Walked in on a Sunday to get my gels done. They booked me for same day. Nail artist was awesome. She took her time detailing a by hand design classic french manicure. Amazing! I did not expect to be there for so long but the quality of the work speaks for itself.I’ll be back for a Mother’s Day special. Next up, facial, massage, mani and pedi!! I really wanted to love this nail salon because I recently moved to Yonkers and was dreading the travel time to the Nail Salon I typically go to.Aside from this I’m a new mom who just had a baby 3 weeks ago and I went here to “pamper” myself and I just left sad.Let me first start off by saying that the establishment itself is super cute and the owner seemed nice as well as the nail technicians she had there working. It’s unfortunate that I had such a unfavorable experienceThe issues i encountered and I’m sure many other ladies will encounter is the level of expertise..My mother and I went in to get a Gel pedicures and my mother a color change on her hands with GelMy pedicure was very mediocre.. unfortunately the ladies that she had doing my nails and mother’s nails seemed to be new.They lacked real knowledge.And this was a bit disappointing because as I mentioned I really wanted to make this place my new nail spotBut I’ve done better pedicures for myself at home. I’m not trying to be cruel is the slightest but I think new clients shouldn’t get new girls.. especially if you want to build a bigger clientalSo my calluses weren’t properly taken off, as the lady was filing my toes the file was going into my skin.I was so sad to see that as she was painting my toes she was leaving the sides where my cuticles were with nail polish . I had acrylic on one of my toes and the girl I had was not able to redo it or take it off because she had no experience with it and apparently no one else there did either.The owner recommended I leave as such which okay fine but the nail stayed un buffed and was not smoothed out..On top of that the paint job was pretty sloppy.Additionally My mother was getting her nails painted and a service that should’ve taken 20 minutes took almost an hour because the first time the young girl that was doing her nails, unfortunately did not cure them correctly.So she had to remove the entire job and start over.I completely understand that this was new staffing and these ladies needed more experience but the owner should’ve been more accommodating.

Everything from the booking experience, to the check-in, to the actual services was great and I look forward to returning.My boyfriend and I booked services at Sachi, a sports massage for him, and a pedicure for me. The owner herself coordinated our appointments to minimize the time we would spend waiting for each other and made sure we had a good check-in experience.My pedicure was very nice and still hasn’t chipped 2 weeks later, and my boyfriend was almost moved to tears by the massage he got. He’s an electrician and plays hockey so he really needs a masseuse to work through his knots, and they added on an extra 15 minutes for free.Truly this place is a gem in Yonkers and we will be back!

Horrible experience, this was my first time coming to this place I left so disappointed and definitely will not come back. I went in for a pedicure, to start off I noticed how they lack customer service. I walked in and asked for help no one greeted me at the front. Secondly, the lady that did my nails did a horrible job it looks like my five year old daughter did my nails.She did not take her time with me she rushed and put on my nails a runny color. Just horrible, don’t waste your time and money coming here!In response to management to provide some context my appointment was today June 13, 2024 at 10:30 am. As you can clearly see from the picture provided, the service I was provided and the kind of work done on my nails which wasn’t exactly 5 stars. I paid for this 33 dollars to be exact.

After checking out reviews on local places, Sachi’s price point and ratings seemed to be a good bet. I was blown away by the expertise of my massage therapist, Ashley. Not only was she warm and welcoming, but she checked in thoroughly regarding my problem spots and goals for the treatment. We also had a few good laughs. The facility was clean, cozy, and I found the oil she used to be invigorating. I recommend Ashley to anyone and as a serious athlete, I especially recommend her to those with sports related muscle soreness. Can’t wait to return!

I couldn’t be happier with the services that I’ve received at Sachi Nails and Body Spa. What a gem that was very much needed in this area. Their services are top notch and the owner Tenisha is truly a beautiful soul. Her energy is so positive. She’s super sweet and the ultimate professional. She really cares and genuinely wants everyone to have the best experience and the best results as to why her and her staff go above and beyond. I have had multiple spa and body treatments and I continue going back for more. I can’t get enough of this place. If you haven’t tried them yet, you are definitely missing out!!

Sachi was so beautiful. The ambiance while I got my pedicure what serene and quiet. A touch of music, perfect for background. My pedicure came out beautiful and the woman who provided the service was friendly and kind. I booked mine and my daughter’s fill-in for this upcoming Saturday because of the service, cleanliness and peace I experienced. Highly recommend Sachi Nails & Body Spa.

