Vapor 100

Stopped by on a whim needing a vape while on the road, and cant recommend enough! David was very friendly and helpful! Even with my indecisiveness, still received top service and got exactly what I needed!

Bought a tank in there. It didnt work, had it a week. They wouldnt take it back or give me a new tank, tried to talk to the man in there. Well, I use that word loosely because he got all whining on me and started record me because he couldnt handle me and talk to you like a man so. I will never buy anything in there again. And if I were you, I wouldnt buy anything in there.

I love this specific store and the people here, man, I live about 30 minutes away but keep coming here specifically when I need to restock on vapes because of their knowledge, patience, and variety. Theyre all amazing workers, and always take the time to help people make sure they get what theyre looking for. Im the most indecisive person and theyre always more than willing to help me pick something nice out. If youre complaining about being IDd unnecessarily like I see so many are, blame the state government, not our local workers.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. Guided me thoroughly through every question I asked. I will be back.

Updated 3/3/2024:I have been going to this shop since it opened years ago. As you can see from my previous review, this is my favorite vape shop in town, and I’m happy to say that this remains true. Christian, Matthew (aka Gabriel), Stephen, David and their newest staff members Andrew and Alexis, they are all outstanding human beings. Every single shopping experience goes as good as this last, and these guys are genuinely like family to me at this point. They do care about their customers, and they’re very knowledgeable. I am in the process of quitting vape, however, I will continue to come here for my CBD and delta products, and for the vape needed to ween myself off until I quit. I will continue to recommend this location, and I love these guys. I’ll be going here for as long as they’re around and I’m around too!PSA To all the other customers: If you complain about rules/regulations, these guys aren’t the ones who made or enforce them. These guys have to follow those rules so that they can continue to provide us with vapor products. If you can’t handle bringing an ID with you when you come into the store, and following the regulations that are required by law, then you shouldn’t be vaping or smoking in the first place.Original Review 2022:Christian and Gabriel, you are gentlemen and scholars. I arrived approximately ten minutes before closing after being out of vape juice for a week (was running on basically old juice that I hated til they were gone) and they were friendly and helpful. Christian helped me find three new juices to try, but Gabriel also offered great feedback that was the deciding factor me to make the right choice on finally trying Shamrock Cookie by Sadboy. All three juice recommendations are on point, I love them and am beyond satisfied, and they’re easily ADVs for me, which having a staff that can make recommendations based on listening to their customers is a big deal. Especially when buying something you can’t just bring back. I haven’t met the whole staff, but I know for a fact Christian and Gabriel showed me they are knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about me as a customer. Even though I made sure to go as quickly as possible out of decency to how late I got there, they were friendly and respectful the entire time. Thanks for making this experience perfect, guys. I’ll be back.

1 guy was rude on 1 visit but other guy the next time was nice

I wish you could have more control over the juice you get. But the quality of the juice is suberb. If you use a 70/30 mix I recommend this store specifically. The 100 ML bottle will run you 30 bucks but iv already had this bottle for a week and a half and I puff on my vape pretty consistently

I went to buy a coil for my NORD PRO. Employee couldnt find what I wanted at first. When he said he found what I needed, I trusted him because thats his job, surely he knows what he is doing, I paid for the coil, didnt even get out of the parking lot and noticed he sold me the wrong coil. I quickly called them and told them it was the wrong coil. NOT ONLY would they not refund my money, they wouldnt even exchange it for the right one. As much business as I do there, you would think that they could eat a coil that probably costs them . 75 cents. But instead they chose to lose this customer and all my future purchases and all those I tell this too they might lose them as well. Might want to train employees a little better about your inventory and what works with what

Some of the best customer service in Wichita! These guys are very knowledgeable about their products, very friendly, professional and the prices arent bad either! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! All of this staff has mastered the art of kindness moreso then many churches.

Fantastic service and great deals! The guy with the long black hair and beard, already forgot his name, was very knowledgeable about different products and has great conversational skills. The store is always clean, well stocked and organized. His name is Matthew!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Me and my wife came in there to buy kratom and they refused to sell to me because my wife didn’t have her I’d on her. Then my wife walked back to get her I’d and I stayed in the truck as she walked back in and the real fat guy in there tried to not sell her the kratom because I wasn’t in there with my I’d. And if you are wondering about opms black is 19.99 they won’t give out prices over the phone and there store doesn’t have badly any variety of choice of anything half the store is empty. Do not shop here take your business elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!

An absolute experience. The gentleman where not only knowledgeable, but they where courteous. Ill 100 percent recommend vapor 100 because of today. I cant say enough about the customer service!!!

