This place is the literal best! I have been coming here for 5 years now and the service is always top notch, and they are progressive in their approaches and add one. Thai is there to greet with a smile, and you have so many therapists to choose from with each of their own approaches. I need something soothing and firm so today it’s Maraya! Thanks J Sterling!

My experience at J sterling, was so amazing! I’ve been twice now and each time it has been a fantastic experience. I’ve had Celeste and this time Byron! Both were so amazing and experienced, put me right at ease and worked out all the problem areas and tightness on my body! Not only were the massage therapist amazing but the front desk was so incredibly kind. Sophia the receptionist checked me in and out with ease and was so welcoming. Truly an A++ to the entire team. I was attended too quickly, and felt at peace the second I walked in.Thank you so much can’t wait to come back!

This was my first time here today and it definitely will not be my last!!! I came here today with my mom for mother’s day and we were completely blown away. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a spa day here! I cannot give anything but praise to J Sterlings; from the welcoming environment to the kind staff, everything about this place is wonderful. I personally go for laser hair removal; quick, easy, virtually painless, and affordable. This wellness spa has a variety of specialities that they offer; each technician is very knowledgeable and great at what they do. Scheduling an appointment is easy as can be and the front desk ladies are fantastic! Highly recommend scheduling an appointment with them and take a day to relax.

I had an amazing experience! I booked an 80 minute deep tissue massage and Donnee was incredible. He listened to all of my concerns and checked in with me throughout the massage. Mikayla was also super helpful getting me checked in and after the massage!

Sophia at the front desk has great customer service, really sweet. Byron was my therapist and this was my first deep tissue massage, it felt amazing! I was so relaxed. I will definitely be back and recommend it to others! :)

Arthur was absolutely amazing. He knew what pressure and technique was needed for my muscles. I only booked a 50 min, but as he got started I added to it and did the 90. It was well worth it. Emily works at the front desk at this location and she is so helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I will be back and highly recommended going!

I love this place. I been coming here since last 2-4 years for full body massages, laser hair removal and facials. Amazing stuff very attentive and helpful. Super clean and professional as well. I had been a customer of Massage Envy for over 17 years and recently they raised their rates $20 per month. I asked if they would work with me on the price and they said no so I said goodbye. I then did a Google search and 10 minutes later I found J Sterling and liked the reviews and booked my first appointment for next month. The lovely woman who answered the phone was so helpful and I’m looking forward to my next massage.

The massages are normally good, but you dont get what you pay for. If you select the 60 min massage, youll end up receiving 40 minutes of actual massage time. They should set a timer. I always leave feeling ripped off. I dont think Ill be going back.

Associate Mikayla was very professional and kind. My massage therapist Drew was INCREDIBLE. She is so talented with her hands! 10/10 would recommend!

Massage was great, facial not so amazing. I asked for blackhead extractions and was told derma blading would be a good option to help with this. So I upgraded and after the facial I realized that the blade took away some of my hairline on the top of my forehead. This is now growing back and now I have a spot of hairs growing which you can see and looks uglyToo much money for the result received.

When I visited the store, I found it to be a very pleasant place. Everything was very clean and organized, which was very relaxing. The store associate, Sophia, was very kind and helped us with everything we needed. Additionally, she spoke both Spanish and English, which made communication much easier.

Im on my wedding anniversary with my husband so my gift is a spa day, so it was our perfect gift to relax.Laura has been a great help in solving all my concerns and we are waiting for our therapist Mikayla for a different day💕

This was my first ever massage and I was superrrrr nervous. Yvette immediately made me feel calm though! I went in for a wicked knot in my back and she talked me through everything as she was doing it. She was so kind and patient with me the whole time. I added the trigger points upgrade to make sure we targeted a few different spots - Yvette really did a great job and worked the knot! I walked in completely nervous, ready to walk out, but after my session with Yvette, I would 100% go back to her! I felt so comfortable and so glad I went to see her today!!

Always so friendly and accommodating. Have had multiple therapists and everyone is great! Thai was my spa associate and was friendly and helpful when it came time for recommending services. My husband and I both have the membership and worth every penny.

