I have been looking for a new massage place and found a Groupon to be able to give them a try.Once you walk in you are greeted by the receptionist to do your check in and fill paperwork if it is your first time in. Then, you are taken to the waiting room, were you can have water or tea. It is spacious with plenty of rooms for massage or facials.I was there for a massage and I got Robert, which I was told does a good deep tissue massage. He sure did! I was in pain when I came in and left feeling better! He was nice and attentive and checked on me throughout the massage to make sure I was okay.I wrapped up with a 15 minute in the hydro bed, which added to the relaxation and good experience. I had to remind the receptionists as they almost forgot, glad I asked.It was a good experience and I will be back in the future.

Rarely ever had any issues with Massage Luxe up until this past spring, when I requested to have the payment dates for my account to be changed due to a change in my finances.The massages were always the best and staffing was always superb.Eventually, I had to put my and my mothers account on pause due to various issues. I explicitly stated several times, that I wanted to have my account and my mothers paused until further notice.This is twice now, that they have gone ahead and charged my account, even when I made prior arrangements to have the plans changed. Massage for me is not a luxury its part of my Healthcare plan.The money that they took from my account is for the necessities! I have food and rent to pay. Dealing with this situation has caused further grief and stress that I dont need!Im terribly disappointed in what has happened.They said they have to mail out my refund? Like seriously? Its 2024. Who still mails out checks?!Now, this feels intentional.This isnt right.

I’ve had a membership to ML for almost a year and I have no regrets. Louanne is an absolutely fabulous massage therapist and person and I could not recommend her more. Alexsa is also a wonderful esthetician and my skin looked amazing after getting a facial from her. It’s very easy to make appointments and the receptionists are always very helpful.

I have been a member for approximately 4 years, and today they have lost my business. Ever since their therapist Veronica left I have yet to find someone that meets that standard, so they were about to lose me anyways. Today, however, sealed the deal when they booked me with a therapist that wasnt even scheduled to work that day! They offered to waive the next month for me but that also meant I waived my time as well! I need my time! They refused to give that time to me, they only offered an add on to my service instead. I lost over an hour of my day driving 40 minutes round trip to my appointment as well as 30 minutes waiting for my therapist, then the manager. And I also get to still be in pain. I will be finding someone who values my time, money, and loyalty to get services from going forward.

Massage are usually pretty good, but dont fall for the membership unless you are ABSOLUTELY certain you will use it. Super restrictive on gifting them (one every 6 months) and when you build them up, you either lose them if you cancel, or you get the privilege to pay $25/mo, just to use up the massages you already paid for.

If youre in a taxi and the meter is running by the minute but you notice the driver is moving incredibly slow.... thats what this was. A slow motion muscle rub. Not a fan.

I called this place to potentially reschedule and let them know that I was going to have to cut my first massage short by ten minutes, also not be able to get the Hydra whatever I was getting if I could not reschedule. I told the girl on the phone I wasnt sure if I was going to make it and that I would call back. I called an hour and 30 minutes before my appointment and let them know I had a conference call and wasnt going to be able to make it. I was charged and no one ever explained the policy to me that it was a two hour prior cancellation. 30 minutes too late and they wouldnt help me. I was asked if I wanted to reschedule but I would still be charged for the first session. Absolutely not. When I told the woman on the phone I wasnt told about it, she said nothing. When I told her I had already called, she responded, well you didnt cancel then. Nothing to do with the therapist, but this place is not good on communication. Especially for a new customer and it going to be my first session. I wont be coming here. I was hoping and planning to find a new place to get a membership. But its definitely not this one. Pretty sad too. This is a gorgeous establishment and I am sure the therapists are great. But the communication was awful.

So the front desk was nice, but my masseuse was hard. He was nice enough, but I wanted a light but firm enjoyable massage. I purposely didnt do deep tissue. I feel like Ive been hit by a truck I have bruises everywhere. And yes I asked to massage lighter. He would snort and continue the same pressure. It felt as if he was pinching me, hitting me or just plain awful. I tipped him 20% anyways and ran as quick as I could which ended up limping because everything hurt.

