I just had a four-hands massage. I can honestly say it was one of the best massages of my life. May and Lisa were very skilled. Beyond that, they are kind, friendly and professional. They even taught me some Mandarin 😃. I’ll be back. Soon.

Positive! Definitely a 5 star review from me! Second time at this establishment for a massage. I informed Amy (my therapist) that I needed lymph massage (legs) as well as deep tissue for shoulders and lower back. Mission accomplished! My last massage was great. This one was even better. Amy’s pressure was perfect (I said medium). And she intuitively knew what needed. I will be back. Why go anywhere else? Results were great and I left feeling better. Treat yourself to natural relief from aches and pains without medication. Clean, quiet, nicely furnished establishment with good people working there. Lavender was perfect 👍

I recently had a full body and neck massage, and it was incredibly relaxing.The therapist: May used the perfect amount of pressure, especially on my neck and shoulders, relieving all my tension.The ambiance was calming, very relaxing. By the end, I felt completely rejuvenated and stress-free. Highly recommended May for anyone!!!

Mae was amazing!! I have had bad shoulder problems and I even got half hour extra! I love the girls here and theyre so sweet and always work out my knots. They massage harder than any other massage place I have tried. Love them!!! Life savers!

Highly recommend! My partner and I got a couples foot massage over the weekend and both agreed it was one of the best massages we’ve ever gotten. They provided good pressure and asked if the pressure and the water temperature for our feet were okay. Cindy and Qian were both amazing, even working on our neck and shoulders free of charge despite us going in for just a foot massage, because apparently our feet were fine while our neck and shoulders needed the work! They were very respectful and it was clear to us that they genuinely cared to provide a good service. We will definitely be back!

Ive been here a handful of times. I usually see Amy, shes fantastic. I recommend it. They can get you in right away when you call. There are several other women working here and theyre all super nice.

I saw Cindy and asked for hard pressure to break up the knots I get in my back fighting crime. She has super strength and worked them all out with ease. I cant wait to make another appointment. Would give 6 stars if possible.

Not sure how this organization has close to 5 stars. I will never come back to this establishment. The environment is less than relaxing. Food and plates were everywhere. The rooms provide the same feeling - less than comfortable. When I was brought back to the room the woman practically pulled my shirt off. And then told me to take everything off including my underwear and to put the bath towel over me when done. Then the woman ‘massaged’ my back over the rough bath towel. After “warming” my back up she the massaged the back without any oils or lotion - just her hand. Half way through she left the room with door open to grab “oils” to use and put a towel over my head. She then kneeled on the table over my head and massaged my back and then kneeled on the sides of the tables where her cold knees were touching my back. I will never come back. Pretty sure they have close to 5 stars due to their “happy endings” horrible experience.

One of the best full body massages I have ever had. The hot rocks was a nice addition. Also. I asked for a medium strength one and it was exactly what I wanted. The owner and staff were very professional and nice. The studio is not glamorous by any means but simple and clean. I felt a little uncomfortable with the door open during the massage, not sure why it had to be open, but she help my private parts private during the massage. For the price and service I would go back.

Emmy and Chen Chen did a wonderful job giving a great couples massage. They were able to work out my knots in my upper back. I would prefer a quieter environment. You do hear some background noise but still enjoyed the massage service.

Couples massage. Both masseurs applied the preferred pressure (medium for him, hard for me) and made sure to work on problematic areas like shoulders and hips. Hot stones felt great- could have left them sit longer on spine and low back, but time didnt permit. Full body massage in 90min.

I have a connective tissue disorder, I tried to tell the masseur right from the beginning, to stay away from my lower back and to spend extra time on my neck and shoulders. Every time I tried to tell her something she would cut me off by saying okay or yeah, okay She kept massaging my actual spine instead of the muscles on either side. As soon as she would get to a knotted area she would move on within a few seconds. She also had my entire butt exposed, opened the door, and left with the door open for at least a good minute, while she gathered the stones. I feel like theres no possible way that the person I had is a licensed masseur, it was very amateur and I actually had to pay and get another massage somewhere else to try and fix what this place obviously had no idea how to do. I would honestly have to be paid to endure another massage at this establishment. I am sad that I actually had to pay for this type of service.

