Extremely poor customer service, i will never return to this establishment for any reason. The young worker on shift who claimed to be the owners nephew was very disrespectful and had absolutely no regard for his uncless businesss reputation. He was following policy as far as not helping me with an exchange but once i explained that they have done it numerous times in the past his attitude changed & i was treated very poorly. he made it clear that he does not care if i write a review about his candor during my visit. I never leave reviews on any business but this young mans actions should be noted & addressed. I would highly recommend driving the extra mile to the closest vape shop for your vaping needs. If i could have left 0 stars i would have.

I have been to at least 10 vape shops in Palm beach county. I got to the point I just said forget it because no one was friendly or knowledgeable so I started purchasing online. I found this place by accident because it’s near my nail salon and I couldn’t be happier! JOEL’S customer service is off the charts. He was unbelievably friendly and knowledgeable and is all about his customers. Right down to the music. I hope the owner appreciates what he has and treats and pays him accordingly. I have a large staff and I’d hire him in a heartbeat. I spend a lot of money over $100 a month and I will do business here moving forward. Thanks Joel for your kindness and dedication.Much appreciated

I’ve been looking for a specific vape. Searched a couple spots came across Forum Vapes walked in was greeted by Chris which was very attentive and knowledgeable. I’d recommend this shop.

So, I was running low of juice and at work so I googled and found this place. Asked to see his discount juice. I sometimes find great deals but not here. He stated they were all 15.for clearance items. Gosh what would the no clearance price. Great selection of bongs. Ill never go back

Im sure this is not the first time and it will not be the last that someone complains about the very poor attitude of a very disgruntled employee there. Tall guy with shoulder length hair. He clearly hates his job and it shows. I will never go back there until he is gone. I support local business and this place is seconds from my house, but I will drive to the next exit to save the headache. Very bad for business and their reputation.

If I could give this place a negative star I could. I came in and as for a battery similar to the one I had the woman behind the counter told me that I needed to get out of the shop immediately, with the cartridge that I had. I will NEVER come back here nor will I recommend anyone coming to this shop. If that is how you talk to people and do business this business needs to be closed out immediately! I guess I should have trusted the other reviews in not coming to this shop.