Just moved to Winter Park and my experience at this location was unforgettably awful. I booked a couples massage for an anniversary treat weeks in advance and even got a confirmation call the day before my appointment to confirm everything. After driving 45 minutes through rush hour traffic to our appointment, it turns out they made a booking error and no therapists were available for us. The employees did not seem to care whatsoever and offered no accommodations for the huge inconvenience. After spending time trying to reschedule and confirming yet another appointment, we were then notified that because we moved from another location, we could not use our hours at this location. This would’ve been nice to know upon first scheduling our appointment or even on the confirmation call the day before. They also didn’t inform us that you can only gift hours once every 6 months. It seems that the employees lack any kind of customer service and are not trained properly about their procedures. This inconvenience has caused me time, stress, and money wasted on my anniversary and was nothing short of the most horrible experience. At this price point, this is a place you’d expect to relax. After this headache today, I cannot recommend anyone to come here and I will not be coming back.

Unbelievable how this service was. My girlfriend and I were late to an appointment because of an accident in traffic. This Aloma location told us that we would have to pay full price and WOULD NOT reschedule since we were wasting the therapists times. The people we talked to would not let us talk to a manager and kept repeating herself and telling my girlfriend to listen and interrupting her to tell her there policy. At the end of it they allowed a “once in a lifetime” cancellation for myself and changed my girlfriend the full price of whatever time she had left. My girlfriend has had a membership with them since 2016 and has never had such horrible service from them. They are rude and the behavior they gave us was embarrassing for the whole company.

I was looking forward 90 minutes deep tissue massage after working 10 days straight. The massage therapist was working very very slowly and applied very light pressure. I asked her twice nicely if she could apply stronger pressure but she kept working at her own slowly pace with very light pressure. She tried to move my arms around for stretching. I don’t need stretching. I can stretch at home. I need a strong deep tissue massage and I didn’t get that even though I asked her to increase more pressure. It’s the last time I go to this place

Do not go here! I arrive 10 minutes early to my appointment. I was gifted certificate when I arrived they said they could not honor the certificate because the barcode wasn’t legible. Instead of trying to accommodate and apologizing that I wasn’t going to be able to get the facial since the barcode was unreadable. They decided to charge me a two hour cancellation fee and waste a gift card that I was given. I will be looking for the owners information to discuss customer service.

I had the membership to the winter Park massage luxe and 80% of my scheduled appointments were cancelled the day of my appointment with multiple massage therapist. They never did anything to compensate my inconvenience only an Im sorry. I have cancelled my membership and I recommend to find a different location or spa to go to.

Although my massage therapist was great I couldn’t relax . The employees in the back were extremely loud almost my entire time. She apologized on their behalf but it still continued to the point she had to knock on the wall . But it still continues. Apparently she told the manager upon me exiting . But what I found weird was that no one ever apologized just tried to pitch me a membership package . I think not . When I told them why I was declining the membership they immediately agreed . Just wished I could have enjoyed my massage because the facility is gorgeous .

My first massage was with Veronica she did an amazing job with my issues, she does great deep tissue massage and trigger points. She explains and makes you feel comfortable. So I became a member, after that I got other masseuses they were good too! . But my biggest disappointment is the fees and other charges they were a shady each time I came in I had something or other to pay Every single timethere was an issue where I became soooo frustrated before getting my massage, each time wanted to say kep the 4 hr YOU guys owe me, but I remained calm and got my massage I stayed with them for almost 2 years I accrued massage hours I gifted on and the person could not come . So if I didnt find another person I would LOSEIT so I found someone else and paid another 20 for that. But they had no problem calling me to cancel my massage and not able to accommodate me to MY schedule . The manager he his so rude dont know his name dont care . My last massage is today guess who got Veronica , She is amazing . If I were to go back it would be for her only and dont get caught in the membership trap its awfully frustrating.

