do not recommend to anyone!first front staff not wearing masks despite signs all over to be wearing masks. Receptionist not wearing mask enters my 6 ft safe distance, I did not see anyone cleaning / sanitizing common areas in relaxation room, or changing room. When I scheduled my appointment I specifically stated I did not want a particular massage therapist. That is the person who called for me to take me back for my massage. I stopped, Explained that I did not want her for my massage. (I did not enjoy my last experience with her and I was there to relax.) My sister changed therapists with me which was kind but she did not like her experience with her last time either. When I spoke to the manager who came out without a mask !!! she was not apologetic at all! she has absolutely no customer service skills. after they had wasted my time due to their mistake and I wanted to make sure I got my full 60 minute massage the manager just stopped and said they were not going to provide me with any services!This is fine because at that point it would have been a waste of my money they had me so disgusted and I would fear getting sick in their establishment as they were not following the same rules they ask of customers. I saw so many staff not wearing masks in the halls, and when checking in. Absolutely unacceptable.

Tonight me and my boyfriend went for our first ever massage! We got a hour massage. We were both a little nervous due to being new to getting massages. Our two massage therapist made us feel comfortable and made us less anxious! Our massages were very relaxing and we both were comfortable the whole time! both did amazing jobs! Definitely will be back soon!! Love healing elements!

Love this spa! Have had many service but my best compliment would be that I have been able to finally get massages without getting sick afterwards. They have someone who specializes in migraines and I am forever grateful for her. It would be great if they added cold and warm pools to enjoy but this place really is 5 star!

I’ve received massage, facial, pedicure, and wax services from Healing Elements in the past couple years and I’ve never been disappointed. Facilities are clean and rejuvenating. Staff is great, service is high quality, and I always look forward to returning. Highly recommend the organic hydrafacial!

Have been here once for a massage and have purchased multiple gift cards for family members and was very satisfied with the services. I booked a haircut and was asked for a credit card number to hold the appointment as the girl on the phone stated. Little did I know if u needed to cancel OR reschedule you would be charged the full price of a haircut. Very unfortunate as I woke up with some sort of stomach bug and wanted to reschedule my appointment. I was told I could do that but would still be charged the 30.00 for the open appointment from today. That left a poor taste in my mouth and will not be returning for services or gift cards.Update: I received a phone call stating I would not be charged for the visit. I was very appreciative of their call and apology for the misinformation. Great customer service follow up!

I had the best experience at healing elements the other day. I received a gift card and wanted to try something new so I decided to try the lash lift and tint. The esthetician Sammie was absolutely amazing and made this first experience like no other. She was so incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel like we’ve been friends for years while still keeping it very professional. The passion that Sammie showed for the work she does is beautiful. I’ve already recommended Sammie to several friends. I can’t wait to book my next appointment with her! :)

I went to the new location and it is so beautiful! The staff is as great as ever and I had a prenatal massage done by Julie and she was wonderful! I already have another appointment scheduled!I know lots dont like the gift card policy, just call or go in and apply the gift card to your account. No exp worry that way!

Went to Healing Elements for years. Missed one appointment in all that time. I accidentally misunderstood that responding to their email appointment reminder is not accepted. So when I didnt show they charged me the full amount of my missed appointment. Now, to ever get another appointment there Ill have to pay $90 on top of whatever I schedule. I dont mind paying some % for a late fee, but thats insane. Clearly they dont care about customers (even ones that have come for years).

I had a one hour massage with Connelly last week. Oh my goodness was she lovely!!! She was so sweet, cheerful and accommodating. She knew I had some concerns and she made sure all were addressed.The massage itself was perfect. Pressure was spot on...not too hard, not too soft. I have plantar fasciitis and she asked if she could work extra on my calf and foot to which of course I said yes. She also taught me some stretches afterwards and explained how the leg, foot is all intertwined. VERY informative. Info Ive never heard before in regards to plantar fasciitis.I also felt the conversation was perfect. Some talk too much to the point where the massage is no longer relaxing. She had the perfect balance.Ill for sure be back and booking with her!!