I had a deep tissue massage today with Jesse. It was more of a stretching session than a massage. And a very painful stretching session at that. I don’t know what he was doing to my body but it felt like hate. Not even exaggerating. You know when they don’t moisturize the skin with enough oil and pull it? Yeah. That happened all the time too. I kept making sounds of pain and faces, even said to be more gentle multiple times, but there was no change. I am not much of a fighter and tend to freeze in panic, so I just laid there in pain for an hour while this man pulled every piece of my skin and called it his “version” of deep tissue. I came in with some pain in my shoulders and left in much more pain throughout my whole body. Then, after I complained with the receptionist, they still proceeded to charge me the full amount. I did not have the energy to keep at it and all I wanted was to leave. I sat in my car and cried from the pain and the frustration. I am crossing fingers for management to read this and offer me some kind of compensation. I also write in hopes others save themselves from such a traumatic experience. I have to say, I have had good massages here in the past. But this is precisely why I am so upset at today’s events.

My interaction with Mikayla at the front desk was extremely delightful. She was efficient in handling my appointment scheduling and payment process.I had the pleasure of receiving a massage from here recently. Jesses technique was both soothing and effective. I have been coming here for over a year for deep tissue massage with Arthur. He is awesome and has helped me tremendously with back, neck and shoulder issues from injuries and medical problems. The people here are awesome and friendly. J Sterlings is the best!

I have been customer for over 4 years. I decided to give a chance for Botox but I completely waisted my time and money.I paid $500 for a service in Feb and on April all my face muscles moved like nothing. I called to talk to the “professional” and he tried to convince me it was my fault.This was a completely waist of money. They do not even do follow up appointment like real professionals normally do.I am really disappointed, and I hope nobody else waist their money with them.

Arthur (massage therapist and future physical therapist). He really knows his stuff! Arthur is extremely talented, knowledgeable and passionate about his work. I appreciated what he did for me so much that I scheduled my wife’s an appointment with him before I left. I can’t thank Arthur enough. After experiencing Arthur’s skills on your body, you WILL add his services to your monthly expenses. I promise.

I found this place from a Chiro appt. and talking about facials. John at the front desk told me about J. Sterlings. I got a great facial from Colleen. She did a wonderful job at a reasonable price. I have found my new Take care of me for my future needs.

I had probably the worst massage I have ever had. It was very awkward when the masseuse asked if it was the best massage ever, how does one reply? The whole 80 minutes felt like I was rubbing lotion into my own skin with my fist, there was norm technique that was used. The whole massage was very rough, there was no way I could relax. I reached out to them as soon as I left and never heard back.

My last massage by Drew was by far the worst massage I’ve ever received. I love the spa itself but she was horrible. The entire massage was rushed, it literally felt like she was trying to get through it as fast as possible. I would never book with her again.

Laura and Natlene took care of my husband and I with the couples massage, and Sophia was our associate whom was very sweet. Laura and Natlene were so kind and sweet as well. Hands down the best massage therapists I have ever been given the opportunity to have been worked on. My muscles already feel better..... this will definately help both of my jobs and my husbands. Ive had numerous massages, from high end spas to cheaper establishments, and I cannot recommend J Sterling (winter park location) enough! The staff is so friendly, theyve never made a financial error unlike other locations and every therapist I have had at this location has taken amazing care of me. I just had a massage by Jesse for the first time and he will definitely be my go-to from now on. 10/10.

Been to tons of different places for botox however Douglas was the BEST AND MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE i have ever been to. I have already scheduled my next appointments and have a treatment plan for future procedures.

Nice, quiet location. The service is fantastic. My partner booked me a massage as a Valentines day present. I specifically requested a male therapist who I had seen the last time we were here but the front desk made a mistake and booked me with a female therapist instead. I have been getting manual therapies for years and just have a preference towards males - Im sure everyone on the staff is phenomenal, I just came in with a certain expectation. The owner greeted me and was super accommodating after I explained the situation and he saw my partner even called yesterday to confirm all the details. The owner went ABOVE and beyond and was able to remedy the situation, I would just have to wait a half hour which I didnt mind at all as it was a last minute fix. I even mentioned I didnt mind rescheduling but he was able to get me situated and took me to hang out in their lounge which is so cozy and SO relaxing. He also offered complimentary champagne while I wait. I cannot recommend this place enough because the service cant be beat. The owner truly cares for your well-being. Treat yourself soon with a massage, facial, or one of their many other self-care services offered!