They expect you to call well in advance before cancelling an appointment or else youd incur a fee yet that rule doesnt apply to them canceling your appointment at the last minute. I made an appointment a couple weeks in advance to have a Facial and a massage the day before my wedding. About a week before my appointment they called me to tell me Ashley would not be available for my facial, ok I cancelled the facial entirely because I only trust Ashley to do my facials, but I kept my massage appointment. A couple days later they called me to tell me the massage therapist wasnt available but another one was on the day I requested. I was fine accepting the change. Then the day of my appointment, as I was on my way to my appointment, they called me to cancel the appointment. Literally 15 minutes before my appointment they called to cancel and they kept saying no one else was available that day.It was such a frustrating experience, I just went home. I called a couple days later to cancel my account, was told I had to go in to do that. Since I moved recently, I didnt go right away. When I did make it there I certainly signed the paper to cancel the account.A little while after, their office manager called me asking why I cancelled the account. I explained the situation and she offered a couple hours of services. I accepted it because why not get something for the extreme inconvenience they caused.Fast forward I got a call from them again advising my payment didnt go through. I said yes I knew that bc I cancelled my account. They put the manager on the phone and she said she assumed I wanted to keep my account since I accepted her 2 hours of services added to my account. Advised I never signed another agreement to reactivate my account, the last thing I signed was a cancellation request. She said she wouldnt have offered me anything if she knew I still wanted to cancel the account.Ashley was great. If it wasnt for her, I wouldnt recommend this place.

I would give this a zero star rating if it were an option. This is the absolute WORST place I have ever dealt with. I bought two massages packages for a friend and my birthday in July 2021. Scheduled our appointments to be on the same day and at the same time since we live an hour away from this location. Drove an hour to this location area and got there early so decided to walk around until our appointment time. We were called 30 minutes before our scheduled appointment and was told that one of the masseuse injured himself and “may or may not be able to preform the massage.” So we rescheduled the appointment. We had a family emergency and had to reschedule the already rescheduled appointment for another month out. Now, one week until the appointment, they call and say that they have to reschedule one of our appointments because “the employee up at quit unexpectedly.” And when asked to speak to a manager or get some sort of compensation for rescheduling twice, was told that they would be in contact in 3-5 business days but that I could “just cancel my appointments instead.” VERY, VERY unsatisfied with this service.

Brandon has been great to me. Ive only requested massages from him exclusively for nearly a year and he has helped me deal with my chronic back pain due to my scoliosis, I havent felt this good in the last ten years.He has been very attentive and constantly adjusting my massage based on feedback that I give him, and observations he personally has made about what he thinks will be best for my condition and my condition has only improved more and more over time.Cant recommend him enough regardless of the annoying membership pressuring.

This massage luxe is very dishonest. They told me one price to lure me in and when I arrived for my massage they quoted me a higher price. I asked for the owner/manager to contact me and they never did. Very unprofessional. Also, they cut my massage time short and when I brought this issue to the front desk attention, she just said “oh, I’m sorry”…your total for today is this…🙄I would not recommend this location.

Ashley is amazing at what she does, she actually takes the time to evaluate your skin and cater to its and your needs. She is so personable and very professional. Great when I was a member with monthly 90 minute sessions. Then treated like a pariah by management when I had to cancel after about a year. I used a coupon and when ready to pay, I was told curtly by management that I would no longer be eligible to use any coupons or discounts again. When Im able to resume my monthly massage treatments once again, I wont be going back here, but rather to their competitor Massage Envy just up the street.

She is the best. She really knows her stuff. I am not easy to work on and she is able to break up all my knots and I walk out a new women every time! This place seemed really nice after reading the reviews. I got a facial here a few months ago.It was good at first and the lady was nice but it wasn’t a pleasant facial. I knew the cleaning out the pores might hurt a little but this hurt so bad I wanted to stop her in the middle of doing it. She used the metal tools to extract the blackheads , instead of the tool that sucks them out. She didn’t ask if I was okay or anything and it ended up leaving dark marks and scars on my face.

I love this place. For some reason it’s got some bad reviews. I’ve never had a negative experience with staff, scheduling, or with the therapists themselves. The prices at MassageLuxe are very competitive and fair. I’ve seen several other reviewers complaining about Patrick. I’m not even sure if he’s still at MassageLuxe, but Patrick is the one that got me signed up for the monthly service. He’s always been super friendly and courteous. Another name-drop: Alissa. She’s hands down the best massage therapist at this location. I’ve tried other therapists here and I’m not gonna say they’re bad, but Alissa is easily better. Unless I absolutely have to go with someone else, I usually request Alissa. She’s amazing. 5 stars overall for a great massage experience.EDIT: Still a great place to get a massage and Alissa is still the best therapist there, but two or three times in a row, she’s had a family emergency and canceled my massage last-minute. It’s very unfortunate but her volatility makes her hard to trust, so I would be weary of scheduling massages with her. Rachel is pretty good however.

