This place is by far the best vape store that Ive been to. And Ive been vaping for years. They go out of their way to make sure that you are happy, and to help you. If for some reason you are not happy, they will work with you until you are. This place is 100% one of a kind. If you are looking for a vape store that is knowledgeable, treats their customers right, and cares about you being satisfied, this is the place. I will not go anywhere else. West Bend vapor, you guys rock

I go in there once a week and Ive never have a problem. They see you and they go right where you need something. There a lil cheaper then most the vape shops Ive been to. There also alot nicer then most places. Also they are very nice when you walk in there which I like.i will continue to go to them for my need vapes

This place is twice as expensive as almost everywhere else in town. I suggest shopping around, just not doing it here. Im not sure if it was the owner, or just an employee, but the guy working was super unprofessional, running his mouth.

I visit this location roughly every other week, and the staff has always been outstanding. The two that usually work there are friendly, give great recommendations, and happily answer any questions I have. They are incredible!However, I unfortunately need to leave a negative review. On 6/18/23 I visited the shop and the man working there wasnt someone Id seen before. I was shocked with how rude and condescending he was. Apparently I misunderstood a price that was given to me a week or so before by a different associate, and the man behind the counter seemed to take offense to this and was blatantly rude throughout the rest of the interaction. (The price was five dollars more than I thought, which was fine with me. I would have still purchased if he wasnt a jerk.)In the end I decided to not even purchase half of the items I went in for because I wanted to leave immediately. The man working the store is a poor representative for the other two I see there all the time, and his presence at the store does the business a disservice.

They have a good variety of disposable nicotine vapes. They also have a wide variety of different delta 8, delta 10, thca product to choose from as well. I always like to try the new things that get in. I like the rotation of different products because it gives me a chance to see if I really like one or the other. The staff is always friendly and kind. They have a rewards program spend $100 get $5 off which if you’re in there a lot adds up quickly! Love this place, it’s the only vape store I go to now.

Zach showed me the epic snack corner and helpfully explained why the vapes I used to buy died so quickly and managed to quickly find another brand with a similar flavor that I now use. Im not one for trying new locations. I like seeing the same people and knowing what kind of service to expect.My faith in humanity was restored upon visiting your location. Excellence, professionalism, integrity; these are the words that come to mind when I ponder about my time spent at west bend vape shop.But the core of the experience lies within the one deemed salesmen. The guardian of the glass. The wizard of wares.Or as he is commonly known by.. nick.Nick was hands down the best part of the store. His smooth mellow vibes enveloped the room with the utmost stoke. He seemed to almost glide across the floor, the only thing more buttery than his footwork was his energy.I gave him the money, he gave me the vapes, and upon leaving the store I realized..the everlasting experience THAT is what he really sold me.5/5 would go again.

A bit pricey but have been coming here for a few good years now. They do have an awesome selection on vape and 420 products. Staff is always very helpful and friendly. Always recommend to people.

Im usually in and out no problem and they really do a good job helping u find new juices you might like or mods, yes sometimes the staff seems a little stressed or over whelmed but everyone has those days so I cant judge plus i been going with them for about 2 years now and havent had a problem yet. I definitely recommend them

Its okay but I bought a vape there and it doesnt work. Im very upset. I let it charge and still it doesnt work...

I used to use other vape stores and rarely use west bend vapor. When the new staff was hired I immediately changed. They are always very quick with me and know exactly what I need. Also always helpful with recommendations and what I may like. Also every member is very kind to ask for my ID even though I come in often I agree and appreciate them for this. All in all I highly recommend coming to this store, widest variety and very helpful.

I never leave reviews but this has bothered me because I live right around corner. Forgive me because I don’t know the names of the employees, but the guy that looks Asian needs some customer service training. Been coming there for over 2 years & I try to only go in there when the heavyset white guy is there because the Asian guy talks to you like you’re stupid if you ask any question about anything. I am well aware of the vocab but sometimes it helps to hear suggestions or someone else’s opinion when you don’t know about certain products. And it wasn’t on just one occasion. I go elsewhere when he’s there. But the big white dude is awesome !!! Very customer friendly & helpful. I gave 2 stars for the establishment because of him only... But for him alone I’d give 5 stars if I could...