I came in a couple days after they opened with a couple of friends of mine from out of state, and ever since we walked in, Ive loved this place. They answer any of my questions with a smile on their faces and awesome attitude. I feel welcome into the store, and not rushed out.One employee in particular remembers me every time I come in (which is about every week, but who is counting 🤷) and treats me like a friend and not a customer.Comfortable atmosphere, and great people.If you havent gone in yet, you need to.

They definitely have a good selection with the best variety of product lines, however they messed up big time taking away the point system for discounts and especially the veterans discount. I think Im going to find a store that appreciates its customers a little bit more than that.

They could get a better manager at the east Kellogg store. The manager there (Wendy) that is there now is not very helpful or informative. She is lacking the knowledge about the vape products that a good manager should have. I believe a manager should know about the products they sell. Also there was a day she lied to us about a special they had going on, we ended up going to the north rock rd store and getting the special. We have been going to that store since they opened, well they just lost a very loyal customer because of the managers bad attitude, which got worse when she became pregnant. I will never go to this location again. I do however recommend the vapor 100 on North Rock Rd, Logan is very helpful and the store in Derby, Destiny out there is awesome!! They are helpful and knowledgeable.

This has become my go to shop for vape products. The staff are knowledgeable, and willing to help you find what suits you. The selection of devices and juices are the largest and most varied Ive seen in town. This chain also has a reward system. Within no time, (assuming you purchase products regularly,) you will accrue points that can be applied to various discounts on products in the store.

I used to use another vape shop but after going here, I dont want to. This place has friendly staff, wonderful prices, nice items on sale, and the staff is very knowledgeable about anything you might have a question on.

The people that work at this location are super friendly and nice, even if they dont have the exact thing I want they always come up with something better for me! They are pretty spot on with recommendations. Thanks ❤️

I have been going to Vapor 100 for nearly two years now… I walked into the store on the phone and as i entered the door i said “hey hold on, i’m in the store, i’ll call you back” - I spotted what I wanted and waited 15 minutes. when the man was ready, he walked up to me and I began to spoke but was interrupted by him saying “sorry but I can’t make this sale to you because i heard you on the phone and I don’t know who you’re buying them for.” - WHICH, i GET IT, playing it safe… BUT I literally hung up AS i walked in the door. I showed him my ID, and it didn’t matter. I said “I was on the phone with my mother. and these are for ME.” and he said “unless you bring her in and she shows me her ID…” - Never have I ever had that happen before, and I have been on the phone multiple times when going in. I just wanted to get off the phone and not be RUDE. So, make sure you don’t go in there on the phone or you’ll be denied service even if you’re 43 years old.

I typically go to the location on N. Rock Rd but this store was closer to me today. Next time Ill take the extra 10 minute drive to go to the N. Rock location. They didnt have my juice flavor or nicotine level and it seemed as though I was bothering and interrupting the girls day/conversation. I arrived during happy hour but when I went to checkout the offer wasnt offered to me. I even asked to use some points to save 25% but was told I couldnt use them today. Poor customer service compared to N. Rock Rd.

First impression of the new spot in town couldnt be better. They stock a large selection of mods, tanks and juice. I picked out a new setup for a birthday present. Had my little girl with me when I went in. They set her up with a soda, a snack and a recliner with smiles on their face. The guys working knew what they were talking about and werent pushy about the sale at all. Ill definitely go back. Thanks guys.

Love this vape shop! Everyone here is kind and helpful. The selection of vaping products and kratom is impressive. Its also a nice touch that the store has a sign declaring it a safe space where all are accepted and treated with equality. 😊

Amazing environment, excellent crew, and lots of products to choose from! Always get the help I need and options of the products I’m looking for no matter if it’s mods, tips, or tanks. Always answered any questions I have had! Check them out for sure lots of opinions at this location!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Went there to get a Smok RPM40 and Kaitlin (not sure if I spelled that right sorry) talked me into getting the Aegis Boost and I am super pleased with it. Smooth hits, good vapor production, love the adjustable airflow and rotating drip tip so that I can hold and hit it however is comfortable! It has a sleek design and seems to be good durable quality but isn’t too clunky in my hand. Curbside service was quick and efficient. They had just what I needed!

This was easily the best experience i’ve ever had at a Vape store. The customer service was incredible, the selection was vast, and I even signed up for there rewards program because of how friendly they were. I will 100% be dropping all the other stores and only be going here. If you have a cigarette addiction, I would 10/10 recommend going in there and letting them set you up with a vape (which is much safer) instead. If you vape for fun, go get your coils and juices there instead. There’s really no reason to go anywhere else.