I normally never leave reviews for anywhere, but I’m genuinely so frustrated of this places’ inconsideration of my time. Whenever I do get my nails done, I always come to this place and never had a bad experience. I called today around 2pm asking if there were any more available appointments. The girl on the phone told me 5:30pm would be great to come in. I come at 5:25, and end up not getting seated in a chair until 6pm. One of the girls told me that the lady supposed to be doing my nails is “painting and finishing up.” This was at 5:50pm. That nail lady did not even finish her current client until I was finished! I was seated in a chair at 6, and still waited an extra 10 minutes to get started. I asked why I had to wait this long, because what’s the point of an appointment then?, and she said one of the nail girls was not in today. My question is: you knew this at 2pm, that she was not in, because like I said I booked this appointment the same day— so why tell me on the phone you have space for me at 5:30? It makes no sense. Also, that’s not even my problem. They should’ve called me telling me they could not honor the appointment anymore and I could’ve found somewhere else to get my nails done. I had a total of 3 people work on me, one set up the bath, one did my cuticules and trimming, and one painted them. And between these 3 ladies, I had to wait even more. All I got done was a gel pedicure, and that took me an entire 90 minutes! I also booked a gel manicure too, but I was so frustrated, I couldn’t even stay for it so I just left. These were supposed to be my vacation nails, I’m so disappointed and all they could say was “sorry.” No offer of a discount or anything to make up for my wasted time. I don’t even like my pedicure. I have a picture of it when I got it in the past, from my regular lady at this spot and it doesn’t even come close. I asked for square nails, so why do I have rounded corners? This was my favorite nail spot and I’ve always loved the service, but to treat a current client this way with no remediation is ridiculous to me. I will not be returning. 43$ for a gel manicure I don’t even like and took 90 minutes. My experience was supposed to be relaxing, not stressful. I wish they had told me not to come if they knew that the girl who was supposed to be working on me had JUST started on a different client before I arrived. It seems like they just wanted to make some extra money and fit me in and they did. Waited an hour and a half for a bad pedicure

Very disappointed at my experience with Sachi Nails and Body Spa. I used to go to this place all the time and received the best service. Today was horrible. My appointment was at 4pm and I also came early and was told to wait 15 more minutes and then asked many times if I had an appointment. Then after waiting was told that the person I scheduled was off, but I would be taken care of when someone was available. I booked a Jelly Spa pedicure and instead I received a rush, badly painted pedicure. The whole experience was less than 30 minutes, no massage was offered. I also booked an eyebrow wax that was not given to me because there was no time. If I wasn’t going to be given the service I booked in advance then I should had been told to reschedule, instead of being given rush service I didn’t want. After this service I will not be returning to this spa; This horrible experience has lost a loyal customer.

My experience at Sachi Nails and Spa was extremely disappointing and I not be returning. I do not recommend their service please look elsewhere! I went in for an eyebrow clean up and was attended my an older women who appeared to be the manager. I asked for a clean up and to just ensure my eyebrows were symmetrical as i was aware they were grown out. On my left brow i am missing the top tail of the eyebrow as she removed too much of it and on my right brow she removed too much of the bottom front of my eyebrow. I naturally have full thick brows and no one has ever had an issue cleaning up my brows until today. Thanks to this careless individuals at Sachi Nails and Body Spa I now have thin, un symmetrical eyebrows that will need months to grow back. When i told her she took off too much she disagreed and simply didn’t care. Please avoid allowing this individual provide you service, she clearly is not qualified.

Today is my first time at Sachi. Upon entering I was impressed with the cleanliness and customer service. However, Alexandra was the icing on the cake. She was polite and meticulous. I love my nails. See you in three weeks Alexandra.

On June 30th, I went to Sachi Nails for a gel manicure, which was supposed to cost $30, but I ended up being charged $86. The person at the register fraudulently added $56 to my bill for services that werent rendered. When I called to get it corrected, the manager gave me the runaround, even after owning up to the mistake, but still refused to refund me the balance.

My daughter gifted me for my birthday a gel manicure/pedicure and a facial, it was wonderful the ladies took good care of me they where very gentle and explained the process of everything they where going to do I came out so satisfied I’m returning again. It was so relaxing. ☺️ I recommend 100% you will not regret it.