Every time I come in (once a week) the guys are super friendly and helpful! They’re knowledgeable about the products and have never steered me wrong (with flavors too!) I was new to vaping walking in a few months ago and I learn something new every time too! Thanks guys y’all are awesome 👍🏻👏🏻❤️

WBV is my go to shop for everything vapor related. Their selection of vapor products and glass accessories is excellent and I always find what I need here. Eli, the manager, provides excellent customer service. He always treats his customers with respect and is always willing to answer questions and provide knowledgeable answers on just about everything in the store. This is a great place to not only shop but also just hang out. Couches, a flat screen, and gambling machines make WBV a fun and relaxing place. Prices are excellent and the juice selection grows every time I stop in. I absolutely recommend anyone and everyone over 18 stop by and check this place out. You wont be disappointed.

A few weeks back I went to a different local smoke shop and didnt have the greatest experience, so my hopes were low. West Bend Vapor blew it out of the water! They had a far better and more extensive selection to choose from. Being a newer vaper, I didnt understand a lot of the lingo and Josh explained everything to me without making me feel belittled. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Ill be coming back!

Only giving 3 stars because the kid that helped me out was super friendly and helped out with juice flavors. Otherwise 1 star becauae they are severly overpriced. $33 dollars for 100mls is insane. Sure $20-$24 at other brick and mortars is fine. I try to support the brick and mortar stores but internet easily has all beat by $10-$15, specifically this one. Sorry guys, great service but almost walked out empty handed because I was out of juice. Unfortunately will not return.

We stood at the register for a solid 5 minutes, while an older woman sat on the couch (i presume a manager, or someone that can use the register). No service while the gentleman was helping another guy, and is good at customer sercvice.Point of story, why is someone sitting on the couch, while their are customers to be helped?

Amazing customer service! I was given the wrong coils at a different store and the man working here today exchanged them for the coils I needed even tho they don’t carry those kind. Been coming here for a long time and this is exactly why!

Honestly my favorite vape shop. I broke my mod and needed a new one and wanted one similar to what I had and the guy there, Eli, was suuuuper helpful and got me the newer version and got me a much better tank than what I had. I only vape one flavor and they always know what I’m gonna ask for as soon as I walk in(lol) and always make sure to order me more when they’re running low. They remembered my name after the first time I went in. Super cool people :)

The selection of vape is ok for the area. Big problem, everything is way overpriced. I understand a bit of a markup for the shipping, convenience, and the personal assistance but the prices at this place just feel greedy. Come on now. Worth the drive to go elsewhere. Hell, round trip airfare seems more affordable. Too bad.

I went in for a can of butane, I asked the guy working there what can was the most refined because my torch cloggs alot. He answered angrily by saying that they are just different brands, lol

This place is awesome although I am still very new to vaping they have taught me just about everything I needed to know to get started and anytime I have a question they are always able to answer it the staff is very helpful and friendly I dont think Ill be going anywhere else for my vaping needs. Update: 3 years later and this is STILL my favorite shop. Along with their germantown location gt vape.

Bought a mod and tank kit and the mod didint even Work and we tried going back for help with it and the guy was being a jerk and rude about the whole process. I thought I found a good shop but obviously never going back there!

Very uplifting and friendly, but I tested and tasted a Honey dew strawberry flavor, then when I checked out HE GAVE ME THE WRONG JUICE. said the lable was different from the sample. I WAS PISSED OFF. pay better attention.

My first time ever buying or using a vaoe was this past Sunday and the guy was awesome..didn’t try to upsell or use the fact that i was new to this...i will have to come back soon though because i have some questions about gurgling sounds and tasting the juice..i dont know if that is normal..see ya soon!😁

Eli the owner is very rude and disrespectful. The vapes are overpriced vs competitors, I bought a vape there a month ago for $15 more than competitors down the road. Please stay away there are way better shops around.

I asked for something to pass my drug test and the queer with the emo blade reply’s by telling me that’s not the proper terms so he can’t sell it to me it’s against the law. Lol sorry I don’t know the brands or proper term just lost a customer 10/10 would not recommend

They sell a product ( Yocan Evo Plus XL) for $70 with a discount when you can go to Big Jays in Fon du Lac for $42 dollars not on sale and no discounts. You are a garbage company that rips people off.

Horrible visit the Asian guy always talks down to me and anytime I try to speak up he immediately talks over me. He acts like I am stupid and Im new to vaping when I have been vaping for over 5 years now.
