Spavia Winter Park

Overall a good experience with the service itself, whoever there are some overall things that I think this location needs to change/fix.The check in process was easy, the ladies at the front desk were sweet and personable. They have you check in on an Ipad which asks you very thoughtful questions such as music preference, lotion scent preference and what beverage you would like following your treatment.The amenities are alright, its a bit small. Only one shower, one toilet, and one changing room. It got to be a bit crowded at times. They have shower caps, razors, combs, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.I got a detoxifying body wrap from Jennifer. My experience with her was 5 stars. She absolutely killed it. She was so personable and sweet. I love how she explained everything to me. She gave the best scalp and neck massage I have ever experienced and I would go back again with her, just to experience that. The oil they use also smells amazing.The photos of the towels I took are the ones provided for you to dry off with and the washcloths are to rinse off. This should not fly at a luxury spa. It overall cheapens the experience, and with what they are charging I expect better. Bleach stains and obvious large holes are not luxury. I also noticed the locker room was overall dirty and had a cheap feeling. Part of the furniture was broken and piles of hair and dust built up.I feel they provide good services and have great customer service but need to upgrade the rest of the spa.

Liz was absolutely amazing, I cant recommend her enough. I felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout everything. As a kayak tour guide my entire upper back is screaming for help and Liz knew exactly how to put it at ease. An absolutely professional experience I would recommend to anyone.

Jessica was absolutely amazing!! I told her the areas of my soreness she targeted those first and worked on every inch of my body during my hundred minute massage. I will definitely be back and I will be asking for Jessica. She did such an awesome job.

I loved my massage so much I signed up for a membership. Siming was my therapist and her technique is incredible. The massage was firm but relaxing too. My low back and neck pain are gone after a 60 min massage with her. Spavia is a beautiful spa with a very sweet and welcoming staff. The waiting room is cozy and they have warm neck pillows while you wait. They offer really good hot tea, you can choose your lotion fragrance as well as music.

We recently had a corporate spa day team building activity and it was absolutely amazing. We were treated to relaxing massages and rejuvenating facials that left us feeling refreshed and renewed. The staff at the spa were incredibly friendly and professional, making sure that we were comfortable and enjoying our team bonding experience.The spa itself was beautifully decorated and had a calming atmosphere that helped us unwind and relax.Overall, I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a day of pampering and relaxation. The staff, services, and atmosphere were all top-notch and made for a truly unforgettable team engagement activity.

Spavia is an awesome day spa option that’s affordable, relaxing environment, and great therapists/estheticians. Jessie M is a TOP TIER massage therapist. I’ve gotten a lot of massages, and she is one of the best I’ve ever worked with. Cartier does incredible facials and tailored it to my very sensitive skin. Super nice staff overall. The monthly subscription is honestly a good deal. Especially since you can share it/put someone else on the account. Or even just for a drop in service, I recommend 10/10.

Jessica is an amazing massage therapist! She is always very attentive, asking about troubling areas and focusing on those. She also checks in to see if the massage pressure is okay. Would recommend her without any reservations !

I had an amazing experience here! I purchased the renew package which included a massage, body wrap and facial. Amaris gave me the most amazing massage and body wrap! The facility is clean and the staff are all friendly and helpful. I was relaxed from start to finish, the renew package really did seem to renew me! Excellent therapeutic massage with Alily. She has very special techniques to deal with muscles and an awesome massage flow that is therapeutic while relaxing. Her Polynesian ancestry is a great plus in massage technique. We signed up for a monthly membership. Great Front desk as well. All at reasonable prices

Jennifer is fantastic. I appreciate her kind demeanor and her professionalism. She goes out of the way to do exactly what you want. She really knows her craft to the point that she does what you didnt know you needed as well. My massage was amazing. I returned for a second massage because of her!

I have been a member for several years and every experience has been great. I recently found Jenna for facials and she is so awesome! Not only does she give an amazing facial, but she takes the time to go over your concerns and offers help and products to use in between facials. I really appreciate her!Jessie is also great with massages. Jenna performed my first hydraderm and it was such an awesome experience! She explained what the facial consisted of, listened to my skin concerns, and even recommended some skincare products to help improve my skincare routine. My skincare journey has felt so stagnant over the past few years but after my first visit with her, I have hope!

