We always love this vape shop. We dont even live on this side of town but will drive just for this shop.Their juices are awesome. Esp the one that tastes just like Sprite. Honestly it is our go to, always. Bit confused seeing reviews saying the owners arent nice? Because they are always super friendly to everyone that walks in. They are awesome.Also went in today and found some disposables on sale 12.99 that is so cheap had to grab a couple. (I think it was 10.99 if u bought a certain number too) kinda kicking myself for not buying more actually.

The prices are a bit high, though some of this is more the fault of excessive Kansas taxation, but this little shop is one of the best in town in spite of the pricing! The couple who owns the shop are always very nice, knowledgeable on the products they carry, and will go above and beyond for their customers. Further, this is one of the few places still offering custom e-liquid and their flavors are top notch! This is the quintessential locally owned business, and I will always encourage people to shop there to ensure that they have the success they absolutely deserve. I highly recommend Puffs Magic Vapes to anyone needing vaping products of any kind - support these folks, so we dont lose them like we have so many others since the vaping bubble burst in Wichita!

What a fantastic vape shop!! I stopped in for the first time and will definitely be back. I went in looking for a part for my tank and the owners were quick to try and locate what I needed. Sadly I was out of luck. But with some recommendations I left with a brand new tank (at a great price no less) and some amazing fluid, and Im in love with both! I cant say thank you enough for the great experience and will definitely be back.

Very knowledgeable about their products. Super helpful for me to get what I Love. Priced reasonably. Also the owner took his own time to personalize my Mod with my name. Which takes a lot of time and effort.

Liz and Dave always make my e-juice special for me. I have been coming here for a few years now. They know what I like and they always have what I need.

Went today with my husband felt very nice at first but , everytime you call the place the man is very rude. I think customer service is just common sense but, maybe not. Spent 30$ for very thin juice and was never asked for level to make it not so thin. Its okay good juice but, eh.

I bought a $42 juice from them about 6 weeks ago. Most juice places are happy to explain their product, answering any questions I may have.It was pleasant UNTIL somebody else was about to enter the store at which time, he said, you gotta hurry up, more people are coming.Like I worked for him, instead of the other way around.I hate corporations, but at least they value customer service.Juice was aight. Service is HORRIBLE.

This was a cool little shop! It reminded me of back when all the vaping started about Nine maybe 10 years ago. Its simple, Coils, Mods, Batteries, and of course they have their own blends of E-Liquid. The staff on hand seemed to be very knowledgeable and had some trouble shooting. You only get that from experience. I do not try the juice, but I did appreciate the service.

Prices are way over priced for poor quality juice. I bought a 30 ml(tiny) bottle for $15 and no flavor plus a very hard hit. Why spend that when you can buy a premium 120ml of great flavor and a smooth hit for ten more dollars. Lesson learned.

Clean store. Owners are always there. They have fully stocked cabinets. And they mix the flavors in store. I really like that. The prices are good. Definitely going to be a repeat customer. I give Puffs 10 stars!! 🌟

I absolutely love this little vape shop! Lovely couple that operates the store. Very colorful decorations and plenty of 3D printed art to browse! I definitely recommend giving them a visit!

10/10 - Would recommend. Great shop, owners are very friendly and helpful. This place is much cleaner than other vape stores Ive been to - no nasty film on the windows. Most knowledgeable people in the business - will answer any questions you have. They make their own juice with or without nicotine in any flavor imaginable. There literally isnt a flavor they dont have or wont make for you. This is the only vape shop I go to when Im in town and I wish I had one near me where I live. Cant say enough good things about this place.

Im sure their juice is great. However when I opened the door I was RUDELY told You need to hold on, only one customer at once! by the horrified looking lady behind the counter. There was nothing polite said. Not a hello or anything; just chastisement. Im sorry, but I will walk out and never come back. There was a older gentleman who tried to offer to help me when he noticed I was appalled by her behavior, but her behavior completely ruined the taste in my mouth. Its a shame since I was going to purchase two new mods, tanks, 18650s and several juices. I will find elsewhere to take my business.

Don’t buy from this place. If a disposable vape hits too long or not hitting correctly they will not replace. Don’t waste your money on chance.

Sweet little store the owners are working very hard and take their time for every customer. They are welcoming and helpful every time. I never had a bad experience. Would recommend this store to everybody!So far one of the best juices i had.