I was charged after canceling plan. I called and was placed on a 13 minute hold. When I finally was addressed, I explained my plan was initiated in February and the first payment was due in March. I called prior to the first payment due and spoke with the manager, Josh. Josh informed me that the first payment due in March must still be paid then all future payments could be canceled. I was OK with that. The problem is, I have received a charge for April. I called and spoke with a woman at the receptionist desk. She was unknowledgeable, rude, short tempered and did not have an ounce of professionalism in her tone. After getting nowhere, she abruptly transferred me to the manager, after I asked not to be. The manager then rudely conducted the call with me. I had to give the whole spill all over again about being charged. Josh FINALLY explained that forms needed to be signed in order to cancel. After giving me the information in a snarky and facetious tone, he emailed me the forms to complete (why wasn’t this done a month ago when I called beats me). I then asked for the woman’s name that I originally spoke with and was told he would not give me her name because “he didn’t have to”. I inquired why and he again, facetiously stated no and hung up on me. The whole encounter was unprofessional, unnecessary, mentally exhausting and rude. Save your time, money and energy. You’ll be more stressed and tense in dealing with these people when their service is to relieve stress and pain. Clearly people work in customer service and doesn’t understand the basic concept of it. The whole staff needs to be fired and the owner needs to reevaluate if multiple customers are having the same issue with communication and unprofessionalism.

Ive been a member here for about 2 years. The first year was great. Every massage I got was amazing (I was randomly selecting massuist). Then I had a period of getting put with newbies which felt like a cat was walking on my back. Thats the only reason its not 5 star. Its a hit or miss but once you find a good massuist, youll be satisfied. Alyssa has given THE best massage Ive gotten here so far. I almost canceled my membership after the few bad massages but shell keep me coming back. The staff have always been pleasant and theres been no hidden fees so far. I had to freeze my account a couple months, they were very up front about how it works and I never recieved any negative vibe.

I was a member with massage luxe. 90% of the massages provided were terrible if your not paying over a $40 tip on massages you will not get booked with a good masseuse. The front desk staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. You will not leave feeling relaxed or in a zen state of mind instead feeling exactly the same as you walked in very tense.

I wanted to use my gift certificate at this location. I called to scheduled an appointment with MassageLuxe, but was asked to provide a credit card on file in case of cancelling without 24 hour notice or no-show. I was concerned about it but did it anyway. On the appointment day, I was called less than 30 min before my scheduled appointment to be told that my appoint is cancelled. This company can just cancel the appointment with no issues but if a customer will do it without proper notice there will be a charge! This is so unprofessional and wrong!!!!In addition, during the cancellation phone call, new appoint was set. However, when I called today, apparently, I do not have an appointment! Who knows, do I have an appointment or don’t have it, I guess I will see if MassageLuxe will charge my credit card for no show.Will never go there!

The place is clean and looks great. front desk staff were nice and gave a lot of promises until I started an account and signed up with them. they told me the time that I pay for wouldnt expire and can roll over, they told me that I can give my paid time as a gift to a friend and I can cancel at any time no questions asked.. this changed when I brought my niece with me. they said there is an additional charge of $25 to bring a guest on top of the $48 that I already paid. why any body would pay all that if they can buy it through Groupon for $35 ??? I decided to cancel so I got to see the other face of the staff. Josh and the other lady were so rude to me on the phone when I said I need to cancel. They also said there are no openings to come and use my time and that if I dont use my time; I cant use it after I cancel my membership. They made it so difficult to cancel the contract, they cheated me of one hour that I planned to use the next day for no reason, and said that I can only cancel if I phiscally go there to sign the form., They difdnt accept fax, email or signing from different location.It was a terrible experience. I would never recommend the place to any one and would never use them again.. clean place but very bad customer service.

The managers there Jocelyn and Patrick have lack of customer service for them they always have the reason and the customer is always wrong but in fact they are the one that are wrong completely. They are rude and hostile with clients especially Jocelyn ( btw she wasnt wearing the mask correctly). On the other hand, the massage was super good he was super professional and have a good massage. There employees have munch more professionalism than the 2 managers at the front desk. Jocelyn and Patrick should learn from them.