Just had an 80 minute massage with Jennifer to help with jet lag after a long flight. It was exactly what I needed. She listened to what was going on and laid out a plan to address it to personalize my massage. Spavia has great relaxing facilities. Who doesn’t feel better putting on a spa robe!

This was my second time being here & it went just as well as the first time! I had a Prenatal massage my first time around, I had my first massage since having baby a month ago. I had Amaris, she is great! Not only did she do a good job she was super easy to talk to! I will continue coming here for my massages, nothing but positive experiences so far!

My husband and I have been going to Spavia for a few years now. It’s a beautiful and well-maintained place. Every massage therapist we have had have been amazing! Lisa is by far the best at getting the knots out!

I love going to this location! The weighted robes and heated tables are definitely a nice addition to a relaxing massage. Also, every time I book with Spavia I make sure to book with Amaris. I have been a client of hers for a few years now, and have always felt relaxed and at my best after a massage with her.

Massage therapist kept coughing without covering her mouth during my massage and now coincidentally im sick just one day later. If you’re sick you should not provide services to avoid this happening. Went for self care and now I’m sick. Also have small breakout bumps from the oil used. Paid $175 to get sick and a breakout from cheap oil. I will not be returning. Disappointed is the most positive word I can think of to describe my experience.

It is such a relaxing atmosphere. Massage was great. (Kudos to Amaris- I highly recommend her) Very friendly staff. The dressing room is very nice and after the massage there is a nice peaceful room you can sit in and have your water or tea.

Had a great deep tissue massage thanks to Joseph! Aka Jo! He was fantastic, concentrated on areas that were problematic, perfect pressure and totally professional. See him for your next massage for sure! He is amazing.

Spavia is one of my favorite places for all things beauty and relaxation. I’ve had the best facials with Cierra and Cartie. Amazing lymphatic drainage massage with Jennifer and Lupita does great waxes. I’ve always enjoyed my time there and the staff is super friendly!

Liz puts the aahh in Spavia! After a long flight back from Europe, my wife and I schedules appointments at our Winter Park Spavia location, and it was just what a weary traveler needed. Liz is fantastic at reading your body and providing the right level of intensity for a massage. And with a Spavia membership, we have more reasons to book regular sessions. Everyone needs more aahh in their lives - and this is one of the best places to experience it.

Happy birthday Jennifer! 🎉 Jennifer did an amazing job for my massage and body cleanse wrap. I have chronic back pain and when I walked out I had no pain for the first time in years! Everything felt normal again with mobility and even to how comfortable it was to sit and not have to lean a certain way to alleviate my pain. She also gave me tips on things I can do at home to help further alleviate my pain. I appreciate Lupita for the facial she gave me. I love the technique she uses and how informative she was. Had a fabulous 80 min signature massage with Colleen. She was so accommodating to all my requests from the type of pressure to my music preferences. I would absolutely recommend her and the Spavia experience.

Cheryl has been my masseuse at Spavia for the last 3 years. I go once a month to have a massage. I alternate between the 60 minute Salt Stone massage and the regular 80 minute massage. I enjoy the service received from her each month. Also the facility is clean, beautiful and relaxing.

This is my first time visit this place and I am really happy with my experience here! I have my facial and overall all the step, the technician nailed it. Very similar to the spa I went in Vegas that’s why I start my membership right after. Highly recommended!

Spavia is in a perfect location as well!! Spavia is surrounded by many wonderful restaurants and shops to spend the whole day in the area. Easy free parking, too.

Really recommend the cranial sacral massage. I had my first migraine ever for 3 days straight and the soothing and calming experience just melted away the migraine and hasn’t come back yet. I even got membership to come back monthly to ensure it doesn’t LOL

Jesse is a highly experienced masseuse. She truly knows how to give you a restorative massage. A massage that is both soothing and healing. She listens to your needs and concerns- which is huge to me. She used to work on professional athletes and it shows! The methods she uses are a game changer. My body has never felt better. Go see Jesse I promise you will thank me.