Do not go here. I’m surprised they haven’t been shut down. Also at the end of your ‘service’ they ask you to Google them before leaving, then they take your phone and give themselves a 5 star review. I’ve been to healing elements and now have my own masseuse and they have never made me feel violated like lavender massage did. Also the entire time during my massage the ladies were talking(yelling) from room to room- not very relaxing and played music off their phone, that had commercials and wasn’t even close to the type of music that should be played while getting a massage. My boyfriend said he was so glad he kept his underwear on because they were lifting his legs, which would have been exposing him if he didn’t keep on his drawers. I cannot warn you enough, so not go here.

Lisa gives the best massages. She really knows how to work out my back and legs pain. Highly recommend

Seems if youre tall & you get a short masseuse, likely to upsell more time, from hour to 1½, or because my visit 2 hours before closing. Otherwise, thorough.

Amy was great with my privacy and asked me frequently if everything was okay to ensure I was satisfied. They were all very nice and professional. I wont be coming back.The ladies here dont speak very good English and very difficult to understand. First, i was overcharged $30. I paid the deposit online but I was charged the full price at time of service. The hot stones used were way too hot. My hands were being scorched! They were still red the next day. The worst part was the lady kept tickling me after seeing how tense I got. She just kept laughing at me and told me to relax. I didnt feel very comfortable with having my clothes put back on me instead of dressing myself Then after the service, she demaded a tip and asked for more then I was going to give.

Woke up with a sore neck! They were able to get me in right away. It was amazing and relaxing! I highly recommend them.

Went in for a half hour massage do to shoulder pain for 50 did a great job on back they had me turn and said half hour is up they asked if I wanted to do an hour and that they could work on shoulder more said it would be an extra 20 that would be 70 thats what the website says for an hour so I agree than they tried to raise it to 40 extra felt like I was being ripped off so I said no and went on my way still leaving 20 for tip cause my shoulder feels a lot better just didnt like the price being raised

This was an absolutely amazing experience! I did the couple massage with my partner and it was very relaxing and comfortable. Our masseuses were very nice and did a great job. The owner is nice and welcoming but that’s about it… I was forced to leave a good review during my first visit, before my massage. I was told if I returned with my partner for a couples massage we would receive a discount but instead they charged us for two separate massages. BS. The massage itself is incredibly unprofessional. They leave the door open, walk in and out of the room, let other guests walk by while you’re exposed, and the other “therapists” are awful. During my hour long massage, my “therapists” was switched out three different times. And the other two ladies who did “massage“ me didn’t even do anything. Just rubbed their hands on me really fast without any pressure. Not to mention the aggressive Thai stretching and comments on my body throughout the entire thing. I would not recommend this place, and instead I would recommend tranquil waters and spa just up the road

My husband and I got a couples massage for our anniversary and it was amazing! Weve had massages before but both agreed this was the best. The rooms are a bit snug but the massage is worth it. And the hot rocks that they massage with are the best! Service was great, all were very friendly!

The staff was so nice and welcoming. I came here with my friend, who had an awesome massage. I’m giving 2 stars because I had a different experience and wanted to share some opportunities. My massage was more like a light rub and I never felt any relief which was disappointing. During the massage she scratched my scalp so hard I was left in pain for a full 24 hours after. I just don’t want anyone else to have this experience, because it really hurt. I’m all for a head massage but scratching it raw is not enjoyable. Overall, it seems like most people had a good experience here and the staff was so welcoming.

This was the best massage I had in a LONG TIME. I had some neck and back pain for awhile and after the massage I felt like it was resolved and much looser. My range of motion was also better. Everyone was very friendly. Good pricing too.

This was my first time getting a massage, and the staff at Lavender Massage absolutely surpassed my expectations. I didnt know exactly what to do once getting in, and they helped guide me and my partner (we did the couple massage) through it. They were very friendly and did great work; my back was very tense going in, but came out feeling great. They also did face, arm, hand, leg, and foot massages with oil, hot stones, and a damp hot towel wipe down afterward. At the end during checkout, we were given complimentary waters, honeydew melon, and my girlfriend was even given a cute handbag. Definitely would recommend!