Ive come before for massages but today I was thrilled with the service from Julia! She was so wonderful! I work a full time high stress desk job so I carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. She worked some magic and I feel so much better! Best birthday present to myself EVER🥰

Nice facility. Booked months out.Use your gift cards, or youll lose them. Lady running this place isnt in business to make you happy, shes all about the $. Employees seem micro managed and are occasionally scolded in front of clients. Odd vibe to the place.

I love this place. My deep tissue massages I had here were amazing. It has a nice relaxing vibe and the ladies that work there are really nice and make you feel welcome. I also had a pedi there too that came with a delicious Strawberry drink. Would recommend this day spa to anyone that wants pampering. 😁🥰

Its always a great day when you have an appointment for pampering scheduled! The staff is all so friendly and welcoming. I have received numerous massages that have helped ease the tension in my body. They are very accommodating during each visit to focus on the areas that need the most attention. I always loved saying I have never been a girly girl. However, I decided to go in for a face/brow waxing & then made another appointment for a hydra facial with high frequency add on. Wow! Wow! Wow! I may be addicted now!Melissa was phenomenal. She is such a beautiful person with an energy that makes the whole experience even better. My husband had bought me a gift certificate, and I used $70 of it at first. I called earlier this year to make another appointment, could not get in for 2-3 months, and when I went to use the remaining $30 they wouldn’t let me use it saying it expired. Will not go back.

Came here for the first time for a haircut and will definitely be back! Everyone is friendly and the atmosphere is great. Very happy with my new look. I appreciate the ability to get my hair cut where the stylist can actually see my face!!

At first it doesnt look like much however as you enter you get a sense of calming. The open lobby with fresh sents that surround you and the inviting atmosphere draws you in. I checked in then walked to the locker room to change where a variety of items and amenities were available. The next step was into a room with dim lights and calming music while star lights twinkled above my head. As I drifted from reality I was called in for my massage. The low lights, calming scents followed into the room and lost track of time. When it was done I felt relaxed and in a different state of mind. Over all an amazing experience and would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Ive came here for a haircut, massage, and facial and felt like royalty after each treatment. The employees here are fabulous and Ill definitely be back in the future.

I received a gift card for my birthday. I used it on a couples massage. The building is stunningly beautiful and extremely clean. The massage therapists did a great job and our whole experience was super relaxing. The staff are friendly and helpful and explain how everything works. We are definitely interested in returning for another massage.

I have never had a problem with gift cards before, until I went to Healing Elements day spa! My boss had given me a $200 gift card for working with him for 20 years. I took my daughter to get a pedicure with me, which was good. I went to pay my bill and they told me there was nothing left on my card! I had never used my gift card before. The lady that I was checking out with went and got the owner, they told me it was policy to take 10% off a month after a year. The owner completely disregarded my gift certificate and told me the best they could do is take 10% my total bill. The policy is written on the packaging which was thrown away shortly after I received the card. I will NEVER be back and I will tell everybody that this place steals money off of gift cards if they are forgotten about. I have never been so mad!

Never got a massage before and I was nervous going not knowing what I should expect. The staff was really kind and helpful! The massage was great and the atmosphere super relaxing! I was surprised how much more there was than just: go in get your massage and leave. You may not be able to go there often but when you do you wont regret it!

Just moved to the area and tried Healing Elements for my wedding manicure. Got the UV treatment and my nails are beautiful! Ashley was great and the receptionists were so friendly and enthusiastic. Will have to come back for a massage sometime.

Ive been here numerous times and it will always be my go-to. I live in the Fond du Lac area, so it is a bit of a drive for me to come over here, but it is worth it. Ive since purchased numerous gift cards for my boyfriends mom, my parents, and my boyfriend all for massages. Theyve all left pleased, and my boyfriends mom is now becoming a regular!I just had a massage last night and it was my first one at 90 minutes, and Ill never go back to 60 minutes! Id recommend Julia!Customer service has always been exceptional!

Kerri was my massus. It was my first massage ever and I had a wonderful experience. She was very professional. I will definitely be going back to her in the future! Make sure to plan in advance as they are booked out pretty far!

Have always had great services at HE in the past. I was just there for a massage and pedicure. Massage was wonderful but the woman doing the pedicure was not the greatest, probably newer and inexperienced. She took way too long to paint my nails and my polish chipped the next day. Will definitely go there for massage but will skip the nail services.