For many years I have longed for THEE massage therapist that is absolutely wonderful. It is so hard to find a really good one. Most of my massages in the past have been mediocre or just terrible. My sister recommended Jesse C. and he did not disappoint. The pressure was perfect and the massage left me very relaxed. I loved it so much I signed up for the membership and I will recommend him to my other sister lol. The only bad thing about my massage was me not booking for 90 minutes. Thank you Jesse. You are officially my go-to guy.

I visited one day to checkout the facility after seeing the roadside sign. Mikayla greeted and told me about the facility, services and let me peek at a few rooms. I came back for services with Donnee who was also so welcoming making sure I was comfortable and had my issues addressed, he knows his stuff! It was our first time for a couples spa day on our second wedding anniversary on 3/9. My husbands facial never happened because the woman working never showed up. We were offered $15 off our next service, but I honestly dont even think well be returning. My husband sat for an hour instead of actually getting a service, and I was taken away to my service and wasnt even informed he was sitting out there by himself. I bought this for our anniversary and Im embarrassed and regretful thatwe spent so much on this — we are new parents and got a babysitter for us to be able to come. Our first outing! Im just really sad because we dont have the free time to do this again. I reached out and requested a call from a manager prior to posting this review with no response.

The Winter Park location is my favorite. Hands down! Thai, the receptionist, is super friendly and is a whiz at finding cancellations. I saw Colleen as my esthetician. I love J sterlings its a way better price and just as great of experience as the larger chains!! Ive been going there for a couple years now they even offer couples massage! Most recently i went to winter park and had Jesse he does amazing perfect amount of pressure and attention to the areas i wanted, very professional and courteous❤ i make sure to rebook with him every 4 weeks. The place is clean. My therapist Byron was very proffesional. There was a little delay in the start time, but I was not in a hurry. Im sensitive to air freshener. Theree were too many everywhere. While the place smelled good, I was very uncomfortable breathing. My nose started to run, my eyes itching, etc. Maybe limit those as not everyone is tolerant to them. That was the only thing that didnt make my experience a 5 star.

I’ve been twice and plan on going back next month to see Elliot. He has done wonders for me. I’m a distance runner and an avid cyclist an all around workout nut. So I have lots of tightness in my back and hips. Was so lucky to find him on my first visit. I can move freely & without any stiffness when I leave! I highly recommend Elliot if you’re an athlete.

Yesterday I visited J Sterling for my very first laser hair removal appointment and was very pleased with the staff. Check in was quick and easy thanks to Mikayla and my therapist Casandra did a great job at making me feel comfortable and she was also very helpful, she gave me lots of information about after care and what to expect in the coming days after my appointment. 10/10 I love J Sterling, next appointment will be a couples massage!

I went for a PRP hair restoration treatment. It never happened because the nurse was incompetent. She never took blood out before. She tried a total of 5 large needles and I have large bruises today. They apologized, rescheduled me for today. I told them I wanted a discount from the torture, the time, the stress, and the inability of these people to complete the procedure because of incompetence. I haven’t heard from them except for a message about the reschedule today that will be fully charged if I don’t go. The owners need to address their incompetence and compensate me for the hour I spent there, the 6 track marks, I prepaid for the procedure. Followed directions came in early. The owners need to compensate me or this review will stay. I was going spend $1000 for 3 prp procedures. Do they even know how to administrate them?

Our anniversary couple’s massage experience was AMAZING! Great customer service from the time I booked our appointment with Emily, to the friendly and efficient check out with Mikayla. I books appointments my mom and wife there to do massage and facial treatment as a gift. The massage went well. However, they got charged extra for the upgrades services on facial that they didn’t ask for. None of the facial staffs told them about the upgrades, how much will it be and if they agreed to do it. Also, my wife’s face still got red an hour after the treatment. This is my wife first time doing facial, but both my mom and wife refused to do it there again. As a gift, the massages were good, but the facial experience ruined their day. Be careful when you talk to them, make sure they do whatever got booked or agreed if any extra services would be charged! Not assuming they know what they’re doing then turning out they charged what you didn’t ask for!!!

As someone who spent most of her life ignorant about proper skincare, I cannot be more grateful to Colleen for her care and patience through our facial sessions. Her cloud-like hands are absolute nirvana as she gently coaxed my stubborn skin into cease fire. Several facials (and progressively better skin) in, I decided to give microneedling a try. As big of a chicken as I am about pain, Colleen showed me that I had absolutely nothing to worry about as she was gentle and ensured that not only the after burn was minimal, but also prepared me with pertinent knowledge about post microneedling care. 2 sessions in, Im seeing noticeable changes;- the chicken pox and acne craters I thought would be permanent residents on my face are almost gone thanks to Colleens contagious passion for skincare.