Today was self cared Saturday. Walking in we were greeted with big smiles and didnt have any wait time! The massage, hot rocks, and hot towel was soooooo amazing. Im not usually the type to leave bad reviews but my two visits i did have were horrible. Firstly, on our first massage Me and my wife got a couples massage. My massage was fine however they destroyed my wifes back and she left in bruises. She has purple marks all over her back for a couple days. We were not happy but we did give them a second shot. On the second massage, we booked it for 12:30 yesterday. We were there at 12:20 and i told them we made a reservation for 12:30 for a couples massage. She then told me they cant do our appointment and to come back in 2 hours, we had things going on later that day So we left. She never gave us a reason to why she cant do our service. We will not be coming back.

Today would have been my first massage at Lavender. Had a friend call to book a prenatal massage for me weeks ago. The person he spoke with verified that my being pregnant was okay and they would still be able to do the massage. He even called to verify after booking the initial appointment and was told everything was ok. I showed up for the massage today and upon entering the woman working the front area pointed to my belly and asked if I had a baby and I said “yes” and told her that I had an appointment. She said “no” and proceeded to call the manager. She gave me her phone to talk to him and he told me that they couldn’t massage me because they didn’t want to risk hurting the baby or anything. I explained I didn’t book the massage and that my friend had told them how far along I was when he did the booking and everything. So my friend took this to mean they had the necessary table/ cushions needed for a prenatal massage. It was awkward and uncomfortable being turned away but not the end of the world. I do appreciate they weren’t willing to try anything and risk harming the baby but I do wish there would have been better communication on their end, along with accurate information.Lobby also had dirty napkins on the couch and table when I walked in, looked unkept. Even after I give birth I don’t have an overwhelming urge to try this place again.

Was not a fan, it was cold inside the place plus the lady was leaving out the room to answer the phone. If your having a session and it was paid, you have to focus on that session. Plus the loud conversation, a massage suppose to be relaxing and clearing your mind not hearing so much noise. I wouldnt recommend this place, what I noticed if your a customer they know you have a different treatment.

The price is good and the massage is good quality, if you are looking for quiet, this isn’t exactly the place as when you have 2 masseuses they talk the majority of the time and you can hear the conversations outside of the room. They also leave the door open which was a little uncomfortable at first, so if you are a private person, kindly ask for the door to be closed and they will..However that did not deter me from enjoying the hour! Would certainly return!

Wished I would have taken photos.The rug was a mess appeared dirty with stains. Seating area had dirty bowls on coffee table and half eaten bags of munchies rolled up. Dirty napkins. I should have turned around and left right then! But, when I used the restroom and there was no soap or running water, I thought how do the clinicians wash their hands between clients? These other reviews are not accurate with what I saw on my visit. I would never go here again

1st time visitor, no waiting. I took my wife here for Valentines day gift and help for her, also myself to recover from stress caused by changes in our life. We got be in the same room together.It was very good, professional, thorough, and resolved my main health concern. For my wife she benefited very much. Yet its not a cure all procedure. She loved it as well as I did. They are kind, strong, (so it will hurt if you dont speak up), and attentive to your status. Be aware they are Chinese and speak mainly that. They do things the Chinese way, so a little culture shock may happen.

Cindy was amazing! She was super friendly and sweet and made me relaxed yet laugh at the same time. Always made sure to ask if the pressure was too much (I like deep presssure/deep tissue) and made sure to tell her if it was too much if i needed to! I have came here multiple times before and it’s always a good experience!

My best friend and I got massages here for our girls day while I was in town visiting and it was amazing! Truly, the ladies at Lavender Massage worked out so much tension and so many knots in our muscles, we both felt so good afterwards. It was super relaxing and I’d highly recommend it. Went here as a gift from my husband for Mother’s Day, a couples massage, and it was INCREDIBLE! I’m so impressed on how well they did and after we were done they gave me a lovely scarf! Such sweet ladies there. We will be back again.