First, if you want to go, dont bother calling, you will get the rudest humans to try to help you set up appointments and try to get you to do a service you dont want. Use the web site to set up appointments, that might decrease your frustration to have to deal with incompetent front desks staff to set up appointments. Next, the place is clean, very nice vibe, definitely set up to be a relaxing environment. I received a gift card from my daughter and I had a massage the first time I went. I have had a massage a week for 20 years, so I know a good massage. My first massage was literally the best massage I have ever had. My daughter purchased me another gift card since I was so blown away by the skill of the first massage therapist. I did try to get her for my second massage but the person on the phone wasnt listening to what I wanted or who I wanted. I ended up after being pushed to have a salt massage and many other types, I asked her to stop and tell me the first appointment she had for a 90 min deep tissue massage. She couldnt find one. So I asked for first 60 minutes massage. The appointment was a week and half away from phone call. I made appointment. The massage therapist I had the second time was ok but definitely not doing deep tissue so I spoke up, asked for I wanted, when she continued like I didnt speak, I became more specific and asked if she could use her elbows at same time and go down my back, she ignored me again and I started to get ready to bolt and very tense and irritated because she ignored me again. I asked her to please stop and could she attempt to do what I was asking. She gave me a lecture about warming up the muscles. I told her I understood the theory and she had already moved away from my upper back and was on my leg and we both agreed that my muscles were warmed where I was asking her to do something I knew would work. She said her elbows werent long enough, I said ok, use your fists but use both hands same time. She told me she would not get enough leverage that way. I asked could you please try it. She said she was going to do that area when I flipped over. I explained that the area goes beyond What she could reach when I was face up, to mid back. She said she does things different and would Iike to end the massage, I asked her I would like her to listen to what I was asking her to do and at least try it. She did. I said Thats perfect and feels great. She used her fists down my back 2 x and then moved to something else. I have had horrible and great massages but I have never asked for something specific and been absolutely ignored over and over. I gave up and endured what would have otherwise been a fine massage, not great, not bad. But because she ignored, then argued, then refused, tried to end the massage because I was asking for deep pressure. $130 for 60 minutes, I think a customer should be able to give feedback and receive the service they are requesting. So disappointed by my second visit especially since the first massage blew me away! Management does not care about customer service otherwise those 3 women at the front desk would act a bit more accommodating and maybe act like every single employee in every state at chick fil la. Its all about management and what they portray to the staff. I have my first massage therapist a 40% tip. Treat your customers well and word spreads.

So tired when one books a spa treatment that they may not always take you on time but being the last apt for the day . They give you paperwork to fill out that takes time away from your actual treatment and your time is cut short.

I first went to Spavia on a Groupon about 6 years ago, and never looked back! They are the best massage service in Orlando! They give you robes, a nice waiting room with neck wraps, mood lighting, coloring books and reading books to enjoy while you wait. They also offer water and tea at the end of your massage! Everyone is wonderful there, but I have to give a shout out to my girl Jen and my guy Manny! I always look forward to getting my massage there!

Facial work quality depends on who you get. I have had one excellent aesthetician and one poor aesthetician which makes this location just okay. Lobby staff are generally good. Changing facility is good. Will try massage service and see how it goes. Updating this review specific to massage services...generally quite good. Bumping up one star.

I go to Spavia a few times per year and it is consistently great. I typically get a facial or a massage. I have had a deep tissue massage a couple times and they have always been effective. I have also had the Soothing Recovery Facial twice and it’s my favorite, it’s basically a facial + arm/hand massage in one. The facility is always clean and the staff is so kind. Parking can be a pain (not the spa’s fault) but the garage nearby usually has spots, it’s just a few minutes’ walk so give yourself a little time to deal with that. I love coming here and would recommend it to anyone.

Lobby staff were friendly. I am a massage lover so I had enough sessions to differentiate a good message from an ok message. I had a hot stone massage and it was ok. Nothing expressed me. Stones were sometimes too hot and once burned my neck. ( not serious burn but not relaxing too). Also it was suppose to be 60 minute while they finished mine in 50 minutes! Not impressed

I came here because one of my clients recommended it. I didn’t really have any expectations except that she is someone who has great taste, but when I walked in I was surprised at how nice and welcoming it was. Lea was so sweet and friendly when I walked in and gave me a great tour, the massage from Lera was amazing. Fantastic pressure, excellent communication, very relaxing. In the beginning they asked me what beverage I prefer after the service and then they had hot tea waiting for me when I was done, tea that was the perfectly drinkable temperature. I could not have asked for a better experience here, everything from the actual service to the ambience went above and beyond.