As someone who worked for this franchise, I would like to point out how TERRIBLE the owners are, and how they do not care about their employees whatsoever!!! This play is a revolving door of new people because they lack common sense, and don’t listen to their employees nor their managers, instead they make you feel like you do not belong and overwork you for the little amount of pay and then wonder why they can’t keep anyone. The manager at Lake Mary is also rude, deceiving and very manipulative!!! The only reason why this place is good is for their employees who are AMAZING at what they do, and for truly caring for their clients!!! If you plan on visiting here, by all means the employees make it a wonderful experience. As for the owners not so much.

They put in allot of effort to give their clients a calm and relaxing atmosphere.The staff was very friendly and not too pushy with sales. Absolutely LOVE Veronica! Her trigger point massage is perfect for those of us in the service industry or anyone that does strenuous manual labor and wrecks their back on the daily. Massage was fine and facility was nice. BEWARE of the membership they offer though. Very poorly explained and costly. Instead of a $10 per month charge to receive a cheaper massage when you go in, they automatically bill you $58 and basically force you to get a massage every month. While there is no contract, cancellation isnt easy either and cant be done over the phone. I ended up having to go in to sign a paper. Moral to the story, if you go there pay them per massage and dont sign up for there scam membership.

Wow going above and beyond not something you see very often outside the hospitality industry. Yes some may say massage falls under that category but I will still say it again wow! After having A unauthorized charge on my account from a membership that was supposed to be canceled months ago I spoke with a representative from the Winter Park location where the charge was initiated. The Manager (Jocelyn in Winter Park) Was about the last person you would ever want to do business with first thing Saturday morning as describing her as rude and unprofessional not Begin to describe my interaction with her. Moving on to the top notch customer service and professionalism that is MassageLuXe Lake Marry! I spoke to a young lady/manager that was able to resolve my problems with absolutely no issues. She handled the situation like a professional. should and had everything taken care of for me and had me enjoying a wonderful Saturday afternoon within 10 minutes of our conversation! She single-handedly saved the reputation of massage luxe in my mind so thank you!

This place is a SCAM!! I was locked into this membership. I was unable to cancel because they wouldnt let me keep the massages that I had already paid for and I had to use all the hours up before I could freeze the account. I am not allowed to give anyone the massages I have already paid for. The manager refuses to do any refunds even for very unhappy customers. Each entity is owned independently so make sure you dont use this or the Altamonte location, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Go anywhere else where they actually care about you and the money that you spend. Ill be cashing in all my 8 hours theyve robbed from me and making sure I recommend anyone to anywhere else over this scam location. I only came in originally from a hour massage from a gift card and they didnt even use the full amount on the gift card and somehow managed to get me on the membership scam. They comfortable with providing inadequate service and stealing your mone . Last week i had a massage scheduled and something came up with work, I called two minutes after they called with no voicemail and they stilled charged me the hour. BUT previously I had a massage and had to wait in the parking lot for 45 minutes because nobody showed up for work NOTHING was accommodated for my time. They dont know how to run a business and clearly lake customer service skills.

I went to this location using a gift certificate; today I found that this location charged my bank account $100. O0 without my consent nor did I give them my card for any reason.I did visit their location two/three years ago and apparently they used my card numbers from an old file . Got a massage by Veronica. Paid for a prenatal massage and ended up getting a trigger point massage. I definitely did not want or ask for a trigger point massage. I was hoping to get a relaxing massage before I had my baby and ended up getting the opposite. Very disappointing. She also talked most of the time, educating me on trigger points which I didn’t go there for. I also paid for a 60 minute massage and only got a 40 minute “massage”.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This place is a complete scam. I had a monthly membership which got me a 1 hour standard massage or a 1 hour standard facial. For the last 3 weeks Ive been going in for weekly appointments and paying additionally for microdermabrasion. AFTER my third weekly session and spending over $200 in 3 weeks, the manager tells me about the packages available. Nobody had introduced me to these, which could have saved me at least $50, but possibly even closer to $75.What a terribly unprofessional manager. He offered no credit or even attempted to keep my business. He was absolutely unhelpful and gave a pitiful amount of care that I was upset about being uniformed on their package pricing available, resulting in me being overcharged.I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I received a gift voucher to get a full hr massage and 15 min hydro massage. For the massage and I told the tech I wanted just my feet, back and neck done and I was specific about my neck and feet. I wanted them to have the most attention. He spent a good amount of time on my neck. But my feet... I dont know what happened but he left my feet for last and gave each one about 2 minutes worth of a rub. And the worst part... he just pressed and poked around the middle area of my foot, my toes and heels didnt get anything. No rub no nothing. So disappointing! The best part was the hydro massage but it was a bit awkward as it is located in the front by the lobby so every time someone walked by I was pulled out of relaxation. Then the pitch to sell the membership was interesting. I was very disappointed with my experience. I went in with a positive attitude and left completely disappointed.

