Tobacco Plus Vape Shop

I have been going to this store for many many years. Today my experience was an absolute horror! Go in tell the cashier exactly what I wanted, and he is trying to tell me different. So again I state exactly what I wanted! Did I say menthol, not at all! So he gives me an attitude, when I asked him, did I stated menthol? I wanted full flavor non-menthol! He continues to ring me up, gives me my total, which was 5.62. I lay on the counter five dollars bills and started to count out the change, again this man got loud with me talking about I only gave him 5 dollars, as in my hand I have the correct change. I then explained I have the change here in my hand, he proceeds to tell me to give him the other dollar, not change, and to get out of his store! I will never step in that store again! I did ask for his supervisor, ofcourse he really did not like that! YOU CAN NOT TREAT PEOPLE WHOM SPEND MONEY IN YOUR STORE LIKE THIS! THIS MAN SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC! I also have pics of this disgusting human!

Always treated kindly by staff. Wide range of tobacco including discount cigarettes. Very clean.

GREAT SMOKE SHOP! They carry a great variety of QUALITY CBD products unlike many other smoke shops that carry the cheap stuff that doesnt work. Id definitely recommend checking them out! 💯

I walked in to buy cigarettes, been going here for 5 years. I had surgery on my big toes-R and I walk with a cane. I had so trash to throw out. The owner told me to throw my trash out outside bins. I even showed my surgery on my foot. He still told me to use outside bin and there is a trash bin in the store. Shorter for me to walk to his trash can than to walk to bin outside. The owner is an ***hole. Never shopping there again. Lost my business.You shouldnt give them any business either.

I bought a tank for my e-cigarette cigarette. Worked for almost 2weeks went back and asked to get exchange.and the girl said no refunds I said I didnt what a refund I wanted a a different one. She said they dont do that either. I said I will take me business elsewhere. And I did I went to a different place on Inkster and the guy told me if I have any problems bringing back. Will never go to this place again.

Employees are helpful with questions and they have decent prices on a lot, if not most, of their products. I had given a 4 but I realize now that this is the best shop around so Im changing my rating to reflect that.

Terrible selection and prices. That saying, they had half of what I needed so not a total loss. Go here if youre in a pinch and what you need is fairly popular, dont expect much in the way of inventory or friendliness.

So this is my first incident here I think he is the owner but he is very rude I went in there and every time I try to use my coupons on my phone twice it has happened it got cleaned and then he said no it didn’t it didn’t work and took my coupon but didn’t take it off the price so then I go yesterday to buy a carton of Newport‘s and smoke shops are supposed to be the cheapest usually for cigarettes I end up paying over $80 for a carton of cigarettes that are at Speedway and other stores around the area for $10 cheaper this guy is a rip off do not go here that’s why he only has three star review go figure !! Never be going here again and letting everybody know in my neighborhood not to as well

Ive been to a lot of Tobacco shops, theyre the best.they have the best &freshest Tobbacco around.the owner & his son are so cool. give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

The prices of the merchandise was fairly reasonable. I would have liked to buy smaller amounts some products, over all I I was satisfied with my purchases and the store.

They have everything youre going to need at this smoke shop and they are reasonably priced.