Deceptive bussiness practicesIf I could give place zero stars I would. My girlfriend went to get her nails done and they charged her for her nails and toes without her knowledge when she only got a maincure. They refused to rectify the situation when she saw the charge on her credit card unfortunately the bank was unable to fit his either. Do not come here they will charge you for services that you get or ask for

The establishment is beautiful but the dip powder manicure I received was unfortunately disappointing. I have had them done for 4 days, and 6/10 nails have visible peeling which exposes the rough matte powder, and 2 of them are completely chipped and ruined. I go away in two days and got them done specifically for vacation, and now they look terrible and I was unable to get them fixed. I emailed the salon since I am unable to return in person, but have not received a response yet. The staff is incredibly friendly and the establishment is clean and beautiful, I just wish my $50 nails (not including tip) lasted me longer than 4 days:(. Hard to capture the peeling over photo, but you can definitely see the chips that will have have continues to get worse

I absolutely love this space! The atmosphere is so tranquil and my pedicure was amazing. Alexandria took her time and really knew what she was doing and my feet looked gorgeous. My friends got their teeth whitened and in one session their teeth looked so good it encouraged our other friend to get theirs done too. I will be coming back for the facial and definitely another pedicure for sure!Love this space and they definitely converted me into a regular!

I got a gel pedicure and my mom got acrylics with gel manicure. 3 weeks into it and we’re both still very happy with the quality! The service was excellent. Someone even helped us by letting us know there was parking right out front. I really like the calm vibe too so we’ll definitely be going back sometime!

10/10 it was GREAT service. You can truly see everyone working there really enjoys what they do which shows in their work and how they treat customers. Everyone is extremely personable, and meticulous which is great qualities to have. A special shout out to Alexandra and the Teerae, my feet feel great and I haven’t stopped smiling yet because my teeth are so white now! again 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I booked a couples massage for my fiancé and I yesterday 10/01. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. I arrived about 11 mins after my scheduled time ( my apologies to our massage therapists ). We still received the full 60 mins massage. I cannot express how much I appreciate the dedication that the staff members to provide above and beyond customer service. My fiancé also got her eyebrows waxed shortly after the massage and love it. This is the place to go for your pampering needs. We will be returning customers. Very thankful for all the effort that was put into the romantic couples massage for our recent engagement. We are sending our thanks to Sachi and staff.

First of all this is the best nail salon I’ve been to ever! I lived in many different cities and Sachi’s is it! In lieu of finding a new nail salon I’m glad I tried them out. The customer service is on another level, shape your nails how you’d like and offer a variety of services. Love it here see y’all in 2 weeks lol

I was looking for a good nail salon in the Yonkers area and decided to go here since it had a high rating. My first impression walking in is that the nail salon is extremely beautiful and clean. I went in wanting a manicure and pedicure and ended up with a disaster. They had someone with no experience and was practicing do my pedicure. I could tell from the moment I asked her to clip my toe nails she had no experience as she told me she preferred to file. While she was scrubbing my feet with the callus remover she also scraped me pretty bad. The whole experience was horrible but I know what it’s like to be someone new so I decided to keep all comments to myself. At the end of the day it is not her fault, it’s common sense you don’t let someone who’s practicing for two weeks perform a service on a client that’s paying full price, especially a new client. I do know the owner realized I was upset because I decided not to proceed with my manicure and she also apologized.Unfortunately I would never go back.

Sachi Nails & Spa is my absolute favorite place ! You can not go wrong with any service you get you will receive the best quality. Nails and pedicures are my go to usually I book with Tania who is the best ! , but I recently also tried a facial and WOW my skin has been so smooth and clear ever since! The vibe is so comforting and zen and the owner Tanesha is amazing she will make you feel right at home. Prices are affordable and this is definitely a one stop shop for all of your needs ! If you are in the area I would definitely recommend you check them out.

Found this salon, Im new to the area. Inside is clean and decorated quite lovely but I would not recommend! Older lady did my nails and after 2 days one fell off, at 0 fault of mine. ( Other nails were also lifting after a few days as well) I was in California when it happened so I didnt bother to call and report it. When I returned home I called and ask if I can come in to replace it after explaining. The girl I spoke with seemed confused but she told me to come, so I did. However when I got there they gave me a really hard time over fixing one nail. They were trying to charge me for it and the owner in front of everyone basically embarrassed me over one nail. I didnt even mentioned how the other nails were already loose & chipping after one week. I told them if they were going to charge me to fix the nail then I wouldnt bother. The owner at that point agreed to replace the one nail, but the entire time the tech was doing my nail they were speaking ill about me in Spanish. I guess they didnt realize I understood espanol lol... anyways I would never return here, poor and terrible customer service and clearly very cheap products being used. Find somewhere else or proceed with caution

Frequented this nail salon for over 3 months, so I can fully attest to the services, I tried acrylic, dip powder and gel. None of it lasted over 2 weeks! My nails would break within 1 week ( or less) of getting them done! I continued to go bc I liked the atmosphere and my technician. I stopped going when I realized I was paying double of what I normally paid just to sit in a nice salon. No matter what service I had it was never less than $70, Set of tips, fill in, gel manicure all cost $$$. There are no price lists and mysteriously everything cost $70+. This would not be an issue if the nails lasted, The owners want to target residents of the new buildings by the water. It worked for awhile, but now I know better. You want MY money - give me great nails that not only look good but last!The picture shows my nails 3 days and $80 after my manicure!