If you call to cancel an appointment and their employee makes the mistake of not canceling that appointment theyll tell you that theres no proof the cancellation conversation took place and then theyll use your credit for the month for that massage or charge you for missing the appointment due to THEIR mistake. Then when you cancel your membership (because trust me, you will) theyll request that you come in to cancel. Dont bother.

Do not go to any Massage Luxe. They will make you blindly sign a membership with them and they won’t tell you that it’s based on a TWO month commitment **before** you can cancel it. I was told misleading and false information by the employee who made the membership sound fantastic (of course) and EASY to cancel if needed. I called to cancel the day before my membership was supposed to be renewed because I was told I could cancel it on or before the renewal date. They told me simply “no” and to refer to the contract even though I explained that it was explained to me differently and incorrectly even AFTER I asked questions upon signing. The wording in the contract is also incredibly misleading. They don’t care if you are having financial hardship or if employees are giving incorrect information and will not be decent human beings unless you pay up. This place is money hungry and it’s very scammy.

Massage therapists do not know what a massage is. They are all about pushing deep into muscles when they do not know what they are doing. The walls are thin and the people next to you are talking at full volume. I had a membership so tried to use up the hours, but I just cant because they are so bad. I had one person who was good that I found after 3 horrible visits, but she left. No surprise. Massage factory, not massage experience.

I have a membership and its a hit or miss. Some masseuse are good some ok. I have had every masseuse there and only susan and ebony I would recommend. 1 girl I keep getting stuck with when they are unavailable and she is always late. Massage starts about 12 minutes late. And ends 5 minutes early to get dressed so im out 17 minutes with her. Great environment tho. Very friendly staff. Just be careful what masseuse you get. Ask for Susan or Ebony only.

I used to be a member of this facility x 2 yrs, however I canceled my subscription because customer service went downhills. I recently bought a Groupon and decided to give it a shot again. After the completion of the session, I was not offered a membership by front desk people that surprised me. I added the tip on my credit card at the front desk then decided to relax and sat in the waiting room for 5 min. When I was walking out of the building the front desk EE did not say to me “have a great day and thank you for coming”. What he ACTUALLY did he ran after me outside and asked me if I want to add the gratuity. I was SHOCKED. Seriously! Never back again there.

Thank you for the front desk staff at Massage Luxe for screwing up my husbands birthday present. I made an appointment for him to come in at 8 a.m. before he started work for a massage. He came in this morning and theby said the appointment was made for 2 p.m. I had written the time on a referral card upon making the appointment and put it in his birthday card. Not only were they not sympathetic, but did not offer any retribution for this mess up. Horrible service and I recommend that something be done about this immediately. If you cannot even make an appointment correctly, I dont know how you expect to run a business.

Massage was OK but after the massage they will try to sign you into a monthly membership I told the lady that I was not sure about it and she told me that she will put the deal on hold for $10 and gave me 3 days to think about it , she was very pushy , she told me if I decided to not go ahead with the membership to call her and the $10 will be refunded. Well next day I called to tell her that I decided I didnt want the membership, she told me the $10 were not refundable. Woman at the front wasnt as friendly as you would expect from the service industry where customer service is everything. Had an older woman give me a swedish massage. The massage was great but she talked the entire time! Its pretty hard to zone out and relax when a woman is telling you her life story. Also she did not even read the paperwork I submitted. I elected for her to not massage my face, but she did anyway.

Customer service was not bad as others have stated. I was supposed to get a deep tissue massage...I basically got a Swedish massage. I don’t think she was strong enough to do a deep tissue. Left feeling the exact same as I walked in - knots and all. She couldn’t have been doing it long because didn’t really know what to do. They spray this stuff at the beginning and end of the massage. I guess it’s supposed to relax you but it doesn’t smell that good. Won’t be back. Clean facility mostly, someone left some mess in the bathroom. They try to get you to sign up for a membership afterwards...ughh just stop.

