I believe in chiropractic care and our family has seen the benefits of it over the years. Just like in any business, some are clearly better than others. We were attracted by the Orlandos Best designation after looking for a new chiropractor closer to where we live. We left in worse shape than when we arrived due to the aggressive tactics by the chiropractor. Good health care requires active listening by the health provider, that was not our experience here. In addition to the painful adjustment, they want you to commit to 90 days of care but said they wont be offended if you only do their acute 14 day intensive plan. We all have different chiropractic needs and to indicate that there are only two plans they provide regardless of needs or body type, clearly indicates the focus is on money and not patient health. We went to an alternate doctor and feel great again. A doctor who wont solicit feedback and communication from their patients can have dire consequences for the end user. Do your research and dont settle for any doctor, find one that is well practiced and puts your needs as the patient above their financial motives.

But probably the most expensive one I have ever been too. I travel all over the US for work, been to a lot of chiropractors. Never had to pay $300+ for a first time visit/adjustment.

I’ve been a faithful patient ever since. My work has taken me to doctors all over the world for back work and Dr. Filardo is hands down the best in the world.

Went to see them after a fall. Wouldnt tell me the cost of an adjustment when I called to set the initial appointment, just that they accepted my insurance. I left work early and drove down there thinking itd just be my copay or a comparable flat rate per visit since thats been my experience with other chiropractors. After I filled in the paperwork they started going through a sales pitch about plans and pricing. Tldr; I ended up leaving without getting adjusted because it was so expensive. They said the consult is free but now Im worried theyll hit my insurance for it because they have my data.

Dr. Filardo is the best. I came in excruciating pain and could barely walk and or move. I have come to Dr. Filardo twice a week for 5 weeks for acupuncture, tractions, chiropractorand cups. My pain level is half and Im not crying my eyes out just getting up to walk to the restroom. Dr. Filardo cares about his patients and will listen to you and focus on where you are most painful.

I usually dont leave bad reviews but I felt that they were definitely trying to ripped me off because nobody that doesnt know how to work with insurance could be in the health care business. I called ahead, gave my insurance info, chose a In-Network chiropractic office that seemed to have good ratings. I got there early, filled out the paperwork, then the Chiropractor came to asked me some questions and kind of evaluate my issues. He left to let their office staff talk to me about pricing. 1st a lady came telling me that the total amount of the treatment was over $1,200 but that I only had to pay $165 on that 1st visit; I pointed out that they had my insurance information not only from when I called but also in the paperwork that I had just filled out and the copy she made of my insurance car a few minutes earlier. Then they came back with a new estimated I had to pay $150 1st Visit (I have been in several Chiropractors and the copay + consult covered by the insurance is precisely for that but lets assume that their 1st visit is so special and through that we could even ignore this issue), then $150 for X-Rays, $450 Deductible and then the $35 Copay (it looked almost cheaper to pay everything out of pocket)... So I called my insurance because I was never before charged the X Rays or the Deductible. They confirmed what I already knew the Deductible is only charged when I am out of network (WHICH WAS NOT THE CASE) and the Insurance covers 100% X-Rays and Sonograms. They asked me to get a letter from the insurance stating the obvious and when I told them that I was leaving because I felt as they were trying to pull a scam on me they offered to call the insurance, I wouldnt go back even if they offered a lifetime free treatment... Just make sure you check everything with your insurance before, in between and after. Either by ignorance, laziness or to straight up rip you off they will take all your money...and who knows if he is even any good. I was in pain, I wasted 3 hrs and because of that I have to wait until next week to have a day off to see my new Chiropractor, they already ran my insurance information and I only have to pay the $35 Copay and if I have more than 20 visits in 2021 the rest Ill have to pay out of pocket...just as always have been.

Dr. Filardo is amazing, personable and knowledgeable. I love my acupuncture sessions and really see/feel a huge difference! Ashley is wonderful too! She is very sweet, helpful, attentive and they really just have an all around comfortable facility that strives to take good care of their patients/clients. I have told many of my family and friends about them!

I have been a patient for 4 months (a transfer from another VA care provider for continued treatment). Dr Filardo couldnt be more professional or more experienced! He is super friendly and builds a good rapport with his clients. Hes genuinely interested to hear what hobbies and activities youve been able to return to as a result of your progress. Being that we are both active water-people, we talk about surfing, diving, and such. I owe my quality of life to him!It is true that the schedule may not accommodate every patient all the time. You have the pleasure of supporting a proud small business, run by a small staff of hard working human beings just like you. Sometimes he is out for continuing education, conferences, and holidays. His capable staff of assistants are attentive and equally trained to meet your needs. Lovely ladies! I only chat with one or two other happy patients while we wait. Its a welcoming, modern place and I look forward to my visits. I want to thank Lila and Jonathan too.

I called their office today, September 23, 2016, to check if they had an appointment available. The lady that answered the phone did not say if they had an appointment available or not, as I had asked initially. Instead, she asked what my insurance was and that they needed to confirm it, so she started asking for my personal information. I told her I did not feel comfortable giving all my information over the phone without even knowing if they were going to be able to see me, so even before I finished my sentence, the lady interrupted me and said, ok, thanks very fast and HUNG UP on me! Completely UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE!!! Im glad I did not provide any information besides my name, and I will never see this office or call them again.

Too far away. Lack of communication.although staffing is pleasant.The other more serious problem is their practice of billing. I was there only 2 times. My credit card was charged for the visits. I was not there the other 2 times my credit card was charged for a total of $600.00. I wish they would explain how this happened instead of ignoring me and my credit card company. I was never there 4 times.

Made us feel at home and discussed all our goals and made a plan accordingly. They accept plans and have offers. Cant wait for the acupuncture, massage and weight loss/detox programs to get started! He even has acupuncture for infertility! Highly recommend!

Ok, cosign. Im the total skeptic who had never been to a Chiropractic Office in my life. I just walk around bearing the stress of the day in my neck and shoulders, and keep it moving. Although this visit was my first visit, I was pleased. They staff made me comfortable, everyone was nice, and Dr. Filardo was very reassuring and respectful. Quite unlike the over-bearing pushers you see at health fairs. So here I am, getting ready to go to my second visit. I cant tell you whether or not its working, as it will take time and adjustments; but so far, so good! If youve never been...you should! =)

Dr. Filardo and his team are kind and caring! Every appointment since my accident has showed improvement. Physical Therapy has improved strength in my core and lower back to help tremendously with my disc injury. Herman who has been wonderful in his physical therapy treatment is very caring and knowledgeable. Hes always keeping a eye on me and making sure I am using the proper technique.