RIP OFF! Due to COVID and having family members at risk, I was not able to utilize a gift card that I received as a gift. As a hard-working mom of 4 that deserves a spa day---but not at the expense of my familys health. I have gift cards that have expired during that time and Healing Elements will not honor any of them. They also wasted weeks of our time getting back to us if they would honor them or not. Very distasteful and disappointing. I was looking forward to finding a new day spa for myself, family and friends. Be wary if you purchase gift cards and be sure you do not let them lapse for any reason.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Healing Elements. Ive used them for a variety of services from massages (prenatal and relaxation) to hair cut and color to waxing. Ive enjoyed each one of my times at the spa and recommend to my friends in the area. The staff is very professional and courteous and are willing to accommodate special requests and last minute appointments.

I attend Healing Elements Day Spa a couple times a month and LOVE IT!! From the minute I schedule my appt (sign up for text reminder, you will love that), Im greeted with a smile and attitude that they do really want to help me, to my wonderful service (whether its my hair, facial, nails, massage - all favorites), the service person will treat me so well and the service is exactly what I expect. The attendance girls are wonderful with checking me out and rescheduling another service. There is a lot of specials that I find I can use too. There is a lot of great products on the shelves to buy for gifts. Plus they are a big supporter of the community. I value that in a business! Thanks to everyone at HE. I enjoy your spa services and will continue too. You make me happy :)

I went there with my mother for her mothers day gift few months ago. I really love, LOVE that place! It is so nature while hear the white noise. I feel like relaxing and calming. Massage?? BEST!! The woman is very friendly and massage very easily and smooth. Love the free tea!! You should go there. You will LOVE it!! Trust ME!!

My daughter had to reschedule her appointment for her massage to a later date due to unforeseen family problems. She received an email telling her that the dates she had requested were filled and then told her that at that time they were 3 weeks out from the date of her original appointment. Today she called them back to see if anything changed with the available dates and was told they were charging her account because she didnt reschedule early enough, but because they filled her appointment time, they wouldnt charge her the full amount. My daughter replied that she called early enough and also tried to reschedule but hey had no dates available and she would like to talk to management, the receptionist came back a minute later and said that she talked to her manager their policy was firm. My daughter called her bank 15 minutes later and found they had already sent a charge thru for the full amount of the massage anyway. Very unprincipled and fraudulent business. She had canceled over 2 weeks ago and they still charged her for a massage because she didnt reschedule soon enough. She even has a email of their response to her notifying them. The $165 is being fought and the BBB is being notified. My whole family has used their services in the past with Christmas gift cards and enjoyed their services, but that was under another management. Buyer beware I guess. Too bad.Just an update 3/5/18: as you can see by the response this business made, they admit to trying to reschedule her appointment after my daughter told them she couldnt make the date she originally set up the appointment for. The receptionist did confirm that they had already filled her original appointment date and like they said We had a very long waiting list of people who wanted to get in. Still they debited her account for a full message and facial after the receptionist confirmed they had already filled her appointment. They told the BBB today that they had tried to contact my daughter to work this out but what happened today with them was they called and notified my daughter that their decision was final and they will still charge her the full amount because she should have said she was canceling instead of asking to reschedule her appointment. Do not trust these people, unfortunately their word isnt as important to them as it is to us. Just a warning: DONT give them your credit card number in advance, that is what they require to make an appointment at this classy establishment. Trust is hard to get back once it is broken, ..... it is a shame because my daughter did like this place and she was a repeat customer until now.Update 3/6/18: This morning my daughter got a call from Nicolette and things did get confusing until she got involved. She explained that the representative that had called my daughter yesterday, did not express her desire to correct this matter by refunding the amount that was debited from her account. She told my daughter that she was refunding her money and apologized many times during their conversation. Thank you Nicolette.

Melissa gave me a WONDERFUL facial. She was kind and so professional. I will ask for her again. I then followed up with a 1/2 hour massage with Joanne. Even though she asked where my problem area was she didnt work on it until the last 2 minutes when I asked her to. I told her before we started it was my left neck/shoulder and that yesterday I had a migraine from the tension. I left there with the same knot if my neck/shoulder as I had when I came in. Im so disappointed because I was really hoping for some relief. Next time I go Ill request a different massage therapist.