I had a 90min relaxation massage with an add on of hot stones. Kristina was my masseuse and she is outstanding! You don’t feel rushed and she spends time and detail on each area. The pressure was perfectly balanced. The hot stones were a great add on and she knew if the stones felt a little bit too hot, she’d wait a sec until they were comfortable. She did mini stretches to my neck, legs and feet which was a great addition. Highly recommend, great price, will definitely be using Kristina again!

My husband and I had an amazing couples massage, with mine being prenatal. The facility is clean and relaxing. My therapist was Kristina and she was phenomenal. I like a lot of pressure and she did a great job at really loosening up sore muscles, while being gentle and relaxing. My husband had Laura, who was friendly and did a great job working out all of my husbands knots. We will definitely plan to do this again in the future. Byron is amazing! He is a 4 star but unfortunately I will have to give the front staff and the management 1 star (if I could give negative stars I would). I’ve been coming to this Soa for a while and they change you down to confirm your appointment and are very strict when it comes to you cancelling appointments, but my last appointment was cancelled without notice. I got to know that my appointment was cancelled when I showed up for the appointment. Then the front person said your appointment is not today but in 2 weeks. When I told her no it is today, then she confessed that they changed it without saying anything. No call, no email, no text. When they text constantly for other things. I really don’t like people that lie and just trying to make me feel like I was wrong that I came in for the wrong appointment date is horrible customer service and just plain wrong. I come in for my facials, laser hair removal, waxing, and massages to this location but after this deceiving experience I would start looking to go elsewhere. Be aware of everything they tell you.I was told by the front person that someone from management was going to reach out to me, but I really doubt it since they never do. Won’t hold my breath waiting on them. Please teach your staff to be honest and upfront about the mistakes they make.

Sadiel was my therapist and I really appreciated the communication on the pressure (which was always perfect and custom applied in the right areas).My husband, who is a truck driver, said Elliot also applied perfect pressure in areas he specified he needed, but then in areas he didn’t even know he needed it most.For them to hear our concerns and then listen to our bodies is really what set them apart from many others we have seen. We can’t say enough good things - we will absolutely be back to see Emily, Sadiel and Elliot. Thank you for being so attentive and kind!

I’ve had the Worst Customer Service from this J’ Sterling office. Max THAKKAR should not be in the hospitality industry at all. I had got a Treatment over the summer with a promotion advertised $50 OFF for whatever reason their computer system glitched and only gave me $45 OFF. I spoke to the manager on duty on the phone and she told me not to worry about it and that the next time I came in she would credit me the $5 that was supposed to be discounted from the previous treatment. On todays Massage appt. I asked about the $5 discount that was already Approved but because I had a $10 discount already for today’s treatment the Manager MAX THAKKAR told me No, that he was not granting any additional discounts. Started yelling at me and told me I can take my money to Hand stone or Massage envy. Mind you I’ve been a Loyal Customer for yearssss now. I’ve spent a lotttttt of Money with this establishment. But to treat me like DIRT over $5 over a glitch mistake in their computer system. And was not even my fault to begin with is just Insane. They Lost me as a customer and I will never come back here again.

Today I was gifted a massage and facial for my birthday at J Sterling’s. I had never been there before so I was a bit nervous as what to expect. The moment I stepped in the door, I was greeted by name and offered a glass of water while I waited. It was a calm, clean and relaxing environment. My massage therapist was professional and kind to me. He checked in with me through out my massage to make sure the pressure was right and that I was okay. He made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. After my massage was time for my facial, I had never had a facial before so this is the part I was a bit nervous about. But that was very short lived. The woman who did my facial walked me through each step she was taking and made me very comfortable. From the time I walked in the door the staff made me feel welcome and pampered me as if I was a celebrity. It was clear that the employees at J Sterling care deeply about their clients and what to see each person leave happy and refreshed. I will be back again!

I took my wife for a couples massage for Mother’s Day and we were immediately greeted by Tracy the Regional Manager. She was very friendly, helpful and sweet. She got us all set up, with little to no wait time. My wife and I went into a room with 2 beds and our Therapists were Drew and Jessy. They did an incredible job. We were so comfortable and relaxed and enjoyed our whole experience. We will definitely be back - 10/10 recommend!