Overall a great experience. While it seemed loud outside the room in the beginning, that did not distract from the hour long quality massage. Talented masseuse and relaxing. Space was clean and well laid out. I will certainly make a return visit.

The reason I tried this place was for the reviews but when u get a massage here they have u leave a review for them before u pay and the lady practically took my phone to leave a 5 star review. But my massage was basically a rub. She moved her hands VERY fast down my back with no real technique. She would run her hands down my arms then legs and massages my back like 5 times. For my “scalp” massage she just scratched my hands with her nails. The hot stones that come with every massage was very nice thou! But like I said I didn’t feel very relaxed for anything bc it was just fast rubbing. The face massage at the end was relaxing though. She also left the room several times while my whole body was exposed and left the door open.. that was kinda uneasy for me.

Satisfied and full of gratitude. I cant even explain how amazing this experience was but Ill try in hope that my testimony will encourage others to support this establishment. I found this place on a Google search with a desire to receive a foot massage but little did I know I would receive an amazing body and foot massage done with care and expertise. Yoyo has magic hands and such an eye for detail. I feel extremely blessed to have come across this place and you better believe Ill be back.

Great massage but added her own tip after I left to my credit card. When I tried to call back to question the charges no one was able to speak good English. Had to go through my card company to get corrected.

Absolutely amazing. One hour of relaxation was perfect for these stressful times. The best part though was my wife enjoyed her massage as much as I enjoyed mine. Due to her fibromyalgia she sometimes has a problem with massages. Not here though. Definitely going to make this place a regular stop.

I booked an appointment at 2pm today. I walked in and the receptionist said “we will have to reschedule we are busy”. Uhhh... what?? I had this appointment for weeks and it should have been understood that I was coming in. The lady was very rude & asked if I could come back later. No, I drove over an hour to try this place out. I am not coming back. It also smelled bad and I felt very uncomfortable.

Booked with a friend on a short notice- they were able to get us in and were amazing! Will definitely come back.

My first impression when I got into the building was not very impressive. The aroma was very smelly, and the receptionists was very rude. I did not know she was a receptionist she was on the couch with headphones on and greeted me with a rude hello. Im not sure why this company has 4.9 I will not be there again

The unexpected burst of snow, a twisted back.... and no openings at my favorite spot... got me searching. A recommendation from a friend got me to Lavendar. With a mini-blizzard raging outside, the warm, quiet, peaceful, and (did I mention warm?), and stylish setting that greeted me when I arrived was a welcoming start. I was checked in at the front counter, and led back to a massage room without waiting. The massage therapist provided a superb massage, frequently checking if the intensity was too little or too much, and even relaxed a few spots my chiropractor struggles with. She used a superb mix of techniques, including a free hot stone treatment (no charge during snowstorms? Im not sure, but that may be an additional charge normally), much to my enjoyment. When the massage ended, she suggested I rest for a few minutes; I was glad for that because that hour had turned my twitching mass of upset muscles into a calm, quiet, and very relaxed me.I could do without another Wisonsin rush-hour blizzard, but Im definitely coming back to Lavendar for another massage!

I was in desperate need of Massagea due to severe spasms. Went in on New years day. I wasnt expecting what I got. Nowhere on their website does it say that theyre going to stand on your back with their bare feet which to me is kind of gross but they never asked if I had a bad back or anything and I was sore when she was done in Harley could stand up she did not ask about my neck either which I have a fusion I dont think I would ever go back. She asked a few times if I was ok but Could not talk due to her standing on me. Also the door was left open during the massage and she exited the room numerous times. I felt weird especially when she sat on me. I mean you should have explained this whole process. Not sure ifI would have tipped as much as I did. I was asked to pay. Upfront including the tip. My body feels worse today than yesterday. Here it is Friday and Im in so much pain. Guess I need a doctor now.

Cindy and Eva both give excellent massages massage. Theyre both capable of giving medium to deep pressure. Make sure you drink plenty of water afterwards because your muscles will be sore.
