This is one of the most sickest smoke shops Around so many cool Rigs and bongs from multiple price points. Dude helped me out a lot. Knew exactly what he was talking about. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. I will forsure be coming back here in the future for more stuff! I highly recommend that everybody and their mothers come here an check it out. Legitimately the best smoke shop in the area hands down. I only went in there for one thing and walked out with 10 because I didn’t expect them to have as wide of a selection as they did. I thought this was gonna be your typical smoke shop cause I didn’t see too many reviews or pics online but this place is a vibe. I’m not sure if it was the owner or a regular worker who helped me out but either way they were super patient with me and made sure to answer any questions I had without making me feel rushed. I would give 10 stars if I could

Friendly staff cleaning store great prices i have no complaints

I’ve been coming here for years by far the best smoke shop in woodland. The owner keep a vast variety of smoking accessories from expensive heady style glass to budget type glass. The shop is always maintained and clean, the staff is always welcoming, helpful and nice. If your looking for nice quality stuff this is definitely the place to come and prices are reasonable. I’ve read some of these reviews definitely not over priced seems like a bunch of broke a$$ looking for discount.

Hello, 2/12/22 was my first time stopping by Star Zone smoke shop, and I have to say. Coming from a management customer service retail environment and merchandising. The moment you walked in, Anthony with a big smile greeted and welcomed us in. It got a bit busy, and Anthony made sure all of his guests were welcomed and provided excellent customer service. The phone was ringing, and one guest had questions another is ready to check out; you know how it goes in retail. The store has a huge variety of merchandise, clean, organized, and a one-stop smoke shop for all of your needs. I will recommend this shop to everyone. I’ve recently moved to Woodland Ca. & I’ve been looking for a new shop…a smoke shop to be exact. I’m from outta town & new to the area. & I’ve been to other ones (smoke shops) in this town. & let me just say by far this smoke shop hands down it where it’s at!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a young gentleman (Anthony)Very professional asked me how I was doing. & if there was a thing in particular I was looking for. Then proceeded to ask me some simple questions & he also shared what the store has quite a multitude of products even some amazing & beautiful smoking accessories. This store just had it all! Not to mention great customer service & did I mentioned how nice it is inside?! It’s clean! I was blown away! I’m glad I found this smoke shop! I’ve finally found a smoke shop for all my smoke needs.

I came into this store just to buy papers and from when I walked in the store was very modern and cool looking inside. The guy working had excellent customer service and helped me find exactly what I was looking for and more. Would definitely recommend hitting up this smoke shop, 10/10 experience.

Answered all my questions and can always find what I’m looking for. If they don’t have a specific piece you want, the owner will try to get it for you. The owner is a really cool guy! If you need specific items hell take care of anything you need. if he doesnt have it in stock hell order it also go out of his way to find it! Ive needed special order parts and he always came through with exactly what i needed. Hands down great guy INCREDIBLE store

This shop is my go to! Even though its on the other side of town from me, its well worth the trip due to good prices on vape juice, wide selection of mods, and incredibly friendly staff. They are always willing to work with cuatomers and go above and beyond to provide an excellent experience. 5 star shop, 5 star experience.

My go to for glass and accessories! Also a great CBD selection which I love. Staff is knowledgeble and chill, always good vibes and is always clean. The glass displays are always clean and look nice and presentable !

Man its the one stop place to shop! Im talking wall to wall selection of e-juice, glassware, and everything in between. I’ve came in a few times just browsing and asking questions, all the employees here have been helpful and always willing to answer any questions. Today came in and bought a few accessories and the transaction went great. Would highly recommend this smoke shop for anyone looking to make purschases or just looking for answers.

Every time I have been here I have been over charged. I purchased something that didnt work right. And gave them 30 days to work with me and the supplier to correct the problem. They wouldnt do what was need for the manufacturer to exchange the item and wouldnt exchange it themselves. So I paid double for an item that didnt work and couldnt replace. They lost my business forever!

Spent money here and they gave me fake money back for change, confronted the employee but it seems like it’s not their problem once you receive the money in hand. BE CAREFUL ALWAYS CHECK YOUR CASH BEFORE YOU LEAVE IF I’M NOT THE ONLY PERSON THAT HAS THIS PROBLEM FROM THIS STORE THEN CONTACT YOU LAW ENFORCEMENT SO THAT IT CAN INVESTIGATE THIS SITUATION.