I had a massage scheduled for over a month at this spa. Today I received a phone call asking if I could reschedule the massage, appointment is 2 days away. They offered to reschedule my appointment during a time slot that would not work with my schedule due to me being out of town. The customer service representative stated, no problem, they would be able to get another service provider to fill the appointment at the originally scheduled timeslot. I then received another phone call 15 minutes later stating they could no longer honor my original appointment and that the ONLY other opening they would have would be for a timeslot 24 hours away, due to them being extremely short-staffed and having employees quit recently without any notice (yes, the customer service rep filled me in on all the company drama). I politely asked if they could offer me a discount or a free add-on for the inconvenience with having to reschedule this appointment on such short notice, since I would now need to coordinate this new appointment with my work schedule and childcare provider. The customer service rep transferred me to a manager named Breanne who spoke over me the entire time, continued to go on and on about how their company is dealing with employees quitting and giving no notice, and how they could do nothing for me with regards to the inconvenience of not being able to keep my massage appointment. I decided to cancel the massage appointment after dealing with the appalling customer service I received from Breanne. Ive had positive experiences at this spa in the past, but I was truly disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of accommodations I was provided and will have a hard time considering booking with this spa again. ***As a response to the reply below, I didnt request 50% off the service. I requested a 5-10% discount for the inconvenience of only having the option to reschedule to a timeslot within 24 hours of the call I received. Again as I stated earlier I was only given 2 timeslots (one which did not work with my schedule and one which was within 24 hours). I had already waited over a month for this appointment and did not want to schedule another appointment another month out, so I did ultimately cancel the appointment and book elsewhere.

Lovely atmosphere, my massage was wonderful. They have a locker room with a sauna and showers! Would definitely recommend.

This place is great! I understand the frustration with the gift card policy, however, the policy is mentioned on the back of the gift card not once but twice. Its just a matter of reading the print on the back. I would highly recommend this spa, especially since the new building has been opened up!!

I got one very bad experience.I paid 75$ for a one hours massage which I was only 5 minutes late to. They only gave me a 45 minute massage and when I asked for my full hour they said I was late, so there nothing they could do about it. Also, the lady who gave me a massage wasn’t even doing a good job. I felt like she was just touching my back with her finger tips not even really giving me a massage.

Just went to their new location by Walmart, how amazing! Warm, welcoming, relaxing. Greeted with a smile and taken to the lounge that is quiet, low lit and relaxing to get you ready for the appointment. Thank you to all of you at Healing Elements, never had a bad experience, but this reflexology massage was the best so far!

I understand a cancellation policy but this place is ridiculous! I had an appointment and had to cancel due to being sick an not wanting to infect those around me. I rescheduled and even though I rescheduled, this place still wanted to charge me 50% of the cost it would be for the services. Needless to say, I’ll never go there. This was my first time scheduling an appointment with this place....I’ve never been there...and after this, I will never go there!And reading the comments further, seems like they pick and choose who they are going to bill and who they won’t. Someone else stated that they don’t charge for illnesses, but for me they did.I’ve never had to give a credit card to hold a reservation before at any spa. Lesson learned!Update: replying to the response from the owner: I did NOT hang up! Second, I stated if you want me to infect everyone around me, then I would come in if you are still going to charge me! It was YOUR staff who told me that if I was sick NOT to come in! Then they called back after supposedly talking to sum “manager” saying they were in fact, despite being sick, still going to charge me! I think the “Response From The Owner” better get the story straight!

I only gave one star because I had to. I had a consultation a couple weeks ago with a hairdresser and she seemed to know what she was doing and understand what I wanted, so I booked an appointment. I was coming out of a bad haircut and wanted to make sure after 3 months of growing it would get cut right. The first cut she just did a dusting and some point cutting and it seemed somewhat better, although I was not sure she quite understood what I wanted. But it was some better and allowed me to grow another 3 weeks. The second cut I thought we would do the same, just a trim. NOT SO. She mutilated my hair. She cut it short where it should have been left long and left it long where it needed to be short, and cut it exactly the way it had been cut before. NOT AT ALL WHAT I ASKED FOR. Now I am back to growing it out again. I have short fine hair, so there is no way to hide how bad it is. When I emailed the salon, I got a response of I am sorry you were not happy with the end result. And she basically blamed it on me because the hairdresser said I was being contradictory in my explanation. I was only contradictory because I was trying to tell the girl not to cut the way she was cutting, because that was how it was cut previously and I did not like it. She could not seem to understand simple directions, and I felt I had to get more in depth, which just seemed complicate things. So I was basically told by the manager OOPS we are sorry, but it was your fault. Obviously I will not go back.