I called to make an appointment the woman on the phone says that they cannot honor my Groupon because Im not a first-time customer. Theres no where it says on the Groupon that it needed to be for first time customers only now my husband needs to call Groupon to get a refund. The woman on the phone would not just credit us for the amount of the massage and allow us to pay whatever the difference may be because she claims that she cant do anything about it. I do not recommend this place as this would have been our second time going the first time was not a great experience this time I really just wanted to relax a bit after having a baby but the rude customer service didnt make me feel any better.

I tried this place twice but to be honest, I wouldn’t go back a third time. Massage was just ok. “Lounge” is right by the front lobby so its pretty noisey so don’t expect to “relax” in there. My therapist (not going to give her name because the spa as a whole was a miss for me) had a very rushed way about her. Massage starts 5 minutes after and ends 10 minutes early so it’s really a 45 minutes massage, not an hour. My therapist didn’t do the normal check-ins (pressure okay? Music too loud?) and she was also very noisey with her movements and I found that distracting. To sum up the experience.. mediocre. Way better spas in the area.

The only reason the one star is worth it is because of the wonderfull massage therapist, namely jennifer and brandon. So far everyone on front desk have been wonderfull. The problem i have is the months (4 to be precise) that i was charged without my knowledge for keeping my account open, and miss-information reguarding closing said account. They will only refund one of the four charges. I am the type of person who lets these thing go pretty easily because it is easy to make mistakes... But, patrick the manager has a very bad way of speaking to customers and even went so far as to insinuate that my boyfriend would take his anger out on the other workers if we came in to do paperwork when patrick was not there. I still have not recieved my refund because once again when i called patrick did not do what he said he would. So to Eakta, at the front desk, thank you for doing everything in your power to make sure things get done. You and the therapists are the only reason i still send anyone to your spa.

Overall horrible customer service, they have no respect towards a customer when an issue arises, they called me right before an appointment my husband and I had to cancel and weren’t willing to refund us even though it was due to one of their therapists being ill as we agreed to a membership with them “and things happen”. I urge anyone considering a membership at this spa to go somewhere else!!! Take them up on the indroductory rate and run! So Ive been struggling with chronic back and neck pain for many years now, tring a lot of different things in search of relief including massage, chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, cryotherapy and physical therapy. Much to my chagrin my pain continued. I had trouble in the past with massage therapists not being able to quite get deep enough or hit the right spots, that is until I discovered Ebony at MassageLuXe in Winter Park. Her deep tissue and trigger point massages are exceptional, she was blessed with magic in her hands thats for sure. She really listens to your needs and which spots are giving you issues, genuinely caring about your overall health and getting you back to the best version of you. I bought a very reasonably priced membership and have thankfully seen significant results in my back/neck. I would highly recommend Ebony to anyone needing deep pain relief or even just a relaxing massage.

I dont typically write reviews but I figured I warn you. Unfortunelty I did not have a good massage. My boyfriend does a better job massaging me. I had two massages done at this location and I was not satisfied with neither one.( I have had several massages around the world, so Im not a newbee to this.) Staff was nice and friendly, facility was clean. However when it came down to the actual massage I requested a deep tissue & the whole time the massage therapist was going up and down on back jamming their elbow in my spine. It was definitely uncomfortable and not relaxing at all. (The next day my back was hurting and l had very faint/light brusing on my back.) I then requested a foot massage and the therapist just put lotion on my feet. (My boyfriend gave me a real foot massage when I got home.) And to top it off I was located next to the staff break room And the whole time I could hear the staff talking, laughing, etc... not cool when youre trying to relax/disconnect. This was a really bad experience both times and I would never go back. Save your money, go to a better Spa. I bought this on Groupon trying to be cheap, but you get what you pay for!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely disappointing!!! I made a reservation for 6 people TWO months ago. We arrived to find out there was only 4 reservations although we had been receiving confirmation calls the week before and I called the day before to confirm there were SIX appointments. I understand miscommunications happen but the manager Patrick was extremely rude and hostile demanding I find a voicemail confirming, i could not find it and he proceeded to be rude until I brought the rudeness to his attention. In the end 4 girls went in and then he tried squeezing the other two but after the rudeness I just wanted to leave. HORRIBLE First impression. Also they were confirming other reservations in front of us and they were also getting the other customers appoinments wrong so it seemed it was definitely on their end...note: This is to the masseuses, The girls who did get a massage said the massage was great which helped redeem the experience because Patrick clearly doesnt know customer service so thank you for being PROFESSIONAL. Perhaps your manager can learn from you.

