LOVE this store! Employees are always nice, engage in conversation, and help you out if youre unsure of which product youd like.Very knowledgeable! Cheaper prices than Ive seen at other stores and still have great quality products!EDIT: Different employees price things differently. One day, I spent $35 on two products. Another day (different employee), I spent $49 on the same two products.Now I know to walk out as soon as I see a certain person. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Definitely took the rating down.

I just left Smokers Town and bought a vape pen and a Lost Mary (Sparkling Lemon Lime). The Smokers Town address on google maps at 2250 Sunset Blvd is being incorrectly listed under Planet Vapor. That makes it harder to search on maps unless I look up the Sunset Blvd Food Lion when intending to go to the Smokers Town store beside it. They have great sprays and candles, a vast selection of incense sticks, and fair prices. Gaylon is a welcoming employee , who takes the time to answer questions and can offer helpful personal feedback when trying to decide between products.

Went there tonight just to get coils and I was looking for an upgrade. Gaylon took his time and showed me the upgrade. How to use and got it all ready for me. Gaylon knows the products and has a great attitude. Great customer service.

Customer service is something they don’t seem to know. Prices vary on gummies depending who is working. And they just seem to think that it’s ok for them to charge you 40¢ to use a credit card on a $2.99 item without telling you! Poor business practices