I have come to healing elements for a massage is pedicures. So when I read on their website that they were requiring mask for clients and staff I felt comfortable going and made an appointment. Unfortunately when I got there they Changed that policy the never took it off of their website and never let me know when they confirmed my appointment.. I think that was very deceiving.. I guess my husband will be buying me gift cards from there any more

Havent used the spa. Im new in town and called to set up a pedicure and prenatal massage. I was told I needed to give my credit card over the phone to them to make sure I wasnt scamming them into booking appointments. ?!?! Way to treat people like a criminal before they even visit your Spa. Ill spend my money somewhere that hasnt already assumed Im a bad person.

The staff was great and the massage was wonderful. The IR sauna was out of order on the mens side. If you are new to going to a spa, look up questions ahead to make it more comfortable so services included (or not) dont surprise you.

My wife loves coming here. The massages she receives are such a blessing to her. She suffers from severe headaches that are drastically better after being served by the caring staff. She raises a large family and Healing Elements works around her schedule very well.

Had acupuncture for the first time ever today with Leola-it was amazing!! One session and I feel lighter and looser in my neck and arms. Having suffered from migraines and neck pain for literal decades, I’m so grateful I finally tried this!! Will definitely be back :)

I have been here a few times and I always thouroughly enjoy my relaxation time. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the services are fantastic! I usually get a massage and a facial and they do not disappoint! I wont go anywhere else for my spa needs. Im excited to see their new building this spring.

Iv booked a handful of appointments at this salon for cuts and colors and had left there no less then pleased with the results. My most recent experience though has left me with no desire to return. I went in looking to come out with white ash blonde balayage hair and came out with it being a handful of shades darker. It wasn’t till after I called and came in for a post hair consultation that they informed me hair color like this takes multiple sessions, which I would of appreciated knowing before hand so I could of just stuck with my usual highlights and paid a stealthy amount less then i did that day. Coming Into my consultation they had me under the impression they were going to fix my hair, but instead sent me On My way telling me I’d have to schedule and pay for another session.

For a First-Timer this is a MUST READ!Maybe it’s just me, but as a middle-aged man, going to a spa for my first massage was intimidating and unnerving. But, I received a 1-hour massage as a gift and needed to try it out. Let me tell you that Healing Elements removed all the unease I had going on. I’ve now been going on a monthly basis and seeing the same masseuse I had on that first treatment.For those of you that know what to expect, you can skip ahead, for those that don’t, hopefully this will help get you through the door and enjoy an amazing spa experience...I initially visited the website and was excited AND overwhelmed by all the choices, but one phone call later, I had every question answered and was able to pick exactly what I wanted. I had a one-hour massage with Julia scheduled and already, the tension was starting to loosen...all by whoever was the patient and knowledgeable girl that took my first phone call.On the day of the massage I walked in and was greeted by friendly and happy staff, they checked me in, asked me for my shoe size (to be sure the sandals they have fit) and then I was walked back to the “locker” room. I was shown how to use the lockers and set my own lock code to secure my belongings. I was given a robe to change into and before that, they showed the amnesties of the locker room...a shower, sauna, towels, personal grooming supplies and how to enter the secondary “quiet, calm” waiting area once I was changed into the robe. Big question coming...underwear or not. I didn’t know the right answer and didn’t ask so I kept my boxers on and felt perfectly comfortable. A practice I still follow as it is the most comfortable for me (and I think for the therapist also).And, honestly, that is how I feel they treat me here every time...it’s the customers spa experience and they make sure you are comfortable, taken care of and receive the best service possible, each and every time.After relaxing in the secondary quiet room (dark room with light music and amazingly peaceful ambiance to prepare your mind and body...almost forgot, unless it’s ABSOLUTELY necessary, leave your phone in the locker! And if necessary, make sure you are using it for only the necessary reason and respect the others that are disconnecting from theirs!), your therapist comes in and calls you and you are walked back to your private room. Take this time to ask questions and let the therapist know it’s your first time and what you need worked on, they are there to treat and pamper you, give them the opportunity to be their best and give you what you need!You get the choice of essential oils for a relaxing and soothing aroma in the room and then the therapist will step out to let you get situated on the table.After the massage, you will be able to get a paraffin wax hand treatment (no additional cost) which is amazing for your hands and gives you some extra time to chill and enjoy the massage you just had while in the quiet room where you started. Once the hand wax treatment is done (don’t worry your therapist will come back when it’s done) you can go to the locker room to sit on the sauna, shower (in an amazing waterfall shower) or just change into the clothes you brought for after. Yes, I bring a backpack with clean clothes for after the shower.All that’s left is to settle up (if you didn’t do that first when you checked in) and schedule your next appointment (if you choose). Then go home refreshed and ready for an amazing rest of your day!I think I was very fortunate to get Julia for the first massage because she is amazing but I doubt any of their therapists are anything but amazing. If you don’t leave satisfied, make sure to give it another shot, massage therapy is healthy, calming and not just for women!I will recommend Healing Elements to anyone. It is clean, professional, happy and calming. Do not hesitate to make the decision to get your first massage! It is a decision you will NOT regret.