I’m super disappointed! I went to Sachi for the first time and it will be my last time last week, I got a pedicure and a gel full set It was awful, but my manicure was pretty good because I am the second girl who took over the first one and didn’t know what she was doing, my pedi, the girl kept asking the second lady what to do she even forgot to put a clear coat on my nails I had to ask someone to put it for me, It’s been one week and I’ve lost 3 nails so far and paid $65 something for my nails and $50 something for my pedi. It was a hot mess in there I wouldn’t recommend going in there because he will be back a week later to get something fixed.

I literally just left the salon and I couldnt wait to write this review. AMAZING. Beautiful space, sweet and friendly staff, and they took me as a walk in. Rosemary is my girl! I got a gel mani & pedi and she took such care and spent time doing each part of the process thoroughly. My nails look fantastic cant wait to go back. Highly recommend this full service nailsalon and spa.

I will start with the good. Their customer service is excellent. Decor is beautiful, comfy chairs, great lighting, and lots of colors to choose from.The bad: my appointment was set for 10:30 am..the person who was supposed to do my nails showed up HOURS later. So another tech did my nails around 11:00 am. A fill in which usually takes me an hour a half took about 3 hours. You would think after taking this long they would be perfect. No. Some nails were lumpy and the polish is starting to chip. Then one nail broke off in less than a week so I’m just going to keep going to my usual salon in white plains.Since I moved to Yonkers I have tried 3 salons and nobody has gotten it right. If this salon gets nail techs who can properly apply acrylic they will definitely thrive. I really wish them the best!

Nails came out nice but the wait time and additional charges was not ok at all.Waited literally 4 hrs just for Gel X nails.No consideration of someone’s time and the place wasn’t even packed. I watched people come in an out from their appointment. I had an appointment at 12:30pm showed up at 12pm left after 4pm. The person I booked with never showed up. I was told they were on their way which was a lie and she never even came.Never again.

The management as well as the staff (Robert and Silvia) have the patience of Job. I was treated royally on my first visit. I was literally the client from hell. However, class will tell and they personified it. 😊 The salon is gorgeous and has an air of sophistication. I truly enjoyed my first visit and am anticipating my next visit.😄

Today was my first visit. The place as a whole is very nice, clean and they service everything. The man that was behind the counter was nice and showed me around the place. The young girl that did my nails wasnt professional, she spoke on the phone the whole time while doing my nails. I didnt like how she polished or shaped my nails, it wassloppy. Some nails came out good others didnt. She was inexperienced.

I had such an amazing first experience at Sachi. I didn’t make an appointment in advance, I called and the owner was so sweet on the phone and accommodated me. The spa is very clean, well designed and super tranquil. The staff were very nice and professional and the quality of my services were great - had my pedi done by Vanessa and my mani by Marcela and they were both awesome. This place is such a gem and I’m so glad to have discovered it. The downtown area really needed this. Sachi is exactly what we have been missing.

Ended up going for a massage recently and honestly it was amazing. The customer service was great, the massage therapist was incredible and the ambiance was lovely. I would definitely go back for another. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing first time experience. The owner, Tenisha, is so friendly and welcoming. It’s clean and beautifully decorated. Lashawn did an excellent job on my nails, she was professional and knew exactly what I wanted. It was more than I expected! 10/10.

I was gifted a Jelly Pedicure, foot scrub & massage and callus remover. I was booked an appointment with Sonia via their website. When I arrived I was assigned Mariana (I think that was her name). Now this place is amazing visually. Looked clean, nicely decorated. Gives you relaxing vibes. The playlist while I received my services was amazing, but I was there for a pedicure. They did offer me juice or water when I arrived. Wide selection of nail polish colors. (And they were regular not gel… huge ➕) I always request Jelly Pedicure I just love the way it feels on my feet. Now after $84.44 I expected much better work. They need to upgrade their products. When they do a massage wouldn’t it make sense to have an oil based product so that your hands “glide” using less product? They don’t. They used an O.P.I. Hand and body lotion which is a horrible idea. She kept having to go back and get more lotion. I’ll let the pictures do the talking. Their choice of callus remover also is not ideal to be honest in my opinion it doesn’t work. I have a $4.99 choice I picked up at my local beauty supply store that works way better. While I enjoyed the experience (hence my 2 stars) I will NOT patron this location again. And I would not recommend it to my friends and family.

