Never had a problem shopping here. The staff has always helped me out with any questions Ive had and even ordered merch I was looking for but was not available at the time. Ill always come here for those reasons. Even if some things were a little higher in price; its worth it to me to pay a few extra dollars and know Im getting good service and the products I need.

Pretty bad staff, went to get a piece and they were helpful at first. Until I realized I got a piece that was too big for the spot it was going. I tried to return the piece that I got and they said they couldn’t take refunds even if I just got it 2 minutes ago and had the receipt. They didn’t inform me about the no refund policy and just refused to take it back. The piece later broke because I couldn’t store it how I originally wanted too resulting in a net loss of 200$ and I had to get a new piece anyways. Overall bad costumer service wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Also very overpriced and low quality pieces.

Bought a 7000 puff hqd, 3 days later when i try to charge it for the first time, the hqd doesnt charge (never gad this issue for a ysar with them) so i went to ask for a new one that should worked properly they wouldnt. Not only that Carso always like to bother customers with his Trash music he makes in his room, like brooo i wanna Smoke not trying to listen hard to hear your vocals over the loud beat 🙄 also the stitching on that anime shirts need work 🤣

Over a very short period of time I purchased several vape chargers from the Glass Chamber. In every instance the chargers broke. In some instances they broke apart after a single use. Others simply disintegrated under their own weight. I returned the ones that I hadnt already thrown away to prove to them how the product they were selling was defective. My intent was to see if they offered either another product that actually worked or to see if perhaps would offer me a replacement. Unfortunately, I was only offered to purchase another of the defective products at full price. When I asked the salesperson why she thought I would want to purchase something we both knew is defective her answer was because its only five dollars. I have to say she was right. Its only five dollars... every time you have to buy another one. Its simply bad business 101. Sorry, not sorry Im taking my business elsewhere.

I was working out of town when my mod broke. I went with their recommendation on a new device and I was happy with the purchase. I also found a few good deals on their clearance ejuice. It was my goto shop while I was in town. Too bad that I didnt find this place until the end of my trip, but Ill definitely revisit when Im back in the area.

I found this place when I first moved to the area. I bought a new vape pen Smok 22 and the guy was really cool and helpful..even gave me a discount. I stopped going to them bc I found other places that were not over priced on simple stuff like vape juice. Also I started noticing that employees became more rude over time and depending on who was working u may get a discount for being a regular customer...that stupid points card they give isnt worth sht bc after 2 yrs I still cant get anything for a great deal...I refuse to pay $25 for vape juice when I can get the same for $10 to $15 with more volume. Back when fidget spinners were a fad they had the balls to price them for $15 when the corner store sells them for $5...smh. Unfortunately I had to go there today bc I needed a coil so I started inquiring about other vape pens...the guy acted like I was bothering him and then lied about a salt nic pen saying I had to buy the salt nic liquid or it wouldnt work. Just this morning I got a text from them about a discount for today only but it was not mentioned while I was there...I purposely didnt say anything just to test...so I walked out without purchasing anything...although I did inform the guy that they were extremely overpriced and thats why I dont come in very often...he just looked at me like oh well...how does this place make any $?

Finally a Glass Chamber in Royal Palm Beach, FL. The first Glass Chamber that I started going to was the store located off of State Rd 441, It’s considered their Wellington location. Although the Wellington location itself is a newer store, which is always nice, the Royal Palm Beach store is closer to my house. I am always greeted when I walk in by a friendly, helpful store associate. Gia and Trey have always been welcoming and friendly. Some other smoke shops are intimidating and unwelcoming. I’ve never experienced anything like that at any of the Glass Chamber’s locations. Although I’ve smoked pot for over 28 years, a lot has changed in the industry. The Glass Chamber is a smoke shop that has everything you could possibly want or need to get your smoke on. I purchased my Puffco Peak Pro and the Peak Pro portable charging dock from the Glass Chamber. I buy all of my cleaning supplies there too. I’ve bought Haribo strawberry gummies that are from another country to regular(if there is such a thing anymore🤔) old fashioned rolling papers, to the most simply sophisticated vape rig on the market at the Glass Chamber and I can’t wait to see what’s in store for me next time. Almost forgot, you can earn points on everything you buy and then use the points you collect to save money on future purchases! WINNING!

Get experience everytime I visit

I bought a Smok vape pen22 and it came with two bad coils & they refused to take it back. The second pen was a kangertech subvod pen also came with a bad coil. Next day they refused to take it back & said to stop hitting it hard. The same girl was working there when I bought it the day before. I believe the Smok was tampered with, the kangertech may have been a coincidence. I would never buy another vape from there again.