A wonderful place to relax and get away from life for awhile. I had a 90 minute Hot Stone Massage tonight and Corie was amazing!! Everyone is very nice and the massage therapists are extremely skilled. I have never had a bad experience here.

I was in the area and in desperate need of a pedicure before a work conference. Healing Elements was able to fit me in right away and I had the best experience. Heidi was my nail tech and she is an absolute artist! I received my pedicure on the 20th of June and it has yet to chip or fade. Thank you so much Heidi and thank you Healing Elements!

I just had my first deep tissue massage with Kathleen and it was AMAZING! I will definitely be returning for another! The facility is beautiful, the staff are very welcoming and helpful, and the services are above and beyond!

I went there for my first time and had the ultimate facial with melissa. Service was professional and very relaxing! following my service I enjoyed a long hot shower. I cant wait to come back and experience more services in the future!

I had used a portion of the gift card to get a haircut and style. At the time I was a stay at home mom with two children and was looking to get out of the house for a nice relaxing appointment. Upon arriving I was greeted and seated immediately for the cut. The stylist cut my hair which was approximately 15 minutes and sent me on my way. Did not dry my hair or even style! Strike one...So much for my relaxing break!! I had used a portion of a gift card that I had received and after some time I figured I would try it again. Now I have three children and am in serious need of a little pampering and decided to give it another chance. I made another appointment with a new stylist and received a call an hour before my appt to let me know that if I wanted to come earlier that I could. So I get there and the stylist greets me escorts me in. She washes, cuts and semi styles my hair. My hair is almost shoulder length and she half dries it and sends me on my way. Yes it is the dead of winter and leave with wet hair. I was out of the salon in 20 minutes!!! Strike two!!! My husband was shocked when I walked back in the door. He asked me if I had even left and went to get my haircut!! The icing on the cake is that the money that was remaining on my gift card was no longer available because the card had expired. I was informed by management that once the card expires they deduct 10% per month until there is no remaining balance. STRIKE THREE!!! I am not one that opens my mouth if I am an unsatisfied customer however I will never go back and discourage anyone from going to this business!!!

Really... I have to change my appointment that I made a month in advance to accommodate fitting some group into your schedule. Get it together!And there was no misunderstanding. I asked if I could keep my appointment. I was told I had to reschedule to accommodate the group.

Ehhhhh, I had a massage about a week or so ago- during the massage it was great but woke up in the middle of the night in lots of pain. I emailed them and they handled it well. (I just have never experienced so much pain from a massage)My most recent experience was taking my daughter for a mani/pedi for her birthday! It was terrible- yes were 5 minutes late, however my daughter wanted Shellac nail polish for her hands and the staff who was working with my daughter was adamant in telling her “no, there is not enough time”- they started with the pedi & my daughter really wanted the shelac- it doesn’t say that this needs to be decided when booking- so I suggested that “can we start with her hands and not worry about finishing the pedicure “She said fine, she wouldn’t go any further with pedicure- (we were there literally 10 minutes with her feet in the water)- she stopped and did her hands with the shellac....total tension in the room, they were out of the colors for my daughters 1st choice, the lady was not nice, non talkative, could tell she had an attitude! The staff & client next to us talked more than my worker or my daughters worker.Just very uncomfortable! Way to make the Birthday girl feel special!!!The kicker of it all was- I was charged full child’s fee for my daughters pedicure! I didn’t want to cause a seen. But we won’t be back....