Pretty good massage. Anastasia, my therapist, did a really good job. The pressure was just right. Her instructions were clear. I didnt even know she was in the room except for the fact she gave a really good massage. The worse part was the end. Will ask for her for next massage.

I have been happy with all my visits to this location. Most recently, I got a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Anastasia and it was a great experience. I had recently done a weekend of dirtbiking and was very sore, I couldnt walk up and down the stairs without pretty bad pain. After the massage, the majority of it was gone, I was very impressed with Anastasias work and skill, Ill definitely be returning soon.

This review is for those who love detailed reviews.Firstly, the ambience of J Sterling was very nice, cozy, and soothing i chose the Winter Park location. I didn’t get the receptionist name who helped me out upon arrival, however, she was a really big help. She was patient and asked all the right questions so we could choose the perfect service for me. We both agreed on the relaxation/deep tissue massage. Shannon is who serviced me, and she was very kind, sweet and attentive to all the problem areas that i had. We discussed exactly where i wanted/needed my focus. This was definitely the best massage i’ve gotten! Shannon was very professional and made sure i was comfortable! Everything was clean and neat. I will definitely be returning! Immediately after my massage i felt a lot lighter, less tension in my muscles and overall more relaxed! I previously visited the Winter Park location regularly but since they changed to charging higher prices Friday through Sunday I don’t believe this is the correct thing to do. First off Friday is not the weekend. It’s a week day. And some people believe Sunday is the first day of the week. Secondly what other businesses charge more on weekends of this nature. I truly doubt they are paying the massage therapist more Friday through Sunday. I believe when should tip the massage therapist very well so are they giving you the same level of effort on a Tuesday vs a Friday or a Saturday? I believe the therapists areDoing their best any day of the week and the greed are the owners.

I had Linda give me a deep tissue massage and it was amazing! I have more of a muscular build and I work out approximately 5-6 days a week. Linda did an awesome job at focusing on certain body areas that needed more pressure and attention. I only did a 60 minute massage but i am definitely going back to her for a 90 minute. The atmosphere was great and there was no issues with the spa. 5/5!

I had my first facial here with Chrissy a few days ago and WOW. She was so easy to talk to and explained all parts of the process for me. It was such a nice experience and I couldn’t believe the difference I have seen in my skin in the following days. She also helped with suggesting at home options to help with the dryness I’ve been experiencing and helped me plan a skincare routine. I’ve been doing my new routine for a few days now and I really can’t thank her enough for how much it has changed my face. Special mention for Rochelle as well, who greeted me when I arrived. We walked in and the receptionist didnt say hi or explain to us what we needed to do for our appointment. We just stood around unaware. So my and i didnt like that. I thought that the trigger point massage was really good, the foot couldve have been netter but was still okay. My husband however needed my pressure and they werent doing it for him. We both had men and then he had a lady.

When I first walked in the lobby/ waiting room look very nice, Rochelle was the spa associate at the front desk who helped me to check in and help with any upgrades needed, she was very kind. Laura was my massage therapist and she was just amazing, great to talk to very understanding, I got a deep tissue massage, my first professional massage ever and she has set very high standards. Definitely will be back, thank you!

First time visiting J Sterling’s and as soon as I walked in the scent of essential oils filled the room and instantly relaxed me. I was greeted by Tina and Ana who were both extremely welcoming. Tina was very knowledgeable and helpful in which upgrade to use for my hot stone massage. I went with the CBD oil. Kristina, my massage therapist was AMAZING! She was blessed with healing hands. All my knots and tension are gone. I came out of that room as relaxed as a spaghetti noodle 🤗 I cannot wait for my sports massage with Kristina at my next visit.

GREAT experience. This was my first trip to a J Sterling and I definitely will be back. Ada at the front desk was very welcoming and my check in was quick and smooth. My facial appointment with Vanessa started on time. She was SO nice and knowledgeable...she didn’t make me feel bad about not having a skin care routine - she’s a mom. She gets it. She somehow managed to erase the crater wrinkle between my eyebrows and the eye bags are all but gone. I look awake...not 43 & worn down 🙌🏼

I went for the 1st time with my daughter after a long vacation overseas, let me just say it was the heated tables for us and well worth it. We didnt select a masseuse, but the y selected for us and we got Zhenyu and Seidel, the 2 were very good at their job. We both came out feeling relaxed, thank you guys.