Such a great experience from beginning to end! An absolutely luxurious time. Loved the friendly staff, the clean changing room, the relaxing waiting area with tea and a warm neck pillow, and most of all, an amazing massage. Definitely going back!

The app makes it so easy to schedule services and see whats available, then put the appointment right on my calendar on my phone! The retreat and lounge areas are lovely, lots of nice teas to choose from, and all the services Ive had have been exceptional. For your first appointment, you set up all your preferences while relaxing in a robe, using an iPad -- lotion scents to use, style of music to choose from, how much you do/dont want to talk during your massage, etc. The facial I had was also great.Michael is PHENOMENAL at understanding physiology and explaining what hes doing, and Frankie too, Ashley (up front), etc., have all been so sweet and made an effort to get to know us. First place Ive ever loved enough to get an actual subscription, and I look forward to it every month. Great hours, great services, great pricing for members, great facility... and each specialist Ive spoken with has mentioned how the owner Patricia is one of the greatest bosses they have ever had.The ladies spa nights are so much fun (3 mini services with wine and dessert snacks for $30!) that my mother, aunt and I have all invited friends, and every one of them wants to go back for the next one. I highly recommend this spa! I went in for a standard massage and it was amazing, I love the environment. You get a locker, a robe and wait for your masseuse in a room. I had Cheryl, she was AMAZING and so lovely to talk to! I usually go somewhere else but I felt my money’s worth more at Spavia than any other spa. The relaxation and atmosphere was everything I needed to relieve my stress . Just try to be 20 mins earlier than your appointment to fill out paperwork. I don’t see why this place has a bad reviews to be honest, I can’t wait to go back again!

This place is great! I had booked a couple massage for my husbands birthday and they were great every step of the way. I informed them while booking the appointment that this was a birthday surprise for him and to contact me for any confirmation or information needed and they did. When I called to schedule it, I had a few questions and the girl who answered was very friendly and informative. I booked a deep tissue for my husband and a signature message for me and they both were amazing. The women who gave us the massage were wonderful! My woman was Michelle and she listened to exactly what I said and focused on the problem area on my shoulder and worked out knots that have been building up and killing me for a while. From start to finish she was amazing, I highly recommend her! She is so friendly and does such an outstanding job on the massage! My husband had Frankie who was just as amazing. He said she used the perfect amount of pressure and really worked the knots out of his back and that he would definitely recommend her. Both women were professional and friendly. Once we were finished and went upfront to pay they did not try to push a sale on us or anything. They informed us of the packages they offer because my husband asked about them. The place itself is very nice and well kept. We will both definitely be going back here and requesting Michelle and Frankie again! I highly recommend this place!

My experience was wonderful from beginning to end! The checkin process with Krystal was fast so that I could begin my relaxation prior to my service. Taylor went above and beyond during my service. She made me feel extremely comfortable despite my insecurities, and also provided me with plenty of information and samples to help me to become more comfortable with myself. Im not sure why Ive never come here, but I already scheduled another service for next week. I definitely recommend this place!

Best experience ever. From the time you walk in until the moment you step out the staff are kind and caters to you. I love the separate lobby that you sit in as you wait for your service appointment. Absolutely spectacular experience at this spa. We were in the area for a wedding and all the girls had a spa day. I had a wonderful massage some of us got facials the staff was perfect lovely lovely spa. I highly recommend making an appointment for something there.

I have been a regular at Spavia for over a year now and have yet to ever leave disappointed. The entire facility is super clean and relaxing. The changing area and waiting lounge are some of the best Ive experienced outside of resorts. I have tried numerous massage therapists they have on staff and all have done good work but I would say Ashley and Mark are standouts. You can tell both of them enjoy and truly care for their clients as they give their all to have you leave feeling better than when you came in. What I love the most is their app which is easily accessible and make booking appointments so easy and provides pictures of the staff which I find to be a nice touch. I would fully recommend Spavia to anyone looking to relax, escape, and thrive!

Got a wonderful facial here, one of the best I’ve ever had very detailed. They have a nice lounge type area when you get there where you can change into your robe, have some tea, and relax before your services. The location was very clean and the staff is very nice. I would definitely be back for a facial the experience overall was very relaxing.