This place is great! I love the couple that runs the shop! Always great service and always leave with great product! They mix juices in house and to your specifications! Have been going to Puffs for the last couple months they have the best juice by far in the whole city its so smooth, doesnt turn your coil black and full of flavor. My husband and I use to go to Luckys but since trying Puffs we havent ever went anywhere else. You ever have any questions about mods, tanks, juice this is the go to place. Awesome customer service!!!

Staff is friendly and helpful both for newcomers and regular visitors. They have a pretty good selection of flavors as well as mods and tanks.Had some trouble with a mod I had bought elsewhere and they were able to help me get it back and working again.

My 56 year old mother typically buys from this shop, but after getting bad and RUDE service time and again I volunteered to go in for her. These people were so rude to me, I can not even begin to tell you. After interrogating me about if I had called earlier (it was my mother) he began to go off about how We dont need ppl upset with us. Heres an idea, try some customer service! The only reason they got two stars is because they sell 24 MG nic and you cant find that anywhere else. Personally I dont vape, so couldnt care less about this business. Lastly they made fun of their employee for wearing a mask right before she walked in. This place is garbage and I hope she finds a job who respects the reasons shes decided to continue masking.

Only store made juice. I got something called tang (citrus flavor) with extra sweetener. It is literally the most perfect flavor I have ever had, really wish I lived a little closer so I can get more. The lady in front was nice enough. The guy in the back was super quick making the juice. The shop is cute. Prices are fair. Will definitely go back next time I’m in the area.

Ive been to three vape shops closer to home, but this place is worth the drive. Youll appreciate the kindness and business sense. They accept returns without a hassle, because they understand mistakes and malfunctions occur sometimes. I personally recommend Puffs Magic Vapes.

I’m fairly new to vaping, and I hadn’t found a vape shop that I was completely happy with. That all changed the first time I stepped foot in Puffs Magic Vapes. Right away, I loved the atmosphere of the shop. It’s like you stepped back in time to the 60s. The owner went above and beyond as far as customer service goes. I had been using a Smok Novo device, and wasn’t happy with it. He suggested a number of devices for me, and I ended up choosing the FreeMax Gem. I couldn’t be happier with it! I also left with two juice flavors as well. I love the Merlin flavor! Can’t wait to go back and try more. If you’re looking for a vape shop, definitely check them out!

Amazing shop!!!!! Owner is super knowledgeable of any an all vape related things. Talked to me and gave me some info that Helped me repair one of my mods. Every juice I’ve tried is hands down fire AF. I’d never recommend another shop in Wichita besides them. Only vape store worth visiting if looking around. Blows vapor 100, luckys, big E, mr nice guys all of them out the water by far.

The best customer service Ive experienced in a long time. Friendly and down to earth, but very knowledgeable and helpful at the same time. Ive searched all over online and in person and Puffs has THE BEST JUICE.

Awful customer service. Walked in shop and the husband and wife I presume was screaming and using profanity at each other. Lost some pretty big sales. My advice try Puffs on Douglas, different store, better flavors and classier!

The prices were very competitive with other stores. I will be going here for all my future vaping needs. The lady was very knowledgable about all the products in the store she was able to answer all the questions I had. She was able to direct me to the correct products right for my needs

If you can work with the limited hours here, this is the best place for vaping merchandise. Miles above Big E as far as service, product knowledge and prices. Wish I wouldve came here years ago to save myself the constant dread I always felt when I ran out of vaping supplies knowing Id have to deal with the awful service of Big E.

Puffs Magic Vapes will be the only place I go for products and juice as long as I vape. The service is unmatched. You walk in, and youre greeted... Not to mention their juice is the best in the business. Last week I bought a bottle of juice at another big box vape shop and I didnt receive a greeting, a decent flavor, or any savings. I couldnt wait to go back to PMV for my favorite: Skuttles! Oh, and they always remember to ask for your punch card! Because who doesnt love saving money?! You have a loyal customer for life Puffs! This place is ok. They still cant compete with e cig plus off of Seneca across from lost sock laundry Matt. Here they sell 18 or 15 ml bottles for 8$. Other place is 4.30 cash for a 20ml.

Best ecig store ever! The only reason you should ever go to another vape shop is if you want to have a bunch of little kids just out of high school helping you with your purchase. The owners are very knowledgeable. The store is always way cleaner than any other vape shop Ive been in.