Horrible overall experience at vapor 100 on east Kellogg, they sold me a product that didnt work. Store manager David said nothing they can do and wouldnt even offer a small discount on a product that would work. Horrible customer service would NOT recommend that company.

Clerk was very nice and knew his business. He was able to explain different products to me and made recommendations to help me buy what i was looking for.

I come here often and just wanted to take the time to appreciate David and Matt for always helping me with any questions or concerns. They both deserve a raise!

They have a great selection but their exchange policy is unfair. I asked for a Nord 2 mesh coil. The employee somehow heard novo2 pod. I had a list of several items I read the list out loud to the employee. I got home and looked at my items and i had pods for a novo2. I call and they told me No Exchanges. And also said I asked for a novo and that is not true.i dont even own a novo why would I ask for that. I spend lots of money here. But this is the second time I have had this problem. And Im just out the money when it is their mistake. Very irritating.

This is the cleanest, most welcoming for those new to vape, and has truly amazing selection of ejuices there is. Drew is very friendly and willing to help those of us who arent vapeologists! The will give you a drink while you shop, they have a whole wall of products out to see and can customize as needed. Located at Kellogg and Greenwich - construction wont be there forever!

Long story short my Truck was stolen and I’m in the process of replacing my ID/cards. I’m 33 years old obviously not a minor and still could not purchase eliquid. It’s even more frustrating what appeared to be a pre teen is vaping on the bench outside the store. This is the 3rd bad experience I’ve had with vapor 100 and won’t be doing business with them any longer. Save yourself the large markup and wait on the mail.

This place is well stocked and the staff is very knowledgeable. Plus if you are into bitcoins, etc they also have a bitcoin atm that you can use to send where you need to as well.

I decided to go to Vapor 100 after looking online for stores in the Wichita area. Normally I would just pick a shop and go check it out. This time I couldnt do that as i have a shattered femur and mobility is an issue. So, i searched and found that most shops just make their own and off you go. The problem with this, for me, is that I hate the long waiting time to steep those types of juices. I want to pop open the bottle and go. And thats what Vapor 100 can offer. Now, they do have their own line of juices but they seem to have the largest selection of national brands as well. Thats just for starters. When i went in there i had to use my walker to get around and Wendy saw me heading for the door and held it open while I entered. She asked me how she could help me and i kinda ran her through it all as Im kinda knowledgeable myself, but she kept pace and ran me through the different lines, flavor profiles, RDAs, tanks, squonk mods and mech mods. She never missed a beat. Even after my purchase i sat and tested my purchases and she still helped me so i didnt have to move around on my bad legs. To top it off i was given a free soda and my rewards points activated instantly after my purchase so i was also able to leave with a free vape mat as well. Ive found my new favorite vape shop in Wichita. Thank you Vapor 100 and more importantly thank you Wendy.

Everyone who works here is easy to get along with and they have a decent selection of nic, looking to see more hemp derivatives though.

I’m here for work and needed a good smoke shop! This place is hands down the best and has the coolest people with the most knowledge out of any vape shop Ive ever been too ( which is a lot) lol Hands down recommend these guys for all your vape or smoking needs!

Worse customer service Ive ever experienced at a smoke shop... they dont know their products and even when there called out on it they dont care about the customer.

Glass cracked on my Aspire Breeze. that model has poorly designed tank where glass cracks. had it less than month. they would not give me store credit even though I could prove my purchase of it there with employee. it only cost 26 bux and they lost me as a customer over 26 bux

Called ahead to make sure they had what I needed and let them know I had two kids with me. I was told that my toddlers could come in as long as they didnt touch anything. Long story short the trick behind the counter lied and yelled at my kids to get out and that she had never said I could bring them. I will never shop at another Vapor 100 again.

Honestly the best vape shop in Wichita. Always has everything I need at arguably the best prices (on most things) in the area.

Probably first and my last. just bought a TPod system from Tesla to replace my smoant s8, Paid $45. Got home filled it up tried to puff on it wouldnt work gave it a couple more tries little smoke came out. Went back to Vapor 100 15 min after my purchase and ask for an exchange gave the employee the device it was still in the wrapper he unwrapped it and look at the device said try it again tried it little to no smoke He said he cant do anything about its against their policy to exchange or refund so yea 45 dollars gone. All I got now is a screen that shows how much battery is on it, Illtake my business elsewhere.
