Im so upset, i have been to this spa couple of times and every time i come.. i always regret it. When i book the massage i confirm with her that its $70, when i arrive and get the massage its always under the time she tells me and feels rushed but besides the point .. what bothers me is when i have to pay , she changes the price .. i end up paying it anyways, thats not all .. she literally will deny any tip thats under $20 . She literally got in my way and wouldnt let me leave unless i pay her. And she always says Nobody tips me under twenty which after reading the reviews she says to everyone. Im never going back again and if you plan to go there , make sure you bring double what she tells you :)

I booked a massage on 3/22/23 at 4:30pm when i arrived there a lady walked me to the back inside of a room. I didn’t even get a chance to take my coat off she demanded 70$ and was very pushy. I then told her that i only had card no cash she said she’s going to charge me an extra 5$ if i use my card. I asked her why and she just smiled and said i don’t know. Very annoyed i just went to an atm at a store nearby and took $. back i gave her 80$ because i had all 20’s and i told her i didn’t have any change. During my massage she was very rough i kept telling her to ease up a little because it was too rough. She still continued to be rough ti the point i couldn’t even enjoy the massage and my eyes were open the whole entire time. After the massage was done she didn’t even allow me to get dressed she stood in the room the whole entire time while i put my clothes on and demanded a tip. I gave her 5$ being that i didn’t enjoy the massage and she was so rough after i told her numerous times that she was being rough. After i handed her the 5$ she began yelling saying nobody gives her 5$ and to find another place next time

Took my wife here today. The place is not bad at all. And yes they do know how to massage. We will be back and most likely be going every week. Well worth the money. And the massage is great. Heat rocks. Oils. Ear was cleansing. Place is a 10 out of 10 for me. See ya next week

I like the vibes here making me feel very comfortable and cozy. Very clean and serene ambience.And staff members are very courteous and explain the treatment that I need one by one.I had deep pore cleansing facials and therapeutic body massage here.I could be able to relax and enjoy the entire body work session. And my skin also got so refreshed and looked much cleaner. Thanks !

I felt rushed. I defintely did not get a full 60 minute massage. The ladies switched a few times. I defitnely didnt get the same experience that my friend had. I noticed they treat certain customers differently especially regulars. I was rushed out for someome that had a 12p.m. appointment. I would not go back .

I never really write reviews, but I felt like I had to this time to share this wonderful place with everyone. I was recommended that I try the meridian detox care for my stomach and underarms. It was an interesting experience. It was something Ive never seen before. I was actually able to see the toxins released from my body. Ill be going back for more sessions but I can already feel that my stomach has slimmed down. I also decided to get a facial while I received the treatment. It was definitely one of the best facials I received. My skin is illuminating and it feels so smooth. Definitely try this place out.

Service if okay, they will force you to tip more than 20$ and look at you crazy if you don’t. Very greedy stay away !

OMG one of the best massages Ive had. The hot rock, hot oil, hot towels all felt amazing. The ear wax removal by candle was an amazing experience. The next time Im in NY, Im def going back!!

Great massage by Ruby. Place is clean and peaceful. Highly recommended.Add on : few months later I went again, service was good and massage was nice but original amount almost double from add ons which really didnt need to be added. so make sure you agree to the price otherwise it may become pricy

Worst I have ever been treated in my life at a spa, I being a VERY good customer at Lotus, i was treated worse each time I went there, so obviously stopped going… very unprofessional, treats each customer different, I saw that more than once. June ASKS for tips always (that is illegal). If she is not happy with $10 from some customers, she asks for $5 more. Followed some people out the door asking for more $$ on occasion. How unprofessional. ME,Ai always gave 20% or MORE. Always.They debate on occasion to honor gift certs. Dear Customers, you need to know, they treat customers badly, when I used to call, they would sometimes say too busy all day, cannot see you, but if I stopped by same day an hour later, the Ladies, (yes, more than one of them) were actually sound asleep in the two chairs out front. How awful. i woke them up last time there out of a sound sleep. This is the FIRST time i have ever submitted a Review, either good or bad, but this REALLY warrants a review. Poor understanding of English, frustrating. VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Helen and Jun are top notch. Ive spent hundreds more on massages that pale in comparison. I highly recommend this spa, Id say in my experience its the best in Westchester without question.

The space is small but very comfortable & clean! I went today for a message and Ana was amazing. I would definitely go back.

This place is heaven on earth 🙌🏾❤️ I got through within minutes of arriving the staff was very welcoming and the facility is really clean and cozy. I’ll be definitely visiting here again!!

Wow my body feels refreshed and ready to take on the world after 1 hour massage. This is a must do for anyone who wants to relax!

Ask for Jun . She is wonderful . The place is very clean and the atmosphere has a calming affect on you .
