When I was working I would be in there every other day and not have a problem but as soon as I had to stop working because of health reasons now when I go in there every couple of days and one of my friends buys my cigarettes I get told off for it by a employee who thinks everyones condition is the same as hers she has scoliosis and so do I but I also have other problems with my back. I was told that I need to stop having a friend help me with cigarettes and she said that I should stop walking with my cane and I am disabled

Clean shop, but smelled of cigarette smoke. Delta 8 and battery products are pricey and limited in selection. Large selection of cigars and tobacco products if thats your thing. Service was bare minimum friendly. They werent rude by any means, but also not exactly welcoming.

Met the owner one day I was in there. Nice guy. Great cigar selection. Lots of tobacco of all kinds of course. Awesome smoking lounge. A place youd like to hang out in. Except for the crabby biker chick that works there.

Walk in humidor, cigar lounge, gift sets, tobacco products and cbd. Smokes on main has everything and if not they can get it for you. This location accepts cash and cards and has a drive thru! If you just need to grab a quick pack of cigs, juice for the tape, or looking for a place to relax with a TV and a cigar look no further.

The two ladies that work there are awesome. Always very nice to talk to and help out. They have a fairly nice size humidor with a good selection of sticks from a $4 stick to some nice premium $17 sticks. Only draw back I wish they carried more sticks from Perdomo. I would guess they carry 250/300 different cigars. Besides all the normal array of cigarettes and rolling supplies they also have nice selection of lighters and ashtrays. There prices are fair and reasonable.

This place has a drive-thru!! That is what sets it apart from the other smoke shops in the area. I think it is a great idea and theyre always seems to be someone driving through.There is a very huge selection of everything from tobacco to Vapes.The prices are about the same as other smoke shops in the area, But the woman who is usually there is very helpful and knowledgeable.It is nice to be able to walk in (or drive thru) and have so many different options!

As a 27 year smoker, I am always looking for the cheapest place, with the best service to buy my smokes and smoking accessories. The store is amazing...theres so much to look at, a great variety of cigars and cigarettes, and all the trinkets and random stuff is fun too. But...I keep coming back, not only because they have a drive thru, but because the staff is always amazing! I never got her name, but this one gal has been there for a few years now, has battled cancer, lost her hair and now its coming back, and she never once was a bad employee as far as customer service is concerned. I love coming here. I actually come inside once in a while, just to say hi, and of course get my cigs, but, that one woman really deserves a raise!! Her attitude towards everything while shes there is just amazing, especially with what shes going through personally. I always have a smile on my face when I see that shes the one thats working!! Hold onto that one! Shes a keeper!! If she drank, I would have already bought her a bottle of something as a tip for always making my day!!

Great prices on cigars and very friendly service

Cigar selection is nice. This past weekend we had an overdue surprise special family outing event with this being one of the stops. We had spoken to them in advance and were told in advance it would be fine. Then when we arrived our group was turned away because we exceeded their covid limit of five people. They were aware in advance how many people were in our group. Disappointing and not sure why we had been mislead to start with. For some, this was the first time there.

Awesome selection of fine cigars with a great atmosphere in their smoking room. Leather couches, big screen TV. Almost any type of cigar you would want. Great knowledgeable friendly staff.

It has a drive through which I thought was fantastic. Sadly they do not accept any of the coupons for anything, but newports. I have multiple mobile coupons, and on the distributors website it states I can go to this location to use my coupons, but they still wont accept it. Has the name of the place, address of it, and they still will not accept the coupons. Whats the point of distributors giving coupons to people at select locations if those locations cant accept them. I definitely wont be wasting my time going here anymore. The people dont even care about COVID or other peoples safety. They do not wear masks, cough all over everything and dont have the audacity to wear a mask when working with others. Not just for their safety, but for their customers safety. Just a bunch of older employees that are very rude to the younger crowd. Id rather just go to the gas station to buy cigarettes. They also have hardly anything for vape or anything for anything, but tobacco. Not a fan.

They have a large selection of cigars cigarillos as well as Vapor supplies and hookah oils. I will definitely go back for more supplies, their prices are Fair and not unreasonable. They have a large selection of Montecrysto cigars, as well as Cohiba and Romeo Julieta cigars. Most of the staff is very knowledgeable about the cigars and can give advice on what you might want to try.

Thought it was dope they gave the punch cards. Be better if it was actually honored. Only took one dollar off when the punch card says its a 10 dollar credit. Kinda bs in my opinion

This is where I go for my cigar tobacco and my tubes the people that run it are great its always clean and they always have what I need nice place!

The woman behind the counter seemed annoyed while she was waiting on me. The cigarette tobacco was on the dry side. The customers inside seemed to be having a great time, smiles and conversation going on. There is a place to just sit and talk, watch television, and relax, smoke a cigarette, it was nice.

Huge variety! One of the best in the city of West Bend, Wi.Gotta take the cats and smell home tho!

Friendly staff but not always knowledgeable. Good quality products But they have a small product selection and they dont carry some bigger name brands like Vuse