I was looking for a nail salon that was more close to home and technicians who can do a great gel mani & pedi. And I found just that at Sachi Nails & Body Spa.From my 1st step in the door, I was greeted with exceptional professionalism and I was amazed at the cleanliness and hospitality!! I was even taken on a tour of the salon, which added even more points to my book!!!The ambiance was truly peaceful and relaxing, something I have not seen in a while at a nail salon. The staff were 100% friendly, professional and attentive. Oh and did I mention they offer adult beverages? That was the icing on the cake for me! Lol.Overall, I had a pleasant experience and my technicians did a great job on my mani and pedi. I cant wait to come back!!! Keep up the amazing work Sachi Nails!!! 🙌🏽🥂🥰

Marcella is very nice , she done speak much English but honestly that’s not a bother at all. I has a broken nail and she gently remove the acrylic and told me to wait 3 months to make it heal. She’s very patient and kind.

Its the acutal work they need to improve on. Pedicure is average price $30.00 but the polish looks horribe and they only give one coat, the color only lasted a week. Hopefully the owner will read these reviews and hopefully look at where they can improve.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Its a nice establishment, but the owner is RUDE! And the nail technicians are young and inexperienced. I got there at 1:00 PM and did not leave until 3:30. While there the owner kept coming to the station next to me aggressively moving things around as if she needed some attention. I wanted an Ombre nail in a coffin style; what I got was very uneven/lumpy nails that my 10 yr old niece couldve did. Then she asked me what color I wanted, I told her to leave them, Dont bother with the color. I was so madddd!!!!! And they had the nerve to expect a tip. I had to go home and file the nails down because they were so lumpy and sharp. Never again.

It took 3 and a half hours for this.. smh.Its a shame because owner and staff was nice But...smh. went back on Tuesday.. 2nd try thank you so much Leslie I really appreciate you..

Sachi is a hidden gem in Yonkers. The ambiance and professionalism of this spa is at the level of some of the top resorts Ive visited. I stopped by yesterday to get facial, because my skin had a weird texture and my pores were clogged. I was introduced to a very lovely and knowledgeable esthetician name, Palmira. She did an assessment of my skin and talked me through my treatment. The overall experience was so relaxing with soothing music and beautiful aroma therapy. The best part of was the end result. I left with clean, smooth, supple, glowing skin. I woke up this morning looking in my mirror saying I have the Sachi Glow. I am including a monthly facial at Sachi into my selfcare routine.

I took my girlfriend and I today for a couples hot stone massage!! One of the best massages I’ve had in a long time! Excellent service, professional masseuse, and zen feel throughout the spa. I will be going back for future services.

I SPOKE WITH HER SEVERAL TIMES REGARDING A REFUND THAT I WAS RIGHTFULLY OWED BACK IN AUGUST. SHE AGREED (I HAVE TEXT MESSAGES TO PROVE IT) YET HERE I AM IN LATE OCTOBER STILL DISPUTING A CHARGE! THIS IS RIDICULOUS, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.

Sachi Spa is an experience!

First and last time in this place, I went for a gel paint on my nails and after 2 hours all the polish came off, I went to get my money back, they agreed to call me, they didnt call me and when I call they are putting obstacles in place so I cant give me my money, saying they have no records of my visit and this is the time they dont tell meThey have responded more, I sent them the screenshot of the payment which was with Apple Pay and they did not respond to me again. 👎 when I post the review look below how the manager answers me. Total loss, this is disappointing, I hope the owner of this place sees this and takes action.

I started going to this place for a pedicure and they really do a good job, I decided to ask if they work with Hard gel manicure they said yes so I made my appointment, but it was not a good experience, I didnt even have 24 hours of having my nails when 2 of them fell. The girl who did the nails at the beginning was a little off base with certain comments, she complained a little that the hard gel is difficult to work with, I understand that it may be a little more work but for some reason they have that service.I called to resolve my manicure the next day because I was coming from a long trip but it was impossible for me to get to the place to repair them at the time we established.I simply went to another place 3 days later because I never expected that in less than 24 hours the hard gel they used would fall off.I recommend the place for a nice pedicure, but manicure Im not sure my experience was not pleasant.