My experience at Spavia was so amazing at first when I enter the door the manager was smiling, so big it was very welcoming! The team lead cierra was fantastic at showing me around the spa, and settling me in with a locker robe and spa sandals. Chi and Lera rock!!!

We went here for a little bachelorette party with my besties! We got to bring stuff for mimosas and snacks! They provided a little table and glasses for us! It was amazing!!! I will absolutely be back!

Great experience here! I loved how easy it was to book the appointment. The staff are really welcoming. It didnt matter that we arrived early because there are shower and changing areas as well as a retreat area for tea and relaxation before your massage. The technicians were experts (Calvin and Sandra). The only negative was the music (just two songs played on repeat), but I will choose a different selection next time. 5 stars overall though!

Ive been coming here every month for over a year! There are no words to describe how much I love coming here. Chi is a master when it comes to eyelash extensions. She really takes her time creating the best set of eyelashes you could ever dream of. Its always a nice relaxing experience for me. The quality of her lashes are amazing. I recommend CHI to everyone and if you are looking for lash extensions she is the BEST. Plus the staff is always extremely welcoming!

I did the basic eyelash extensions with Chi and she was wonderful! Chi made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She was efficient and gentle, you could tell the person providing the service was a professional and that’s a great feeling when someone is working with such a sensitive area. After trying another massage chain, this place offered so much more at a better quality...all for the same price! Ive been coming for about 5 or 6 months, and its always a great experience, which they focus on a lot. You have access to warm, scented neck wraps, hot or cold teas, shower, razors, a robe -- you can even select the type of scent and music you want for your massage treatment. Each time I go I forget about where I am or what I have to do. Michael is fantastic, and is very knowledgeable about posture and stretches to improve any muscle or pressures you may be feeling in your daily routine. All in all, my membership is worth every penny, and I will continue to come back. Excellent value and quality of service.

I had one of the best massages ever here. It was deep tissue and the masseuse incorporated some stretching into the massage. I suffer from a hip injury and my massage therapist really focused on those areas that needed the most attention. The facility is very relaxing and clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Spavia is so wonderful. I have been to lots of spas and have had many different services. This is one of the best, if not the best, that I h ave been to. Everyone is so very nice, and genuinely so. The Ladies Nights are such a wonderful idea. Truly a relaxing evening where you get to not only experience first hand how wonderful everyone is, but also get to experience several of the offerings that they provide there. This is a treasure and I cant thank everyone enough. I cant wait to bring new people here so they can enjoy how a relaxing spa experience should be.

This was a great experience. I had Mark and my boyfriends massage therapist was Ronique and we both had a great time and signed up for the monthly membership. You get to pick your lotion, go into a spa/relaxation area with robes and slippers, and the prices are great. They were very professional and I loved how you can customize the experience to your preferences than even more expensive places Ive gone to.

After watching the building of the beautiful new retail center along 17/92, I decided to check-out Spavia (one of first businesses to open) for a massage yesterday. It was a great experience! Obviously, the spa is brand new, but everything seemed to be in perfect order and everything happened seamlessly. The folks upfront were very friendly and efficient and the therapist, Jennifer, was great. I was given a choice of musical themes, scents, and level of conversation - I received exactly what I had requested. The massage itself was excellent, but what made the experience truly special was the relaxation room (retreat?) that you use before and after the treatment. I changed into my robe in a beautiful locker room and then relaxed for several minutes in this room before being led to my treatment. Afterwards, I was taken back to this room and encouraged to stay for as long as I wanted. I was the only person in the male relaxation room and actually enjoyed relaxing and killing some time there before leaving for a business appt. I will definitely return when work takes me back to the area. Highly recommended!

Upon arriving my husband and I had a very quick check in. We were able to pick all the details of our massage via their tablets. We were each escorted to our respective changing rooms with nice ambeance and robes. The masseuse for each of use did an amazing job. I highly recommend this establishment and can’t wait to go back again.

Everyone I encountered from the front staff to all of the technicians were wonderful. I can’t think of anything bad to say about this spa. I highly recommend it and will definitely be going back!

