They are awesome!! They are very kind, friendly and understanding. They helped me pick out the perfect vape and juices for my picky self with the upmost patience. Ja and Ace are the best employees by far. The Vape Cave also honors the military with a 10% discount. My discount is saved to my account, which they search via phone number, so I dont have to ask for it everytime. This is super convenient!!! If they could save my credit card to file, theyd be official. If you want a specific Vape that they do not have in stock, they will call their White Plains location to check if its in stock there. If so, they will have it delivered by noon the next day at the Yonkers location. 🙌🙌🙌 By the way, Unicorn Blood mixed with Menthol is the best juice you can get if you like fruity/minty flavors.

I came here because my usual vape store was starting to really slack on selection and all they would do is whine about the new laws and all that. I came here and I believe it was the owner who was there and he was extremely pleasant to deal with and was extremely knowledgeable. I plan on continuing to go back and giving them my business because of how easy my last few transactions have been going. Keep ip the good work.

This shop had the same owner as White Plains. Both awesome shops. Very helpful staff. The Vape Cave has a nice little parking lot which is a great asset in this area of Yonkers. I really appreciate small businesses that take time to really assist and inform their costumers. Plenty of other shops I get the used car salesman deal from them with super pushy tactics. Not here. Friendly and knowledgeable staff... Jeff was at this location last I was in, thanks for your help. And Thank you Mike for putting emphasis on costumer service. I will definitely be stopping in again and referring friends. If anyone is in the area I suggest you stop in.

The experience at the Vape Cave is a great one. Ive been a customer for about a month and there is nothing but immaculate customer service here. Alex is a great worker and is always willing to help you out with any and every thing. His knowledge about the product is great and as mentioned is always willing to help with anything. The entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the products.I visited the store to get an upgrade for my wifes vaporizer. They showed me many different options and their functions. Went here after trying a Bronx vape store where we got no customer service. Alternatively, At the Vape Cave, the woman, who I believe is the owner was SO helpful. I wanted something as a smoker of nicotine that would have the pull of a cigarette and help me switch away from cigarettes. She gave us so much time with all my questions and they have a reward system for all your purchases. The building looks little but she is a fount of knowledge and I will definitely go back!

Came in 5 minutes before they closed but I knew what I wanted to buy. The girl behind the counter was awesome. She never rushed us out and she even set up my new vape and gave me a quick tutorial. I’ve been cigarette free for a week and it’s basically because this store was open late (literally the only 10 minutes I was available for a month). I’m not a local but I will definitely come back whenever I return to New York.

When these guys first opened up I liked them more than I do now. Recently bought a 60ML bottle of Moon Burst, the juice did not last more than 2 weeks and it tastes horrible like it went bad. Have never had this issue with other shops and their juice. Usually I check the date stamps on the bottle but this seems to be the first bottle that didnt have one. I suspect I was sold old juice. Also while I was there waiting for someone to help me the girls behind the counter helped 2 people that walked in after and seemed to have forgotten the 63 guys standing in the store looking around like a jackass... thanks but no thanks .UPDATE APRIL 10TH:After my intial review of my experience I was contacted by Lisa (manager). I expressed my concerns and she shared the same concerns for health and quality reasons of the juice I mentioned above. She was extremely personable helpful and knowledgeable. I am happy to up my original rating due to the fact that management responded in a timely fashion. And the point of this that we agreed upon was mainly the quality of their products being absolutely top notch which I beleive they are. I will be returning and trying some other flavors out!! Thanks Lisa and the management team for addressing my concerns see you all soon !

Been here quite a few times, never been dissapointed. There are often fresh faces (I think the employees move between stores often), but still every employee Ive dealt with has been knowledgable and friendly. Tonight i called asking about a product, and they didnt carry it but when I went, they were honest and straighforward and suggested a few alternatives. Great vape shop just like their sister store in White Plains. Lots of options ,flavors ,and vaping devices. Only one small flaw, Never Enough CBD products in either store. Good prices and when they do have CBD products they actually beat other advertised prices. I would recommend this vape shop to anyone and suggest them to stop by👍👍

I had a great time tasting new flavors with Lisa. Mario helped me pick a new battery. (Pearl white..awesome). They switched out my coils and recommended a lower mg which since i quit smoking cigarettes..yay!!!!!

This place is cool and chill and the employees are very knowable about ins and outs dos and donts. I needed a coil the type that I was using was buring out way to fast. They will help you with your needs and will hook you up for certain things a lot of unique flavors to choose from and will let you sample it if you are of legal age with required I.D. this the best store for vapors and and new people that are into vaping, but overall this store is people that are intrested in making this into a hobby or if you are just curious to see or what is vaping the staff will kindly help you and teach you how, friendly staff highly recommend 5 stars.

I do like this place, had a problem when I first dealt with them. I got a Predator 228, about 5 months ago, and now it does work. First I lost the lights, and now I cant even get it to cut on. I know it not the Caves problem, but they are selling this product. I hope they read this and at least take it back, and do something for me. Ill spend money and buy something else. Just think I should get a deal...

The service was ok the staff helped my boyfriend with what he needed, but it felt as if we were bothering the employee when asking questions, Also I asked about RDTA’s and the employee there looked at me like I was crazy & told me that there is no such thing & doesn’t exist which is not true , I worked at a vape shop for several years and new about different types of tanks, RDA’s RTA’s & RDTA’s so I feel the employees there should have more knowledge on vape products. If your going to work in a vape store please never have an attitude about educating someone or answering a customers question especially if you want the customer to spend money, so no offense but the employee that works there should learn more especially about RDTA,s because they do exist ! Just because I’m a female doesn’t mean you know more then me ✌🏻

After coming here for the first time at 11am on a Monday morning after leaving microcenter, I had the pleasure of stumbling by Vape Cave. I was greeted by one of the best Vape hosts I ever encountered named Anthony, who was on duty at the bar and introduced me to a myriad of new tastes including fried banana, that I had to pick up. A week later, I had the urge to upgrade my setup... Rather than staying local to Nyack, where I am from and there are several shops I love, I gave Vape Cave another call, only to hear great things on the phone from Anthony once again who got in a new starter kit he was raving about. I headed over, despite getting into a minor fender bender on the cross Bronx, arrived and consulted with he, Chris, two of the most knowledgable Vape guys I ever met. I needed to shake off the accident so I walked to the bar, greeted by Brit, who put my mind at ease with some new flavors....definitely will be back several times!
