They EXCEEDED my expectations! This was probably one of the best massages I’ve received. I’m not kidding!I had a 60 min couples massage for $110 with my bf and was grateful they were able to fit us in at the last minute. I even called before they opened and they answered!Now about that AMAZING massage. It is well worth it! They ask what pressure you prefer and deliver. They started off on top of the sheets with the massage and then proceeded with the usual lotion/oil. Not only did they do a great job with the massage, they stretched us out too! The person massaging my bf even walked on his back! ANNND the massage includes hot rocks and hot towel! They went above and beyond!We definitely will be returning! They’ve got a loyal customer in us!

Average looking place nothing fancy. But every time I go , the massages are top 10 !! Very fairly priced !! And again GREAT massage !! Thank you

To whom it may concern,I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from your massage place. I had scheduled an appointment for a much-needed massage, which was supposed to be my first self-care treat after having a baby and my only Mothers Day retreat. Three hours before my scheduled massage, I received a text message informing me that my appointment had been canceled without any prior consultation or consideration.When I called to inquire about the cancellation, I was met with extremely unprofessional and rude behavior from your staff. Instead of providing a reasonable explanation or showing empathy for the inconvenience caused, I was given a bad attitude and made to feel like a nuisance for seeking clarification about the abrupt cancellation.This experience has left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. It is unacceptable to treat clients in such a manner, especially when they are looking forward to a much-needed relaxation session. The lack of communication and the dismissive attitude displayed by your staff have severely tarnished my impression of your establishment.I had high hopes for a positive experience at your massage place, but unfortunately, this incident has left me deeply dissatisfied. It is clear that customer care and professionalism are not a priority for your business, and I am deeply disappointed that my much-anticipated Mothers Day retreat was ruined in such a manner.I hope that you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to ensure that no other customer has to endure the same treatment in the future.Sincerely,

Amazing experience every time. I get 90 min massages and leave feeling brand new. It’s my favorite local place. Customer service is great and i haven’t had any bad experience. I’ve been here over 5 times already.

Basic service, if you’re just looking to relax. The hot stones are a nice touch and the hot towels. They do leave the room 3 to 4 times to get towels and the stones. I’ve never had a problem- been there like 5 times. You can tell the ladies don’t have much experience. I’m almost certain no one is certified based on the way they massage you. This last time the guy hassled me because I left 30 dollars for tip for 2 people. He said it wasn’t enough as if the ladies only get tips. 15 dollars for a 85 dollar massage isn’t too bad for the service we received. Can’t make everyone happy. For this experience, I will find another place to spend my money.

I treated my sister to a massage for her birthday. 60 min body and 30 min foot. She stated both was basic and the foot massage was absolutely basic and she did nothing. Any ways I paid the 82 bucks and gave 10 tip. Thats all I had at the moment and the lady front desk stopped me and said 15 to 20 in tip for 90 min. I was not happy and felt very uncomfortable. No where does it say thats mandatory. You can not tell someone how much to tip when its courtesy/generosity. You dont count ppl pockets and assume they have more. Thats all I had and she was not appreciative. Plus its basic massage my sister received. No hot stones. Nothing. That was my 3rd time dealing with them n my last.

I’ve been going here for about three years and this review is long overdue! Every time I receive a massage, it has been well worth it. The masseuses all work hard when providing service. This is a professional environment and pretty affordable. $55 for 60 minute massages with hot stones is quite unbeatable!!! I love this place.

Very good experience! I got an excellent deep tissue massage here. The price was reasonable. You shouldnt expect a luxurious spa environment but it was very clean and smelled nice.

Ive visited this place enough to say that service can be a hit or miss. I will be sure to ask for the recommended masseuse mentioned in the other reviews. Just cant trust that any given employee can give an excellent service considering what I had experienced today.This place can get busy so you are better off calling in advance. Their phones are basically ringing every 5 minutes so you will constantly hear the front desk answering the phones/making appointments.

Judy n Cindy are very good massagers. Had my guy and myself feeling super good, less tensed, and relaxed. We had 90 mins. 60 on the body and 30 on the feet. Great job, ladies. Till next time.