2 years going to Spavia and is so good I highly recommend it

I will start off by saying that the staff is absolutely amazing. I always felt comfortable going in and my services were amazing. Renee gives the best facials in Orlando; however, I was talked into signing up for their membership which is $79/month. I was told this was a THREE MONTH COMMITMENT. While signing the contract, the lady was talking to me about all the perks of signing up for it- not really giving me a chance to read the fine print. I did the three months and I was done. My card was still getting charged so I called the spa asking them why. They told me I had to give them 30 days notice to cancel the account. When I told them this was never stated to me, they apologized and said I still had a service that I should use. I told them thats fine but Im not paying for the 5th month; the manager told me they would cancel it. Fast forward another month and my CARD IS STILL BEING CHARGED. I called them AGAIN and asked why???? The girl told me there was no notes that I had cancelled it. Im extremely disappointed. I will never go back to this spa even though I loved it because of the poor communication. Im unemployed due to COVID and dont have the luxury of spending $79 a month plus tip on this.

This is a fantastic spa! The owner is great and you can really tell she works to create a relaxing environment. The massage therapists are knowledgeable and able to identify the specific muscles/groups that need work to help improve trouble areas. Every visit is a great experience regardless of the massage therapist.

Get there early! Take full advantage of their plush robes, heated neck wraps, hot tea, and some quiet before going into your massage! Seriously, if you can decompress before heading into a service, it makes the experience exponentially better. They offer different types of massages so if youre unsure about the one youd like, talk to a guest advisor first so you can understand the differences. The membership is worth it because you can choose massage or facial. Michael, Melanie, Flower are all amazing but ask who would best suit your needs. Enjoy!!!

My parents also love coming here and see Kaleen for massages and Chi for facials. My mom has seen Cartiae for facials, as well and I’m excited to have one with Cartiae next week.

Leaving this review before I even leave the parking lot of Spavia because I feel so phenomenal right now. I’m 36 weeks pregnant and went in for prenatal massage with Ashley and I feel like a new human. My entire experience was magestic and I cannot express enough how normal I feel (which is a big deal considering it’s been 9 months since I’ve felt genuinely great.) I could stay 36w pregnant forever if I had a massage a week (which I plan on getting until this baby comes). Very impressed. Hands down best massage I’ve ever had. Will return! See Ashley!!

My facials with Chi at Spavia are the most relaxing and rejuvenating gifts I give to myself. All the staff are courteous and professional, the premises pristine and the services outstanding.

I visited Spavia for the first time today and recieved the best massage from Michael. He is extremely educated on what to do, which massage techniques & stretches to apply, leaving my sore and tight muscles feeling brand new. Hands down the best massage Ive ever had. I also received a facial from Chi who left my dry & acne-prone skin looking glowing, soft, & beautiful. She surprised me with the best hot stone rub on my neck and my arms while my mask set. Spavia in winter park is the best in the area for getting lash extensions! Chi is very experienced and professional, and always makes me feel welcomed! The whole staff is actually this way, but I really appreciate Chis talents and skills with giving me lashes to help make my eyes pop! Never had a bad experience here, looking forward to my next visit.

What an incredible experience here! Came here with my mom for a relaxing few hours away from the park madness and I have to say will most definetly be back. Stacey is incredible if you want a deep tissue massage the pressure points were spot in. Ronique gave my mom a 80 min signature massage and I have never seen her come out of a massage so happy. This was such a great find I highly recommend.

I visited Spavia in Winter Park today and had a wonderful time! I purchased a Groupon for a facial and a massage- FANTASTIC deal by the way! (Dont forget to tip generously when you use coupons.)I called yesterday and booked an appointment for first thing today. If this is your first time, try to arrive at least 15-20 minutes early. You will need to fill out your information and treatment preferences before hand. I was happy to see they use a tablet which speeds up the process. I started with the massage from Ronique and it was just what I needed. I have not had a massage in months and my body was in knots. She listened to my needs and I feel 100% better. Next up was my facial with Renee. I told her this was my first time receiving a professional facial and she was kind and professional enough to explain the entire process and what to expect. She did a wonderful job and my skin never felt better.My only drawback about this place is the dressing room and relaxation waiting area is very small. I have been to the location in Colorado and was spoiled by the large bathroom and waiting area. Of course this cant be modified, but that was my only concern. It was hard to relax and unwind in the room because it was so small.Overall, I would recommend Spavia to anyone looking for a day of relaxation! They are professional every step of the way.