I came in with a groupon. They give a hard core sales pitch at the end to join that borders on rude. Wouldn’t let me leave until he “closed out account.” What does that mean? The groupon is the introductory offer, cant go back with another groupon. They take all of your information to make sure this doesn’t happen. He acted like this was the norm, everbody does it this way. I know for a fact it isn’t. He didn’t like it that I didn’t want to hear his spiel. He almost rolled his eyes st me. Ruined the experience for me. Massage was okay. They think they’re all that and a bag of chips. They ain’t. There are plenty of other great places to get a massage.

The massage therapist was clearly sick and coughing and clearing his throat the entire session- not relaxing! On top of that I’m miserably sick now too. He’s should have called out for the day- unprofessional. Also at one point he sprayed essential oils on a hot towel and put it over my eyes without even saying anything. No essential oils are safe to put in or around your eyes.

I went to Massage Luxe at Winter Park... I used to be a member, but it seemed like I was always playing the lotto with therapists one would be good and one would be ok. Today I went to Veronica and within the first five minutes I asked if she could please upgrade me to an hr and a half! Lol, she only even did my back and legs because she was so gently thourough in those areas. My body literally melted into the table and I have never felt so much relief. So I want to start by saying the young ladies in the front were helpful yesterday and did their best with what they are able to do. So thank you ladies.However my experience was poor. My wife and I went in February for 90 minute massages. We booked the appointment with the receptionist at the time and gave her our drivers license to set us up. We let the lady know about the name issue when we arrived but still nothing was changed.We go back to get our massages and they were suppose to be Swedish but ended up being deep tissue. 2nd mistakeMy wife paid with her card before the young lady offered for us to have a membership which would be monthly and provide us with credits. We decided to do it but the young lady was unable to refund the card because her manager wasn’t present and she would have it fixed. She called us back after we had left stating she could get the refund done and they would charge the card on file. My wife wakes up in the morning and she had the charges on her card and I had it on mine. We called her bank and they had only refunded 1 but not the other.Due to all the inconsistencies we decided to cancel the membership. They said we have to come in and sign paperwork to cancel the membership. Now when you sign up you are suppose to sign paperwork,which we were not given because the young lady had issues with payments. We show up to sign the cancellation paperwork and the manager again not in to help but the ladies helped as much as they could. They stated they would put the credits on the account and their manager would fix it and give us a call. No calls, emails or anything comes from the owner or manger with our issue.We schedule for yesterday to use our credits and as we were booking the young lady ask what kind of massages we would like and I say Swedish. She is at the end and says so I have you down for a deep tissue massage. AGAIN WE’VE HAD TO MAKE CORRECTIONS OVER SOMETHING VERY SIMPLE! We arrive explain the situation have our paperwork and the owner states to the young lady we have to pay for the massages because we canceled within the first 30 days. However it is not stated in the paperwork under their cancellations policy. That if you cancel within the first 30 days you don’t get your credit. Also we were charged for upgrading so we should have some form of credit in general given it was our first time and we were under their introductory rates. Please see attached Cancellations Policy!However you live and you learn. I will never go back but please be aware and cross check all information because competency lacks from this company.

I love this place and I have referred all of my closest friends and they all signed up, but they keep cutting my hours short, yesterday I tried to have a nice time with my husband and decided to get a massage together, when we arrived they told us the masseuse were running late but that they were going to give us a full hour anyways, well not really... They finished our massages at 9:55pm, we mentioned to the girl in the front and she was a real ****, then she was trying to say we got there late than it was our fault, we got there at 9:02pm, because I always check since another time they cut my specialty massage short for 20 mins... I am not looking for any compensation Ive been paying $60 for the membership for almost a year now, I just want my full times, they keep keep ruining my experiences and that girl last night she was just rude, not nice at all, since we got there she seemed bored, not even a smile... If she doesnt like her job or to work late she should find another job, next time Im going to cancel my membership, I didnt cancel last night because they owe me over 5 hours of service from all my referrals...