Had my second massage here today. Judy was my massage therapist and did a fantastic job, both times have been incredibly affordable, thorough, and comfortable massages. I dont think Ill go anywhere else for a massage!

A friend referred me on a business trip. I have since referred a friend of which weve each gone back. Have found the rooms to be clean and the massages well executed.

This is a great no frills massage place with great prices. 60 minute massage for $55 you cant beat. This place focuses on massages first and foremost without all the distracting elements of trickling water or chirping birds. The young lady that handled my massage really listen to my words and body to work the knots out of my back.The receptionist was really accommodating by offering a last minute massage 2 hours before they closed. I am so happy I was able to score this massage during the holiday weekend after a great beach day.If you are looking for a massage at an affordable price then this spot will do you justice!

Omg. Im a new person. I was tight all over my body and my masseuse Anna totally got every tight muscle from head to toe. Great price for an hour total body massage with hot stones included. Ive heard reviews about tipping but she was worth the tip i left her. Will be returning on a monthly basis👍Came back a few months later. Still rated my massage 5. Anna again did the job!

So other than 1 time Ive always had amazing massages here, but today, today was top 5 massages Ive ever gotten. I walked in stiff and feeling every day of my 35 years. Kylie is a magician. She found all the spots that had been irritating me and swiftly went to work on them with precision. I walked out feeling like I could move again and just felt so much better. If youre in Yonkers or hell NY and need a massage, do yourself a favor and come here and ask for Kylie.

I usually am very happy here but today I was not happy at all. My massage was not a massage, it was more of the lady caressing me as she didnt apply any pressure and at the end they demanded more than a $10 tip. Tip is not mandatory and if I feel like my massage wasnt up to par, I dont have to tip and shouting at me to give you a bigger tip really put me off today.

Just went here for the first time. Found the best affordable massage place in Yonkers. I worked with Lili. Highly recommend. She incorporated deep tissue and hot stone techniques, as well as responded to the areas in which my body ached. The staff was very polite and pleasant to talk to. Will definitely return.

Usually I have an amazing massage at a great price. Today however was not the usual experience. It was a pretty good massage but she didn’t do my feet at all which is usually included in the 90 min plus she cut it off 10 min early. I mentioned this when paying but said no problem, I’ll let it go this time. But for that reason I left 15% since I was overpaying by around $10 or so for the time cut off. She then told me minimum $15 tip! I said well next time give me the full time if you want full tip. I may have left more anyway if she and this other lady weren’t literally hovering over me while I was trying to calculate and decide. I even told them “you guys are making me nervous.” Super intrusive. Oh and she stuck her head in window at top of door at end while I was getting dressed! Talk about inappropriate.

Beyond massage and better than therapy. Its not exaggerated to say that they gave me my body back. I went in feeling all kind of out of sorts - stress built up for months if not years. I left feeling relieved and slept better than I had in years. Been going once a week for almost a month now. Stop reading the reviews and call for an appointment youll be glad you did. The place itself is basic so dont expect the Taj.

Amazing!!!! The women here are so great including the manager. The place is no frills but sparkling clean, quite and the massages soooo good!!! Must call to make an appointment. They offer parking which is such a bonus. Love their massages I try to go once a week the price is great!

Best massage spot in Yonkers. Very clean and quiet. Closed door private spa experience. Ava and Tina are amazing and wonderful. The front receptionist is very friendly and speaks great English and is able to communicate to therapists exactly what you need. I reccomened this place.

If you have sciatic pain, Marri is the best cure on the planet earth. I never mentioned where I had pain at all and somehow this woman knew exactly where to hit and how hard or soft to massage. I have had 3 massages here and I walk out feeling like a new person. The price is the best Ive ever seen for a massage of such high quality!! Diamond in the rough for sure! Only thing I can suggest to improve at such a great price is to bring some sort of neck pillow that you can use for your face when you are faced down.

My massage was amazing!!!I didnt have cash, so I was charged $2 extra to include the tip on my credit card. That was somewhat annoying but otherwise it was a great experience.

Just limped out of here. After yelling out in pain twice and begging her to stop digging into me, I got a rushed rub down. Asking for moderate pressure went nowhere because she didnt speak English. My lower back is now in a lot of pain, and I cant stand up straight. Will be reporting them to the department of health.