They were SO accommodating to my mess up and were able to schedule my boyfriend and I back to back, with only two days notice. They were very pleasant to talk to on email and over the phone.The massage was AMMAAAAAZING. James (jay?) did a FABULOUS job, he made me feel comfortable, asked me questions that way he could provide the best possible service.I’m going to start coming here once a month, it was such a great experience.Also, beautiful place, very clean, quiet and the music is at a perfect volume.The robes are comfy, they have a lot of amenities and it’s definutely worth it’s price.100% recommend.

I had my first experience at this spa with my gf for a couples massage. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made the whole experience easy and comfortable for both of us. Very clean and sanitized all around from when you first walk in, to the locker room and the massage rooms.

Not a fan of chain spas, however, I will say that compared to others, Spavia is amazing! I have been going here for some R&R for almost 2 years now and it has become my favorite! Chi is a must for facials! Soo knowledgeable and my skin feels sooo nice when I leave there. I give it a 5/5

We had an appointment scheduled for an 80-minute couples massage for our wedding anniversary. This was my husbands very first massage. Needless to say, he was not impressed. Unfortunately, my husband had a last-minute MRI which ran over longer than anyone expected. The owner would not allow us to reschedule without charging us, and we had no choice but to take 35 minutes of the massage--but we paid for 80. She was nasty and very condescending. She was adamant that we should have canceled 24-hours in advance. Yeah, if I knew my husband would need an MRI, and that it was going to run over--I would have never even scheduled the appointment! We found out last night from my husbands neurologist, the MRI shows that meningitis has moved to my husbands spine. This is why it took so long (5 hours, for a 3-hour procedure) for the MRI to be complete. Thanks to the owner of Winter Park Spavia for making what could be our last anniversary together horribly memorable!

I love this place. The therapist and skin specialist are always awesome. The front desk staff somewhat fell off in customer service but not enough to lessen my experience. Place is calming, tranquil, has a peaceful ambience. Because its small it is intimate but they offer full spa services. Highly recommend!

Booked a facial appointment with Renee after reading through the reviews. She was great ! Very knowledgeable and my skin feels amazing. I decided to purchase the premier membership and I can’t wait to try other services.

DON’T GET LASH EXTENSIONS HERE!!!I purchased a living social for eyelash extensions and a fill. The first set was fine, the refill was horrible. I had them filled on a Tuesday 11/28 and by 12/01 almost 100% of the lashes were gone, not only that, but I noticed my natural lashes to be shorter than before I went in for a fill. My natural lashes were a pretty decent length, I had only gotten extensions for my wedding and honeymoon and since the deal came with a fill I decided to go for it. When I expressed my concern to the owner Patrica, she assured me that my lashes were not cut and the sound I heard was two tweezers being used to apply the lashes. She refused to give me any money back claiming that I already got my value from having the full set done. Just an awful awful experience. I now have to purchase growth serum to try and get my lashes back to where they were. Very disappointing because the salon itself was nice but to have someone have an issue and you as an owner not do anything to help them directly, I just don’t stand for that or choose to support that.

Spavia is the absolute best! I visit them on a monthly basis and I’ve found it’s the only thing that keeps my chronic pain at bay. They always exceed expectations and I come out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

I walked into the most peaceful atmosphere when I came into this spa . The staff was warm and welcoming . The relaxation room offers water and several teas . The entire spa is beautifully laid out with all that you could possibly need conveniently located . My massage was soothing and smooth in all its transitions . My facial was so much more than I expected Elizabeth filled the whole session with so many lovely treatments . As I was driving to Spavia I thought I would arrive to a stuffy Winter Park spa but instead it’s was a refreshing experience and I would highly recommend this place. And to assure that this review is on point I do have another facial booked along with a foot treatment.

(Capitalization for emphasis!)The LOVELY ladies at the reception desk were able to get me a walk-in appointment that was only a 30 minute wait, so I went to the Trader Joes across the street and back for some pre-treat-your-self treats.I had explained what was ailing me and was recommended a sports massage with MARK, who has 25 years of experience.Those years of experience showed, he spoke to me briefly before the massage treatment to get an understanding of what I needed, and he then went to work.I can honestly say that it was the very BEST massage treatment Ive ever had. MARK fixed me up and I was on my way.I have to also mention how THERAPEUTIC the energy was there, how CLEAN and ACCOMMODATING their services are and I would HIGHLY recommend this SPAVIA at Winter Park, Florida.:)
