I went to go get a pen for a cart today and I was sold the wrong pen, they have no idea what they’re talking about there. Even after I had asked several times if this was made for a delta 8 cart the person said yes but he had sold me a completely different pen. Which means I’m short $30 on something I was lied to about

Great store with decent prices. Every now and then they’ll do sales on products they need to get rid of and as long as you’re friendly and upfront they’ll return the kindness.However, Im going to assume it’s one of the owners Sons, there is a younger sales person that looks very much like the owners, and he will lie about sales and even up charge you a few dollars here and there. Every time I’ve come in and made a purchase with him, the same products I come in on a weekly basis will be all of a sudden be a few dollars extra, or even twice the value, seriously. If you go to make a purchase and feel that the charge seems higher then it should, id leave and go to one of their other locations off parkway. Id be giving this a one star review if the owners weren’t such decent people. I hope this review brings light on this. I know I’m not alone in getting ripped off by this kid, I’ve watched people storm out on him several times.

Ive never seen it from the inside. Always drive through. But anything tobacco or electric smoking I think they have. The drive-through is usually very busy.

Old Indian guy at the check cashing is the slowest and rudest person I’ve ever had cash my checks and he’s been like that for at least a year. He tried to say you have to be 21 to buy a lottery ticket and when I told him it was 18 he ignored it. Worst store in town would not recommend to anyone that isn’t a crack fiend. Ace flare right next doors much better. Run down with horrible staff would give 0 stars if I could. will be calling the better business beareu on that old indian guy too, he needs to be let go.

1st visit and will likely come back. SAFB hasnt gotten a stock of carton cigs in well over a month and decided to try in town vs. travel to the Fort Sill PX.The price for a carton was better than expected and the clerk was helpful and very polite 👍

They were all very helpful on my first visit and I am now a regular customer theyre all very nice. UPDATE I will always buy my cigar cigarettes there is what I call them but it has posted that theyll cash income tax checks so my daughter got hers and I sent a good friend of mine over there with my daughter cause she doesnt have an ID card and sadly to say they made my daughter pull up her Facebook page to prove it was her my friend called me 3 times but I had passed out due to health problems so like I said I am a regular there and still will be but that was wrong that was wrong cause my friend had to even show her bank card along with her ID and the check was barely over 1000.00 so even though theyve been good to me that was uncalled for but they finally cashed it and the sad thing is they were going to buy more stuff but they were so upset they got my order and left .

Went cash a check because my account was hacked and bank sent money back in form of a paper check. Well because I pre signed the back the back of check they wouldnt cash it. I understand theyre trying to avoid certain issues with stolen or fake checks but not everyone is a criminal.

Ive been shopping at Kemp Discount since 2011. Ever since vaping started and it helped me stop smoking. Ive never gotten my products from anywhere else and its now January of 2022! I even work here now.... Thats how much I thought of the service! Enough to apply and its a great store and Lucky is the best person to learn from. Plus, shes just an amazingly SMART and sweet person.

I do a lot of business here and always get decent service, but today Tyler went above and beyond with his help. He was super helpful and knowledgeable about the products in the store and helping pick out what I wanted with an informed opinion. Thanks, Tyler!

Was sold two expired carts today, very disappointed... [update] I went back none in stock were in date, but theyre still being sold even after I told them about the issue. Switched out for 2 other carts wich ended up costing more... No compensation for my wasted time.

Absolutely the rudest Im assuming owner or manager. After purchasing a specific coil here 2x I come in today and am told the never have sold the item. Anyway if you like horrible customer service and to be talked down on then this is your place. But otherwise avoid this store like the plague!!!