Raindrop Therapy Massage by Amanda is super relaxing, and simply amazing! This is the 2nd time Ive been to Healing Elements Spa and love it. Its very clean, everyone is friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing and the service is top notch! I highly recommend it! Ill be back!

I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in. Helpful staff, clean environment, positive atmosphere. Went for the ashiatsu bar massage. Left feeling glorious. They provide great service to clients, but treat their staff very poorly. They claim they value their employees however it is very poorly demonstrated. Then when one speaks up and asks for a schedule change to better themselves it becomes a huge problem to the point where the employee had to resign. Only to see them post a job opening for exactly what she was asking for!!! Then it doesnt stop there, the owner of this establishment then goes on a tirade of contacting her new place of employment just to defame her. If you ask me that is horrible management and all around petty from what is supposed to be a grown adult. If it didnt work out and the employee left, then wish her success wherever she goes, but you dont play with someones income the same way you dont like your income played with.Because of this, I thought about using their services for my daughters upcoming Sweet 16/15 but I can not support a business that does not support their employees.

Very happy with my massage but very angry about the fact that I had a gift card of 55 dollars left that they informed me expired 3 months ago.. So they just took 55 dollars of my money. Very disappointed that this was the case and may rethink my massage place. Gift cards should not expire. Its cash money to you for the customer to continue to return to your place of business.Now that you have taken double of my money make me livid.

Aweful hair stylist. They ruined my hair 2 times. I should have known better when the girl doing my hair stated I dont have experience doing a blonde retouch. Also when she was washing my hair she made a comment under her breath and I asked my hair is ok right?. She replied I hope so. It was grey!!!! How do you get through beauty scholl not knowing how to do a simple blonde retouch???? Then the girl who fixed my hsir a few days later turned it orange.😑

I have not been here yet. But I will be buying a gift card for my wife for Christmas. I will do everything in my power to support businesses that support our freedoms as Americans. If you are one of the people bashing this company for not enforcing a mask why dont you keep your mouth shut and just stay home. Nobody is making you go to a spa. If you think that a mask is going to keep you safe during this pandemic you are a special kind of person. I am so sick of the sheep trying to destroy those that are capable thinking for themselves.

First time getting a professional massage and it was perfect. Amanda was fabulous and knew that I was not sure what to except and she kept me quite calm and relaxed the whole time. I defiantly will return maybe even try some other services next time

I went here for the first time in October 2017 because my job sent all employees here for a treat, I got my hair colored, very disappointed. They turned my hair green! Not all my hair just in some spots, about the middle to the bottom, I didnt notice until I got home because she didnt blow dry it all the way. I called there the next day, and they told me to come back and that they would take care of it. Went back about 2 days later and all she did was a clarifying wash, which again she didnt completly dry my hair so it was hard to tell if it was gone, nope it wasnt. I then had my mom dye it a couple days later with dye I got from sallys and the green was still there. I then had to go out to fond du lac to my usual hair coloring lady and get my hair colored to get the green out. I was told by the lady that got the green out of my hair that the green will be in my hair until it grows out! If I were to go to a lighter color the green will pull back through. Never again will I go there for any type of service! Turning someones hair green is a pretty HUGE mess up. People in this profession need to know what they are doing or dont do it!

Another perfect day at Healing Elements Day Spa today July 26th. I just want to share my wonderful experience. I had my hair highlighted with added lowlights. Ashley did an amazing job just looking at a Pinterest photo she was able to exactly duplicate the colors. I was elated & very satisfied. Then I followed up again with Ashley for a Spa Experience pedicure. I had the most wonderful pedicure including hot towels and foot massage. She was meticulous in her work & I am a very satisfied customer. So thank-you, Margie Felsher

Horrible salon, totally messed up my hair. It was orange and i had blonde just needed a touch up. Had me come back to fix it and they couldnt and charged me again.
